L’établissement est très bien situé et très accueillant et calme. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et très bon. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, mention spéciale aux dames présentes pendant le petit déjeuner (une mince très souriante et aimable, 2 autres pleines gentilles aussi) et Mr Abdela à la réception ,si je n’écorche pas son nom, très très poli et serviable. Aucune difference quelque soit l’origine du client 👌.

Le manque de piscine et de salle de sport était le point négatif dans un premier temps. Après on peut mentionner le côté propreté, effectivement l’hôtel doit s’améliorer dans ce sens, le ménage de chambre se limite juste à la surface visible, quand tu vas regarder sous le lit c’est très sale et très visible.

Une expérience globalement satisfaisante dans un hôtel propre, bien situé et doté d’un personnel accueillant. Nous avons apprécié la qualité générale de l’établissement. Il aurait néanmoins été préférable d’éviter d’attribuer des chambres à l’étage concerné par les travaux. Nous aurions également apprécié davantage de souplesse concernant notre demande d’une chambre donnant sur le boulevard Anfa. Ces deux points mis à part, nous gardons une impression positive de notre séjour.

L’accueil et les soins donnés par tous les membres du personnel : bagagistes, réceptionnistes, femmes de chambre, gouvernante et d’autres encore. Je remercie notamment Driss, à la réception, pour ses précieux conseils !

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The experience was miserable from start to finish. There was a horrible musty, moldy smell throughout the hotel, especially around the old elevator. And don’t even get me started on how dirty the rooms were. When I told them that my room was dirty, they simply offered me other rooms that were almost exactly the same, as if they were trying to gaslight me into thinking there was nothing wrong with them. It was absolutely horrible. I had no choice but to stay the night, and they still had the audacity to charge me for it. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism and dirtiness in a hotel with such a well-known name.i had to clip the video I filmed to show u the actual room since I can’t put a footage here feel free to look at them.

Très bon séjour au Barceló Casablanca, même si je n’étais que de passage. Arrivés très tard dans la nuit, nous avons apprécié une chambre propre, confortable et très correcte, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un départ à 13h et laisser nos bagages à la conciergerie le temps d’aller déjeuner, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter des équipements de l’hôtel, mais pour une étape à Casablanca, je recommande sans hésitation !

Un accueil exceptionnel Je tiens à adresser un immense merci à toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel Dellarosa pour ce magnifique séjour, et tout particulièrement à Monsieur Kamal, Directeur d’Hébergement, pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Monsieur Kamal a été d’une grande attention avec nous du début à la fin. Il a pris le temps d’échanger avec moi au téléphone et a été particulièrement à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Je souhaitais notamment une décoration spéciale pour la chambre pour mon mari et moi, et il a fait tout son possible pour que tout soit parfaitement préparé. Il a vraiment veillé à ce que chaque détail corresponde à ce que je souhaitais. Sa disponibilité, son écoute et sa bienveillance nous ont énormément touchés. C’est une personne très professionnelle, mais surtout très humaine et vraiment adorable. Je souhaite également remercier chaleureusement Madame Lamiaa, Madame Yasmine et Monsieur Oussama, à la réception. Vous avez été adorables avec nous, toujours souriants, gentils et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos échanges, votre bonne humeur et votre façon de nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un très beau moment et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Dellarosa. The staff is very professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to guests. The location is great — it’s about a 25-minute walk to the sea and the Hassan II Mosque.

Le BRUIT! Sincèrement le pire hôtel niveau insonorisation! On entend tout surtout les voitures à n’importe quel moment de la journée et de la nuit. Même en changeant de chambre, rien n’y fait! Hôtel simple sans aucune installation autre que les chambres.

Bon accueil à la réception. Je suis arrivé après 19h00. Belle vue sur la mer au loin et sur la mosquée Hassan II. La chambre était propre et située dans les étages d'en haut. Bon emplacement. Pas mal de commodités sont accessibles à pied.

Dans le boulevard ou l'hôtel est placé, il convient de ne pas trop trop s'attarder le soir.

Las vistas de mi habitación, pero entiendo que no habían otras disponibles y no todas pueden ser espectaculares... alguna tiene que tener la mala situación... 😅

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil très chaleureux de l’équipe. J’ai également été séduite par le magnifique cadre, véritable écrin de sérénité et de beauté. Enfin, la propreté irréprochable des lieux a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour très agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner ne correspondait pas tout à fait à l’esprit traditionnel que j’attendais, et cela m’a un peu manqué. J’aurais adoré y retrouver les produits typiques et authentiques d’un petit-déjeuner beldi.

Les oreillers etaient dure j ai tres mal dormi, pas de parking pour la voiture tres difficile de stationner, la femme de menage m a reveille le matin vers 10h30 ca m a fait peur avant l heure du check out prevu a 12h normalement, manque d accessoire de salles de bains

Lack of AC everywhere almost, in the hotel lobby, corridors & at the room the AC either weak(fan) or less than needed. It was too hot during my visit & you can’t survive without AC. Breakfast was too poor & again the restaurant is not air conditioned!

Viel zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, mit der die Gebäudetechnik nicht umgehen konnte. Sprung in der duschwanne ergab Lache auf Badezimmerboden. Die Lüftungsauslässe haben den Inhalt ihrer überladenen Staubfilter auf dem Fußboden entladen. Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert. Das Personal hat sich aber um alles sofort gekümmert und war hilfsbereit.

Good location, good rooms, nice breakfast and service by Mounia Room Airconditioner not working properly in this hot weather, and reception just saying to keep waiting it will work !

The hotel's location is excellent, practically right in the center. The rooms are clean and tidy, the housekeeping is excellent, and towels and linens are changed regularly. The rooms are excellent, the soundproofing is good, and I had a peaceful rest. No traffic or street noise bothered me. The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and always ready to help. At the restaurant, during breakfast, Hanane was very helpful. She always had a friendly smile.

The man at the reception was a gem, perfect hospitality and decent size clean rooms and well equipped..

The shower can get better , they have a half partition but water still comes out of the shower area making the bathroom wet …. If kids bathe alone quite possible that the water can create a mess

I have had the pleasure of staying at Barceló Casablanca more than 10 times, with stays ranging from a single night to several weeks. Each time, I find myself extending my stay because of how comfortable and welcomed I feel. The greatest asset of this hotel is without a doubt its staff. Amal, responsible for guest services, consistently delivers outstanding service. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm attitude truly set her apart. Issam also plays a key role in creating this special atmosphere. He has a natural way of making every guest feel at ease and welcome, which truly enhances the overall experience. Mrs. Kabbaj also deserves recognition for her kindness and dedication. The General Manager is highly approachable and clearly prioritizes both guest satisfaction and safety. This level of leadership is reflected throughout the hotel. While Barceló Casablanca is officially a 4-star hotel, my personal experience especially after living in the UAE and staying in numerous high-end hotels is that it reaches a 5-star level in terms of service and hospitality. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that the atmosphere here is unique. It truly feels like a home away from home, where every need is taken care of promptly and with genuine care. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

It's a very nice bowl in the middle of the city. The only disappointment was with choices of meals and bar selection. The noise from the street was unbeatable every night.
