Le personnel courtois! Et le service est excellent

Les filles de la réceptions ne disent même pas Bonjour, et disent qu il n y a pas de chambre disponible alors que leur collègue nous donne une chambre , elles parlent 30 min entre elles et au téléphone alors que les clients attendent. Pas de sympathie ni de service ni de gentillesse, il faut faire des cours et ramener des gens bien former et plus de contrôle de la part du propriétaire

يوجد موقف لم يكن لطيف من قبل موظف الرسبشن ويدل على عدم التعاون . كنت مريض واحتاج الى الدواء فكلمت خطيبتي تأتي لي بدواء واكل خفيف يناسب حالتي الصحية حيث كان عندي تلوث من احد المطاعم وفعلا جابت لي الدواء بالتاكسي ورفض احد الموظفين ان تقوم بالدخول الى لوبي الفندق لتسليمي اياه بحجة انه ممنوع !! طبعا مفهوم انه ممنوع الفتاة تدخل لغرفة رجل وهذا امر جيد لمنع الاعمال الااخلاقية وموجود المنع في كل الفنادق بأغلب الدول العربية . ولكن ان تمنع ان تأتي للوبي امام الرسبشن وامام الناس لاستلام غرضي ثم تذهب هي الى بيتها واظطر ان اخرج للشارع لاستلامه منها هذا تصرف غير جيد ولا مبرر له خاصه اني جعلت موظف الرسبشن يشاهد الاصق في يدي بعد ان اعطاني الطبيب حقنه وكنت تعبان فعلا ولا يراعي الحالة الصحية ومصنف انه فندق خمسة نجوم ويفتقد للجانب الانساني يجعلني لا افكر بالعودة لهذا الفندق مره اخرى .

Nous avons moins apprécié la nourriture du petit déjeuner et l'infrastructure un peu veillotte.

Ho trovato dentro il frigo bar un bricco di latte aperto e uno yogurt. Mancavano i cucchiaini e i cestini non svuotatati.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la plage privée est agréable mais bruyante due à la proximité avec les autres hôtels.

L’ambiance générale, hôtel chère pour ce que c’est, beaucoup d’enfants, de la musique constamment forte et de mauvais goût, le buffet n’est pas excellent et chère si vous n’avez pas en plus de ce que vous avez déjà déboursé pour les nuits payé le supplément de 25€ par personne , la nourriture semble de basse qualité et le personnel n’est pas très chaleureux.

La lumière manquante dans les toilettes de la première chambre et une fuite dans les toilettes de la 2e chambre non réparées malgré nos multiples sollicitations. Le fait que j’ai demandé une facture depuis 3 semaines par message booking, par whatsapp, et via les 2 adresses mail qu’on m’a indiquées et que je n’ai toujours rien reçu malgré mes relances… silence radio…

Airconditioning, Shower and Fridge were all totally useless - The Shower just trickled, the fridge and aircon didnt get cold. Customer service was pretty poor all round, a smile goes a long way just a shame I didnt see any. Style over substance

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and comfort to the warm and professional service. A special thanks to Bayrem, Wiem, and Anas for their kindness, helpfulness, and excellent service. They truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to come back again!

The room was huge and had a coffee machine, kettle, tea which was very helpful. The balcony view does not disappoint and it's just like the pictures. Breakfast had lots of options and the chairs on the beach were great. They were flexible with check in because our flight was 2 hours delayed and we arrived very late. So that was very appreciated.

The biggest pain point was the lack of communication from the hotel. I messaged them on WhatsApp and also on the booking app. I asked them multiple times about the spa services and how I wanted to book in advance. They never replied. So when we got to the hotel and tried to book the spa, it was fully booked so we had to go somewhere else outside the hotel. Very frustrating experience if you want to plan your trip in advance. I also asked about the shuttle service and no reply. The second point was that room service is quite informal. As in, there's not really a menu and they said they don't really do that but they could try to make a pizza for us, which is what we got. Lastly, the AC was not the best. It's one of those vents and because it was nearly 40°C, we felt like it wasn't enough. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

The housekeeping service and turn down was horrible, the hk ladies she need more training The breakfast experience wasn't pleasant،the staff were there number wise but they were chit chatting between each other ,when you request somthing they never said no but they never bring it as well ,I approach one server was chatting with his colleagues for water ,he told me that the water is for his section ,the server in my section suppose to bring for his section ,just this answer you can understand the quality of the staff ,I think need more supervision, the manager just rounding, I didn't see him engaging with any guest and ask about them.feedback

Hôtel en bord de mer exceptionnel avec un service au petit soin. Nous avons été surclassé afin de facilité les vacances d'une maman à mobilité réduite. Le personnel est exceptionnel cela va du Directeur à la réceptionniste mais aussi au service de restauration. La plage est nettoyée tous les matins, il n'y a pas d'algues , une eau limpide. Un service de restauration qui vous refuse rien et s'adapte à vos goûts. 2ème expérience dans cet hôtel qui après 4 ans a nettement amélioré ses prestations.

Le comportement nonchalant de certains surveillants de baignade à la piscine de l'hôtel.

Surbooking à l'arrivée pour quasiment tous nos amis, pas de solution prévue en amont par l'hôtel... Seule proposition : faire payer un supplément pour dormir sur un canapé lit où il y avait déjà un autre couple d'amis... un peu limite pour un 5*. D'autres amis ayant payé pour une chambre vue mer se sont trouvés dans une chambre avec vue sur les poubelles de l'hôtel. Il a fallu qu'une amie locale appelle l'hôtel pour finalement trouver une solution, car l'hôtel disait être complet. Au moment de payer, on a du négocier avec le réceptionniste pour avoir la réduction annoncée par Booking sur les soins du spa... ce même réceptionniste affirmant que le prix qu'il me demandait comprenait déjà la réduction alors que non...

Beautiful views from the room and an amazing stay overall. The staff were exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Rabba (I believe that was her name) at reception was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Mohammed Amine by the pool also went above and beyond to look after us, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their outstanding hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. From arrival to departure, everything was spot‑on. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The pool and beach were always perfectly maintained, and the food was delicious with plenty of options — including choices for guests with dietary restrictions. The staff were absolutely fantastic: always smiling, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From the gentleman who checked me in and made me feel at home right away, to the kind and supportive lady at reception during my check‑out, the restaurant team (Mr. Adeem and his colleagues near the fruit section where I usually sat), and the lovely housekeeping lady — everyone made my stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience. I’d love to come back one day.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Royal Tulip. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et les installations sont de grande qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, toujours souriant et attentif aux besoins des clients. Un grand merci à Anas, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de mon séjour. Il est très professionnel, serviable, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Son sens du service a vraiment fait la différence et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour.

Le seul petit bémol concerne la nourriture, qui pourrait être un peu plus variée et mieux assaisonnée. Cela dit, cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale de l’hôtel.

Presque tout, le personnel au petit soin, plein de petite attention merci au personnel de l'accueil pour le cadeau de départ. Le buffet de l'hôtel varié et très bon, les serveurs d'une gentillesse, l'entretien de la chambre fait plusieurs fois par jours vraiment top. L'entretien des piscines, vraiment tout était au top dans l'hôtel.

Le spa plus particulièrement la réflexologie qui n'en ai pas une, étant infirmière et formé dans la réflexologie plantaire j'en attendais beaucoup de ce soins, une formation sur la réflexologie au spa est plus que nécessaire.

Séjour formidable, service excellent, Mr Bayram était hyper serviable et nous avons adoré son accueille chaleureux.

This was my second stay at this hotel in less than a year, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely amazing. If you value exceptional service over flashy luxury, this is the perfect place for you. The staff truly stands out — a special thank you to Rabeb, Awatef, and Aziz for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. As always, they offer a thoughtful farewell gift before you leave, which is such a kind gesture. This hotel has definitely become my go‑to spot whenever I come to Hammamet to relax.

During my time at the hotel, I noticed a significant number of ants in the room. Additionally, the toilet flush was not functioning properly and would occasionally get stuck, which caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time during my stay to report these issues or request a room change. However, I wanted to bring this to your attention for improvement. Two clean rooms and swimming pool with allowed burkini! Very professional staff in the reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Very welcoming and generous restaurant manager (Si Walid) with valuable advices, really appreciated! Exceptionally tasteful traditional Tunisian cakes (كعك ورقة) given as a farewell gift during checkout, we enjoyed it with a good coffee back home. Hotel close to many good attractions. We will inshaAllah come back to this exceptional hotel.

Too little irons available to loan from reception, we asked for it many times but never got it to prepare our clothes. We were honesty expecting to find an iron machine at each room in such a 5 stars hotel standard. This will not change our rating to our exceptional stay in this beautiful hotel 😉

Très bel hôtel, propre et accueillant, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le personnel est attentionné envers les clients : des fruits frais et de l’eau sont mis à disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est varié et délicieux. La plage est propre et très agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme et reposant, particulièrement adapté aux adultes sans enfants.

Had a wonderful time at the Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. All the staff at the resort are amazing. A special thank you to Awatef (عواطف) at reception. She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had a great time at the Royal Tulip. She made the holiday extra special and we would definitely stay here again, thanks to her kindness and hospitality. The resort has many facilities the rooms are clean and a good variety of food ranging from Tunisia, Mediterranean and European cuisine. The animation (entertainment) team are amazing, with afternoon/evening music and dancing.

Un séjour exceptionnel, un service irréprochable ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Royal Tulip Taj Sultan. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et nous nous sommes sentis chouchoutés du début à la fin (du check-in au check-out). Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Anas à la réception pour son professionnalisme, ainsi que la gouvernante qui s'est montrée d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d'obtenir un surclassement de nos chambres en suite, ainsi qu'un late check-out (départ tardif), ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un large choix et de superbes spécialités tunisiennes. Enfin, nous avons été très touchés par la délicate attention au moment du départ : un petit cadeau souvenir comprenant de succulentes gourmandises tunisiennes et un tote bag de l’hôtel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a lovely view. I was also touched by the thoughtful welcome, including the delicious macarons that made me feel especially valued as a guest. The hotel’s beachfront location is fantastic, and I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the beach and the stunning surroundings. Pour ma dernière soirée je voulais pas sortir ,donc dîner a l'hôtel. On nous a bien reçus a l'entrée resto. Mais avant de finir notre dîner,même pas arriver au dessert ,et encore a table avec ma fille et son bébé. ,Le responsables des serveur viens me voir pour me dire de payer le dîner de suite ,devant tout le monde . Comme si j'étais venus manger a repartir . J'ai payer sur le champs mes deux repas . Mais la manière dont il me l'a demander

Good medium sized hotel so all guests were getting all the attention. All staff ensured me and my family ( wife and 2 kids) were looked after. Kids were safe. Beautiful location with private beach.

The adult entertainment ie pool side music was not so good but when asked to change they would change with no issues. Evening adult shows were not so good but I was in bed at that time so didn’t bother me much.
