We liked the spacious hotel, the large number of pools, the convenient location, and the bars available throughout the resort. Having food available 24/7 was also very convenient, as we didn’t have to plan our day around meal times. The animation team was good, and the evening shows were truly impressive and one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations of a 5-star hotel. The attitude of some staff was disappointing, and the rooms do not reflect the standard or quality expected from a 5-star property. The biggest disappointment was the way our birthday celebration was handled. My partner wanted to surprise me, so he went to reception the evening before my birthday to ask what could be arranged and how he could organise something special. He was simply told that they could not help and that it was too late to make any arrangements. No alternative, contact or solution was offered. The following day, when we tried to order a bottle of champagne to the room ourselves, we were repeatedly redirected to an automated service and could not get any proper assistance. Eventually, as we were leaving the hotel, a complimentary bottle of champagne was delivered — which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately it was already too late and the moment had passed. This situation genuinely affected the mood of what was supposed to be a special birthday and, in our opinion, was far below the level of service expected from a 5-star hotel. The food was also quite repetitive and very hit-or-miss in terms of taste, with no real “wow” factor. We received very little information at check-in about the à la carte restaurants, bar opening hours and what was included. For example, we were not informed that drinks from the 24-hour bar at certain times would be charged separately, which resulted in unexpected costs.

Is very quiet on the evening, no lights on outside in sports bar area totally dark . No dance floor or even the music. Would be good to have. Not everyone go clubbing in Ibiza, but definitely a lot of people would love to have the option to dance until late in resort

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This is not five-star service. We paid almost €4,000 for five nights in a sea-view room, around €800 per night, and when we arrived the hotel simply did not have the room we had booked and fully paid for. Instead, we were given a smaller room with a pool view, clearly an inferior category. We only accepted this downgrade because the hotel explicitly agreed to refund 50% of what we had paid. That refund was promised to us, repeatedly delayed, and has still not been properly resolved. This alone would be unacceptable for any hotel. For a property charging five-star prices, it is disgraceful. The attitude at reception was also extremely unprofessional. We felt mocked because we were Argentine, with staff making jokes related to the recent Argentina-Spain football final. That is completely inappropriate in a hotel that claims to offer luxury hospitality. The condition and quality of some of the furniture and facilities were also shockingly poor considering the price. At €800–€1,000 per night, guests should expect impeccable standards, not worn or mediocre furnishings and a service level that falls far below what is advertised. The worst part is not that the hotel made a mistake. Hotels can make mistakes. The worst part is that they sold us a room they could not provide, downgraded us, promised compensation, and then failed to honor that promise. I have photographs, videos, booking confirmations and written evidence supporting everything stated in this review. In my opinion, this property is grossly overpriced and does not deliver anything close to a true five-star experience. I would strongly advise other travelers to think very carefully before paying these rates. Charging five-star prices does not make a hotel five-star. Service, honesty and professionalism do — and our experience had very little of any of them.

L’hôtel est bien situé et les piscines sont bien équipées. Les chambres sont agréables et propres.

Nous étions entre copines et nous avons été surprises par le nombre d’enfants dans l’hôtel ! C’était très bruyant ! Le personnel n’était pas très souriant et agréable (hormis l’un ou l’autre serveur). Nous avions une chambre triple pour 3 adultes et le 3eme lit était un canapé lit pas confortable et de petite taille (bon pour un enfant mais pas pour un adulte). Les buffets sont variés mais pas de bonne qualité.

Great location, the facilities were good, lot of space in the pool and a quick walk to the beach. The rooms were good and clean. The POP teams was amazing, good shows for kids and they are very very talented.

Everything was very dirty on the common areas. Cups in the pool, food all over the place and even the restaurants were dirty. The food was not what you expect for a 5 start hotel. Guests smoking in the restaurant and no one did nothing. When we arrived we had a problem with our room and the staff find a solution right away, however the majority of the reception staff was kinda rude and didn’t provide any solutions. We requested a late check out since our first day , but on the last day they said that it was not possible. But if we paid 80 euros per room it was available right away. Unfortunately our experience didn’t meet our expectations. We stayed at the hotel before and we had such a good experience but this time was just ok.

Nada en absoluto, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como lo anuncian en booking. Pagamos 1000 euros la noche por una habitacion mirando a la piscina. EL mobiliario parece de cualquier airbnb barato de ibiza. el detalle de los amenities, todo de un hotel de bajo presupuesto. Es una verdadera estafa. El personal, mal educado, prepotente. Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida.

La comida en los restaurantes era siempre la misma mostrada de otra forma. La calidad del resort es mas de un hotel 3 estrellas tirando para abajo. La playa que está cerca está bien, no es wow Ibiza tiene mejores, nisiquiera tiene sillas de playa para los huéspedes. El estado de las areas comunes, muy descuidado. No hay personal en la piscina mas que un mozo y un bañero obeso que no podria ayudar a nadie.

Fantastico dal inizio alla fine

Lage, Lage, Lage. Gerade die Nähe zum Ushuaia hat uns überzeugt. Bei den Getränkepreisen im Ushuaia lädt das Hotel zum Vortrinken und anschließend weiterziehen ein! Die Qualität des Essens war gut. Ambiente durch das teilweise unterirdische Publikum zerstört. Bestes Essen gab es im beachrestaurant (Paella am Nachmittag) Das Zimmermädchen war sehr nett und hat nachdem wir ihr täglich Trinkgeld gegeben haben das Zimmer zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt.

Überwiegend engländisches Publikum, welches uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Teilweise hat sich das Spanische/Einheimische Publikum extrem unangenehm benommen. Besonders deren Kinder waren oft unerzogen und durften quasi machen was sie wollten. Vor allem im Restaurant war das extrem störend. Ich habe kein Problem mit den Kindern, eher mit den dazugehörigen Eltern, welche nichts sagten als Kinder herumrannten im Speisesaal und extrem laut waren. Ebenfalls hat mich gestört dass oft die Teenager der Familien ihre Füßen auf dem Tisch liegen hatten, vor allem an der Sports Bar. Es war teilweise einfach nur widerlich wie manches Publikum sich benommen hat. Die Teller in den Restaurants waren sehr oft dreckig und man musste lange nach einem sauberen Teller suchen. Selbiges gilt für das Besteck. Der Speisesaal hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und ist teils schmuddelig und abgewohnt. Ich war vor 8 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und muss sagen dass die Zeit ihre Spuren hinterlassen hat. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht mittlerweile, aber man zahlt eben die Lage! Mitarbeiter vor allem in der Sportsbar sehr unmotiviert. In den a-la-Card Restaurants war der Service definitiv besser. Pool teils dreckig und voll mit Bechern aus den Poolbars. Bademeister ermahnen kaum bis selten die Kinder, sodass allein während unserer 5tägigen Anwesenheit mehrere Unfälle passierten.

Estremamente confortevole, punto forte la paninoteca con il bar sport aperto h24 e poi un giardino di biodiversità mediterranea enorme stupendooo!!

Animazione poco presente con i bambini anche se il limite vero era perché mia figlia parlava solo i Talaia o e purtroppo l unica pecca è che sono in pochi in tutta la struttura del personale a parlarlo.. con le lingue abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ma. Sempre superata con sorrisi e gesti compiacenti.

The pools were excellent for kids – a lovely temperature and never too busy, so there was always plenty of space to enjoy them. The buffet restaurant was also well organised, with a great choice of food and it never felt overcrowded, even at busy times. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the family, and were conveniently located within the hotel, with the pools, bars and restaurants all just a short walk away.

We booked poolside rooms based on the photos shown on the hotel website, expecting to be able to see and access the pool directly from our terrace. Unfortunately, the photos appear to represent only a small number of rooms. Our room, along with the entire building we were staying in, had neither a view of the pool nor direct access to it. This was disappointing and felt quite misleading compared with what was advertised, hotel did offer to find different rooms the next day but couldn't guarantee they would be close to each other. There were also plenty of mosquitoes, which we hadn't expected. While this is obviously something the hotel can't entirely control, it was surprising that the on-site shop didn't stock any mosquito repellent or bite cream. Cleanliness in the communal areas could also have been much better. The carpets outside our room were visibly dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed for several days.

Výnimočný personál: Skvelý, nadpriemerne milý a ochotný prístup. Poloha a dostupnosť: Blízkosť letiska – cesta taxíkom trvá len cca 10 minút. Bazény a bary: Príjemne teplá voda v bazénoch a rýchly servis na baroch bez čakania v radoch na drinky. Gastronómia: Skvelé jedlo celkovo a vynikajúce reštaurácie v rámci programu All Inclusive.

Fitness centrum: Malé priestory, ktoré bývajú v ranných hodinách preplnené. Hluk z lietadiel: Z dôvodu blízkosti letiska preletí nad hotelom lietadlo približne každých 10 minút. Plážový servis: Nedostatok ležadiel na pláži, prípadne sú dostupné len za poplatok (cca 45 €/deň). Detsky bazén odstrčený pomerne daleko od ostatných bazénov

Vários aspectos que recepcionaram bastante, a começar pelo facto de um hotel de 5 estrelas não ter garrafas de água para os clientes e nas refeições servirem água da torneira com sabor péssimo, em todos os restaurantes do hotel. Ninguém nos informa que após a 1:00 da manhã o álcool é a pagar, não faz sentido pois trata-se de um all inclusive com bar 24H logo tudo deveria estar incluso nessas 24H Muito decepcionante, local a não voltar, mantenham-se afastados se não querem ser roubados.

Nos intentaron cobrar 4 veces una gameboy que dejan en la habitación para hacer upselling... al ser una familia con niños pequeños tuvimos que esconder la gameboy en el armario... pues lo explicamos 4 veces en rececpión y aún así nos querían cobrar la Game Boy, la última chica que me atendio al hacer el checkout muy borde al informarle de que ya había avisado 3 veces antes de esta situación en recepción

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh dishes every day. The all-inclusive service was excellent, offering plenty of food and drinks throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall service was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great holiday, and we would definitely love to come back!

Food not as good as it was before on a previous visit

Very friendly staff in the hotel. Breakfast was good, big variety but overcrowded and staff couldn't cope at times so tables weren't always clean. The dinner buffet was also quite rich.

Overcrowded pools and many loud people having drunk too much due to all-inclusive. The drinks at the Sports Bar weren't prepared correctly and the girls were not very forthcoming. The way to the Portofino restaurant wasn't clear at all, no signage, closed doors and no indication of where to press to get access, resulting in people coming later than their reservation and therefore being admonished by the restaurant staff. Initially nobody came so that we could order drinks, we had to get up to ask a waitress to kindly come to our table. All in all the level was akin to a 4-star hotel. Minibar wasn't replenished daily, so we didn't have water and had to buy downtown at a supermarket.

Sports bar was perfect. Rooms are very quiet, you can sleep very well. Reception and arrival is managed perfectly. Food is not too healthy but nice. Close to airport.

Too many sunbeds taken for hours with towels left unattended. Hotel attendants should check more frequently and remove everything otherwise people don't know where to sit.

Beautiful resort, great ala carte restaurants, theatre had high quality shows and performances, nice pools and poolside bar service, lovely bar staff - especially Richard and all the staff at the lobby bar. All inclusive is worth it!

Our room initially didn't come with a tv remote, and it was hard to get bottles/canned water despite paying for all inclusive. The buffet felt a bit like a 4 star buffet at a 5 star resort.

Belle piscine, ottima varietà di cibo nei ristoranti, spettacoli serali piacevoli. Presenza di nuova palestra, campi da tennis, basket e calcetto (no padel). All inclusive valido con bar principale aperto h24 con pizze, hamburgers, cocktails. Comodo soprattutto per chi sta con bambini piccoli. Camere belle con refill quotidiano del mini frigo. Possibilità di scegliere due ristoranti per cena alla carta previa prenotazione con app.

Il parcheggio è a pagamento (15e al giorno), è possibile parcheggiare fuori l'hotel con i rischi annessi se hai noleggiato un'auto. Essendo attaccato all'aeroporto è fastidioso il costante rumore degli aerei in arrivo o partenza poichè passano a pochi metri. La spiaggia antistante è quella di playa d'en bossa pochè consiglio di spostarsi con una macchina per trovare spiagge o cale migliori

I’m a vegan and I just thought my choices felt really limited at meal times and in the al la carte restaurants sometimes there was nothing on the menu for me and no cakes in the coffee shop.

They charged me for game box i didnt touch or even was aware of, but after speaking with them they refunded the charge. Great customer service and hotel. 10/10.

Location and facilities were very good. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from although booking for the Mexican and Italian is limited. Spa is very expensive! The beach outside the rear gate is public, if you want to use it, it will cost 45 euro for two beds and parasol per day. Many guest were caught out by this, and never explained by the check in staff. On the whole the staff were excellent apart from house keeping! Ibiza old town is only 12/15 mins by taxi and worth a trip.

We had cause to complain every single day as Housekeeping had failed to leave something in the room, from water to tea to milk. TV in English is hit and miss, we found unplugging it reset it fine. One tiny carton of milk per guest per day is stingy for a 5 star resort. If you need to use the guest room to shower and change for your flight after check out, you won’t enjoy the box room which is like a sauna! The shower was broken so we were sent communal changing rooms in the spa. This was a major let down for our stay!
