I loved the location. I loved the quietness. Made me love Rome more than expected being in a good place. People were lovely and accomodating, always available especially when my key card didn’t work.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The place is great and clean, staff is lovely and is always happy to help! We had an issue with our room and they happily gave us a new room and breakfast that same morning. The receptionist named Francesco (if I’m not mistaken) was amazing and helpful with all our questions and helped us plane a tour route every day, as well as helped us find the best restaurants around. Overall we had a lovely stay the area is great and the staff and rooms are fantastic Thank you very much Francesco and the rest of the staff for this lovely stay

O quarto era bastante pequeno. Disseram que nos fizeram um "upgrade" e não entendi como. A toalha de banho estava rasgada e tive que a ir trocar à recepção. O duche fechava-se com uma cortina que dava ideia de estar a servir de substituição à porta da box.

C’è un problema di stelle, perché non puoi averne 4 ed offrire servizi da 3 stelle. Camera con le pareti sporche, rovinate e segnate. Pareti delle stanze sottili, si sentivano le voci delle camere vicine. Il materasso non aveva un copri materasso, ma il lenzuolo era direttamente a contatto con il materasso, cosa di scarsa igiene e pulizia. Nel bagno (senza finestre) gravitavano le cosiddette “mosche degli scarichi”, ne avrò contate almeno 7/8; la carta igienica acquistata forse al discount. Tra l’altro la nostra stanza era spacciata per una superior, un upgrade gentilmente offerto rispetto alla nostra prenotazione di una camera economy. A questo punto o mi hanno palesemente preso in giro oppure non oso immagina la camera economy…Colazione internazionale discutibile: intanto musica italiana sparata ad alto volume intervallata dalle pubblicità solite di Spotify tipiche di quando non hai un abbonamento; uno dei due camerieri girava con iPods alle orecchie. Cornetti freschi, anche la frutta e la parte salata per carità, invece i ciambelloni e le torte erano visibilmente prodotti industriali (anche questi comprati al discount). Tutto cupo e triste. Per avere un uovo al tegamino devi pagare un extra, assurdo con quello che costa il soggiorno. Uno dei due ascensori per la clientela, di sera è usato per trasportare la spazzatura che viene accumulata praticamente accanto all’ingresso. Non una cosa da albergo in via Veneto, ecco. In generale rapporto qualità prezzo inesistente: andrebbe rivisto un po’ il concetto di 4 stelle oppure rivisto il discorso prezzi.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut und die Frühstücksräumlichkeiten schön, sowie das Bett bequem.

Auf dem Zimmer gab es kein Wasserkocher etc. Das Zimmer selbst ist eher klein.

Mal insonorisé, on entendait ce qui faisait les personnes des autres chambres ou les personnes qui parlaient ou marchaient dans le couloir.

La posizione dell'albergo è ottima per muoversi in centro a Roma

insonorizzazione tra le camere inesistente ,proprio per questo motivo non è stata rifatta una delle nostre camere un giorno in quanto il personale di servizio aveva sentito delle voci in camere e pensava fosse occupata : in realtà era la camera vicina. Bastava comunque bussare per sincerarsi che fosse libera.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. In der Nähe befindet sich die Villa Borghese, sowie eine Bushaltestelle.

Die Zimmer sind leider recht hellhörig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es einen Feueralarm, der sich glücklicherweise als Fehlalarm herausstellte, dies mussten wir allerdings erfragen, da das Personal uns keinerlei Informationen dazu gab, sondern unbeirrt den check in anreisender Gäste durchgeführte. Diesbezüglich hätten wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht.

Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Największym problemem podczas pobytu była jakość obsługi i sposób komunikacji personelu. Sam pokój był zgodny ze zdjęciami, jednak dla 3 osób były dostępne tylko 3 gniazdka elektryczne i trzeba było odłączyć lampki. Problem z przedłużaczem udało się ostatecznie rozwiązać, ale dopiero po niepotrzebnie stresującej sytuacji. Dodatkowo podczas pobytu z pokoju zniknęła moja karta podarunkowa Sephora. Została później odnaleziona i zwrócona, jednak sama sytuacja była bardzo niepokojąca, a sposób komunikacji personelu w związku z moimi pytaniami na ten temat pozostawił bardzo złe wrażenie. Obiekt może być akceptowalny pod względem lokalizacji i samego pokoju, ale sposób potraktowania gościa oraz brak profesjonalnej komunikacji zdecydowanie obniżyły jakość mojego pobytu.

The staff is always very accomodating and helpful.

The rooms are big, clean, the location is nice, the value for money and staff are great. It also has nice cafes around it.

The hallways of the rooms are narrow so you the noises from other room doors opening and closing is a bit noisy.

Αρκετά καλό πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές, το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν καθημερινά, άνετο το superior bedroom, το προσωπικό συνεργάστηκε σε αίτημα μας για late checkout (με έξτρα χρέωση), η τοποθεσία καλή αν και για κέντρο ήθελες για κάθε στάση λεωφορείου ή μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια περίπου.

Τα είδη μπάνιου θα μπορούσαν να είναι καλύτερης ποιότητας, ο νιπτήρας και η ντουζιέρα βούλωναν. Επίσης η τηλεόραση αν και ήταν smart tv δε συνδεόταν στο ίντερνετ και όταν έμπαινες σε εφαρμογές πχ νετφλιξ ανά τακτά διάστημα έκλεινε η εφαρμογή και σε πετούσε στα τοπικά καναλια. Θα μπορούσε η τιμή να είναι ελαφρώς χαμηλότερη.

Die Wände im Hotel sind sehr dünn, sodass man nahezu alles hört – sowohl Geräusche vom Flur als auch Gespräche und Bewegungen aus den Nachbarzimmern. Dadurch war es besonders in den Abend- und Nachtstunden sehr laut und schwierig, in Ruhe zu schlafen.

The location is very convenient, in 5 minutes it leads you to a large shopping street connected to Via del Corso. 2 minutes walk to bus station if preferred. Staff was great, special thanks to Iryna, the bed was comfortable, we had an upgrade and the room was just enough. Aircon works perfectly and it’s individual to each room. They treated us water as well and their espresso we bought in lobby was delicious!

The tv works over internet and it breaks frequently. Any door slam next doors can be heard during the night and morning. The minibar is not cold :) None were major problems for us, i just wanted to note for future improvement. We really recommend this hotel and we would choose it again on our next trip

We used to visit regularly when this was Hotel Veneto Palace. It was in need of a refresh for sure but I’m not sure this was it. Gone are the big ornate faux Italianate furniture and it’s mostly replaced with… nothing. The wardrobe is now a hanging rail. There are no drawers… anywhere. The mini fridge that was inside the wardrobes has just been dragged out of the wardrobe and dropped on the floor next to the desk. The same with the safe. There’s a desk lamp on the desk but there’s nowhere to plug it in. The bathroom… you can’t open the door fully. There’s a stopper on the floor to stop the door hitting the toilet pan… it’s THAT tight. The toilet and bidet are loosely placed and you can see the exposed pipework entering the hole in the wall behind. There was a huge chunk taken out of the sink bowl. The shower area is large but the matt “white” floor is filthy and housekeeping can’t seem to clean it. There was trash under the bed from the previous occupants and despite cleaners coming in every day of our stay, they never cleaned under the bed. The walls have been half plastered in a dark grey textured plaster but this hasn’t been done well as there are gaps revealing the white wall behind and so many scuffs where the plaster has come off the walls. The towels had some stains on them. Oh and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor under the desk that was there when we checked in and it was still there when we left. The reception staff were all friendly. There’s no longer a bar in the property. It’s been returned to the hotel next door which might be a better bet if you’re looking to stay in this area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Francesco. The location was probably away from the main places people stay, but we found it very easy to get into central Rome within 10 minutes on a Lime bike or scooter.

I would say the only real issue was the water temperature when showering; it fluctuated from ice-cold to boiling. You could eventually reach a nice middle ground, but to start with, those were the extremes of the scale you received.

The hotel's location is fantastic — Villa Borghese is right nearby, perfect for endless walks. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, which made a huge difference after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious too (even my teenager approved, which says a lot!). We also loved the thoughtful little touch of having the air conditioning already on when we arrived — a small thing, but it really showed how much they care about their guests' comfort. But what really stood out was the staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the manager, Iryna, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. A special mention goes to Iryna at the front desk, who was exceptional. She assisted me with an issue in my room and handled it responsibly and swiftly. What impressed me most was her calm, positive attitude and her warm, happy smile throughout the process. She made sure the issue was resolved efficiently and made me feel well taken care of.

I did have an issue with the power and USB connections in my room. However, Iryna at the front desk and the technical team assisted me promptly on the second day. I especially appreciated Iryna’s calm, the way she handled the issue responsibly and efficiently.

Me encantó la ubicación de hotel, está en una zona muy buena y segura, se puede ir en taxi a los lugares de interés pagando unos 15 euros aproximadamente. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. El personal muy servicial y amable, nos pidieron los taxis, nos ayudaron con todo, recalcó la atención de Helen por sobre todo!!!!..muchísimas gracias!! El precio del hotel es muy bueno

The room was exceptionally clean every single day. The level of cleanliness was among the best we have ever experienced, and it was always a pleasure to return to such a spotless and comfortable room after a full day of sightseeing. The location is excellent. The hotel is situated in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood surrounded by embassies, modern buildings, and well maintained streets. Despite the peaceful atmosphere, all of Rome’s main attractions are easily accessible. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was kind, professional, welcoming, and always available to help with any question or request. Their outstanding service made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. Das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet in einer unschlagbaren Lage. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Zentrum ist fußläufig erkundbar. Gutes Bett, gutes Frühstück. Wir konnten sogar mit dem Auto ranfahren und in einer nahen, guten Tiefgarage parken, da das Hotel knapp außerhalb der Innenstadt-Zone liegt, die nicht befahren werden darf.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Die Auskunft nach dem Frühstück mussten wir erfragen und wurde etwas genervt mitgeteilt. Von der empfohlenen Tiefgarage wußte der Mann gar nichts, so dass ich selbst recherchieren musste. Vielleicht hatte er einen schlechten Tag, aber auch das restliche Personal hat nicht mit Freundlichkeit gepunktet.

The room size for the value was good. If it was not so very hot in Rome the distance to the main streets would have been ok but with the hot weather it took to long needed cabs

This is a solid excellent 3 star hotel: but it can not be a 4 star based on amenities, the room although a good size, had no tea or coffee in the room, no bathroom amenities, small fridge just sitting on the floor, the bed was very hard , the bedsheets and pillow pillows mediocre, the air-conditioning is individual split unit in the room, which worked very well but was loud. I believe due to the extremely hot weather in Rome our room had a smell, which was either from the AC or the bathroom… we asked for it to be corrected and they tried to work on it with some bleach tablets. The airport taxi ride hotel booked cost more than the taxi published rate not sure why. Overall for one or two nights I’m sure this hotel is great but we stayed five nights which was a bit too much and the location requiring cabs to get to most places. Unless walking up and down hilly roads for 20-30 minutes is your thing! Spanish steps are a solid 16 minutes away by foot up and down streets !

Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención de Helen. Nos recibió con una calidez increíble, fue muy amable, atenta y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier consulta. Nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y se aseguró de que todo estuviera perfecto durante nuestra estadía.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji - kilkanaście minut spacerem do Piazza di Spagna, czy Fontanny di Trevi. Na plus również bliskość Ogrodów Borghese. Hotel położony w bardzo przyjemnej okolicy, dość blisko dworca Termini, ale jednocześnie z dala od zgiełku centrum. Ciekawy jest też wystrój obiektu, który odbiega na plus od typowych hoteli 3-4 gwiazdkowych w Rzymie. Personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, a także dostępny 24 godz. Plusem jest też możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu.

Słabo urządzona łazienka, w której drzwi otwierają się do środka i uderzają o bidet (nie można było szerzej ich otworzyć). Gdzieniegdzie widać już zniszczenia (mocno porysowane ściany), które psują trochę ładny wystrój. Minusem jest też słabe ciśnienie wody z prysznica (pewnie problem dotyczy miasta) oraz zatykający się odpływ w brodziku.

Выбрал этот отель, отталкиваясь от отзывов и высокой оценки. НО он явно не соответствует соотношению «цена-качество». Единственное, что этот отель спасает это вежливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Не было элементарных вещей, таких как зубная щетка, тапочки и тп! Завтраки скудные и не менялись за все дни проживания, поэтому не советую их включать в бронирование. Звукоизоляции в номерах нет никакой, со всеми вытекающими.

Отличная гостиница. Чисто, опрятно, просторно. Сотрудники на респшне очень отзывчивые. Кирилл быстро сориентировал нас по условиям заселения и обеспечил нам комфортное пребывание в краткие сроки. Будем сюда возвращаться ещё. Местоположение в пешей доступности от основных достопримечательностей.

Gute Lage - vieles Fußläufig erreichbar. Auch unkompliziert mit dem Auto anzufahren. Zimmer klein aber für Rom passend.

Parken ist in der Umgebung mit Parkservice möglich. Allerdings konnte mir an der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht sagen wo genau die Garage ist und wie viel sie genau kostet (ca 30€ am Tag sagte er) Hatte also mein Auto quasi blind abgegeben und am Ende 80€ für 2 Tage bezahlt.

This was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. There was no closet at all and two people could not pass by the end of the beds at the same time. Basic amenities like a box of tissues were absent and a hook in the bathroom to hang clothing. When we asked, they said they tissues were not included with the room and that we would have to buy some. The location was very nice and the room was clean. It was not a great hotel. I would not stay there again, unless it was the only place I could afford.

Hotel confortevole in una zona molto comoda, vicina a Via Veneto e ben collegata con la stazione. Colazione ottima e varia. Molto belle le parti comuni, in particolare la sala attrezzata per poter lavorare con il proprio PC.

Breakfast area and choices were good. The beds were comfortable. If you like Ikea furnishings then this hotel will appeal.

The bathroom in the room was tiny- open the door and you hit the toilet. Neded more pillows on the bed and despite asking a few times only one arrived. Only a small hanging space for clothes and no drawers. There is no direct room to concierge phone, you have to use What's App which is fine if someone answers. The hotel position was a fair walk away from main areas so be prepared to walk.

We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the room was more spacious which we really appreciated as we stayed 4 nights

Alloggio in Via Veneto, in una posizione davvero ottima: centrale, tranquilla e comodissima sia per raggiungere la zona di Termini sia per spostarsi verso Piazza di Spagna. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza principali. La camera standard è piccolina, con dotazioni essenziali, ma ben arredata, pulita e comoda. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono

We enjoyed our stay But when compared to other stops it was missing some minor amenities that enable you to enjoy the space. We would choose to stay again regardless of these minor conveniences not being available.

The location is good, staff are very friendly. Air condition is particularly good in hot weather.

Great breakfast, nice decor (v modern) Friendly helpful staff, (Kirill),Clean and a very comfortable bed.

Shower very small and it’s just a little bit too far away from everything. 35 min walk to where you want to be which at the end of the day is uphill. About an hour walk from the trendy cobbled restaurant hotspots. In the Italian heatwave we were there in, this meant for some pretty hot and sweaty folks.

It was really close to the city centre as well as the staff are really helpful and friendly, they always helped out during the stay. Therefore we would really recommend it and definitely book their again. During the stay they proactively asked in the evening if they could assist us with anything and when we overslept they provided us with a lovely breakfast in the room.

We had a hate love relationship with the thermostat in the shower, the water was either to hot or to cold.
