テルミニ駅から近く、部屋はとても綺麗だった、ベットもフカフカで寝心地がよい、コンセントの数も多くてよかった、シャワーも水圧強めでよかった、エレベーターがあるのは便利ですね👍　スタッフの方は皆親切にしてくれました。 朝食もバリエーション豊かで美味しい！コーヒーもとてもおいしいです！

The location was within walking distance of the railway station. Alexandro was very helpful as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast was quite extensive for Italy. The room was comfortable.

The shower in the bath was problematic for us at our age. The air conditioning appeared to struggle a bit.

Rooms were in need of refurbishment. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Shower head needed replacing. Advertised as close to attractions. Wasn’t near them. Room service laundry trolley was continually parked outside the room with the vacuum cleaner. Posing a hazard for trip and fire exit.

Todo fue espectacular. El personal fue muy gentil, en especial David, las instalaciones maravillosas, la ubicación cerca al tren, desayunos increíbles, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y baño amplio.

テルミニ駅から近く、帰国する前の滞在には便利な場所にありました。美味しくて安いレストランも駅の側にあり、良かったです。

部屋が清潔ではなく、ティーカップなどに誇りが被っていました。ティースプーンやカップも汚れが目立ち、洗ってから使いました。楽しみにしていたテラスは小さい机と座りづらそうな椅子で、結局そこで過ごすことはありませんでした。植木も雑に管理されていて、虫がたくさんいました。せっかく美しい景色が見られる場所なので、もう少し手入れをした方が良いと思います。これがジュニアスイート？！と驚きました。

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire. De l'accueil à la nettoyeuse. Le déjeuner continental est top et le service est quatre étoiles. La literie est parfaite et la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours.

The hotel was great, staff excelled & the access from the station was excellent. Was in a slightly quieter area of the city which was positive but easily reachable from the main attractions. Room was a good size, quiet at night for sleeping & the bathroom had great hot water which is what you really want when travelling.

Particulièrement bien situé, à côté de Termini, parfait pour rejoindre les différents quartiers. Personnel souriant, très serviable, arrangeant. Globalement une super expérience.

La ventilation (de la cuisine ?) bruyante , qui s’entendait bien dans la chambre 107 mais nous avons sans aucune difficulté pu changer de chambre sans frais.

Perfect location for a trip to Rome. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and had amazing restaurants at the corner of the street with amazing food and good prices. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the colosseum and many more historical sites were a 20-30 minute walk. The hotel itself was VERY clean and the bed was very comfortable which I appreciated after a long travel day. The staff was so friendly and nice, allowed a early check in since my room was ready when I got there at noon and securely held my bags for me so I could explore the city after check out and before my flight. I will for sure be back Small cons: very poor water pressure but that’s everywhere in Italy (didn’t bother me for a quick shower) and the rooms can get a little noisy with outside traffic but nothing crazy that altered my stay.

I booked this place based on its proximity to Roma Termini, and it was perfect from that perspective. But it is also a sweet little hotel with staff who really want to be helpful (and are!). The hotel even provides for some local experiences without additional fees, and we took the night tour around the Colosseum - it was fantastic! Also, the breakfast was amazing. I would book again if going to Rome, and highly recommend.

Uliczka przy hotelu miała codziennie wątpliwy zapach. Nazwaliśmy go zaułkiem moczu ale na szczęście to nie obniżyło poziomu zadowolenia z pobytu;)

We stayed here for one night and found it to be an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of many of Rome’s attractions. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the young lady on reception, who kindly upgraded us to a spacious room overlooking the Baths of Diocletian. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the member of staff looking after the breakfast service was welcoming and attentive. This would have been a five-star review. Unfortunately, on our return to the hotel in the evening, we had an unpleasant encounter with two men in the street outside, We fully appreciate that this had nothing to do with the hotel and was completely beyond its control, so it does not reflect the quality of the accommodation or the excellent service we received throughout our stay. Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel for its location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück sehr lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl. Vor allem der Kaffee und die frischen Kuchen waren toll. Die Juniorsuite war wirklich großartig und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado e impecable. Las habitaciones muy lindas Ubicado cerca de Termini. El personal muy atento. La aerolínea retrasó 3 días el equipaje y Lorenzo estuvo atento a recibirla. Cuando el equipaje llegó al hotel inmediatamente nos notificó. Mil gracias a todo el personal por hacer nuestra estancia en Roma menos estresante. Gracias Lorenzo y Aron por su amabilidad y profesionalismo.

L'albergo é vicinissimo alla stazione di Roma Termini. Il personale é stato molto gentile e professionale. La struttura non é nuova ma si vede che é stata ristrutturata. Letto e cuscini sono stati molto comodi. La stanza era abbastanza pulita ed il bagno era abbastanza grande con una doccia spaziosa e con un bel doccione funzionante, nonostante il tubo dello stesso fosse parzialmente staccato dal muro. Colazione top!

La TV della stanza non funzionava e, nonostante sia intervenuto un dipendente cambiando anche il telecomando, non é riuscito a risolvere il problema tecnico.

Excellent variety of buffet style breakfast foods. The staff was always very helpful and willing to help us. We were very happy with the location so close to the Termini train station making it very easy to access the airport. The street was quiet. Close to several restaurants. The proximity to the Roman Bath ruins and museum next door and the Basilica just a block away was a wonderful surprise.

The city of Rome needs to do a better job with trash collection from neighboring properties and along the street. Seeing trash bags built up across the street and some spilled onto the street when collected as well as general litter around the corner near the take out food kiosk is not helpful to any of the businesses along these side streets.

Lorenzo was very friendly. The staff was polite and we were well treated. In comparison to Portugal standards we were expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

The policy is not family friendly. There is not the possibility for late check-out and we had to pay an extra night so that our toddler could rest for his nap. We were allowed to stay until 12:00 but he was still sleeping and we were asked to leave by 12:10 so I paid for an extra night and we left at 14:00 of the same day.

I needed a hotel near Termini station for one night. I was able to check in early, which was a major bonus as I had been traveling for many hours. The shower was quite poor, with limited hot water, and the showerhead was crusty and clogged with mineral deposits. Decor is a bit outdated but everything was very clean. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Quite expensive for what it is.

Easy Metro, bus and rail connections. Good-sized room. Friendly, helpful staff. Near some great restaurants.

Comfortable, clean, convenient to train station, good restaurants and city attractions. Pleasant helpful staff. Nice view of the baths. Convenient gym. Reasonably priced wash and fold nearby.

Minor issues. There was a maid’s cart parked outside our door that we had to walk around during the whole stay. The breakfast while tasty had a somewhat awkward setup with most of the more popular food items and condiments in one corner.

The beds are big, the location it's amazing and you can go walking everywhere, it's super close to termini so is just 2 blocks from the airport train to the hotel and you don't need to take a taxi or uber. The staff was super nice and considered.

I accidentally booked an extra night and immediately contacted the hotel to correct the mistake. Unfortunately, they refused to offer any help or flexibility. They denied my requests to change the date, receive a partial refund, or even credit the amount toward breakfast. To make matters worse, they called me the day before checkout to request I vacate the room early. They took advantage of my mistake as if it was a bet in a casino and this hotel is not cheap. On other notes, the air conditioner is bad quality, the bath tab is very tall and you have to be careful and the breakfast is poor.

Soap and shampoo dispensers did not work in the bathroom.

Hotel Diocleziano was a great place to stay in Rome. It is in a safe and convenient location, very close to the train station, and has many good restaurants within a few mins walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and updated. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

The good - the location is exceptional for those using trains and the metro as it's only a couple minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The not so good - the shower was VERY tiny, even for someone slender and not much prep area in the washroom. The breakfast was also lackluster with few options and a toaster you need a degree to work, but the young lady taking care of everything was exceptional.

The only small inconvenience was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. However, everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Location for train station excellent. We only stayed 1 night Best thing was reception staff. They were so pleasant and helpful especially Lisette.

Elevator was small and bit temperamental

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. They were on hand for anything we needed or just advice or where to go and what to see.

Rooms were a little outdated style wise but very clean.
