Location to the beach, many restaurants, never super crowded. A lot if swimmingpool for all ages. Staff around all time, morgning/nights never felt unsafe

We been coming to this hotel for quite a few years . This year has been one of the best years we have had. Entertainment team has been fantastic always getting guest involved in every activity they put on. Pool party and beach party been an amazing experience. Every Saturday different party at the evening time they have all been amazing and always had a great time .All of the entertainment team member are a credit to the hotel . Can’t wait to see them all again in October The room cleanliness is amazing always cleaned every day . Mini bar been stocked up everyday we requested Coke Zero in our room and we had that in our room for the two weeks . This hotel is amazing we will be returning again in October

We have been coming to Baia Lara for a lot of years now. Every year coming to the hotel we always seem to have the best 2 week holiday in August and we always come back in October for a week . During our 2 weeks stay we ate breakfast and evening meal in the main restaurant and had lunch at the pool side food huts. The staff have been friendly, amazing , caring excellent etc . The waiters/waitresses work their socks off to help your stay more enjoyable . They always make sure the tables are always prepared ready for you to sit down , bringing drinks orders and tidying. This year the staff Special mentions would go to Deniz , Emel , Burhan , Ali ( tea time at the main restaurant) Batuhan, Sehmus, Rosa, pizza men are fantastic . ( snack bar dinner time ) Waiters/ waitresses / bar staff - all of the roller skaters (day time ) Volkan ( sea lounge ) Bar staff - Ozan , Mehmet Y , Della( David off cafe ) Pool cleaner Gede Oka , he was polite , always had a smile on his face , checked to make sure he couldn’t do no more for us , always helped to put the umbrellas up and move sunbeds for other guests. All the staff was amazing , caring but all these people above stood out the most to us The animation team have also been very good. Mehmet , Stephen and Huseyin welcomed us on our first day, inviting us to attend the programme of activities and making sure we was trying to have a fantastic holiday and always up for a laugh . All animation team checked in with us daily and also offered seeking us out around the pool each afternoon for a little catch up and always wanted us to get involved in everything they was doing The aqua gym team were very good with their choice of routines (twice daily). Both girls was absolutely fantastic couldn’t have done more in the activities they was doing , always came to find us around the pool for a little chat , and wanted us to join in with the club dances. The aqua gym / bikes was particularly good fun and a really enjoy activity to enjoy . All the animation team showed up to the ‘foam pool party and the colour fest party on the beach ‘ these parties was fantastic, a good laugh and a fantastic experience . We have made so many memories for this parties . The animation team has always planned 1 party evening on Saturday , we was here for 2 of them and both parties was a lovely atmosphere and experience to be apart of. They always wanted us to join in with the dancing on the dance floor and the music was fantastic to put us in that dancing mood . We also tried boccia with Mehmet and that was laugh , Mehmet really knows how to get the guest have fun and laughing with each other . The Davidoff coffee shop was a hit with the family,they did amazing ice coffee and cold chocolate drinks which we had every night on the way up to the room . We stayed in a family room on the 6 floor , this room was fantastic it was cleaned everyday. Mini bar was stocked up everyday what more can you wish for . Just wished they did the cute bed animals made out of towels and pjs , to make it special and something to remember , previous visits from the others years we have been coming they did this and that made us excited to come up to the room to see what was left . They always left some little chocolate on the pillows . However this year we didn’t receive any of this which was disappointing. A lovely hotel to enjoy a family holiday and to make some memories , which you can get some fantastic photos from the hotel photographers who are fantastic at the jobs and friend ,we have had some family photos done on our previous Years and we always look back at them to remember the good times , this hotel is for everyone who wants to relax or partake in lots of activities.

This is our second time at Baia Lara as a family and we have had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Room was upgraded to a larger size and we were given a sea view which the children were grateful for. The food is delicious and there was always a variety to eat at every meal. The outdoor food areas were brilliant and we loved the pizzas! Drinks were always available and servers were happy. The pool was the highlight of the trip and we used it multiple times during our stay. Hopefully we will be back again for the 3rd time next year! We stayed as a family of 3 generations. One group in a two bedroomed lakeside villa and another in the main hotel building. The swim up pool has been very useful. We ate breakfast and evening meal in the main restaurant and had lunch at the pool side food huts. We also used the à la carte at lunch time, which offered table service. The staff have been excellent. The waiters/waitresses work their socks off. Preparing tables, bringing drinks orders and tidying. Special mentions would go to Gorken (at the pool bar) and Zehra (At the à la carte). Each being very friendly and attentive. The animation team have also been very good. Mehmet welcomed us on our first day, inviting us to attend the programme of activities. Huseyin checked in with us daily and also offered advice on places to visit - seeking us out at the pool bar each afternoon for a catch up. The aqua gym team were very good with their choice of routines (twice daily). The aqua jump was particularly good fun. All the animation team showed up to the ‘foam pool party’. We also tried boccia, water polo and archery. The Davidoff coffee shop was a hit with the family, as was the patisserie. The swim up room was perfect for our needs, with a quieter pool to access from our balcony area. We also jumped off the pier and took a swim in the sea. A lovely hotel to enjoy a family holiday - whether you want to relax or partake in lots of activities.

We recently stayed at the Baia Lara Hotel family of four with a 6 and 17 year old in Antalya and had an absolutely fantastic holiday from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. Despite arriving at 2:00am, we were delighted to find that food was still available at the third-floor restaurant, which was a welcome surprise after a long journey. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless throughout our stay. The mini bar was well stocked and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a powerful rainfall shower and good-quality toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety available throughout the day and night. There are multiple restaurants, bars, snack outlets, and coffee stands, meaning you're never far away from something to eat or drink. Our personal favourite was the lunchtime snack bar area, which served freshly made pizzas, delicious kebabs that changed daily between chicken and beef, and some of the best burgers I've had at an all-inclusive resort, oh and the unlimited ice cream freshly made ice cream between 12.00-15.30pm was loved by our 6 year old. The entertainment and activities were superb. The animation team were brilliant, organising daily activities such as beach volleyball, water polo, and a wide range of pool fitness classes. There was always something going on, but without it ever feeling intrusive, the pool is wonderful and massive, the smaller of the pool is around 50 metres in length and there is also a larger pool both attached to each other and always felt there was room to play in with lots of lilos and inflatables, my six year old loved to go to the water slides on a daily basis we went at 14.00-16.00 this is not the biggest but for the under 10s definitely lots of fun, there is a bar and snack bar that can be used during this time. A special mention must go to the bar staff and waiting staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and hardworking. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The skating waiters and waitresses were particularly impressive, constantly keeping drinks topped up around the pool and ensuring guests were looked after. The hotel also caters exceptionally well for the Antalya heat, with numerous water fridges located around the resort, which were very welcome in temperatures reaching 40°C. There are plenty of sun loungers available around the pools and beach. However, as with most popular resorts, many guests reserve their preferred spots with towels from around 7:00am, so if you have a particular location in mind, an early morning stroll may be worthwhile. Overall, Baia Lara is a fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend. Great food, excellent facilities, outstanding service, and a beautiful beachfront location make it an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Baia Lara. As a family with young children, there are usually many things to worry about on holiday, but at Baia Lara our only concern was making sure the kids had enough sunscreen on! The kids’ club, the fenced children’s pool area, and the playground were all fantastic and perfectly designed for families. There were plenty of fun activities for the children during the day, and the evening mini disco was a highlight for our kids. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of both our room and the hotel in general. A friendly young housekeeper from Bali did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We especially appreciated the dedicated kids’ buffet, which had its own separate area and made mealtimes much easier for families. Baia Lara is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have visited in the Antalya region. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of an unpleasant experience at the spa. Since the spa is part of the hotel, I feel it’s important to mention it. I was offered a great deal on a classic massage by a very friendly salesperson, who recommended a treatment with an excellent massage therapist. He was absolutely right—the massage was exactly what I needed, and the therapist was highly skilled. After the treatment, I was served some herbal tea while relaxing in the lounge. While I was sitting there, one of the women at the spa reception approached me. Her name tag said Şenay, and she was determined to sell me additional treatments. She told me that my body had “deteriorated” and that I needed several treatments. She also pointed out what she considered to be flaws in my face and insisted that I needed expensive skincare products and facial treatments. I found this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially as I had given birth only ten months earlier. Instead of making me feel relaxed and cared for after a wonderful massage, I left feeling embarrassed and judged. This is not how guests should be treated, and it is certainly not an acceptable way to encourage additional sales. Later, I spoke to other guests at the hotel, including two sisters from Switzerland, who had experienced similar behaviour from the same woman. Despite this unfortunate experience, we would happily return to Baia Lara because the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. However, we would definitely skip the spa next time.

She built a genuine friendship with each one of us. The hotel is nice and quiet, making it perfect for holidays. The food was also nice, but some dishes in the restaurant were cold. They also have an amazing animation team. Special thanks to Kamissa and Samet from the animation for making this holiday an amazing experience.

Genuinely speaking, never in my life have I ever left a review for any hotels I have had a pleasure staying in. However, Baia Lara inspired me to write this feedback. So, this summer I had a pleasure visiting this amazing, phenomenal, breathtaking hotel. Here’re my comments and personal recommendations. The security works on its BEST levels, so you can definitely feel safe for your children and your own life. The workers do everything so you feel comfortable. Even if anything goes wrong, life guards watch the place day and night, their reaction speed and critical thinking skills are on a high level. ESPECIALLY There’s this guy Ahmet Furkan, he’s a member of the beach security. He guards the area masterfully and has an eagle eye for sure, so there’s no need to worry. (give him an award please). Throughout my holiday experience in Baia Lara, I haven’t gone through any negative situation and haven’t become a witness of any. Also, you are free to ask questions. I’ll say it again the staff is so KIND and respectful. They will guide you anywhere you’re interested in the hotel, provide with all the necessary information, give you excursions, in SPA for example, and instead of feeling overwhelmed, you’ll find yourself experiencing excitement. I would like to point out guest relations member Gorkem. I remember first day I was still a bit confused on where some of the hotel facilities were located. So, I saw that man near the beach bar where he greeted guests. Gorkem knew EVERYTHING I needed about the hotel. He kindly oriented me and my family and informed us about all the activities we were interested in, he was patient and extremely helpful. Also, while I was getting some information from him, I saw the way he talked to the guests and it was so inspiring, since literally everyone loved this man. He treated every guest with kindness and respect, and genuinely tried his best to find solutions for their issues. He was truly the shine, he calmed people’s anxiety when some questions bothered them and navigated them, leaving people feeling relieved and relaxed.(raise this guy’s salary ASAP) People are kind and all smiley, it sets a really pleasing atmosphere that truly allows to relax and experience positive emotions. For the people who like socializing, the hotel provides a great variety of diverse events of DIFFERENT interests for people of all ages — ping-pong, tennis, children and adult concerts, aqua aerobics, pool games, pilates and even archery. Like huhhhh???? So many things to do, you’ll never be bored and your children (in case you have them) will get positively exhausted and sleep peacefully at night without disturbing you and screaming all night. I would like to specifically point out darts. People gather in a bar near by the beach, play the game together and cheer each other so kindly, so your achievements won’t be left out for sure. You don’t even need to have a schedule of events with yourself to be honest. Because the staff and the organizers of the events will kindly remind you of them. My favourite phrase at the beach will forever remain “VOLLEYBALL TIMEEEEE!!!!” in both Turkish and English languages. Baia Lara provides a vast range of spots for getting drinks and snacks. Those spots are literally everywhere in the hotel, so you’ll definitely find a suitable one for your preferences. Moreover, there’s a great children zone, specific pool zone for only children and their parents as well as a giant swimming pool for all the guests where you can spend a great time with your family and friends under vibey music. Speaking about the main 3 meals. Baia Lara offers food for everyone’s taste. The food varies so much, you’ll definitely find something suitable for you. There’re special cards near every dish that give you an understanding of what you’re about to place in your plate. Waiters are so thoughtful and friendly, they will take a good care of you. Fruits are truly juicy and ripe, the main food itself is delicious, satisfied my picky preferences for sure. Mentioning specifically desserts, I would say it was the biggest dessert choice I’ve ever had. Traditional Baklava is DELICIOUS, so honeyish, literally perfect. I would also recommend you to try ice cream, particularly coconut and tiramisu flavoured. Chef’s kiss. Oh and there’s a sushi bar that opens midday, as I’ve understood. Sushi, rolls — 10/10, absolute cinema, delicious. The milk is also great, the best milk I’ve ever tasted in my life. All in all, my favourite hotel ever. Met a lot of nice people here, learnt tons of new skills and most importantly unwound and relaxed. 10/10 experience. Worthy of every single spent penny.

Well maintained hotel with really nice pool areas. Busy but could get a lounger easily. Liked the beach area and the pier. Rooms were spacious. Food and drinks were generous and lots of different places to eat so it didn’t feel like you were just stuck in one restaurant for all meals. Lots of proper coffee locations throughout the hotel which a lot of hotels skimp on.

The air con did not get cold enough. Some of the food could be improved just the taste however there was a lot of variety and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The lifts were slow but we were on 9th floor I am sure it would be fine if lower.

I really loved my stay with my family. The food and service is great and I found the hotel exceptionally clean.

Having just spent a week at the Baia Lara hotel as a family of 3 we had an amazing holiday. The staff couldn't do enough for you and big up to ozzie and team on the beach bar, such a laugh and the happiest guys you will meet. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach front (it is a 50/50 sand and pebble beach and gets red hot so id advise beach shoes), there is a strip of shops outside the hotel and a short walk left you will find more. The hotel its self was spotlessly clean, we had a larger double room with sea view and was ample space for our family, this wad cleaned every day and the mini bar re stocked which was a great touch. The food was brilliant from breakfast to evening meal, plenty of variety and something for the pickiest of eaters. The staff in the restaurant are amazing and cant do enough for you. Entertainment staff worked tirelessly throughout the day and one day even had an outside guy come in to do a foam party which was great fun. I could go on and on, we are gutted to have come home. We loved the baia lara and it wont be the last time we visit. Thank you

I have to say it’s a beautiful hotel. Staff are so friendly. When we arrived we had 2 separate rooms booked and was offered an upgrade to a swim up room! The swim up rooms are perfect it ment we could chill beside the pool while my daughter played in the pool without us worrying! It’s was just perfect . Good veriety of food even for fussy people. A very pleasant experience that we have really enjoyed it’s very clean staff are always busy but still welcoming! Thank you baia Lara team

THE GOOD Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel itself is pleasant, with well-maintained gardens and grounds that are a credit to the team. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One unexpected highlight was the drinks selection. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, there was a great range of branded gins, rums and whiskies available, which was a welcome surprise. The outdoor lunch area was also excellent. The kebabs, pizzas, salads and fries were consistently good and, for me, the best food on offer at the resort. THE BAD My two biggest issues were the air conditioning and the food quality. The air conditioning was ineffective at night, leaving the room hot and stuffy. Although customer services provided a fan, it didn’t address the underlying problem. A hotel that advertises air conditioning should ensure it works properly, especially for sleeping. The food often looked impressive, but the quality didn’t always match the presentation. Fish night was particularly disappointing, with overcooked king prawns, salmon and other seafood. The amount of waste whole prawns & fish left on plates by guests was depressing. I’d much rather see simpler dishes cooked well than expensive ingredients wasted through poor preparation. Breakfast may also be challenging for picky eaters, as the options felt quite limited if you prefer a more traditional english style breakfast. The reserving of sunbeds needs attention. Many beds by the pool and beach remained empty until early afternoon despite being reserved all morning. Lift waiting times could also be frustrating, you can use the stairs but they are not clearly marked and look like they are for emergencies only which they are not. Recommendations * Fix the air conditioning. * Focus on food quality rather than expensive ingredients that aren’t cooked well. * Police the sunbeds. * Improve access to stairs or reduce lift waiting times. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable holiday. The friendly staff, attractive grounds, excellent lunch options and branded drinks selection made for a good stay. Addressing the food quality and air conditioning would easily make this a 5-star experience.

Well what can I say except you would be hard pushed to find a better hotel. The staff were attentive very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and cleaned every day with fresh towels daily, mini bar stocked daily. The food resteraunts had a varied diet of foods to cater for all dietary needs and always plenty of it. The pools and bar areas were kept spotless and to cap it all you can have premium spirits or beers included . We had a problem with our shower and found the shower tray a bit slippery I mentioned this to ‘Guest Relations’ and within 1 hour there was a shower mat to put in shower and a maintenance guy fixing the shower…all sorted so thank you for that. You will not be disappointed and would be amazed if you found fault with this accommodation…..but we are all different! One of the best A.Inclusive I have stayed in brilliant loved it!😀🏝️

Had a great holiday at the Baia Lara hotel stayed for 10 nights everything was great. Food is great always found something nice in the restaurant or pool snack bars. Lovely beach and pools . Room was nice had a lovely view of the sea it was always kept clean

This was our seventh time in Antalya and I think Baia Lara is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. There are however a few things that stop it from being perfect. The hotel itself is brilliant. Rooms are great, although shower water pressure in our room on the 8th floor wasn’t good. Really helpful staff, perfect grounds, lovely pool area and the jetty is great too. Breakfast was really good every day. The choice for lunch at the various different snack bars is the best in any Turkish hotel I’ve stayed in. Evening meal lets it down a little but we always found something. Drinks options were brilliant, various different bottled beers, premium spirits and really good cocktails. The guys on the roller skates keeping us refreshed all day work their nuts off. Semet in particular looked after us. The lad is brilliant and has a great personality. He could easily be part of the entertainment team! Speaking of which, some of the entertainment team were brilliant, Mehmet, Murat and Stefan in particular. There wasn’t much interaction with the rest. That’s one area I think could really be improved. The biggest letdown is the water park. It’s tiny in comparison to so many of the other hotels in Lara. And I genuinely think this would make families with teenage kids consider elsewhere. Evening entertainment also isn’t great, feels like a bit of an afterthought with the stage being tucked out of the way at the front of the hotel. All in all, despite the flaws (and maybe I’m nitpicking) we would definitely go back.

Amazing hotel, food and staff.

Для пляжного отеля всё очень хорошо. Были в начале апреля и море было ещё прохладное, но был подогреваемый бассейн и уже можно было загорать. К качеству и разнообразию питания нет никаких претензий. Кроме основного ресторана имеются дополнительные места, где можно пообедать. Персонал готов помочь с любым вопросом, многие понимают по-русски.

Super amazing resort with amazing activities and restaurants. Very friendly environment. Excellent service and super nice staff of all levels. Especially Diana, from guests service, she was very kind and helpful to assist us with whatever we needed.

The only one point that I would like to see improved is the air conditioning. The room has two glass windows sides, which makes the room very warm due to the sunlight. But unfortunately the air conditioning is pre-adjusted by the hotel to blow only war air and cannot be adjusted to guests preference.

Food was great, room cleaning is awesome. Evening time live music is nice. I will come back . I was here before and this time everything is perfect also

I booked 4x50 minute Swedish massages and one x 30 minute peeling and foam bath Haman experience.Baki was my masseur and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He had a professional approach to all of my treatments. These were conducted and beautiful, luxurious surroundings I felt wonderful after each session. Additionally, I had free use of the sauna and steam rooms and the indoor heated pool. I recommend Baki without reservation. I have had experience of massage in many countries but this was the best by far. Just go to the spa and talk with.Marjan or Shenay and they will get you the best deal to suit your budget. My self and my friend stayed here from 18th march till 25th the hotel is amazing and the staff are so nice and friendly , everyone works so very hard ☺️ the food was amazing too. 😊 The weather wasn't the best but me and my friend had the best time. Plenty laughs and met some lovely people 💕 we will definitely be back. 🙂

С учетом многократного посещения этих мест - в данном отеле все соответствовало заявленным ранее условиям и уровню. Никаких замечаний к персоналу, кухне и функционированию техники ( кондиционер, холодильник, сейф и др.) нет. Пляж и заход в море возможно лучше, чем на этом побережье может встретиться в других отелях. Есть чем развлечься вечером при желании. В барах много видов напитков приличного качества, в ресторанах еда неплохая и разнообразная. Бассейны и водные аттракционы не посещались, поэтому оценить затруднительно. Море было хорошее, прогрелось к началу июня до 24-25 градусов и без особых волнений. Общая оценка - вполне ОК.

Работу лифтов - иногда приходилось ждать дольше привычного времени в таких случаях

Brilliant food, my 2year old and 13 year old always had a great selection of food to choose from. Lunch time was fantastic, especially the freshly made pizzas. Cocktails were fantastic, even if they werent on the menu, they were happy to make them if you asked. Kids club was brilliant, the girls there were amazing with our daughter. Kids club had an outdoor pool and park which were covered to protect from sun and a fence with a security gate with a buzzer so no way of kids escaping (we however sunbathed at the kids pool as our daughter still too young to be left). The guys on the roller blades were great at bringing us drinks even when we didnt ask for them, (we did tip then now and again). The entertainment at the main pool and at night were also great. Id 100% return here.

Останавливались в отеле не первый раз, и второй в текущем году. Все и во время этого пребывания понравилось. Кухня, рестораны, бары, пляж - на хорошем уровне. Вопросов нет, есть только пожелание так держать и дальше. И особая благодарность персоналу, все большие молодцы.

Улучшать ничего не надо. Главное не ухудшать :)

Nice territory but they are not transparent at all with the sea views. We specifically booked for a sea view but got facing the outskirts of the hotel with a possibility to get a ‘side sea view’ if one sticks their head out from the balcony at very peculiar angle.

Felt cheated by the stuff because of the room view issue and that really ruined the stay. Also we both had some minor food poisoning (I.e. non of us died but was very unpleasant)

It was a beautiful massive hotel with loads of entertainment and different bars some of the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever encountered what a wonderful experience! Would recommend to everyone 😁

Hotel was netjes, schoon, eten was goed, ligging is goed alles dichtbij, strand geweldig, zwembaden waren ook genoeg een hel mooi, ook verwarmde zwembad, fitness spa alles oké. allen wij waren in november was niet zo druk, veel was dicht. ‘s avonds was op lobby live music was hel gezellig. Wij hebben genoten.

Was niet genoeg personeel vooral overdag bij strand en bij terras, drankjes moest jij zelfs halen, 20 keer per dag word jij gevraagd wil jij massage dit is irritant. Ik denk zulke acties jagen mensen weeg. Iedereen ziet dat daar een Spa is jij hoef niet de hele dag mensen jagen.

Great hotel with good rooms and facilities. Food pretty good and can usually find something that’s good. Staff generally very good apart from some waiters who expect tipping every time. Not much else in the area and the taxi fares are obscene when they know you’re from the UK

I like the service they have a kind personal stuff also I like the food it was well prepared and the cleanness of the rooms..

Great staff very kind and helpful, large and clean rooms, large pools, good food with a large choice and coffee, nice beach with many sunbeds.

It can be noisy at night, either due to the evening show or noise from the neighboring hotel.
