Tout est bien, le service et le personnel souriant et chaleureux, mention spéciale a la dame qui fait les omelettes tres chaleureuse, souriante et gentille. La bouffe variée et bonne surtout le dîner. Chambre propre, mais pas ouf. La qualité du service , personnels très agréables et souriants, une mention particulière à Mouna (esthéticienne ) qui a vraiment des mains de fée. J’ai beaucoup aimé les piscines la plage et aussi le buffet qui est varié et de bonne qualité.

L’animation est pauvre pour les enfants

Animation and sports activities are by far the strongest points: arrows, kids club,great and very nice animators in the hotel and the impressive nautical base that offers international catamaran certification thru very professional representatives: Omar and Montasser as a coach on the catamaran. The hotel staff are welcome and considered. They are trying their best to accommodate your need including Fedi, Hedi and noura.

Room was not clean, high humidity and ants throughout the stay. Not what you'd expect from a 5-star property. My child has asthma and had a severe attack during the stay because of these conditions. We also waited hours to get our room at check-in, then hours again when we asked to change rooms. Cleanliness and service far below the rating.

Une grande variété d’activité du moment que la saison haute est démarrée… et que vous êtes un adulte… Large, choix lors des repas

Pour les ados qui se situent entre les enfants et les adultes, cela peut être très frustrant le fait qu’il ne puisse faire les activités des adultes… Quand ils sont considérés comme des enfants, ils n’ont taxé qu’aux activités de l’ado Club.

Le vrai All inclusive avec des activités gratuites pour les enfants (Bouée tractée, ski nautique, tir à l'arc, club enfants, etc......), les piscines et infrastructures. C'est très bien avec des jeunes enfants, ils s'amusent beaucoup. Beaucoup d'animateurs et de maitres nageurs sur place.

Le personnel n'est pas désagréable mais pas forcément à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles (sauf les femmes de ménages qui sont top et courageuses, et les serveurs qui sont toujours dispo). Il a fallu que j'aille 2 fois par jour reprogrammer ma carte de chambre à la réception car elle se désactivait, c'était désagréable. La nourriture est très passable en qualité même si il y a beaucoup de choix. Tout est extrêmement sucré et gras. Le Monsieur et la Dame de la boutique souvenirs (je ne pense pas que ce soit des employés) sont extrêmement désagréables !

The service is not good. It was clear that staff is not taking care of all customers the same way specially in Restaurent and room service. I am really disappointed.

The stuff are very welcoming and Friendly. The animation and entertainment at night is exceptional and animation team are amazing people. You feel like you’re with family not strangers. Never felt this confortable with such people. Food is varied and delicious. Multiple restaurants to eat from, all inclusive is great, you can eat at any time - available snacks and drinks whenever you want. Many Activities to do, litterally like you can do tennis - archery - zumba etc… and learn new skills, and about the tunisian culture. You can never get bored in this hotel. I also liked the fact that there are many pools and they are all big. Big hotel - location is great as well as the sea is crystal clear, but there were many jellyfishes. Maybe something can be done regarding those?

Didn’t like the room that was given there was no bathtub. Although they offered to give us another room but the other room does not have a bathtub either and we have a baby with us so they did gave us a small plastic bathtub for our baby. They did make a nice gesture to give us a pool view room however, There was a weird smell coming out either from the bathroom wall tiles, the shower or the AC we couldn’t understand where it came from, but when we close the balcony and open the AC a very bad smell coming in around all the room. The weather was hot and we were unable to use the AC due to the bad smell. Our baby needs good air quality not bad smells. I noticed the same bad smell was also coming in the reception’s bathroom so it might be something in the walls. Rooms can be better because of these issues. But overall everything else was perfect.

The staff was nice and polite, the rooms were great and the pools and slides were really fun. I loved it here and would recommend it for others.

Some of the activities that I looked forwards to like many of the watersports like banana boating and jet skiing were only accessable in the summer.

We've really appreciated everything during our stay: the building, the facilities, the room, the beach, the garden, the food, the staff and the clientele. We had wonderfull and cheerful time here. Thanks to everyone at TUI Africana for their amazing job!

Restaurant and bar staff very warm, helpful, keen to please. Hotel right beside the beach- golden sand. Beach bar good, lots of sun loungers. One heated pool re-opened during our stay. Indoor spa pool evidently good. We were there during Ramadan and off season so not all facilities were open. Yasmine area felt safe and lovely walk along the beach. The Yasmine Medina is great and an easy 15 min walk. Hotel spotlessly clean, all inclusive drinks are all good. Entertainment team work really hard to get guests involved - special shout out to Lorenzo and his team.

Double bed is 2 pushed together so not ideal. Tea and coffee in the room would be a bonus. More bathroom products would be nice. Really disappointed that reception quoted 40 euros for a taxi back to airport (we had booked online in uk for 24 to get to hotel). When questioned - reception knocked their price back a little. we booked online again for 24. Never experienced any reception bartering and putting huge mark-up on. Management should stop this. I heard people having the same problem with spa charges.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food options were great, with a wide variety to choose from. There were also plenty of activities. I joined a mobility and stretching class and a step class, and the coaches were amazing. One thing I really loved about this hotel is that you have the freedom to wear whatever you want around the pool, which made the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I truly recommend this hotel.

La course à la serviette le matin pour réserver un transat sur la plage: dès 8h00 du matin, tout est déjà réservé, souvent par des vacanciers qui ne passeront pas toute la journée sur le transat... Donc si vous ne faites pas la même chose, il est probable qu'il n'y ai plus de transat de disponible en arrivant à la plage après le petit déjeuner, vers 9h30. Et c'est encore pire autour de l'activity pool: plus de place bien souvent avant 8h00.... Peut-être faudrait-il interdire ces "réservations", et n'autoriser que la prise de transat à son arrivée à la plage ou à la piscine.. ?

The reception team were very helpful and friendly, the food and snack bar was amazing, and our room was spotless. everything was just perfect! Noura at the reception, and Ashraf and Khaled in the restaurant were amazing. The bars were so good specially the one by the main swimming pool.

I think they just need to improve their English.

La restauration, la nourriture ....A vpus les professionnels de savoir quoi faire je ne peux vous apprendre votre métier ( bien que je sous auditrice dans ma vie professionnelle). Le personnel pas agréable aux premiers abords, l animation .... Je voyage depuis plus de 25 ans plusieurs fois par an avec un budget de 17000 euros par personne minimum.....dans le monde entier sous differents types de formats de voyages et sincèrement je ne reviendrais pas ....car il y a vraiment mieux

This was my first visit to Tunisia and the first overall impression about the travel was rather disappointing. However the longer I stayed, the more this hotel and their employees changed my mind. In the end the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel has HUGE private guarded territory. The passage around takes around 10 minutes slow pace. The hotel has 5 pools including 1 adult-only and an aquaparque. There are also several bars around the territory with 1 working 24 hours. As all tui magic life, this hotel has Amphitheater, with different entertainment shows going every day. There is also football field, tennis fields, archery club and even a golf experience, which I unfortunately did not use. The beach is amazing. Their own beach has a nice bar with always cold beer, some alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail options, juices and coffee, big stationary parasols, plenty of beach lounges, 4 fields for beach volleyball, which I enjoyed alot to play. The sand on the beach feels like a flour. Its amazingly soft and nice to walk on. The sea water was stunning - it was absolutely transparent and calm. The room was squeaky clean, smell nice and was pleasant to stay inside. Bathroom was well equipped, towels, robes, slippers, shampoos, soap and shower gel provided. The food was superb. Every time various options were provided, including european options, neutral meals like fries and nuggets and a vast selection of local cuisine, which I found preferential. Special regards to the staff of the hotel. All of them, from gardeners to reception, entertainment, cleaners, bartenders and waiters, were super polite, welcoming, proactive and friendly. Every evening, there was a piano session in their huge beautiful lobby. The pianist is an impressively skillful and nice old man, who, in my eyes, benefited alot to the impression of the hotel. Sitting there after dinner with a cocktail, listening to him playing, was an obligatory relax session for me every day.

Overall the hotel is old, but extremely well maintained. Several times there was a towel shortage, both beach and room. But in the end the staff was able to satisfy our request. It coudl've been nice to have toothpaste and tooth brash provided. The parasols are made of thatch with metal carcass, which is very old and rusty. Their size and height make it rather easy to hit with your head or arm, which can be dangerous. Could be also nice to have drinking water to be delivered to the suit every day instead of us asking for it in the dining room. There is a small sauna in the inside pool gallery, but it is hard to find and it almost never works. The staff suggested to ask the responsible personel to turn it on and they do on your request, but then you will have to wait aprox 30 min for it to heat up. They close it at 17:30, right at the time when it couldve been nice to use it actually. It wouldve been wonderful to have sauna working until 8pm for example. For me it was unfortunate that sauna is not even 10th part as good as in Masmavi, for example.

The staff is great, always smiling, and there are plenty of them, so you never have to wait for service. There are lots of activities here, all day long and for every taste. Food - I'm a vegetarian. I wouldn't say that the selection for vegetarians is amazing, but there's plenty to eat. You definitely won't go hungry. Plus, the vegetables are very tasty. Overall, the dishes are of very good quality and very tasty. Desserts too. Room - Overall, everything is fine and clean. Only our shower was quite old. Pools - there are many and they are good. The hotel grounds are large, it is nice to just walk around. Beach is nice.

I think this is a global problem. People reserve sun loungers by simply placing their towels on them and leaving for hours. By 9 a.m., all the sun loungers on the beach are taken, but only about 20% of people are actually using them. In general, it is very difficult to find a place on the beach or by the pools.

Good afternoon. I've been there twice now. I love the place, the staff is super friendly. Let me start with Latifa, hands down she's the best always there her attitude is always 10/10 . The food 10/10. I recommend people to go there everyday all year long.

From the moment we arrived, Mr Hedi Marnissi, the Guest Service Manager, treated us like VIPs—personally arranging our check-in, restaurant bookings, and even more surprises. Every staff member reflected his warmth, but Hedi’s attention to detail truly elevated our stay. Mr Chafiq, the overall manager, also checked in on us during dinner, which showed great leadership. A special thanks to kamel from the magico restaurant our waiter was such a dedicated and lind person . Delicious buffets, lively beach activities , and endless daily activities (tennis, archery, water aerobics) meant we never had a dull moment. Highly recommend TUI Magic Life Africana for anyone craving seamless service and fun-filled days.

Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect except food.

Good buffet for dinner and breakfast with many varieties and very good sea food and fish options. All dietary choices are available. The pools and beach are very good and you can find either quite corner to relax or join party sides of the pools.

My frustration is related to an incident I had with my car because how the barrier in the parking lot was placed. The parking is very small and it’s almost impossible to see it so had a bad day when leaving the parking and the security didn’t do anything just watching and waiting for me to leave.

Location, right on the beach. Security for the kids just let them roam. Food was excellent and good choice. The staff were very attentive. The hotel cats kept the kids busy. April weather was spot on, high teens and low twenties. The pools were protected by the hotel from the coastal wind. Family room with 2 bedrooms was excellent.

The pools were too cold at the beginning of April. They needed the chill taken off.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The bathroom in our room had a persistent leak, causing the floor to remain wet throughout our stay. Despite requesting a room change, we were informed that this was not possible. The staff assured us that they understood the issue and promised to resolve it. However, it took multiple reminders and visits to the reception before someone finally came to address the problem. Unfortunately, after the repair, the leak started again shortly thereafter. This situation wasted an entire day of our trip and caused significant inconvenience because we had two kids. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of both time and money. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests.
