Location was great.

Dirty carpets. For a Four Star hotel I expected high standards of the room and facilities such as TV channels and beverages.

Grace and Hani - the most wonderful hostesses! Not only there was no problem with earlier check in they were helpful with every need and question I had! The room itself - big, comfy with nice little bathtub. And the location! Just amazing.

Didn’t realise when we booked that the hotel was practically surrounded by bars. Lots of people out on the street late at night right under our window, being loud and foul language. Made for a very restless nights sleep.

Location is great, the staff were so friendly & attentive. The room was spotless and the bottles of water o & complimentary confectionery was the perfect touch.

There wasn’t anything I could honestly fault at this hotel.

Locatie is prima, makkelijk voor een paar dagen circuit en Milton Keynes. Leuke barretjes in de buurt.

Is echt aan een enorme opknapbeurt toe. Badkamer oud en beetje viezig, vloerbedekking zwaar versleten, bedden op zich comfortabel maar staat op wielen wat bijzonder irritant is. Warm op de kamer ondanks de airco. Ontbijt niet bijzonder. Zeker geen 4 sterren waard

Definitely not good value for money, not very clean and the breakfast was passable. Do not choose the scrambled eggs. Coffee terrible. Carpets and the mugs not clean. Walls are EXTREMELY thin so good luck having someone staying next door fighting in the middle of the night.

Our room had a 4’6’’ bed base with a 5’ mattress on top and was not very comfortable. The on the day room price was £100 less than booking a week in advance which might put me off booking again

Bed was uncomfatable hard pillows noisy in room i stayed im disabled and stayed in a disabled room bes waa too low and bathroom especailly shower waa bad and dangourse the tiles were veey slippery i nearly fell water every were my partner slash full time carer had to help me get out shower n tryed to dey floor but waant enough towels i nearly slipped 2 times also we got a peeking ticket as staff told us we waa ok to park up from hotel and parking isnt great i would aske for a full refund

Did not like the fact that the bathroom did not have a walk in shower. Showers over the bath are extremely dangerous especially when there’s no slip mat provided

Ideally located as visiting MK theatre that evening. Room bright and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice from fruit and yoghurt, to cereals, full English, pastries and toast. As well as a selection of fruit juices and hot drinks.

The bed was really comfortable, I slept very well. Breakfast was lovely, staff was warm and welcoming. I asked for a couple of well done fried eggs and it wasn't a problem, which was great.

I stayed at the hotel a few weeks prior and it was a fraction of the price.I understand the higher price due to the festival but I thought it could have been a bit cheaper.

I had a nice clean, good sized room on the 10th floor. The bar decor is welcoming and the barman accommodating, providing an iced latte which wasn't shown as an option on the menu.

I didn't like being opposite the lifts and hearing people coming and going through the bedroom door. I also didn't like the shower head being fixed for 6ft+ patrons. It's hard to rinse your feet and undercarriage without some flexible hosing. The surrounding area is highly developed and did nothing to soften the noise of the moronic driver whose evening entertainment was revving his poorly muffled exhaust as he sped round the roads outside around midnight. There's obviously too little to do in Milton Keynes. However, this was no fault of the hotel as I'm not sure if further soundproofing is possible without reducing the lovely almost floor to ceiling windows.

The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and for 14 gbp a rip off - the table was also not clean and sticky and nobody was interested in cleaning or managing guests at all - scrambled eggs from a packet - fried eggs drowned in fat and overcooked - croissants stale and old - the whole experience was awful will never return to this hotel

We checked in without a wait. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom spacious. All staff that we spoke to were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was hot with a decent choice food.

There's a nightclub next door and it was quite noisy. They had an event on in one of the bookable areas. We were on the 3rd floor it was very noisy and needed ear plugs to sleep.

Noise from the room next door probably due to the interconnected door but was like having someone in your room didn’t sleep at all. Breakfast shocking sausages were cheap tasted like tin spam and everything was Luke warm and most things had a herby taste. Glasses tasted of chemicals

The only negative was that the second bed wasn't made up when we arrived however the lovely staff came up immediately and sorted it. Everything else was great.

We had a noisy neighbours (they were singing all night). We did call the receptionist, and someone came to tell them to stop singing. They stop making noise, however, after few minutes they started again.

Dear Team, I wanted to share some balanced feedback regarding my two recent stays at the Leonardo Hotel during August. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which certainly contributed to an enjoyable stay. There was, however, an issue regarding breakfast during check-in. I was informed by the receptionist that breakfast was not included in my booking, despite having confirmation from the booking agent, Clarity, that it was included. As a result, I unfortunately missed breakfast on my first morning. When I raised this on the second day, the receptionist confirmed that there had been a system glitch, apologised, and kindly offered me a complimentary coffee upon checkout. I also missed breakfast on the second morning as I arrived at the breakfast room at 9:40am, not realising that service finished at 9:30am. I appreciate that this was my oversight; however, I wondered if the hotel might consider extending breakfast service until 10:00am, as this could be beneficial for guests. My room was comfortable and met my needs, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. Personally, I am not a fan of shower curtains as I find them less hygienic than shower screens. In addition, there were hairs left in the bath from a previous guest, which remained throughout my stay. I also noticed hairs on the mattress protector. I would kindly suggest that housekeeping pay particular attention to these areas during room preparation and inspections. Additionally, the ironing board cover in my room was quite worn and stained and would benefit from being replaced. This seems like a relatively simple and inexpensive improvement that could make a noticeable difference to the guest experience. Finally, it would be a nice enhancement if rooms were equipped with a small coffee machine rather than a kettle and instant coffee sachets. I hope you find this feedback helpful and constructive. The location the friendly is the especially mention Isaac and Lucy and the rest of the stuff are very friendly the hotel itself with the lobby. And value for money, I actually already booked my September stayed here. I’m looking forward again. I love it.

Maybe just need a little update of the hotel interior, especially the carpet is getting dirty and also the toilet but no big deal is still

Lovely location and most of all Lovely stuff if it’s like you’re becoming friends of them but the professional very helpful the hotel itself the lobby is fantastic. You have many choices to cheer and really good value for money. I love the free kit, Kat bottles water ha ha ha ha.

Maybe a little bit date of the carpet, especially update or refurbishment of the carpet it’s getting dirty and the toilet need upgrade but no big deal

The bathroom was a bit dated and bland. Plus th shower.was behind the door so was a bit difficult to manoeuvre.

Ideally situated and the staff were exceptional friendly polite and had time to talk with their guests and help out with anything you wanted to know. Both my rooms were very clean not a mark or stain anywhere (and I looked) and actually topped up your condiments in the rooms even tidied the beds this is an A1 place to stay.

Come to stay overnight as we were attending an event Reception staff were lovely so a good asset to this hotel Tired rooms I think for the price but I suppose they have to bump up their prices when something is on in the area The one thing I would avoid is breakfast! At £34 for two people its just not good enough !i can go to my local farm shop cafe and have a lovely breakfast with local produce for a lot less our breakfast here was poor 3 fried eggs in the buffet style area were hard Bacon was like cardboard it was enedible! Sausages tasted cheap &those were overdone also Just overall very poor for the price Also we paid at the entrance to the restaurant and the lady just said that will be 34 pounds....no please nothing
