-La Propreté de tous les emplacements a l'hôtel à la piscine dans les restaurants ainsi qu'à la plage. - La qualité de la nourriture offerte et la variété des plats. -La gentillesse du personnel et le fait que les serveurs ne se pressaient pas pour enlever les assiettes comme c'est le cas dans d'autres hôtels de ce type à Antalya. - Le confort de la chambre à deux étages avec deux salles de bain. -Le quai à la plage et la qualité des spectacles.

-Un peu plus de pression dans la douche serait souhaitable.

Tolles All-Inklusive Hotel mit einer riesengroßen Auswahl an Speisen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit. Die Pools sind klasse und es gibt jederzeit ein Entertainment-Programm. Abends finden im Amphitheater spannende Shows oder Partys in den Bars statt. Die Betten sind super bequem und man hat Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber manchmal etwas zu doll, weil bei jeder Gelegenheit Trinkgeld erwartet wird und es wird sehr doll versucht Extra-Leistungen zu verkaufen wie z.B. Massagen usw.

16 minutes ago Yeni Family Otele yerleştiğim ilk iki gün dışarıdan gelen seslerden dolayı uyuyamadım iki günüm uykusuz geçti. Sabah saat 4-5 civarında resepsiyonu arayıp bu seslerin nereden geldiğini öğrenmek istedim karşı otelin klima sesleriymiş. Daha sonra oda değişikliği yaptılar bu sefer de verilen oda mal kabul yerine bakıyordu , sabah 5te uyanmak durumunda kaldım gelen seslerden dolayı. Deniz manzaralı oda ücreti ödememe rağmen kara manzaralı bir odaya yerleştirildim . Bu durumu çıkarken söylediğimde ise dalga geçer bir gülümseme ile gelseydiniz tekrardan odanızı değiştirirdik dediler. mazeretimi otele girmeden önce belirttiğim halde böyle bir durumla karşılaşmam tamamen fiyasko oldu. Yemeklere gelirsek Lezzetli diyebileceğim pek fazla bir yemek yoktu sürekli birbirini tekrar eden yemekler vardı. ızgara etin içerisinde sakatat ürünleri de bulunuyordu(böbrek) bunu neden böyle yaptıklarını sorduğumda ise ziyan olmaması adına yanıtını aldım. sakatatlarla pirzolaları aynı yerde pişirip aynı kapta servise konuluyordu. Tandır adı altında haşlanmış et servis ediliyordu. fazla çeşitlilik olması adına haşlanmış bütün sebzeleri farklı şekilde servis kaplarında sergiliyorlardı. kokan peynirleri anlatmak dahi istemiyorum muhtemelen onlar da ziyan olmasın diye böreğin ya da poğaçanın içerisine konuluyordur. Odadaki ürünlerden bahsedecek olursam Şampuanların kalitesi vasat ! kafama bit düşecek diye endişe duydum. duru suyla banyo yaptıktan sonra sıvı saç kremim ile tatilimi geçirdim. Garsonların laubali davranışları , barda eksik olan içecekler kokteyl anlayışının olmaması ve mutsuz personeller can sıkıcıydı. animasyon ekibinden Ömer bey ve Ferhat bey olmasa eğlencede olmazdı büyük ihtimalle zaten dışarıdan gelen ekipler pek kaliteli değildi. cankurtaran Turgay ve Ahmet İşini çok güzel yapıyor severek çalıştıkları çok belliydi. 365 günün 7 Günü tatili yapmak istedim burnumdan geldi kesinlikle verdiğim parayı hak etmiyor bir daha asla gelmem.

Sehr sauber und tolles personal

Hyggelig personal, god atmosfære, god mat og alt det meste var bra med hotellet.

litt harde senger og putene var noe høye, men etter ett par forsøk med ulike puter bli oppholdet bedre. Underholdning og aktiviteter var ikke på topp som vi er vant med i forhold til andre hoteller jeg har bodd i.

Sauberkeit: Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Als wir an unseren Tisch kamen, standen dort noch die Getränke der vorherigen Gäste. Diese wurden zwar vor unseren Augen weggeräumt, die Essensreste auf dem Tisch blieben jedoch liegen. Auch beim Frühstück waren die Tische teilweise noch schmutzig – mit Essensresten vom Vorabend und deutlichen Glasabdrücken. Service & Personal: Beim Frühstück musste man teilweise selbst nach dem Personal suchen, um überhaupt ein Getränk zu bekommen. Insgesamt hatte man deutlich den Eindruck von Personalmangel. Nach einem Gespräch mit Herrn Güney vom Gästeservice wurden die oben genannten Punkte notiert und es wurde auch direkt gehandelt. Essen: Das Essen war leider nicht besonders abwechslungsreich . Positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Pizza Corner, dort hat es uns gut geschmeckt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Angebot allerdings schwierig,das dachten wir.Aber auch dies wurde nach einem Gespräch mit Herrn Güney und dem Chefkoch deutlich,dass egal wann ,für Kinder die Küche immer auf hat.Ein Tipp:Meldet euch am Hauptrestaurant ,wenn ihr etwas für eure Kinder möchtet. Ab ca. 16:30 Uhr gab es außer Kuchen kaum noch etwas zu essen. Bereits ab 15:30 Uhr war beispielsweise kein Obst mehr verfügbar. Man hatte teilweise das Gefühl, sich beeilen zu müssen, um überhaupt noch etwas zu bekommen. Es ist aber auch so ,das die Zeiten einfach vom Hotel feststehen und man sich vorher ,bevor man das Hotel bucht,sich das genauer anschauen sollte. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern: Für uns war der Aufenthalt mit einem 1,5-jährigen Kind leider alles andere als entspannt. Es gibt zwar draußen einen Spielplatz, allerdings keine Sitzmöglichkeiten für Eltern.Aufgrund falscher Informationen eines Mitarbeiters dachten wir,dass es keinen Innenbereich für Kinder zum spielen gibt.Jedoch hat sich das auch im Verlauf des Gesprächs mit Herrn Güney herausgestellt,das es einen Kidsclub auch im Innenbereich gibt .

Ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’était le personnel, surtout une fille qui parlait arabe à la réception. Elle était tellement accueillante, souriante et serviable.

Sehr sauber, viel Auswahl von Unterhaltungen und Essen ebenso (schmeckt wunderbar), Strand und Schwimmbecken waren immer sauber und sehr schön, Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Sie haben Tag und Nacht gearbeitet um eine tolle und saubere Dienst zu leisten. Muss eines noch dazu Sagen Herr Güneş hat mir an meiner Anreisetag sehr viel geholfen. Will hier nicht ganze Story erzählen, lange Rede kurzer Sinn sehr ehrlicher Hilfsbereiter freundlicher Mitarbeiter.(was viele Leute nicht machen würden) Und durch dieses Aktion hab ich mich seit Tag einz schon wohl und in Sicherheit gefühlt. Danke nochmals für diese schöne Unterhaltungsvolle Urlaubstage.

Onze vakantie werd al vanaf het hartelijke welkom bij aankomst in het hotel zeer aangenaam. Het personeel in het restaurant en bij het zwembad was erg beleefd, vriendelijk en behulpzaam; het is duidelijk dat ze met een zeer professioneel team werken. Bovendien was het eten in het hoofdrestaurant en de eetgelegenheden bij het zwembad van topkwaliteit. We waren zeer tevreden en willen al het personeel van Liberty hartelijk bedanken.

De kamers zijn wat gedateerd en toe aan renovatie. Desondanks zijn ze erg schoon. Gezien de uitstekende service vind ik het prima om dergelijke kleine details door de vingers te zien en er niet te lang bij stil te staan. Ik heb er vertrouwen in dat het hotelmanagement deze tekortkomingen zo snel mogelijk zal aanpakken.

La nourriture était très bonne et assez variée.

Cleanliness, beautiful ground works and gardens, the pool size and design, the room size, and also the amazing food, and the option to have something to eat at any time of the day. We loved there is a coffee shop, a waffle shop and most of all fridges with water and soft drinks available throughout the resort, which was very convenient. The shows were great and we enjoyed them!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and always ready to help. The pools and beach were great, especially for families with children. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and really enjoyed every day. I would definitely recommend Liberty Hotels Lara and would happily return again.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that we disliked. We were very happy with our stay and everything met our expectations.

De avondanimatie was wat minder. Er waren geen of weinig shows waarin er interactie met het publiek was. En de kamers voor 3 volwassenen zijn veel te klein. De kamers zijn ook aan vernieuwing toe

The food quality didn’t meet our expectations.

Aynı otelde 5. Yılımız, her sene memnun oluyoruz. Yemekler çok iyi, personel çok yardım sever. Havuz çok temiz, tesis hijyenik.

Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, and like most all-inclusive resorts in Lara Beach, this hotel offers plenty of food, drinks, and facilities to keep you entertained. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wide variety of choices, and there was always something to eat. The pools were nice, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.

The rooms are quite small, and the bathrooms feel very outdated. The bath, layout, and overall design look old-fashioned, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The hotel would really benefit from renovating the bathrooms. Another issue was the elevators. There simply aren’t enough lifts for the number of guests, so we often had to wait a long time. The à la carte restaurants were disappointing. We tried the Italian restaurant, and the food was well below our expectations, especially compared with the quality of the main buffet. The family pool is located quite far from the main hotel building, while the adult pool is much closer. It would make more sense for the family facilities to be more conveniently located, especially for guests travelling with children.

jemand vom personal war nicht sehr professionell im verhalten. Die Zimmer sind viel zu klein für so viel geld und das Bett sehr unbequen. Das essen war auch überwiegend nicht so fein.

Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und man kann sie jederzeit ansprechen. Das Essen ist überdurchschnittlich gut und ist über den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Viele Markengetränke! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Die Zimmer sind etwas abgenutzt jedoch sauber.

We had such an amazing stay at Liberty Lara! Everything was beautiful and we didn’t miss anything during our holiday. The food was delicious every day, with so many choices and very good quality. The entertainment team was fantastic and there were lots of activities for children, which Ryan really enjoyed. A special thank you to the guy from the disco club — he was amazing, always keeping the atmosphere fun and energetic! Ryan always says “Hi” 😊 Highly recommend this hotel for families. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the indoor pool was closed even though it had water inside, and we were not allowed to use it. The outdoor pool water was very cold, so I would have really liked to use the indoor one. Also, the ladies cleaning the rooms were always very nice and kept the room clean, but after two days some pillows were taken and never brought back. The same happened with the cups from the room, and the coffee was not refilled.

I had my flotation devices that I had just bought for my grandson stolen from right in front of my room. I went downstairs for just a moment to reset my key that got demagnetized and when I came back up to my room they were gone. I let management know, but nothing was ever resolved.

A felszereltség, kényelem tökéletes volt, a személyzet nagyon nagyon kedves . Ételekben nagyon nagy a választék. Nekünk minden tökéletes volt. :) Visszamennénk

Rooms a bit outdated

Great hotel with very friendly staff. We got the basic room which was very boxed in and had a terrible view of the front of the property. We then went to the reception and asked for a better view and bigger room which we happily paid for. Apart from this, the resort it great.

Havalar kötü olduğunda üst kattaki kapalı alan animasyon eğlenceleri için çok küçük kalıyor.

Very clean place. Good choices of food. Specially the Shepards salads as it has the spices.

Lifts could get very busy and often have to wait very long.Dinner and lunch time it’s always a struggle to find a table. They definitely need more seating arrangements. Kids food area chairs are wobbly. Need stronger chairs. Kids club could have more activities/ longer hours. Also not enough chairs at Tlos bar for everyone to sit and many people are sitting behind the pillars so they can’t even see the full stage area.

I rarely ever have my expectations exceeded with hotels, but Liberty definetly did that. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They are just soo atentive and make you feel welcome. The food was actually good and tasted fresh. I will be going back to this place. Context here is we visited in March so it was a bit quiter

Not a lot. The only thing i would say is some of the rooms are a bit dated, however they are still kept immaculate and clean. This wasnt an issue for us, just worth having in the back of your mind.

We liked everything including Spa, the Spa manager was really nice and helpful, photography service. On a positive note, we enjoyed the food and the animation program was very good. We hope that future guests will be welcomed in a manner that reflects the high standards this hotel has demonstrated in the past.

We have been loyal guests of this hotel for the past 10 years and have always enjoyed our stays. However, during this visit, we were assigned an economy room instead of the standard room we usually book. When we requested to speak with the manager, the conversation was handled in an unprofessional manner, and we were told that we could either pay an additional €45 per night for a different room or leave for another hotel. The reception staff also spoke to us in a raised and discourteous tone. Unfortunately, this experience affected our mood and overall enjoyment of the stay, which was not in line with our previous visits.

Приезжали вдвоем с мужем вне сезона , на неделю с 7-15 марта. Понравилось абсолютно всё! Прекрасный отель, замечательный персонал, большой разнообразный шведский стол, номера убираются каждый день , подогреваемый бассейн , хороший спа. Дали чудесный уютный номер с видом на море вдали от общей суеты, за что хочется отдельно ❤️поблагодарить сотрудников рецепшн. Море Было еще холодным, но мы купались. Спасибо за создание всех условий для отдыха, как в сказке побывали)! Обязательно вернемся с детьми, семьей.

Единственное, работали иногда на пляже трактора, кое где подкрашивали, персонал отеля готовился к открытию сезона. Но нам это никак не мешало, мы наслаждались отдыхом, с пониманием относимся к таким вещам.

Pool side is amazing with the beach with calm and quiet environments. So many things to entertain.

Please if you can show food item it’s chicken or beef in side of the sticker that would be very big help.

Отдыхаю тут во второй раз. Еда, выше всех похвал. Чисто. Свой пляж. Был холодный детский бассейн, но всё исправили, после обращения. Воспитатель Ирем в детском центре прекрасна, добрая, увлекает детей.

Шел ремонт и было шумно возле бассейна. Ушла на пляж и там ремонт(

Food and facilities were good. I have to leave a negative review because of theft and unprofessional behaviour by Guest Relations manager.

I stayed at the hotel from 14 to 21 February, booking two rooms via Booking.com for myself, my 2 year old son, and my parents. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into a very distressing experience. On 15 February, a newly opened bottle of Chanel Chance perfume disappeared from my bathroom in room 6123. I had used it that morning and later found it missing. I thoroughly searched the room and confirmed it had not been misplaced. Hotel records later confirmed that two staff members had accessed my room that morning: housekeeping and a technician checking bathroom ventilation. I reported the matter immediately to reception. Due to delays and lack of clarity, I contacted the police, who attended the hotel. We searched the room together, but the item was not found. The police officers were professional and supportive throughout the process, including later at the police station when I obtained the formal report for my insurance. What concerned me most was not only the loss itself but the way the situation was handled by the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. My Guney. During our interaction, his manner felt confrontational and dismissive. He warned that if we proceeded with a police report, hotel staff could also complain that we were accusing them, despite my repeatedly clarifying that I was not accusing any individual and was simply requesting documentation of a missing item. He also implied we might be doing this for insurance purposes and made comments about my Turkish language ability that felt belittling. As a mother travelling with a young child, I found this interaction uncomfortable and intimidating. Because of safety concerns after the incident, my son and I did not feel comfortable sleeping alone in our assigned room and instead stayed with my parents. After returning home, I located the empty perfume box that I had opened shortly before travelling, which further confirmed the item had gone missing during the stay.
