Het vertrouwen van het personeel tussen de middag tijdens de lunch bij het zwembad zij waren erg vriendelijk .....Ontbijt was voortreffelijk ., heerlijk buiten gegeten .

Locatie was goed, dicht bij de haven, wandelen langs de boulvar

Reuk van Burge King, Er werden om 7 h al handoeken op de stoelen geleld en zwembad soms maar open om 10h . Terwijl er op site staat dat handoeken zouden verwijderd worden na 30 min. Dit klopt zeker niet.

Close to the beach and airport. Nice stuff to see around. Spacious room with nice balcony and enough space for clothes for 2 people. Food was great.

Well..when i looked up hotel to stay in Màlaga I've selected to have breakfast and dinner included and I've found this place where it said "Included unlimited spa". On the booking.com, when you scroll down under "Property description" it said "The Spa features a heated Indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath as well as different massages and treatments. A gym Is also avallable." So what i understand from this is that I can have a massage every day. Only to find out from the hotel staff that the massage is additional charge. I've tried not to let this ruin my holiday, but I couldn't. 3 staff members "jumped" saying this is the first time hearing from this, asking for a manager 3 times to tell me there is no manager there. Felt like I was talking to the wall. Truly disappointed.

Kõik oli suurepärane. Hommikusöök nii laia valikuga ja kõike olemas - muna mitmel erineval viisil tehtud. Puuvilju palju. Õhtusöök, mida sai eraldi lisaks buffeena osta oli igal õhtul erinev - lihtsalt suurepärane ja väga hea hinna suhe, et söö palju jaksad:) Basseini ala mõnus ja suur, toole palju - kahju ainult, et turistid enda rätikuid niisama sinna toolidele jätavad pikaks ajaks ja need kes päriselt päevitada tahaks peavad ootama või kuskil eraldi olema. Parkimine on tasuline maja all, ümber väga raske parkimist saada seega otsustasime maksta parkimisetasu 20 eur päeva eest. Igal õhtul muusikaline etteaste ehk kontsert hotelli platsil. Asukoht suurepärane, kohe keskuses ja mugav jalutada igale poole kuhu soovi on.

El detalle de cortesía al llegar con bebidas incluidas en el minibar.El detalle de unos mini pastelitos al llegar.La habitación de cortesía el último día para poder ducharte e irte ya arreglado para el regreso. El tener parking todo un lujo.El Spa muy bueno donde puedes disfrutar de unos momentos de relajación. La zona de la piscina muy agradable y ha ganado comodidad con el nuevo acceso .

L'emplacement de l hotel , la propreté irréprochable et le personnel tres accueillant et réactif

Me gustó mucho la ubicación tanto por la playa como el puerto marina que está al lado. El hotel es pequeño y eso me gusta. No es un macro hotel. No tiene animación, lo cual es agradable por el silencio. Puede que no sea un hotel para ir con niños. El personal es hiper amable y me sentí muy agusto toda la estancia.

Demasiado encarrilado para un turismo ingles, sobre todo por los precios. Faltaría alguna fuente con agua en el entorno de la piscina. Un fallo importante es que no hay salida directa desde la piscina a la playa. La media pensión solo es para las cenas. Es importante conocerlo.

La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la playa y del puerto. El Spa súper relajante y hacen unos tratamientos excelentes para salir relajado. Buffet variado pero con poca comida española, más cantidad de comida internacional como mexicana, italiana, americana...

La hora de la cena del Buffet demasiado temprano para españoles, están enfocados los horarios al turismo extranjero. Cobran la bebida aparte y sospecho que las botellas de agua no estaban cerradas con el precinto, parecían rellenadas.

Todo perfecto....ubicacion, limpieza, servicios, comedor, personal de todo el hotel...desde el primero al ultimo...una pasada de hotel ...gracias a todo el personal de Mac Puerto Marina....

Location is very central and close to the marina and the beach. Plenty of choices to eat out for lunch and dinner. The pool is a reasonable size.

The decor is dated and does not live up to what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The cleanliness is ok and showers could benefit from better ventilation. The spa facilities are good but you have to book in advance as there are limited spaces.

El alojamiento en general es una maravilla, habitaciones amplias,muy limpias y todo lo necesario para estar bien, todos los días te reponen el café y infusiones en la habitación un detalle la verdad. El desayuno maravilloso no faltaba de nada, cenamos solo una noche en el hotel y la verdad que genial me gustó mucho el buffet. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es el que te dejen las toallas de piscina y playa ya que no tienen que pasar las toallas llenas de arena x la habitación… es de agradecer, el parking genial muy amplio. El personal de 10 la verdad! En todo lo que podían te ayudaban y te resolvían cualquier inconveniente. El detalle que más me gustó fue la copista de zumo o cava a la entrada del hotel con el check-in, un detallazo jeje Totalmente perfecto para ir con niños y bebés La ubicación no podía ser mejor

Lo que menos me gustó del alojamiento fue el spa, demasiado pequeño y algunas cosas que no funcionaban como el baño turco.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Great choice for breakfast. Lovely chilled out pool area. Staff cannot do enough for you, got the ground floor room i requested but was unfortunately on the opposite side of the hotel that we like, spoke to reception and had the room changed with a single issue. Fantastic service, cannot wait to be back

I travelled with my 21 and 19 year old daughters, we wanted a few days in the sun with lots to do in the evening! This hotel or location didn’t disappoint, close to bars, restaurants, the marina, the ferris wheel, sea life and beach. We had a room with pool view terrace so we had sunbeds all day. Rooms clean and excellent breakfast selection! We did a dolphin trip from the marina, barted for goods on the way to Torremolinos and visited many happy hours and karaoke/sports bars nearby. Just what we was looking for! Would deffo recommend for families, fields breaks and couples, so much to do in the area!

Ubicación fantástica, la habitación amplia y muy limpia en todo momento. El buffet variado y comida muy rica. Para todo tipo de dietas. El personal muy atento siempre (tanto en la recepción, en el restaurante o en las habitaciones. Mención especial a Juan, camarero de comedor que nos ha hecho la estancia muy agradable.

Que se pudiera fumar en la terraza. Mis vecinos de habitación fumaban por la noche y me impedían disfrutar a mí de ese espacio.

Everything about this hotel. Is amazing location, staff and area had a lovely time and will definitely be back. We had rooms on the ground floor next to the pool the room are very spacious with smart tv’s 🚗👍🫣

Location was fabulous literally across the road from the stunning marina and beach. The beds were comfy and room cleaned on a daily basis. Food was brilliant with lots of variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property catered for everyone however I felt it was more suited to couples rather than families as there were no day time activities. Although busy it was a very chilled atmosphere. Was a lovely stay.

La proximite du port. Le personnel aux petits soins. La premiere chambre ne nous avait pas convenu. La reception etait disponible pour nous trouver une chambre qui nous conviendrait mieux avec un grand sens du service et beaucoup de gentillese. Reception, serveurs, femmes de menage : tous souriants impliques et aux petits soins. Un grand merci pour cet agreable sejour

Hotel muy bien situado junto a la playa y en el centro de Puerto Marina. A destacar la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y el buffet del desayuno.

Quizás el buffet de la cena y la piscina que es algo pequeña para tanto huésped.

Excellent location .very close to beach . We booked pool access rooms would totally recommend these. Very spacious ,massive bed, tv with some English channels . We were half board . Breakfast was good. Dinner was good always something to eat. Though had pizza a few nights. Snack bar is expensive but lots of places to eat close by. No problem getting a sun lounger. Can have pool towels daily . Benalmádena beach is lovely . Burger King just down the road . Staff friendly . A very relaxing holiday

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no tenía una temperatura adecuada para el calor que hacía en la ciudad. Desafortunadamente tuvimos una mala experiencia, con la presencia de una cucaracha en el salón del desayuno y luego dentro del baño de nuestra habitación. A pesar de lo ocurrido, el hotel se aseguró de cobrar el estacionamiento, que es muy caro.Por el grave inconveniente, al menos podrían no cobrar el estacionamiento.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant. A large room on the noisy streetside, but inside you couldn't hear anything. The pool and sundeck are big and fantastic. Extra points for the free spa accommodation! Location of the hotel is nearby the boulevard and the beach. A very well maintained hotel, inside and outside! Well worth every euro!

en los pasillos se encuentra las cucarachas. La escalera para el parking hay muchas cucarachas muertas y no se los quitaron . El servio de limpieza no se limpió bien el suelo de baño todavía fue sucio .Ni se lo puesto la bolsa de basura.

Hôtel bien placé à proximité de la marina avec beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins. Hôtel joliment décoré. Chambre très propre avec terrasse individuelle. Bon petit déjeuner très varié avec possibilité de manger dehors. La femme de chambre était adorable .

Nous avons trouvé que l’accueil était un peu froid mais néanmoins rapide. Le personnel du bar de la piscine est vraiment pas très aimable. Il t’ignore même alors que la serveuse ta bien vu. Au bout de 10 minimum j’ai du l interpellé pour être servi. La piscine est vraiment trop petite pour le nombre de chambres et de voyageurs. Impossible de nager . Juste fait pour se tremper. Malheureusement nous avions une chambre au RDC juste devant la porte d’accès à la piscine donc beaucoup de passage. Les chambres sont pas très bien insonorisées surtout sur la terrasse de la chambre cela résonne énormément donc obligé de fermer la fenêtre quand les voisins parlent car on a l’impression qu’ils sont dans notre chambre. Certains clients ne respectent rien. Des groupes de touristes très très bruyants rentrant de soirée et parlant très forts dans les parties communes à 3h du matin réveillant tout l’étage. Ils ont fini la soirée dans la chambre qui malheureusement était à côté de la nôtre nous empêchant de dormir. Je ne comprend pas qu’aucun panneau ne soit mis dans les couloirs pour dire que les gens ne doivent pas faire trop de bruit dans les parties communes. Le spa n’était pas en accès illimité comme indiqué sur leur site. Nous avions le droit qu’à une heure gratuite. Je trouve que le prix de la nuit ne vaut pas l’hôtel. 240 euros tout de même la nuit.

Sin duda lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, ya que está a un paso de la playa. El personal es muy amable, destacable también.

El hotel no corresponde a un 4*, está viejecillo, las habitaciones requieren una reforma y la calidad del buffet regular, además el horario de éste adaptado al visitante extranjero, sobre todo la cena que termina a las 21:15h No tiene apenas animación y si la hay, adaptada en horario también para extranjeros, si vas a descansar puede ser algo positivo.

Que estaba cerca de la playa. Si va a reservar, coged las habitaciones que dan a la piscina

Que para acceder a la playa hay que dar la vuelta entera al hotel. Primera línea es poder acceder a través del mismo hotel a pie de playa y en este caso no. Que desde primera hora las hamacas las reservan los turistas con sus toallas. La piscina es pequeña para la categoría del hotel. El fuerte olor que llega al hotel de la hamburguesería que hay delante. Pocas actividades.

Stayed with husband and 14 year old daughter, perfect hotel for us. No getting up early to get sunbeds, quiet around the pool area as no daytime entertainment apart from a saxophone player one day. Great buffet breakfast, spacious room and comfortable beds. Drinks were a bit pricey but we just went to the shop over the road during the day and went out every night as it’s in such a great location for Benalmadena and Torremelinos. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, can't fault anything. All staff extremely efficient and friendly. Great choice for breakfast and evening meal buffets, never had a problem getting a table. Loved the outside part of the restaurant where Omar always worked and he was fantastic, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were great, good air con and also a ceiling fan, beds really comfy and great blackout curtains. Location is superb with marina, beach, restaurants and bars all right your doorstep. Very relaxing hotel in a great location, would highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel, from the minute we arrived we were made very welcome. Reception staff helpful and so polite, offered a drink of orange juice or cava on arrival. Informed we had complementary drinks in a fridge in our room, 6 in all. Consisted of 2 bottles of water, 2 Beers, 1 bottle of orange fanta and the other lemon. We were also told we could use the spar every day for 1 hour. Yes you can book treatments as well. Sadly did not take this offer up but it looked lovely. Our room was on the 3rd floor, room 361, A lift to take you up which was helpful especially when you have your cases . The room was lovely, very spacious, enough storage space for all your clothing. Yes we hired a safe deposit box at a charge but had 10 euros back. The bathroom also very spacious with a fantastic shower, hair dryer, complementary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Towels lovely and clean, and changed as you wanted them. The bed very comfortable, crispy clean sheets and pillows cases. Tea making facilities also topped up every day. T.V in your room, if you wanted to watch anything, we just checked on the news. The outside space also spacious, Table 2 chairs and yes a pull out thing to dy your towels on . Our room overlooking the courtyard, pool and sea view as well. Beautiful 🥰 Air conditioning in your room or use the ceiling fan. Room cleaned every day and the staff was so polite and kind. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, so much choice, all so very fresh you could not starve. Continental breakfast, cooked breakfast, fresh rolls, bread, fruit, lovely choice, as well as refreshments of your choice. Catering staff very professional as was the staff who are busy clearing your tables and setting up again, they always had a smile on their face. Dining area as well as the hotel was very clean, and outside areas. All staff strive to ensure standards are high. Yes a swimming pool we only used it once as preferred the beach, nice pool and not the rushing to get a sun beds, pool side bar, which was shaded and welcoming. Amenities all very close by and the beach was about 100 yards. Lovely marina, and plenty of places to eat or just to go for a drink The hotel is in a ideal position. We could not fault it, Would recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Уборка. Убирают каждый день, если вывешиваете зеленую табличку, но полотенца забывают менять, постельное за 10 дней не меняли , только застилали старое. Холодильник тек .

A földszinti teraszos szobák saját napozóágyakkal rendelkeznek, közvetlenül lehet a medencéhez menni. Minden nap takarítanak, feltöltik a kávékészletet. Az esti programok színvonalasak. A reggeli büféválaszték rendkívüli, különösen a széles gyümölcskínálat. A tematikus vacsorák változatosságot biztosítanak. Minden nap elérhető az olasz sarok, pizza, tészták, bruschetta.

A mi ízlésünknek túl sok volt a halétel. Kevésnek találtuk a szárnyas fogásokat és lehetett volna 2 féle levesválaszték. A kávé elfogadható volt, de nem igazi eszpresszó minőség.

The staff is Amazing, all the way from reception to the restaurant I have rarely seen this level of service. They did their best to meet our demands. Omar at the restaurant was very kind to us and to our kids

I feel the rooms need to be renovated they seem a bit old, but that’s a matter of taste.

We Really liked this hotel from the onset. Friendly and welcoming staff, Spotless throughout with a lovely pool area and super breakfast. A really chilled out vibe everywhere and the location is perfect. Also a really nice spa area free to guests you just need to book a time.

My only very small fault would be the bar at night time. I think they need to specify a closing time and stick to it. We popped in there a few nights for a last drink around 11pm It's quite dead and the staff seem to just want to close up and get home and I do understand this really. I asked one staff member what time they close but struggled to get an answer. We stopped going in there after a few nights and just stayed out later.

This is our 14th year staying at the hotel, which says it all. The location is superb, the hotel is clean, bright, and extremely welcoming. The staff are the same year in year out, which also speaks volumes in itself. Food is fantastic, with the breakfast menu being stocked with all kinds of food to meet customers needs. We have take many friends and family to the hotel, all of which have retuned with us, but also as individual bookings, and taken their friends and families. No issues with noise, and there is someone front of house throughout the night. Nightly entertainment is great, plus they also do themes and music around the pool intermittent through the week, which is relaxing and give a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

nice Hotel very central clean rooms but the buffet was very poor nothing was ever hot it was at best warm and on many occasions cold , I ended up with food poisoning that developed in to GASTRO ENTERITS and I wasnt the only person to get this

Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas, el buffet tiene muchas variedad y el personal es súper amable, lo recomiendo al 100 x 100.

The key of success first of all is the staff of this hotel. Just one word-and they made the best birthday for my daughter.Guys-Respect and the great love for you and the hotel. Definitely we'll come back again here..thank you for everything.

We got the best room it was one of the only rooms with a rain shower we had a great view on the pool the cleanliness of the hotel is immaculate the rooms are spacious the pool is probably the best pool I've been in its a great location with amusements at your front door the staff are lovely its just a great hotel very close to everything

Returned to this hotel after having a great time last year. Staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean. Excellent food choices in the Restaurant for morning breakfast and evening dinner. There was one noticeable this year from last year. The pool area has been modified and the depth of the pool is the same all the way around. There are easy accessible steps now installed to the pool. We did notice compared to last year that a lot of children are now there with their families A couple of years ago this was adults only however it is now more of a family destination which I feel people need to know if you have been here before and you think it will be just for adults. Overall a nice weekend in the Sun.

Just returned, fantastic experience, Prime location 100yrds to sea,same to Marina and nearest supermarket, room great,aircon plus fan above bed which we left on at night through to morning , had our anniversary plus wife's birthday there and while she was sunbathing in niped to reception to order flowers for next day, had bottle of presecco left in room on both days by hotel at no charge which we both thought was a great touch. Bathroom fine,panhead shower with room for 2 😉 Pool spot on with plenty of sunbeds so no mad 5am rush with towels. Outside Courtyard for brekkie was a nice change Nothing too much trouble for any of staff We had room 539 which looked across Courtyard to pool on third floor with best views imo. Will deffo return 👌

Where do I start 🤔 simply the BEST hotel in the Costa del sol 👌the location is perfect right in the heart of the resort the rooms are spotless the food is amazing (as always) but it's all of the staff that make this hotel so good from the moment you arrive you're made to feel welcome by every member of staff and a big shout out to Jannis,Yosmany all the rest of the reception staff sorry but didn't get all their names 🙄 also Omar and Isabel and all the other restaurant staff for making meal time's so special the cleaning staff do an amazing job this was our 4th visit and it definitely won't be our last 😁😁🌞🌞 a massive thank you to everybody Frank & Lesley Jackson.

I have not even arrived at this hotel yet. I just wanted to come on to give the customer service a 10 out of 10. I have had some changes to bookings and help needed for various rooms. We have 2 bookings in sept. The staff have been impeccable. So friendly so helpful and have helped so much with my queries. I cannot wait to come on the 2nd september . Really wonderful staff

From arrival to going home the staff were fantastic. 1st time at the hotel for us and could not fault it. Room big and airy .. restaurant was excellent every night. Pool area large enough and I like the no towel can be left to save it for the day.. it's off if not used in 30mins. It works. Location fantastic. So all great with my experience.

Beliggenheden rent og pænt God morgenmad

Den en dame ved morgenmaden, sur og skældte ud på spansk. Vi var 4 personer og der var kun dækket til 2 udenfor, så vi flyttede 2 kuverter og hun mumlede surt og knaldede med bestik og stole osv.
