Supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Heel goed bed. Badkamer met fijne productjes, goede douche, maar wel wat demodé. Zwembad en sauna, heerlijk, ook helemaal alleen voor ons. Ontbijt was lekker, maar de presentatie is ook aan wat vernieuwing toe.

Je komt in een klassiek kader en dat is super, maar sommige details zijn niet meer klassiek maar eerder oubollig, zoals ontbijt, ontbijtzaal, maar dat is zeker geen reden om niet te gaan.

Das Zimmer lag direkt vor der Aufzugtür im Erdgeschoss, womit auch alle Gespräche aus der Lobby mitgehört werden mussten.

Lovely old fashioned hotel but either lovely rooms and we had a huge bathroom. Very bright. There is a pool but the weather was so good we didn’t use it as it’s indoor.

No real bar which is fine but couldn’t provide a soft drink I asked for which is disappointing in a 4 * hotel.

etwas befremdlicher umgang mit der türe zwischen badzimmer und toilette 🤫🫣 aber, vielleicht muss ich selber noch über die sog . intimität der notdurft der templerritter nachdenken?!🤔

We vonden de stijl echt prachtig en hebben genoten van het ontbijt. Ook het entree was erg mooi en ondanks dat het zwembad wat oud was, was het heerlijk om even wat banen te strekken bij aankomst. Het bed was lekker, tikkeltje hard waardoor de kussens te zacht waren voor echte support. Heerlijke badjassen en een waterkokertje op de kamer om even tot rust te komen.

Het voelde niet als een echte 4 sterren ervaring. Ja, ze hadden de faciliteiten, maar alles wat toch wel oud, krakkemikkig en toe aan een likje verf. We vinden het jammer dat die sterren altijd gegeven worden aan punten en niet aan kwaliteit. Ook ons ontvangst viel erg tegen. De persoon keek ons niet aan bij het inchecken en begroette ons ook niet gezellig. Het uitchecken was met een andere collega en dat was beter.

This property has a wonderful ‘olde worlde’ feeling to it. The furnishings are traditional (but clean) and a feeling of period opulence. The bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and made me rather sorry I wasn’t staying longer to take advantage of the spectacular bathtub. The reception staff was very helpful, friendly, and communicative and made us feel welcome and at home. It is a little on the edge of the main historic sights, above all the Cathedral, but it is a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here if we return to Reims.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ( für ca.180 € pro Nacht besseres erwartet. Frühstückspreis 21€ p.P. zu hoch Für 15- 18 € in anderen 4- Sterne- Hotels mehr Auswahl und bessere Produkte angeboten bekommen. Die Servicekräfte wirken im Frühstücksraum überfordert

A hidden gem with a very authentic French style . Antique elegance with every convenience , immaculately clean and very nice hardworking staff at hand.

Le Grand Hôtel des Templiers est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du centre ville de Reims. L’hôtel est magnifique ; typique d’un ancien hôtel particulier (poutres apparentes, parquet, cour intérieure). Il dispose d’un restaurant, d’une piscine ainsi que d’un espace sauna. Un parking se trouve sur place mais nous avons aisément trouvé de la place dans la rue les deux soirées. Nous y avons apprécié le confort des chambres et l’amabilité du personnel.

Néanmoins, la salle de bain de la chambre 5 mériterait davantage d’entretien. La douche fuyait au niveau du bac, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de l’utiliser car il y avait de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain après chaque utilisation. En parallèle, l’eau du lavabo s’évacuait avec difficulté. C’est dommage car mis à part cet inconvénient, l’hôtel a vraiment du cachet.

Chambre confortable, un peu vieillotte, petit déjeuner parfait et nous avons pu nous garer aisément à côté de l’hôtel

Very nice cozy and small hotel which brings a very local vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff, safe parking space within the property, A/C in the rooms and shades where highly appreciated.

Be aware the main building is an old house and the wood will make sounds in the night and the walls/ceilings are soundwise rather thin. Anyhow as long as other visitors are not loud, it is all good.

Vrij prijzig hotel, Slechte koffie bij ontbijt (lauw, capuccino lijkt nergens naar), dure privé parkeerplaats, kunstgras? rond zwembad, niet erg hygienisch lijkt mij…..

Very comfortable, friendly hotel with classic traditional furnishing, a quality feel and value for money. Good quality, attractive room, bigger than expected. Quiet area but well located, able to walk to cathedral in 15 mins. Welcoming and friendly staff.

For a 21 euro breakfast I'd expect the coffee machine to be working properly and perhaps some fresher croissants, but this did not detract from our overall impression of the hotel.

I loved this hotel. It looks bland from the outside but behind the front doors is a total treasure. Beautifully furnished, with a courtyard and sunny terrace where you can eat breakfast or have drinks. Rooms are large and opulent with a range of champagnes in the mini bar and great toiletries. The staff were so helpful and gave some great recommendations about places to visit and local restaurants.

Pool and sauna a bit grim

Wir sind so herzlich empfangen worden. Der Herr war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir auf den Parkplatz geholfen, der perfekt vor dem Haus liegt und uns die Koffer hochgetragen.

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Grand Hôtel des Templiers. L'hôtel est agréable, propre, confortable et tout s'est bien déroulé pendant notre séjour. En revanche, notre départ a malheureusement laissé une très mauvaise impression. Lors du règlement, nous avons découvert que le petit-déjeuner nous était facturé 21 € par personne, alors que sur Booking.com le tarif indiqué était de 11 € pour le petit-déjeuner express. L'hôtel nous a expliqué qu'un message mentionnait un changement de tarif, mais celui-ci était formulé au futur (« les nouveaux tarifs seront... »), ce qui portait clairement à confusion. Le plus décevant n'est pas tant la différence de prix que la manière dont la situation a été gérée. La responsable s'est montrée très désagréable et peu à l'écoute, allant jusqu'à dire que j'étais la seule à ne pas avoir compris et que tout le monde comprenait, sans chercher à reconnaître que la communication pouvait prêter à confusion. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé. C'est vraiment dommage, car le séjour s'était très bien passé jusque-là. Une meilleure communication sur les tarifs et une attitude plus professionnelle et commerçante de la direction auraient permis de terminer cette expérience sur une note positive.

Lo staff, ha provato ad aggiungerci la colazione che non ricordavamo fosse inclusa o no, omettendo che sarebbe costata 22 euro a persona, la stessa cosa ha fatto con il parcheggio, quando abbiamo chiesto dove potessimo parcheggiare ci hanno fatto parcheggiare dentro non dicendo che sarebbe costato e non dicendo ovviamente il prezzo!

A/C was very weak in our large room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a perfect location - not too far to walk to restaurants and cathedral but not too close that its busy/noisy. Walk to Pommery is 35mins or so. Uber to Pommery is EUR12ish. Nice furnishings. Quiet, comfortable room.

The pool was a little disappointing. It is completely indoors/enclosed - my fault, i had viewed the photos and saw it differently.

L'emplacement tout près du centre ville et la climatisation sont fort appréciables. La chambre est grande (très vieille mais grande) La literie est confortable.

L’hôtel est vraiment hors d'âge, avec des tissus tendus au mur, un volet roulant à sangle, le pommeau de douche principal (pas la douchette) qui vous inonde quand vous ouvrez l'eau. L'ampoule du bureau diffuse une lumière chaude, l'ampoule des lames de chevets est d'un froid glacial ... La télévision à écran plat est vraiment toute petite par rapport à la chambre. Le personnel est souriant mais peu à même de nous renseigner sur les prestations aux alentours de l'hôtel

Het vast tapijt in de kamer, er was een enigszins muffe geur ..

Mooi historisch pand. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Keurig door een smalle doorgang voor de auto geloosd en de zware koffers werden naar de kamer gedragen. Voor Franse begrippen een goed ontbijt. Royale badkamer met veel spiegels. goed bed en 's nachts was het rustig, ondanks dat je in drukke stad bent.

We hadden gedacht iets meer in het centrum van Reims te zitten. Toch was de loopafstand tot de kathedraal te doen.

Die Lage ist nicht wie beschrieben im Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war klein. Zum Verdunkeln gab es nur einen dünnen Vorhang, der im Juni nicht ausreichte. Der popöse Eindruck, der durch die Fotos vermittelt wird, hält in der Realität nicht stand. Da stimmt dann das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht

Room was cramped. Breakfast was extremely over-priced - description no where near matched the reality and had we known, we wouldn’t have opted to take the breakfast. Very limited choice, quality of what was offered was sub standard.

Le hall et les chambres ont beaucoup de charme et de cachet, ce qui rend le séjour assez unique. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Le déjeuner vaut la peine aussi, avec des produits frais et locaux.

We werden ontzettend enthousiast ontvangen. De kamers waren netjes, het bed sliep heerlijk en we konden het zwembad en de sauna een uur privé reserveren, ideaal. Alles was op loopafstand en we hebben genoten van ons verblijf

De kamers zijn netjes en schoon maar wel verouderd, met name de badkamer die kan wel een upgrade gebruiken. Verder schijnt de zon door de gordijnen in de ochtend, die zouden wat donkerder mogen.

Heel lekker ontbijt in een gezellige ruimte met aangename achtergrondmuziek. Badkamer was ruim, bad én douche en veel spiegels. Ruime mooie kamer. Een kasteelgevoel. De receptionist was heel informatief. Ook een pluspunt is de parking.
