Yo les puse que el personal era malo, pero me referia el personal de seguridad o el personal que contraola la entrada y salida del hotel, porque despues son muy serviciales y muy amables todos. Pero el personal de seguridad son muy controladores y no te dejan hacer nada, si no es porque entras con alguien, es porque no podes comer o beber en la Piscina o en la terraza con cosas que se compran afuera hay que hacerlo en el dormitorio, sino es porque no podes consumir en el lobby del hotel (2do piso me refiero) cosas de afuera sentado mirando tele hay que hacerlo en el dormitorio, no te dejaban hacer nada, contrate una habitacion doble y quise subir con mi compañera que obviamente no estaba registrada y no me dejaron, me queriar cobrar 470.000 pesos, tuve que contratar la noche en otro hotel para dormir con mi compañera, una locura total, pero a Uds les pague U$S 1650 11 noches. Uno puede entender las medidas de seguridad y ciertas restricciones que son entendibles, pero tan rigurosos y tan controladores y tan encima de uno que me parecio lamentable.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Unbeschreiblicher Baulärm gegenüber des Hotels. Ich denke, da wird ein neues Hotel gebaut. Dauert also Jahre. Das Hotelzimmer war verdreckt, die Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar, die Fotos auf booking stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Der Balkon war völlig verrostet, keine Seife im Bad. Wie dieses Hotel eine 5 Sterne Kategorisierung erlangt hat, ist mir unklar. Kompliment an den Fotografen! Am Wochenende völlig überfüllt von lärmenden Einheimischen, am Montag danach leer. Das Hotelrestaurant am Montag Abend um 20h - leer. Ohrenbetäubende Latino Musik am Pool. Wenn Du kein Spanisch sprichst, bist Du verloren. Ein normales, überteuertest 3 Sterne Hotel. Hatte 4 Tage gebucht dort, bin nach dem ersten Tag abgereist. Kein Geld zurück.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The hotel has a great location in Bocagrande. Across the beach and centrally located. The rooms are a bit dated, but in good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was of good quality.
The gym should be open until 8:00 p.m. even on holidays. No one told us about this and we went to work out on a day that was a statutory holiday. The attendant told us we had to leave just before 6:00 p.m.

La habitación muy antigua y envejecida para un hotel de 5 estrellas, son dignas más bien de 3 estrellas. Ofrecen habitaciones con parking pero en la calle que tiene unas 5 plazas no es subterráneo Que te pasen por debajo de la puerta la factura del consumo del Bar y con advertencia de multa de 150 mil pesos de no hacer el Check Out , me parece inapropiado para un hotel de 5 estrellas

El colchón de la cama estaba undido de un lado solicité que por lo menos lo voltearan y no atendieron mi solicitud. El día que llegue jueves en la noche solicité dos almohadas adicionales y un secador de pelo y no lo enviaron. En la mañana acudí a recepción a solicitarlo y sólo así lo enviaron como a las 11 am del dia 7

No fue posible graduar el aire acondicionado. Las ventanas sería buena que las limpiaran por fuera. No siempre, por razones de trabajo, se puede salir de la habitación y se puede apreciar las playas.
