We chose Nandini Jungle Resort for our honeymoon, and we honestly could not have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate such a special time in our lives. The hotel itself is breathtaking, surrounded by the incredible beauty and tranquility of the Balinese jungle, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. From Agus, the manager, to Mulia, who always took such wonderful care of us and welcomed us with a genuine smile and a kind word, every single member of the staff made us feel incredibly special. From the front desk to the restaurant, bar, pool staff, housekeeping, and everyone else we encountered, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we truly felt like part of the family. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You could feel that the staff genuinely cared about making every guest feel happy and looked after, and that made all the difference during our honeymoon. It was honestly so hard to leave. We came here as newlyweds hoping for a memorable experience, and we are leaving with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience we have ever had. We hope to return one day, because Nandini will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

Rien à signaler, le petit déjeuner a 780 000 Idr que j ai trouvé trop cher donc pas pris mais qui était peu être fabuleux.

Le personnel était très agréable, le logement était très propre.

Le restaurant reste assez excessif pour les repas proposés. Les prix sont en dollars, ce qui peut faire une belle surprise sur la note, mais le personnel reste très sympathique.

Beautiful rooms and communal spaces

It was far from any restaurants so we ended up eating there all the time. The food was good but we would have liked some variety.

The view from the balcony was spectacular and enchanting. Awesome. The food at Wild Ginger Restaurant is excellent.

The lighting inside the room is a bit too dark. The floor is squeaky. The room amenities can better in my opinion. Some of the electrical outlets are not functioning.

Lokalizacja, obsługa, jedzenie, widoki, spa, miejsca do relaksu. Wołowina wagyu w restauracji to jest mistrzostwo świata. Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo mili, pomocni, zaangażowani i uśmiechnięci ludzie - naprawdę najwyższy poziom obsługi. Miło spędza się tu czas. Widoki jak z pocztówki. W pokoju bardzo czysto, regularnie sprzątany.

Ceny za spa i w restauracji raczej wysokie. Z drugiej strony dostajemy bardzo wysoki poziom, więc nie jest to złe.

Очень понравилось как персонал все двое суток танцевал танец живота с кассовым аппаратом. Куда бы вы не пошли и что бы вы не делали, тервиминал для оплаты будет рядом) Такого я еще ни где не видел.

В момент чекаута, мы позвонили на лобби и попросили забрать багаж, вместе с грузчиками пришли люди и стояли, напрягали нас пока мы не пркинули свой номер. А стояли они по одной причине, проверить, не обьели ли вы их бар на миллион долларов)

This place is something special. The jungle views are beautiful and truly a marvel to see. The room was gorgeous and they decorated it for my husband and I for our honeymoon. It was always clean and the service was exceptional. Our favourite server was Lestari as she made us feel incredibly welcome and made sure to connect with us no other server had. The pool and spa were incredible, especially as they were surrounded by the jungle views and sounds. We highly recommend your next stay in Bali be here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nandini Jungle Resort and spent three nights here. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and beautiful nature. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a real pleasure. Most of all, we were impressed by the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home and made our stay even more special. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment. It is a beautiful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the incredible surroundings. If you’re looking for a thoroughly authentic jungle stay in a beautiful hotel with incredible staff, then this hotel is for you. It’s quite rustic but we were made to feel like family whilst we were there. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was excellent, scenery breathtaking, therapies sublime and we came away feeling thoroughly relaxed. We truly hope to come back in the near future. Just perfect xxx

The hotel was excellent, the location is great. Although it takes around 40 minutes to get to Ubud, the experience of living in the jungle is awesome. In addition, the facilities and the rooms were great, breakfast very good as well. Everybody super friendly.

The included yoga sessions would be more popular if they would be in the morning, usually at 5 I was still visiting places so I could not attend the sessions.

The nandini exceeded my expectations! I celebrated my birthday with my friends and they were accommodating and lovely! I would recommend and the staff especially Novi were great! Thank you nandini for an amazing stay!

Nandini Jungle is such a gorgeous location literally located in the jungle next to rice fields. The service is wonderful and the staff is so friendly! I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone coming to Ubud!

The hotel is truly beautiful and atmospheric. The villas surrounded by the jungle are stunning and create a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. However, the interiors feel a little dated and could use some renovation, especially the bathtub, which was quite worn. Overall, we would recommend staying here for no more than 2–3 days. We stayed for a full week, and by the end of our stay the isolation started to feel quite limiting (the nearest town is about an hour’s drive). The staff are extremely kind and attentive. However, after spending a whole week there, their constant attention started to feel quite intrusive. There was one staff member in particular who would come over and talk to us repeatedly while we were having breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At first we appreciated the friendliness, but after a week we were honestly quite tired and annoyed by it. Sometimes you simply want to enjoy a meal with your partner without having to make conversation with the staff over and over again. In general, we felt there was not much privacy. In our opinion, good service at a resort also means understanding when guests want some personal space and privacy. Moreover because the hotel is so remote, you are almost forced to have most of your meals there. Dinner for two can easily cost €50–60, despite the menu not offering a particularly wide variety of options. In comparison, in Ubud you can eat very well for around €6–7 per person, whether it is pizza or many other types of food. Overall, it is a beautiful and peaceful place, and we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. However, because of the remote location, the relatively high food and activity prices, and especially the lack of privacy, we would not recommend staying for more than three days.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Wenn man aber hauptsächlich Ausflüge unternimmt, ist es etwas abgelegen und man braucht entsprechend mehr Zeit. Das Frühstück ist gut aber könnte im Vergleich zum Rest noch verbessert werden.

Hotel byl absolutní špička z toho, co jsem v životě zažila. Je na nádherném klidném místě. Vše bylo jak v pohádce. Neskutečně milý personál je součástí. Uvítala jsem lekce jogy a s dcerou jsme si objednaly místí rituál, který byl obrovským zážitkem. V hotelové restauraci výborně vaří. I když ceny jsou vyšší, než jsme byly zvyklé, kvalita jídla to vykompenzovala. Musím také pochválit úžasné snídaně.

Nelíbila se mi kauce, kterou jsem musela při příjezdu zaplatit. Čekala jsem, že při konečné vyúčtování mi kauci odečtou z účtu, ale bohužel. Musela jsem čekat 14 dní, než mi byla opět připsána na konto. Uvítala bych odečtení kauce z konečného účtu.

Very good location if you want to relax and unwind. It’s a little far from Ubud, but if you’re looking to clear your mind and enjoy some peace and quiet, it’s a great place.

Blown away by its beauty, tranquillity and how down to earth and accommodating the staffs were. Its a jungle paradise, quite literally. In fact the resort was so breathtaking, mid way through, she said Yes! We will definitely come back again!

Schöne Lage und tolle Unterkunft – das Restaurant trübt leider den Gesamteindruck Unser Aufenthalt im Nandini Jungle Resort war insgesamt leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Zu den größten Pluspunkten gehört definitiv die traumhafte Lage. Das Resort liegt mitten im Dschungel und ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Von unserer Panorama-Villa hatten wir einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und stets makellos sauber. Ein großes Lob an das Housekeeping-Team – das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag genauso sorgfältig gereinigt und aufgeräumt wie am Tag unserer Anreise. Sehr positiv fanden wir auch das Yoga-Programm. Die Yogalehrerin war ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und hat die Stunden sehr angenehm gestaltet. Ebenfalls praktisch war der kostenlose Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum von Ubud.

Der größte Minuspunkt ist das Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Die Preise entsprechen einem gehobenen Restaurant, die Qualität der Speisen jedoch leider nicht. Das Frühstück wird zwar à la carte serviert und bietet eine gute Auswahl, allerdings ließ die Zubereitung oft zu wünschen übrig. Wir bekamen beispielsweise verbrannten French Toast, einen Burger, der innen noch roh war, trockenen Porridge sowie klumpigen und teilweise angebrannten Reis. Insgesamt hatte man oft den Eindruck, dass die Speisen ohne Sorgfalt zubereitet wurden. Auch der Service beim Frühstück wirkte häufig chaotisch. Mehrfach wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin aus dem Spa in ihrer Spa-Kleidung bedient, was auf uns ungewöhnlich und hinsichtlich der Hygiene etwas fragwürdig wirkte. Ebenso wenig gastfreundlich empfanden wir die Restaurantpolitik. Selbst kleinste Änderungen am Frühstück waren grundsätzlich nicht möglich oder wurden nur gegen Aufpreis angeboten. Nach drei Tagen wollten wir deshalb nicht mehr im Hotelrestaurant essen. Da das Resort jedoch mitten im Dschungel liegt und es in der näheren Umgebung keine Restaurants gibt, bleibt den Gästen kaum eine Alternative. Das nächste Restaurant ist mit dem Taxi etwa 40 Minuten entfernt. Dadurch wurde unser Aufenthalt leider deutlich weniger angenehm, als wir es uns erhofft hatten. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist der Pool. Dieser ist zwar optisch sehr schön und sauber, das Wasser war jedoch sehr kalt und nicht beheizt, sodass wir ihn kaum nutzen konnten. Außerdem fanden wir es enttäuschend, dass am Pool nicht einmal kostenloses Trinkwasser angeboten wurde. Jeder Schluck Wasser musste separat bestellt und zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Für ein Resort dieser Preisklasse hätten wir hier deutlich mehr Service erwartet. Auch das Spa hat unsere Erwartungen nicht vollständig erfüllt. In unserem Aufenthalt war eine 60-minütige Massage inklusive, die wir auch genutzt haben.

This property located next to the valley and stunning views and quiet, you feel like talking to trees and birds. We went for morning walk in the rice fields with guide Paramana felt very fresh.

Nandini is set in such a lush and tranquil location, it was an instant feeling of peace as soon as we arrived. The room and facilities were all fantastic and the staff just wonderful. Everyone looked after us so well, especially Tirta but also Nupitah, Oka, Eka and Mulia (I hope I have all the names right!!!). The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed all the lovely inclusions like yoga, afternoon tea, and the shuttle service into Ubud. The spa treatments were also fantastic in such a beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

It’s just amazing place. Perfectly clean, green and silent in the middle of the junges with cute monkeys. Delicious food and great breakfast. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Twice per day we had cleaning , fresh water and cookies on the bed after dinner🥰To have Jacuzzi on the terrace was also a good choice. The swimming is also a place of heaven. Spa is outstanding. The owner is really care about hotel and people. We were lucky to see him there and say our appreciation. Special thanks to reception staff that was always helpful, restaurant staff (Mrs Lestari and chef Prapta), also to Agus for good tips and nice small talks. The place is top and we were really happy to stay here.
