The property is very well kept and has nicely landscaped grounds. The room was comfortable and sparkling clean.

It advertises that it has a restaurant on site and offers room service, so it was a shock to be informed upon checking in that it was closed on Sunday. The hotel did offer shuttle service to a nearby restaurant, but that was hardly as convenient as room service. The other fact to be aware of is that the airport shuttle it offers drops you off at a parking area near the airport, not right at departures. If you have mobility issues you might want to make other arrangements.

ארוחת הבוקר יחסית קטנה מבחינת מבחר. אבל אפשר בקלות למצוא מה לאכול בגלל שהבת שלי בת 18, היא נחשבת בוגרת ולפי בוקינג היינו צריכים להזמין לה חדר נוסף וממש חבל. כי בחדר עם הגלריה יש מיטה ענקית שיכלה בקלות להכיל את 2 הילדים

Convinient location, close to the airport, rooms were silent and had blackout curtains. Good for quick rest between flights.

It was a bit hard to walk to but the hotel offers paid shuttle service. Breakfast was ok but not great. It was quite expensive for what you get. It might be bc of ongoing film festival.

Location, because our flight got into the airport port at 23:00 at night, and our connecting international flight departed at 9:40 in the morning.

Location is ideal for short stays - steps away from Marco Polo airport. There is shuttle service and the grounds have a lot of lawn with roses.

Value, although it’s so convenient that close to the airport.

Close to airport but cozy, and had a quaint little feel of like a little farmhouse. Had a little trouble with getting a shuttle bus that they have but it all worked out restaurant at excellent food and everyone was very helpful.

The main facility is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and wam. The location is fantastic.

I think it depends on the room you get. My room had an old bathroom. There was little sunlight and it was extremely small. I noticed that other rooms were much bigger and nicer. I think I got the last available room. Since I just needed a safe and convenient place to sleep for a night, it didn't bother me, but I wouldn't have stayed for longer.

Breakfast was good, everyone very helpful and friendly . Is always are stop before to go to the airport .os absolutely beautiful and comfortable . Thank you

Facilities were good, and very close to the airport.

The shuttle service is a bit of a joke. Takes 5€ per person for a two minutes drive and leaves you 5 minutes walk from the terminal with all the luggage, even though shuttles leave you right at the door

The hotel bulding felt brand new and was clean, quiet, was in a perfect location by the Venice airport (a 15 minute walk), had an onsite restaurant serving a great dinner, a comfortable bed and nice pillows, a large shower with nice water pressure, and a spacious living area.

The olnly thing I would add is a handrail going up to the loft bedroom.

The location is very good for Marco Polo airport.

Previously we had stayed in quirky rooms in the main building. This time we were in a room purpose built I would guess for one night stops. It was large, and had everything needed, but was a little tired and soulless, especially at the very high price point. At a third of the price, I would have had no complaints, but I thought it very expensive for, basically a motel room.

Room & Breakfast

Picking up, told me ten minutes, didn't showup for 20 minutes, I had to call again to remind them. The place is less than 5 minutes away.

Our room and bathroom was updated, comfortable, clean and spacious. Quiet despite being so close to the airport.

Dinner main course seemed to be pre-made and microwaved for service. It did taste pretty good. It was also delivered to the table just minutes after the salad was served.

They charged me 10 euros service delivery for a 15 euros salad. Ridiculous since I told I was going to pick it up in the dining room and I thought they brought to my room as a kindness.

Jättetrevlig personal och bra läge. Lite långt att gå med väskor till flygplatsen men hotellet hade egen transfer, fungerade utmärkt. Hade ett väldigt rymligt och fint rum med egen uteplats.

La comida estuvo muy buena

Modernes, helles und großzügiges Zimmer, fußläufig vom Flughafen, ohne den entsprechenden Lärm zu hören.

Für den Preis zu reduziertes Frühstück. Der rechtzeitig gebuchte und in Relation zu teure Flughafenshuttle war überfüllt und aufgrund der Wartezeit mussten wir am Flughafen hetzen.

Łóżko z dobrym twardym materacem, świeżą pościel. Do lotniska dotarliśmy pieszo. Pokój dla 3 osób miał drugie łóżko na antresoli, była tam również druga toaleta. Dawało to przestrzeń i nieco intymności. W łazienkach dostępne były kosmetyki w tym do demakijażu.

Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Very close to the Venice airport

First of all, the restaurant was excellent for dinner! Homemade pasta, fresh salad. My room was fine but I wish it were better. It had air conditioning and new bathroom fixtures, but the walls were pretty beat up. There was also a bit of an odd smell. The hotel is lovely on the outside and has a number of nice outdoor sitting areas, but it was too hot for me to enjoy. Shuttle to/from airport is good but if you’re arriving at the airport you need to be persistent in finding the exact location for pick up.

Clean, convenient, restaurant is good, very supportive service.

quick trip to the airport, we arrived very late and the staff helped us check in quickly and showed us to our room. The travel time to the airport was 1 minute, this is a very convenient place to stay for early travel.

Excellent location from the airport - we walked there and caught the shuttle bus back the next day.

Breakfast was very poor. It started at 0430am and the limited selection such as the eggs, looked like they'd been there since then. Most of the break were in wrappers. Very disappointing for the price.

The staff. They are willing to give you helping hand to me that is more important for the size of the room. They are extremely humanitarian.

Modern, clean rooms, great location for overnight stay close to departing airport flight.

Food. The restaurant food was not good. I had carbonara too much egg, undercooked to the point it was runny egg yolks and the pasta was also undercooked not even al dente. Breakfast was mentioned in other reviews as wonderful. It was also bad except for the fresh squeezed OJ machine and automated coffee with lots of choice for cappuccino, espresso, Americana, etc. I need these in my home!

It was close to the airport!

The room did not get cool at all. The room was clean but nothing special. The shuttle was 5 euro per person, and they don't drop you at the gate!!!! Really nothing special other than the price. ($300.00) Learned my lesson, make sure my flight out is not so early and just stay in Venice for the same money with some ambiance.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport area. The stuff was nice and helpful. The room was tidy and clean.

Ondanks dat ik in Nederland alles online had betaalt en geen mededeling heb gehad tijdens betaling dat het verplicht is om op locatie ook nog eens met een creditcard te betalen als borg. Pas bij aankomst doet het hotel je dit vertellen. Lekker te laat. Ik ben meteen naar een ander hotel gegaan in Venetië. Veel beter, goedkoper en in hartje Venetië

Airport hotels are always in fairly uninteresting surroundings. This is on a large block so there is some grass but the area is quite industrial

The room was modern and clean, with stairs up to third bed with separate additional sink/toilet. Shuttle to and from airport was convenient, with a small charge. Restaurant on site was convenient. Kettle in room.

Our shower actually had an issue. Overflowed into bathroom each time we showered. Drainage in shower didn't seem to work, but we did not report it for office because we were only there one night and went to airport early the next morning. Otherwise, all was really good, modern, clean, quiet.

Our receptionist was fantastic and catered for us; 2 tired girls who arrived late, having missed their flight. Accommodating, friendly and fun! We were allowed to buy wine, despite the bar just closing, which was really needed. Thank you also to our bar tender! Beautiful hotel; clean, generously sized, comfy, gorgeous garden and terrace to sit and decompress with a glass of wine.

I arrived late, due to airline problems. The night staff, Andrea, was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Getting in to the room was a nightmare. It was very late. All I wanted to do was fall into bed and sleep. The key card, designed to unlock the room door, malfunctioned repeatedly. Even the hotel's night clerk had a great deal of difficulty getting it to work. Once in the room, the light switches were very non-intuitive. Even allowing for my over-tired state, I had great difficulty figuring out how to turn on lights I wanted, and even more difficulty turning off lights which were already on when I arrived that I needed to switch off to get to sleep.

Very clean/accomodating/and comfortable. My room was huge and they helped bring my bags right to my door.

The only issue I had was getting in touch with them as they do not have WhatsApp and my phone was not allowing me to dial out for the airport shuttle pick up. Just something for awareness ! Nothing bad about the property!

Within walking distance of the airport The hotel offer a shuttle service but we didn't feel the need as we were traveling light. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. Hard to believe there is an international airport so close. No issues with noise. The meals were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and property was beautiful. Right along the highway on the way to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. We slept very well. Had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel had a shuttle that will make runs to the airport every 30 minutes. We made use of that in the morning to get to the Venice Airport.

Accommodations filled our needs. Facility was close to airport and location was quiet. Staff was very helpful in arranging a shuttle to and from the city of Venice.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. Staff were friendly but did not seem happy. Food was on the lower end of average. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad , the vegetables were fresh but the chicken was horrible. II could not tell if there was chicken in what appeared to chicken vs the croutons. My sister ordered a beef dish and she said it really did not have any flavor to it. We both left over half the meal on the plate. We ordered a piece of Cheesecake and it tasted stale and like a cardboard box. We each took a bite and pushed it away.

Our rooms had a very dangerous staircase to bed located on second floor.

Staff were excellent, very accommodating and welcoming. Irene was very responsive when messaged about the shuttle. We were at the airport, messaged and directed to the stop and within minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up. Hotel is walkable to airport on the pavement around the nearby roundabouts. Room was well appointed and clean, breakfast was very good. Would stay again.
