El hotel es muy bonito, el checking super rápido y los empleados suuper amables, nuestra habitación era suuuper amplia y con acceso directo a la piscina de toboganes, mis hijas alucinaron y se lo pasaron genial!! Una experiencia maravillosa, de hecho volvimos en nuestras vacaciones porque volvíamos a Ao Nang, recomendable 100 %

Nos alojamos esenciales dos períodos de nuestras vacaciones para ir a Phi Phi y a la vuelta para ir a Bangkok, suuuper bien!!! Nuestra habitación tenia acceso a la piscina y mis hijas alucinaron. El personal maravilloso y muy amable y simpático. Nos ha encantado.

Piscine avec toboggans fermés lors de notre séjour mais avons été prévenus un peu avant et petit déjeuner offert pour compenser la gêne occasionnée

Nos encantó el trato del personal, estaba muy limpia la habitación y el hotel en general siempre estaban pendientes a la limpieza la ubicación es muy buena cerca del puerto donde salen las excursiones a unos 7 minutos caminando del mercado nocturno y pasos del hotel hay restaurantes farmacias y un Seven eleven que ayuda mucho si necesitas algo. Las piscinas estaban muy divertidas y no abarrotadas de persona, sin duda volveremos a este hotel.

המלון ממוקם באזור מרכזי, במרחק הליכה קצר מהשוק. ברחוב יש מגוון מסעדות, חנויות ו- 7/11. הצוות דאג שהחדרים יהיו נקיים ומסודרים בכל יום. היינו ב-2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת ויציאה לבריכה והמגלשות, הילדים נהנו מכך.

Het personeel was fantastisch. Zwembad zeer goed onderhouden en heel dicht bij allerlei activiteiten in de omgeving. Het personeel maakt de beleving in het hotel.

Fantastic staff and they let us check in early, as well as decorating the room for my son's birthday. The room was so clean. The facilities were very good. My son loved the pools. Staff booked tours for us, which were also fabulous. We extended our stay by 5 more nights. Location is wonderful- 10 mins walk to the nightmarket and 10 mins to the corner.

Food and drinks at the hotel were expensive and not competitively priced with other places in the locality

Hôtel bruyant et le matelas de notre chambre santé l’urine.

Emplacement idéal, personnel très agréable et toujours souriant. À mi chemin avec night market (10mn à pied) de la plage d’Ao nang (15mn avec beaucoup de restaurant/ boutique souvenirs sur le trajet). La rue même où se trouve l’hôtel est entouré de salon de massage, restaurants (très bons) et 7/11. L’emplacement permet de réserver avec facilité une excursion à la journée ou autre selon vos besoins.

Chaleur (32*) dans l’espace du petit déjeuner ce qui rend le moment difficile malgré les ventilateurs qui brassent de l’air chaud. Ménage: sur les 10jours où nous sommes resté, le ménage était fait chaque jour à une vitesse éclaire avec un résultat en surface satisfaisant mais pas en profondeur, les draps du lit n’étaient pas tirés ni secoués. Seule la couette était parfaitement tirée. Le sol plein de sable (suite à nos passages à la plage la veille) salle de bain JAMAIS lavée durant notre séjour. Nous avons dû un matin défaire tous nos lits pour avoir un changement de drap, c’est dommage! Le balcon n’a jamais été nettoyé. Je pense qu’il ne faut pas hésiter à en faire part à la réception.

Le bruit, certains parents ne savent pas qu'il y a des gens qui dorment à 1h du matin et laissent leurs enfants crier dans les couloirs.

את המתקנים, החדר ריח לא טוב של עובש, שילמנו חדר עם גישה לבריכה. אין מחסום , אנשים עוברים במרפסת. כל מי שמתגלה במגלשה משפריץ מים לכל המרפסת שלנו. כל המתקנים ברמה ירודה מאוד.

Family room was large and comfortable. Children enjoyed the pool area and slides. Location was good- very near to restaurants and 7-11, plus a short walk down to the beach.

This is a large hotel and at times breakfast was very busy, within a small area. Buffet was good but not as good as many other places we stayed in Thailand. Pool required some maintenance (my daughter cut her foot on a loose tile).

The kids pool area was a little run down, but I saw on their website it will be closed for maintenance later this month so it should look much better afterwards. I’d stay here again

Being upgraded to a room beside the pool and next to our friends. Also uur airconitioner wasn't working but the technician came quickly and fixed it.

The kids swimming in the pool and loudly shouting after 10.30pm at night. Happened again next night, even after reporting it to the staff. There was no adult around supervising them. Also our friends were upset that they couldn't get near the swim up bar to order drinks because of an obnoxious family packing themselves in front of the bar.

It was amazing hotel, hospitality was great The staff always helping no matter what you need. Very good for families with children! If we will be again in krabi, definitely we will return to this hotel.

- het zwembad met de glijbanen was verouderd. Onze kinderen vonden er niets aan. - de gangen in het hotel zijn vergane glorie. Gebrekkig onderhoud, helemaal niet gezellig. Het is er ook een doolhof, er staan bv geen pijlen met kamernummers. - laundry service is zeer duur. Je kan beter aan de overkant van de straat je laundry afgeven. Het is goedkoper en sneller. - de douche is niet goed. Temperatuur wisselt heel de tijd tussen heel koud en heel warm. - prijs/kwaliteit zijn er betere hotels te vinden

Bij het uitcheken misten ze 1 beker terwijl ik het had gezien. Maar het is wel opvallend in thailand dat je met uitcheken elke keer iets mis is in het kamer. Daarnaast vondt het eten in het restaurant walgelijk en duur.

الموظفون ودودون وتعاملهم راقي جدا الموقع يبعد عن الشاطئ ما يقارب 200 متر يبعد عن السوق الليلي 18 دقيقه سيرا على الاقدام اوصي بغرف الدور الارضي على المسبح

واجهتني مشكلة في تكييف الغرفه وتقريبا اتى موظفون الصيانه اكثر من 6 مرات ولم يتم صيانته ولكن تم استبدال الغرفه بغرفه افضل لا اوصي بحجز سياره للمطار من الفندق لان السائق تعامله جدا سي حتى ولو حصلتم على خصم افضل من الخارج

Prima resort om omgeving Krabi te ontdekken. Mensen zijn super vriendelijk en de Nightmarket is op 10 minuten lopen. Ontbijt was prima met genoeg keuzes...wij hebben ook 1 avond in het restaurant gegeten en dat was super. Kortom zeker een aanrader...

We enjoyed the pool access from our room. It was very convenient. The staff are all friendly. There are lots of options for breakfast. There were ice cream!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt safe in the hotel. Good location sandwiched between the 2 main areas of Ao Nang. Both pools were clean. Complimentary chilled juice available every day which was a nice touch on a hot day. Bottled drinking water replenished every day in room.

The hotel is ‘tired’ in many aspects, specifically the rooms, pool furniture, pool and beach towels could be replaced. The bathroom in our room had a weird smell for which we bought incense to mask it. Think it was a plumbing issue.

Happy hour is only at the family pool. Some days this made the pool bar too crowded with many people smoking around kids. Bar staff were great but were overwhelmed.

El check in es a las 15:00 por tema de vuelos llegue a las 10 y no me dieron la habitación hasta las 15:00 tuvimos que abrir las maletas en el lobby y cambiarnos en el baño, no nos dieron una habitación de cortesía

Todo, hemos estado muy cómodos, el personal muy atento, la habitación ha sido espectacular y ojalá habernos quedamos más noches aquí, hemos estado muy agusto y nos ha encantado el hotel, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, te ponen todo tipo de detalles, el desayuno buffet muy variado, está cerquita del nigth market para pasar la tarde noche, un 10, ojalá poder volver pronto!

Clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool! We enjoyed our stay so much that we wished we could have extended it. Highly recommended!

Vi kom i lavsæsonen og derfor var der masser af plads i poolen og forholdsvis stille. Beliggenhed var super god tæt på indkøb, restaurant, strand og shopping

Væggene er papirstynde og hvis man har naboer kan man høre alt. Det er et problem hvis man som os er en børnefamilie som bor ved siden af unge mennesker. De vil i byen om aftenen/natten og vi vil gerne tidligt i seng, det giver utrolig mange støjgener. Morgenmaden var lidt “tynd”, der var selfølgelig et ok udvalg, men det var næsten det samme hver morgen og smagen/kvalitet af alt andet end omeletten var ikke særlig god. Frugten bestod af 2 forskellige varianter som var de samme hver morgen. Der er ikke rigtig noget negativt ved hotellet derfor bliver de meget små ting målt. Dog skal man være forberedt på at der er stor set kun indere og de er over alt hvilket blev super irriterende når man har en forventning om at kunne spise thaimad og opleve thai kultur i Thailand men må acceptere at Krabi er 50/50 indisk/thai.
