Un accueil chaleureux Merci tout particulièrement a Kunal et Pradesh pour leur sourire ,leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme Bien sur n'oublions pas la responsable des réservations qui a largement contribué a la réussite de notre séjour en nous attribuant la chambre dont nous rêvions et une petite attention a l'occasion de notre anniversaire Seul petit bémol un cadre idyllique mais une plage de pêcheurs qui ne permet pas la baignade heureusement la piscine est magnifique

Les chien errant toute la journée et nuit qui aboie tout le temps , bac a touche salle. Manque d'éclairage dans les chambres, télévision inapproprié pour une chambre d'hôtel Manque de chaîne tv.

Rien car je ne suis pas resté.

Les draps étaient tachés de sang et d'autres tâches. On m'a proposé une deuxième chambre, c'était sale aussi. Pas de lumière. Je ne suis pas restée et j'ai demandé un remboursement.

Vue sur une petite plage avec les bateaux et proche de l’autoroute et du côté nord de l’île

Le personnel sont pas très accueillant. J’ai fais une demande pour décorer la chambre le 30 avril pour mes noces rien n’a été pris en compte. Sur booking le petit dej est à 10 euro quand je me rend au resto on m’annonce 1200rs qui fait 21euro. Tout le contraire et quand je demande la réception on m’annonce la réception n’est pas ouvert a 7hr du matin🤨. Le jour de mon check out mon mari dépose la clé et un mec lui dit monsieur vous êtes pas mauricien il y’a un touriste taxe à payer. Je le dis je suis mauricienne et j’ai fais la réservation. Il ose me dire vous avez une preuve alors que le jour du check in j’ai tout soumis. Pourquoi attendre le dernier jour pour nous questionner. C’est vraiment un manque de professionnalisme. Je souhaite à souligner que nos 3 nuits ont été horrible impossible de dormir vue la qualité du matelas sur le lit.

L emplacement est très bien proche de bus pour des déplacements très peu cher la piscine est très agréable

La wifi est inexistante les chambres sont petites et peu confortables.

Le manque d'hospitalité. Certains personnels manquent de sourires alors que d autres sont très communicatif. Mais malheureusement pas la majorité.

Essen preislich überzogen, Pool nicht komplett gefüllt, nicht sonderlich motivierte Angestellte, Instabiles WiFi. Entspricht vom Niveau eher einem Hostel in Deutschland.

The restaurant is truly amazing! Kudos to the Chef! the Menu is top top and truly enjoyed every meal I had during my stay.

Facilities in terms of the rooms could be a bit neater, also in rooms in terms of the curtains I would change them

The hotel room is dirty, hand soap was broken smelly towels ,I've paid for a family room. Booking.com has charged me for 2 rooms,the bed was making noises when turning around.

Nous avons passé une nuit et le cadre est très joli, la piscine est grande. Le personnel était vraiment super et un grand merci aux cuisiniers qui non seulement préparent une très bonne cuisine mais qui a été au petit soin.

Les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de jeune.

Cet établissement est proche de port louis, le personnel à nos petits soins et les repas très bons. Les chambres sont climatisées et calmes. La piscine chauffée et très agréable

No safety, very slow service, receptionist has very bad attitude and poor service. Not very hygienic and not well maintained

Place is very quiet - peace of mind.

Rooms are very small and too standard, wifi is very unstable

The front staff are incredible, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast with the weather and beachview. We love the nature: trees and small animals (but it was a little noisy during the night and early morning). Water activities such as kayaking is included in the package.

The light in the room was a little too dim. There was this bar manager on the Friday night giving me a dirty look when I was there at the bar/cashier asking about the party night as I was told by the front manager that it was for the hotel guests. And then I ordered some coffees, and they were served unwillingly. They did not top up water bottle and toothpaste. You have to go and ask at the front office.

While a beachfront, the beach is not very swimmer friendly because of the coral. There is an infinity pool though.

De nombreuses coupures électriques, chambres plutôt humide. Wifi instable. Environnement agréable. Buffet varié et personnels sympathiques.

We saw the start of the refurb and thought that was needed, however the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff and location made up for everything!

That there was no water sports as advertised.

The place is not clean. Tap had drops and prints of other people. Basin was not clean.

À la commande c’était prévu coocktail de bienvenue et minibar en chambre. Le pire c’est que ce matin il y avait pas d’eau pour se laver au réveil. Journée gâchée.

Most staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close enough to the city to avoid traffic and has a small beach and good pool

The rooms are old and not well kept. Bathrooms were full of mold, rusted handles and toilet paper holders. The shower leaked water and the shower head needed replacing. Due to the weather I had many cockroaches in my room. The breakfast was very limited

A beautiful hotel!

The island has many stray dogs and there was this thin dog at this hotel that nobody seemed to be feeding... Instead of chasing it away, I truly hope that somebody would reach out to this dog regarding food and medical care.
