La struttura è molto grande e ricca di servizi, l’all inclusive è davvero comodo! La sala buffet un vero paradiso! Cibo davvero buonissimo e di qualità e quantità di scelta davvero molto vario e ogni giorno diverso! Qualità superiore! Frigo bar in camera incluso e fuori dall orario del buffet c era una sala snack sempre a disposizione h24. Gli spettacoli bellissimi con animazione professionale e baby club competente! Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

La piscina centrale molto piena di gente e sporca proprio per la troppa gente. Non ci siamo mai voluti entrare ma in compenso ci sono altre piscine dell altra parte della struttura molto meno frequentate e più rilassanti e pulite. Quasi nessuno dello staff parla Italiano, neanche in reception e nel baby club. La camera non è insonorizzata come dovrebbe, perciò sentivamo ogni giorno la famiglia accanto che litigava e urlava ad ogni ora, rientravano alle 3 di notte e litigavano ad alta voce, svegliandoci. Maleducati loro sicuramente però se la camera fosse stata più insonorizzata avrebbero dato meno disturbo di sicuro! Un altra mancanza è che non ci sia il bidet in bagno e non ci sia uno stendino per poter mettere i teli mare o i costumi ad asciugare.

The gym needs drastic improvements including cleaning. The staff refused to set up any birthday bits because date didn’t fall on exact day of our stay period even though the trip was a birthday one - refused even after this was explained. Shame

Very big and clean

There was bird in the restaurant which is horrible when it was raised to staff nobody cared. Tv wasn’t working in our room kept getting told by staff come back next day and the manager will sort it out I was told I’d get a refund of €150 never got the money back few days after I checked out I charged nearly €40 when I rang the hotel they said it was for a game box that was ordered to my room bit couldn’t tell me what day it was ordered . When I raised the issue of the tv not working the manager spoke in a condescending way to us. Also so hand soap in our bathroom in our room or the bathroom in the lobby

The service is excellent, the food is excellent. There is easy access to the sea. Clean, well-equipped rooms, large shower, large balcony facing the pool.

There is access to the sea but they don't have the hotel's own part of the sea and then they don't have the comfort of the hotel's chairs and umbrellas. There was always a shortage of towels at the pool. There wasn't enough activity at the pool or music.

Tesis select paladiumun hizmetlerinden de faydalanabileceğiniz izlenimi sunuyor hatta fotoğraflardan bqzıları selectten ama havuzlarını kullanamıyorsunuz kocaman tesiste tek bir havuz kullanılabilir o da yeterli büyüklükte ve derinlikte değil . Plaja erişim var ama şezlong yok onu da ücretli satmaya çalışıyor her şey gibi. Özetle burası bir her şey dahil otel değil her şeyi paraya çevirmeye çalışan , çözüm bulmaya çalışmayan bi işletme . Çalışanların hepsi çok mutsuz ve herkes yardımcı olmamak için neredeyse göz teması bile kurmuyor.

Alles was prima! Het hotel maakt zijn naam White Island helemaal waar-heel licht, stijlvol, alles in het wit, perfect voor foto's. Ontbijt: gewoon wauw. Personeel bij de receptie en in het restaurant is erg attent. Zwembad: een pool is de beste plek om te resetten. Overdag geen harde muziek, je kan rustig liggen Kamer: perfect schoongemaakt, sneeuwwit beddengoed, ruikt lekker. Ik vertrok met het gevoel dat dit eiland en dit hotel me weer bij mezelf hebben gebracht. Dank aan het team van het hotel daarvoor!

This all inclusive hotel is dream close to the beach, Ushuaia. Had cocktail after cocktail. Food was amazing buffet and a la cart. They also have entertainment shows too. We exercised and danced in pool. It was a blast

The room we stayed in could've been a tiny bigger

I thought the hotel looked beautiful and the room was lovely, huge bed it was like a queen size although one thing i would say for 3 people in the room there was very little storage, only 3 small drawers, no plug sockets at mirrors, just the basics. sun loungers were taken from early in the morning so if you wanted a specific area you would have to go out about 7.15am, busy pool area especially when the DJ was on but we loved the loungers that were in the swimming pool they were so comfortable and often had a wee snooze on them. The entertainment team were fantastic , great dancers, the shows that they put on at night were fabulous, my favourite was definitely MJ, loads of seats you just had to cross the walkway to the other hotel, negative again was the queues at the bar just not enough staff and they work so hard.

Staff behind the pool bar were lovely but most of the day the queues were ridiculous had to wait at least 10 minutes or more, they did have iced water there but quite often that was empty and had to keep asking it to be refilled as it was really warm last week. I have an egg allergy which i carry more than one epipen for, its not airborne so its managed well. You would speak to one chef and they said I could eat the food then the next chef would say no you can't, go to guest services , reception etc which i did but they were all unsure who was responsible. On the 2nd night i eventually spoke to the manager of the hotel and the manager of the restaurant as i was really struggling to eat, she acted quickly and apologise profusely and sent champagne and egg free chocolates to the room which was so nice. I just had to order my food during the day and give them a rough time when i would be coming in so they did solve it although the chefs still didnt have any knowledge of allergies as on the last day one said yes you can eat pizza and the other chef said no you can't and i just thought I give up. cannot fault the waiters that work in the restaurant though they are amazing.

The main problem I had here was that this feels like a 3 star hotel all inclusive package holiday resort rather than a 5 star. If you are after a more exclusive feel, then you need to book the hotel next door , The Grand Palladium Select Palace - which has a much better vibe in almost all aspects, a nicer reception area, better behaved and dressed guests and nicer bar areas and pool areas. However, before arriving we assumed that it was just one complex and we could go to either, but certain things are restricted for White Island guests such as use of their pools and bars. Because the White Island seems to have deals with Jet2 and others it feels a lot like a typical package holiday all inclusive, not the 5 star experience we expected. Had we known we would have gone to the Select hotel instead. The buffet is actually quite good and tasty, but certain parts of it feels like a canteen. Being able to use the buffet after check out was, however, very much appreciated and a nice touch. The staff, in general, were very friendly and helpful.

More seriously, I played mini-golf with my son there and there were nails in two separate parts just sticking out on the course, as seen in the photos - this needs immediate and urgent attention. Certain areas just have zero attention to detail and are not maintained. Rooms are small and basic. Bathrooms are nothing special and feel cheap. There is only one pool which we didn't/couldn't use at all as it was crowded, noisy and sunbeds always had towels on them regardless of whether they were in use or not. The hotel has no beds facility on the beach at all, and the beach clubs right outside are charging over 100 euros per bed. You need to walk a fair distance down the beach to find sunbeds at 15 euros each. Really just did not feel like a 5 star experience at all, especially for the over 600 euros per night charged. In the end we just used it as a base to stay and to eat.

The sea view was great however the hotel is on the flight path and you have planes every 10 minutes taking off and are very loud , this isn’t mentioned on any of the description of the hotel missleading

My partner and I arrived at the hotel on Sunday 30/08/2026 at approximately 14:30, with the advertised check-in time being 15:00. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not ready because the previous guests had been given a late check-out. We were advised that the manager would contact us once the room was ready, and my mobile number was taken. However, at 16:00, we had still not received any communication, so we approached reception to ask whether the room was ready. We were informed that it was still not available. We also asked to speak with the manager but were told that the manager was unavailable as they were eating. At approximately 16:30, the manager arrived, and we were finally informed that our room was ready. We were offered a drinks package as compensation for the delay, which we appreciated, although we felt that this did not adequately reflect the inconvenience caused. We paid approximately £3,500 for a five-night stay in a suite with a sea view, which equates to around £700 per night. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standard we expected for this level of expenditure. During our stay, the bed sheets were not changed daily, and the minibar was not consistently restocked. We were also disappointed with the food hall, which we found to have limited choice and a lack of flavour and quality. For £3,500, we expected a significantly higher standard of service, cleanliness, food and attention to detail. The experience simply did not justify the price we paid. At this price point, expectations are naturally high. If the intention is to provide a basic experience with limited service and facilities, then guests may be better off booking a less expensive room. However, when guests are paying £700 per night for a suite with a sea view, the level of service and overall experience should reflect that price.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό Άνετο . Φαγητό πλούσιο στο μπουφέ Πρέπει να γίνει λίγο πιο luxury σε κάποια πράγματα Για παράδειγμα θα μπορούσε να έχει μια πισίνα μόνο για ενήλικες να υπάρχει ηρεμία. Και το σπα να είναι στην τιμή και όχι να πληρώνεις έξτρα. Τουλάχιστον το βασικό κομμάτι σπα. Το προσωπικό υπέροχο !!

Δεν μου άρεσε πιω ζήτησα ένα τσαχτοδοχιο το όπιο δε ήρθε ποτέ . Επισης όταν έφτασα το mini bar ήταν άδειο Παρόλο αυτά το προσωπικό το ξαναγέμισε . Κακό πολύ για μένα είναι ότι πας για μπάνιο στην πισίνα Στης 18:00 το απόγευμα και δεν έχει πέτσες Γενικά η εμπειρία ήταν καλή !!

Very small rooms , beds were not stable, we had twin beds and beds had wheel so they kept moving, common bathroom was out of order , guests toilet in the reception was leaking and not clean , my personal details were compromised so imwas getting dodgy messages asking for money . I have made a writing complaint with booking.com , water wasn't provided in the heat wave , not at all vegetarian friendly, we forgot a Jacket and checked out after realising we contacted the customer service and went to check the room.but it wasn't there neither was found in lost property , so clearly room service doesn't inform if guests have forgotten their belongings. Very poor communication

The room was clean and kept clean throughout the entire stay. The food served at the restaurant was good and diversified. The staff working at the bar and at customer relations was very friendly.

I don’t know whose mistake is this (according to the hotel, it’s booking.com’s fault, that to this day could not be bothered to reach out to me), but we got one of the worst views in the entire complex. As per the booking, we should have gotten a terrace with garden views on the ground floor; instead, we got a room on the first floor, on top of the kitchen/restaurant, only with the roof in sight. During check in, no one escorted us to our room, nor bothered to explain what our package contains. I find this unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The all inclusive package has very limited drink selections. At the time of arrival, there was nary any shower gel in the bathroom. I had to call reception two times to have the situation fixed. The overall appearance of the complex and the room is more likely a 4-star one. A sign on the door leading to the beach said that the hotel offers mattresses for the beach, but there were only towels available. Note that the hotel has a public beach in its “backyard”.

Della struttura del White island, non mi è piaciuto quasi niente considerando che alcune camere tra cui le mie erano collocati in edifici senza ascensore. E io avendo un bambino ho chiesto che mi spostassero di camera. E la direttrice è stata molto cordiale dal fornirci una soluzione piano terra migliore rispetto le precedenti.

- Me gustó el 'all inclusive'. - Nos ayudaron muy bien con el early check-in. - Hay personal muy atento y con ganas de ayudar. - Hay de todo en el hotel. Los servicios y actividades están muy bien. La comida en el bufet cambia a menudo y los restaurantes a la carta están muy bien. - Hay parking muy cerca por si vas en coche.

- Es un hotel muy enfocado para extranjeros. - Las camas nos son del todo cómodas (bajo mi punto de vista). - Se escuchaban muchísimos los aviones en nuestra habitación (está al lado de la pista del aeropuerto). - No todo el personal, sobretodo en el bufet, son agradables. Parece que algunos no tienen mucha motivación, que lo puedo entender con tanta gente. - La piscina está a petar. Tienes que coger hamaca por la mañana si no te quedas sin. - Creo que nuestra habitación, por lo menos la que nos tocó, no es de un 5 estrellas.

Buffet food was yum! Lots of variety Plenty to do in the location- there’s something for everyone! Spacious rooms, nice facilities. Loved swimming in the pool. Loved being able to order drinks by the pool. The ‘all inclusive’ was better than expected.

Check in process was a little disappointing. We arrived at 2pm and the foyer was a bit chaotic, people had luggage everywhere. We were told our rooms would be ready by 3. By 3:30pm we were still waiting- no one seemed to care to update us and we had to approach the desk multiple times for updates. Only 1 bell boy seemed to be handling luggage and wasn’t available when we needed him. Staff were professional but I can’t say they were overly friendly. Would have been nice to be properly welcomed and have the ‘all inclusive’ information explained properly. Room needed some maintenance, shower ceiling paint was bubbling and leaking drops of cold water. Television was wonky on the wall in our room and my friend’s room tv did not work at all. Paying premium prices for this accomodation and felt like we had to FIGHT to lay by the pool!!!!! Management should NOT allow people to ‘reserve’ pool chairs with their towels for hours without actually using. My friends and I wanted to lay by the pool and there were genuinely about 50 chairs with towels on them not being used. It took 30 minutes for us to find 1 empty pool chair and then I had to drag a second one from 50 metres away to set it up next to us. I lay by the pool for hours and barely any of these ‘reserved’ chairs were used during that time. It’s disgusting etiquette from fellow guests and management should be monitoring this closely.

Le service de l’hôtel n’est pas a la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, on est plus sur 3/4 étoiles. Les deux premiers jours pas de serviettes de plage disponibles. Le gel douche pas rempli malgré plusieurs demandes

Restauration au buffet : rien à redire, qualité et choix satisfaisants.

Chambre : literie très inconfortable. La chambre disposait également d’une porte communicante avec la chambre voisine, ce qui entraînait une nuisance sonore très importante. Nous avions véritablement l’impression que les occupants de la chambre voisine étaient dans la nôtre, tant les bruits résonnaient. Le problème était particulièrement pénible lorsque les personnes rentraient de boîte de nuit vers 6 h du matin. Piscine : dès 10 h du matin, il n’y avait déjà plus de serviettes disponibles. Nous avons dû solliciter la direction dès le deuxième jour afin de pouvoir en obtenir. Par ailleurs, les transats étaient extrêmement rapprochés les uns des autres, ce qui rendait l’espace piscine peu agréable. Restaurants buffet : les horaires proposés sont peu adaptés aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Le service étant accessible à partir de 13 h seulement, il est difficile de déjeuner dans des conditions adaptées avec de jeunes enfants. Restaurants à la carte : ils sont accessibles uniquement sur réservation. Malgré la courte durée de notre séjour, nous avons réussi à obtenir une réservation pour un soir dans le restaurant italien. En revanche, nous n’avons pas pu choisir librement entre les trois restaurants à la carte, ce qui limitait fortement le choix proposé

The food and staff were good. The location next to the beach was also good.

The room was quite small and only had x2 single beds and a chair which opened up into a bed. As we were a family of four, it was unfair we had to break up the family into two separate rooms. Considering this was an all inclusive hotel, it was very disappointing that the alcoholic drink measurements included little alcohol measures and watered down. Despite drinking numerous cocktails, we weren't feeling any change. In the end, we preferred to go to the Tanit Beach Club for drinks and atmosphere as this was more enjoyable. The only time music was being played around the pool was when a fitness class was happening. The rest of the time, was quite boring.

The hotel facilities were wonderful — the food, restaurants, rooms, cleanliness, etc. Everything was excellent. However, something happened to me that, in all the years I have been travelling and paying by card, has never happened before. Although I paid at check-in for the entire duration of my stay, two days later I was charged the exact same amount again. As a result, I was charged twice for my stay. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that it appeared to be an error on the hotel’s side. They then explained to me exactly what steps the hotel needed to take in order for me to receive the duplicated amount back. While I was still at the hotel, I reported the issue to the guest desk at reception. Unfortunately, I found their response quite unprofessional. They told me that they had never seen anything like this before and blamed the issue on my bank, even though I explained the situation and showed them the evidence of my communication with my bank, including the exact steps the bank advised the hotel to follow so that I could receive my money back promptly. They then asked me to send them an email with proof of the duplicate charge, as well as the messages from my conversation with my bank. I did exactly that, and they replied that they would forward everything to their financial team so that they could investigate the matter and see what could be done. The day of my departure eventually arrived, and even after I sent them another email informing them that nothing had changed, I never received any further response from the hotel. I find this completely unacceptable, especially for a five-star hotel. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a hotel handles such issues and communicates with its guests. In this case, I felt that the way the situation was handled was far from the level of service and professionalism I would expect from a five-star property.

The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about making guests feel special. A huge thank you to Mr. Mounir and Javi in the restaurant. You both went above and beyond every single time, always checking on me, making sure everything was perfect, and welcoming me with such kindness and warmth. Your professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made my stay even more special. You didn’t just make me feel like a guest — you made me feel at home. That is something I will genuinely remember and appreciate. Thank you, Mr. Mounir and Javi, for everything you did. You are a real credit to the hotel, and I hope to see you both again very soon!

El personal amable, lindas piletas, y buenos shows por la noche. Buena ubicacion para estar cerca del centro y las calas.

Al llegar nuestros cuartos no estaban listos hasta las 16:30 hs, habíamos pedido una habitacion silenciosa porque veniamos con bebe, nos dieron una habitacion pegada al dj de la pileta, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra habitacion pero nos tuvimos que mudar de cuarto al otro dia, cosa que no es agradable . El primer dia volvimos 14:30hs al cuarto y no lo habian limpiado aun.... falta organizacion. La comida deja mucho que desear para un hotel 5 estrellas, podrian mejorar un poco. Por ultimo no me recibieron unos paquetes que habia pedido y llegado unos dias antes a mi llegada y avisado con anterioridad, los tuve que ir a buscar al correo. Le faltaría servicio de playa. Mas alla que después nos regalaron 2 botellas de champagne por todos los inconvenientes, lo mejor seria no tener que pasar por todo eso, las botellas no las tomamos porque estabamos con la familia.

Overall, a decent stay. Staff at the pool bar were amazing, friendly and had a good sense of humour. The cleaning service of the rooms was also very good and quick - couldn't fault them at all. A few issues on our stay: - Pool wasn't very clean, a lot of spit, plasters hair floating around on top and in the pool (appreciate not solely the hotels fault but wasn't cleaned well enough). - Staff at the buffet service were a touch abrupt but they seemed understaffed to be honest. Every morning at breakfast we were never attended to with regards to drinks and there were few people to grab to actually get one. - At lunch there were multiple times there were no tables available to sit at but quite a few with dirty plates on them, there was a time we waited 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned; sometimes they would clear it, wipe it and then disappear so we'd have to get someone else to grab cutlery etc. The biggest mistake was not opening up the self service drinks as this would surely help with the demand the staff were under, I have no idea why they're there but not available for use, weird.

Die A la Carte Restaurants sind empfehlenswert, auch dort war der Service sehr freundlich

Minibar sollte täglich aufgefüllt werden, was nicht der Fall war. Der Zimmerservice ist einfach nicht gekommen. Ein Nachmittag hatten wir kein Wasser mehr und erst später nur kaltes. Der Techniker ist nie gekommen. Das Buffet Restaurant am Abend haben wir erst gar nicht besucht, weil schon das Frühstück extrem ungemütlich war. Die Rezeption hatte dauernd technische Probleme und war überfordert. Kein Platz um den Koffer auszupacken. Ich lies am Ende die Kleidung einfach im Koffer.

Nagyon szuper a hotel ár-érték arányban. Az ételek bőségesek voltak, sok volt a választék, kedvesek voltak az ott dolgozók is. Imádtuk a nagy medencét és a folyamatos jó hangulatot. A hölgy, aki a medencénél a masszázst végzi is szuper ügyes, szívből ajánlom. Közel volt mindenhez, de még sem éreztük azt, hogy bent lennénk a rengeteg ember között, amint kilépünk a szállodából. Bármikor visszamennénk! 😍

Kicsit hangos volt a folyosóról behallatszó jövés-menés, de füldugóval tökéletesen meg lehetett oldani ezt a problémát.

The rooms are very small, they offered a small armchair that doubled as a bed !for the 3rd Adult, Not suitable for a grown adult ok for a child we were there for a week would of been bearable for a weekend. There was not enough space to hang up your clothes or enough drawers. Again would be just enough space for weekend clothes. The rooms are not suitable for 3 adults

There is still some room for improvement, especially regarding the food variety and quality, but overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return.”

The door that connect 2 rooms. Despite the door was lock has no sound insulation at all. We were not expecting that from 5 star hotel

Me gusto en primer lugar el trato del personal muy servicial, en segundo lugar el todo incluido que fue realmente una pasada, en tercer lugar la comida del bufet desayuno cena y bebidas en la piscina fue de primer nivel, y en cuarto lugar la gran piscina super acojedora, en quinto lugar las habitación muy tranquilas no hemos escuchado ni un solo ruido y todo limpio, ordenado y con una decoración inmejorable. Por todo ello le doy 6 estrellas. A este hotel y la ubicación cerca del ushuaia también pero se está tan bien en el hotel que no parece salirse, ademas el ambiente de los otros huéspedes muy correcto, familias parejas de buen nivel adquisitivo. SIN LUGAR A DUDA EL AÑO QUE VIENE REPITO, y mínimo una semana. 😍😍😍✨✨✨✨✨✨

Situated 10 mins from the airport, if aircraft noise bothers you dont book, apart from that its a good hotel, staff helpful, food is good, bar staff are good. Only downside is lack of toilets near the pool, nearest are either in the hotel lobby or near the restaurant at the end of the pool

Staff very reluctant to give good service. Made you feel like they were doing you a favour. Overall we had a pleasant stay but would be very doubtful to ever return to that particular resort!

Amazing property!!! Amazing buffet staff room and balcony ! Everything exceeded our expectations. We did not want to leave. The bell boys and reception staff were also great.

Decent experience, would only go here if decent prices were found, otherwise not a bad experience. Some foods, and especially weirdly enough, breakfast were not free on our behalf. It's not like breakfast's worth the pay anyways.

The best place to spend time in ibiza. Many thanks to Eicheaa, saeed and Achraf Tahiri for the best service and hospitality it's unreal.

It was big and had lots of space

El lugar tiene buena ubicación cerca del centro de Ibiza , cuenta con piletas grandes aunque las que no tienen ruido y sin musica quedan del lado select y hay que caminar un poco. La comida correcta, el personal muy amable .

Pedi con anticipación un cuarto tranquilo x la bebé, cuando llegue 13hs la habitación no estuvo lista hasta las 16:30 hs , mi enojo x que la bebé duerme siesta. Por otro lado me dieron un cuarto delante del ruido contante de la pileta con música electrónica , lo resolvieron dándome un cuarto más grande y en otra zona más tranquila pero me tuve que mudar al siguiente día. Cosa que es fastidiosa estar cambiando de cuarto x unos pocos días. Al otro día, volvimos al cuarto 14:30 hs y no habían limpiado la habitación, otra cosa en contra. Falta organización de limpieza , más en un resort 5 estrellas . Nos quejamos nuevamente y ya el resto de los días estuvieron muy atentos.

Das Essen war sehr gut.

Leider Mitarbeiter sehr langsam Sauberkeit lässt auf der gesamten Anlage sowie im pool zu wünschen übrig Zimmer wiederum sauber. Liegen für ein 5 Sterne hotel unterste Kategorie sowas hab ich noch nie gesehen. Essensräume sehr schmutzig. Check in / check out ein einziger Wahnsinn. Obwohl man vorab einen online check in machen muss.

Location was good , the kids club was great my kids loved , Quarda lups was fantastic! .

he sunbeds were quite difficult to get in the morning. Some people would leave their towels on the sunbeds and then never come back, leaving other guests with nowhere to sit. I think there should be a time limit for reserving a sunbed, and if people don’t return within that time, the sunbed should be made available to others. The food also wasn’t great and could definitely be improved.

Biggest catfish photos I’ve ever seen on booking.com Room are tiny with 2 single beds pushed together on wheels on hardwood floors so when you move on the bed the beds slide around everywhere making it nearly impossible to get any action Pool area is so overcrowded and not big enough for the number of guests Limited shade in the pool area

Food and drinks

Room and front desk employees at the property. I was given a different room than the one originally booked. WiFi was not working, no TV remote in the room, phone was dead.

The hotel block we were in had no lift so we had to carry the cases all the way upstairs to the second floor !!

Booked a room several months ago with a sea view , i was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 15th but couldn't because of businesss meeting so i asked my friend to go to reception and pay for the room, they would not allow him to pay as he didnt have my passports? he was told our room would be saved for when we got there. when we got there there was a large queue because of delays over Europe because of bad weather when we finally got to the front of the queue 1 person serving we were told that there where no rooms available, but eventually gave us a poll view room actually looking at a large tree they said they could swop us to another room when one becomes available, but when you get on holiday you dont want to keep moving and packing. they made us pay for the better room even though we were in probably the worst room in the hotel. the manager was not interested at all and speaking to many of the other guests they all had issues with rooms and getting into the rooms . would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone
