Deseo Home Guest House

Every thing

All was good

Przytulny pokój, super śniadanie o bardzo pomocny gospodarz.

We enjoyed the staff at this property. They were very friendly and helpful. It was very close to the Teremini. We were able to use the metro, the hop on hop off bus and train all from this location. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable.

Lage Personal bemüht

Abgewohntes Zimmer Sauberkeit im Badezimmer Frühstück (kein Nachfüllen)

Fresh clean towels every day, room was cleaned every day as well.Good breakfast and great service at the front.Quite neighborhood with plenty restaurants around.Ten min walk to Termini train station.

Struttura molto bella, in posizione tranquilla. Molto pulita. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great in the room, and the beds were very comfy.

Staff gentilissimo,posizione,camera e pulizia.

Great bus connection to everywhere you want to go, bus station just outside of the hotel and 2 more near by. Good breakfast, you can even order something they will make it for you, like french toast of eggs with bacon, and they make a great cappuccino.

Lokalizacja super. Wszystko w pobliżu ale bez zbędnego zgiełku. Obsługa bardzo pomocna.

Czysty pokój, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadania, możliwość zostawienia bagaży w przypadku późnych lotów

Brak

Výborná lokalita, v okolí velvyslanectví a ambasády. Dobrá vzdálenost do centra. Dalo se jít i pěšky. Nebo byl blízko autobus a metro. Celý hotel čistý, dobré snídaně a skvělý, ochotný a milý personál.

We had a very pleasant short stay at Deseo Home in Rome. The location is very convenient, close to Termini Station, and the main sights of the city are easy to reach either on foot or by bus. The staff were especially kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the excellent breakfast. A lovely place for a comfortable stay in Rome.

Everything was great

Excelent staff

Aria condizionata, wifi funzionante. Le camere sono compatte ma comode

non ho difetti da segnalare

Great location very safe and outside the British embassy

Nothing

Totul a fost perfect, personal foarte amabil!🇮🇹🤗

Posizione

Lo staff

Soggiorno stupendo.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and in walking distance to all of the things you would want to see in Rome. If you don't want to walk there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff are all extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. They recommended we visit Tivoli by train, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely, clean, air conditioned rooms. Excellent breakfast. It was our second stay here and we will definitely be back again.

Nothing.

Muy buena localización. Atención del personal muy buena también.

Frühstück, Kaffeezubereitung auf dem Gang, bequemes Bett

Sehr dunkler Raum, kleines Bad

Otelin merkeze uzaklığı yürüyerek 30 dakika. Ben genellikle otobüs kullandım, merkezde yeterince yürüyoruz zaten. Hemen önünde otobüs durağı var. Terminiye yürüyerek 15-20 dakika. Oda gayet temizdi.

Close to the station. Polite and attentive staff. A clean, newly refurbished single room. Free coffee and tea. The breakfast was very good. Thank you!

There was a bit of noise coming from the next room, but it wasn’t a big deal.

After a long journey arriving at this hotel and receiving such a warm welcome made all the difference. The young man working the night shift was incredibly kind, he took the time to show us on their map some beautiful places worth visiting. Also Aria was such a sweet soul, you could tell they both take their job seriously and care about the guests. Thank you guys for making our stay so memorable :)

My stay at this hotel was truly a very pleasant experience. The location is ideal – the hotel is very close to metro stations as well as the main train station, making it a great choice for exploring Rome and getting around the city with ease. Despite being close to the city center and major transport links, the area feels very safe and comfortable. I would especially like to praise the staff. Everyone is extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Their helpfulness and professionalism truly elevated the entire stay experience. The breakfast was also outstanding – a wide selection of food, all fresh and delicious, so there really is something for everyone. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the entire property gives the impression that great care is taken of the guests. All in all, an excellent accommodation, primarily thanks to the wonderful staff, great location, and high-quality breakfast. I would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Location, people that work there with their hospitality was so good, thier food also

They didn't replace our bed sheet, they didn't have YouTube on thier tv also we couldn't connect netflix

Clean and the staff are very pleasant, very helpful and attentive.

A little small.

Bardzo czysto śniadania Super personel Bardzo mily lokalizacja super

Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is amazing. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was tidy and clean.

Struttura bella e curata, camera accogliente e pulita. Piacevole e rilassante la colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very convenient — you can easily reach Rome’s main attractions, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and everything else you might need nearby. A special thank you to the staff for their friendliness, hospitality, and wonderful attitude. Communication is always pleasant, they respond quickly to any questions and are always happy to help. We really enjoy coming back here whenever we visit Rome. It’s a great combination of a convenient location, comfort, and good service. I’m sure this was definitely not our last stay!

All staff was very friendly and helpful, one of the cleanest rooms I've seen with daily visits when your away from room, very good location near everything and very good breakfast definitely suggest it for everyone!

Excellent location. Staff very welcome and polite We arrived early and were able to store our bags while the room was being prepared for an early check-in Breakfast was a good spread and tasty too

The location, the staff , the rooms are very clean and perfect size, breakfast its rich and diverse , its a hidden gem in the heart of rome! Highly recommend this place!

Nothing

The property overall was nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all amazing, helpful and kind. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Location was good as well, close to Roma Termini as well as to bus stops. Also not too far to walk to Fontana di Trevi, etc. I would certainly stay here again.

My only concern was the AC which did not work as well as needed. I asked at reception if they had a fan, and they were very quick to provide it. This helped, but it was still quite warm in the room. Also, there was no iron in the room.

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely presented. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Everything was well organised, and the property had a pleasant and relaxing feel.

Zimmer waren sauber und bequem! Badezimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Very nice breakfast and coffee!

A good hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. Very clean Complimentary tea & coffee in or close to the room with complimentary drinks in the fridge regularly restocked. Situated close to the main train/bus station, approximately 15 minute walk. Bus stops close to various areas very close. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Upon arrival, the welcoming was great. The guy at the desk kindly highlighted areas of Rome to see and how to travel around the city. Throughout my stay the room was cleaned each day. I also booked to have breakfast but due to the early starts of my tours. I was only able to breakfast for one of the days. The breakfast was great and came with a adequate variety to start the day with. Location wise it was perfect as its easy to travel around Rome even on foot. The metro is close and taxis are easily booked. I highly recommend this hotel.

Buona posizione, staff molto gentile

Pulizia migliorabile

Közel a városhoz, kedves személyzet

Everyone from the staff were really friendly, the room was very clean. The breakfast was great and with a lot of options. You really made our visit to Rome such a nice experience!! Thank you very much!!

Sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Personal

Great location and clean amenities. Close to public transportation.

Nothing

It’s worth to stay, as hotelier I can feel that commitment to quality. Nice and staff was very nice.good location for anywhere

I liked that the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

My air conditioner didn’t work, my shower had a funky smell, and there were minor stains on the sheets.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation is in an excellent location, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

Friendly welcome & went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday & they left a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for us. Location was great, near a metro station which was easy to use, over the road from a bus stop which ran regularly & about 25 min walk to the colosseum so near enough to all major attractions.

Nothing I can think of.

Location and Price. Lotsa choices for breakfast too.

The cleaning ladies cleaned in the afternoon. One day we were out early in the morning came back mid day and our room was not cleaned. We did saw 2 ladies cleaning next door. It was just way too hot outside so we just didn’t bother to ask to clean our room.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a belváros gyalogosan és tömegközlekedéssel is gyorsan elérhető. Fantasztikus, segítőkész személyzet, pazar reggeli. Nagyon tiszta szoba, kényelmes ágy.

Staff were incredibly helpful, quality linen, relaxing decor, central location and breakfast

Nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Safe neighborhood, easy to hop on a bus. 20 min walking min to center.

It was very hot, the A/c worked great at the begining but broke after 2 days and then it took them too much time to fix it.

Very clean Friendly staff Great location Fresh breakfast

Wifi was too slow

Breakfast very good

My room needs a bit of touch up such as painting and other touches

We would like to thank Shaima for the warm and attentive way she welcomed us. Friendly staff, clean location and good breakfast.. I recommend with confidence.

La situation au calme

Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner
