BLESS Ibiza The Site - New Opening 2026

I love this hotel and was quite disappointed to hear it was changing from. The hard rock to the site not sure I'll be back. I will most probably go to the hard rock in Tenerife instead.

Just like last year the service at the pool and the chairs by the beach was not so good. The bartender at the pool had a horrible attitude and was not friendly to anyone. She needs a different job.

Awesome hotel, rooms, neighborhood.

Great location, resort is nicely located. Rooms have been run down a bit and the a/c didn’t work the best. But still a good stay.

The speakers in the room were broken? I think maybe they are malfunctioning from people putting then in salt water.

It’s really amazing stay at the hard rock and the surface was perfect and we have not faced any issue. The location and the concierge services was great. They have recommended a lot of great places to usThe only thing that I’d like the Hotel to look into is the beach staff I did go to the beach once in the hotel and it wasn’t the best experience comparing to other beach clubs within the town.

Not worth the price. We paid $1000 per night for 4 nights. Would never do this again. Our room was on the first floor with no privacy. Asked them to change rooms and the front desk guy laughed in our faces. Was a horrible experience. Planes are super loud and will 100% wake you up at 6am every morning. Bad location, bad property and rude staff. Only good thing was the breakfast which is also not worth €40 per person.

Incredible hotel. Location is only a 2 minute walk from Ushuaia, Hi and a few other beach clubs. There is a shuttle at the entrance that takes you to Unvrs which was also convenient and any other transportation the valet is quick to assist you with arranging. The staff was sweet and helpful. The room service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Ibiza next!

In general the property is as represented. It is like staying at a rock concert and, with music playing 24 hours. Service and staff are well trained. The hotel itself is relatively nice, but rooms are on the smaller side. The platinum rock suite was nice and relatively spacious. Hot tub on the second deck was perfect. We were told music was supposed to stop late in the evening, however, it was pretty much 24 hours. It was not a problem in the larger suite that we booked, but in the more standard room, it was hard to sleep with the noise. They handed out earplugs, but not everybody wants to work at night.

El olor por los pasillos y las instalaciones. El Personal super amable

El sofá que se hace cama para los niños no es apto para que duerma ninguna persona, de muy mala calidad, las luces automáticas cuando vas al baño por la noche ya que se ilumina todo sin poder decidir y despiertas a todo el mundo. A pesar del precio todo absolutamente todo es de pago y la puerta que cierra la terraza cierra mal por lo que se oye todo( música, aviones)

Coole Events im Hotel. Musik am Pool war hervorragend. Essen im Strand-Restaurant war sehr abwechslungsreich.

The pool afternoon parties were great! The beach restaurant and chairs were perfect. The entire staff was excellent for every little service they provided. Bioxial roof top band was beyond magic! Tatel restaurant disappointed with bad steak and uneatable code fish. Overall Hard Rock provided unforgettable experience! Thanks!

The room is a bit small and done with cheap materials. I was in the tower. The ground rooms might have heavy marine odor. Tatel was the greatest disappointment..

Otel marujana kokuyor her yer . Gece oda balkonunda parti yapıyorlar kimse müdahale etmiyor . Koridorda kavga çıktı bir sabah 4 de kimse gelip olaya müdahale etmedi . Odalarda iyi bir kahve makinesi bile yok . Nescafe koymuşlar . Şuan 3 yıldız otellerde bile odada kaliteli güzel bir kahve oluyor . Ibiza da çantamızı çaldılar . Paramız evraklarımız herşey gitti . Büyükelçilik otele kargo gönderdi resepsiyon 30 Euro ödemeyi yapmadığı için kargo teslim edilemedi . Sonuçta ödeyip bizden alabilirlerdi . Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü oteldi .

The vibe is cool and close to the airport. They have a nice pool and shows and entertainment is good. If you want to be near some of the cool clubs it’s great.

The number of solicitors standing right outside the hotels beach chair area was annoying. I want to see the beach not guys selling fake handbags. They also would come into the chairs. The other issue was the lack of casual food after 6 pm. I would have liked more choices. Being close to the airport there are a lot of planes flying overhead and low which makes it noisy.

Havia muito espaço no quarto, mas pequena disponibilidade de armários. O cofre forte não funcionava. Vazamento no box do chuveiro para a área do dormitório

Cool room. Nice towels and bedding.

Not a 5 star property. 4 stars. They nickel and dime you for stuff. 2 small cans of water for the entire stay per person and I upgraded to one of the best suites for a 5 day stay. They even charge for the in room coffee pods!!! Ice machine was broken so we had to walk to another building. They checked me in later than the check in time because the room was not ready and didn’t offer any compensation or even a round of drinks. They charge the previous guests who overstayed so it’s a win / win for them if someone stays late and they don’t do anything for the next guest who suffers from it.

Frühstück, Musik beim Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles, einmaliges Ambiente.

1-they asked for more price cause i didn’t mention we are 2 adults while my room was double room and nothing change if you are single or couple . 2-they gave us a handicap room . 3-the towels had very very bad smell!! 4-

We were waiting for 4 days for the bed sheets to be changed. Late check out cost charges are very high (for 2h we were asked for 200 eur)

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alejandro at the reception. After a less pleasant experience at another hotel, Alejandro’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. He made everything from our check-in to our entire stay the best we’ve had. Honestly, out of the five hotels we’ve stayed at in Ibiza, this one tops them all. Hard Rock Hotel has amazing facilities and the best service we’ve encountered. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Alejandro at the reception for making our stay truly exceptional!
