Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue totalmente nefasta. Nada más llegar a la habitación, nos encontramos con que la nevera aún tenía la comida del huésped anterior, lo que demuestra una falta de limpieza e higiene inaceptable. Por si fuera poco, a las 5:00 de la mañana saltó la alarma de incendios. Bajamos por las escaleras a ciegas, solo para descubrir que la salida de incendios al final de la escalera estaba completamente bloqueada y cerrada, lo cual representa un peligro gravísimo para la seguridad de cualquiera. Al llegar abajo, el personal del hotel ni siquiera sabía que la alarma seguía sonando. Tuvimos que volver a subir a nuestra habitación, donde la alarma seguía pitando ensordecedoramente, y bajar de nuevo por segunda vez para pedirles por favor que la apagasen. Una descoordinación absoluta, una gestión nefastas y cero medidas de seguridad básicas. No volveremos jamás.

Our room was clean and very cosy, great view! Staff are lovely. There was a gift of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine with a personalised note on the table when we arrived. Will 100% stay again.

設備の古さは否めませんが、中国らしい内装が個性的で気に入りました。 立地の良さは他の方のコメントと同じですが、私はビクトリア湾が見える高層階の部屋だったので、こちらにもテンション上がりました。

レセプション周辺が狭かったので、同行人を待つ間に座る場所もなかった点。 別行動でホテル集合にした場合は、猛暑の中、外の公衆ベンチで待つ羽目になりました。

Het hotel is goed gelegen; op wandelafstand van Soho en Lang Kwai Fong. De metro is ook op wandelafstand. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Het hotel heeft nood aan een opfrissing; vrij oud meubilair.

How small the room was

Хороший вид из номера, выгодное местоположение - можно быстро дойти пешком до станции метро Central. Живописный район, в котором расположен отель: много ресторанчиков, лавок, вовсю кипит жизнь.

Можно было бы улучшить завтрак, ожидал большего.

It was a good location and good hotel but was a bit dated other than that it was alright.

The place is in great location. Very near to shops and accessible to transportations

The facilities is a little bit old, the carpet is dump and not cleaned properly. The bedroom is very small.

Une vraie découverte. Bien situé dans Central (accessible à pied depuis le métro, station Honkong, direct depuis l'aéroport). Chambre petite mais agréable, et très joliment décorée. Prix raisonnable pour cette localisation et ce confort.

I got bedbug bites all over my legs and arms. Everything else was great, but that really turned me off from wanting to come back.

离港岛线地铁上环站较近。住在18楼，晚上不吵。

房间小，床小。貌似香港酒店的通病，双床房间，每个床约1.8米长，宽约1.2米。最不满意是退房时被加收142港币的服务费，那天走得急直接付了，后面想想不应该支付这个服务费，第一次在Booking上的房费上加付很不满意！

Staff were excellent and possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Location was great for access to the Metro, the IFC Mall and the harbour.

staff were great in check in, and check -out they organised a taxi for an early flight and they did the best they could do. location was great, the hotel was ok though rooms need more tlc.

the pictures didn't match booking.com in realty, we had stayed in better accom in china and it was a stop over on the way back but my kids were shocked compared to what we stayed in before, rooms was rundown, floor was a bit dirty and air conditioning was noisey . we booked here when a lot of hotels were booked out for an event so room rate was a bit high.

Location was great for a first time trip to Hong Kong. Facilities were good as were the staff.

It's location is great for us, very central and a short walk from the station and piers. All restaurants are close by and a good amount of bars.

The hall way carpets are a little dirty/dated and they don't provide bottles of water in the room. Breakfast is quite expensive and doesn't come included.

En premier lieu, le personnel est accueillant, souriant, agréable. Des agents d'accueil jusqu'au personnel des petits déjeuners, nous les avons beaucoup appréciés. Les chambres sont petites mais aménagées avec goût. Il ne manque rien (sauf qu'il n'y a aucune bouteille d'eau et on doit les acheter en face). Les produits pour le bain sentent divinement bon !

Le bruit ! De notre périple en Chine, nous pensions que l'hôtel de Guangzhou était le pire en terme de bruit, mais nous avons trouvé pire encore à Hong-Kong !!!! Nous avions réservé 2 chambres et n'avons pas dormi durant les 2 nuits !... Un bruit de claquement répété jusqu'à 3 à 4h00 du matin, accompagné d'une sorte de frottement. La 2ème nuit, je craque et je descends à l'accueil leur demander d'où ça provient. Ils ne savent pas. Un Monsieur très gentil me propose de venir écouter (nous sommes au 21e étage). Et comme cela arrive souvent, durant les 5mn où il est resté dans la chambre : pas aucun bruit ! Il nous propose de changer de chambre, mais on part à 9h30, il est donc inutile de les déranger. Et c'est uniquement quand il repart que je comprends enfin que ce sont les câbles des ascenseurs qui claquent lorsqu'ils montent ou qu'ils descendent... Ma chambre est juste derrière 2 des 3 ascenseurs !!! ARGH ! Je doute que l'agent nous ayant affecté ces chambres n'était pas au courant du problème. Si on vous affecte les chambres 2104 et 2105, refusez-les !

Condizione della camera, non è da 4 stelle mi dispiace, massimo 2 stelle a mio parere, si sente il casinò dei vicini e le porte che sbattono, qualcuno si è messo a bussarmi alla stanza mentre ero in doccia e mi ha spaventato, per il prezzo che costa non ne vale la pena

O secador de cabelo era óptimo, a localização era boa e os funcionários muito simpáticos

A cama era bastante desconfortável, o hotel um pouco velho e a limpeza também não era óptima. Pequeno almoço médio

We had a room with partial harbour views which was terrific. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Breakfast was good value and the drinks between 5-8 pm was an extra bonus.

Hotel very central and perfect for visiting all areas of HK. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and I do not think I could not have found a more perfect hotel for my holidays.

A tall albeit ‘small feel’ hotel, boutique almost in its feel & vibe, with lots of nice surprises - we loved the breakfast & the 4th floor & the daily ‘happy hour’ wine & nuts & coffee outside on the patio, great environment to unwind & also meet people. Also, the location at lower end of Aberdeen St, is not only such a ‘chick’ little neighbourhood, blending designer shops, bars & eateries with the ‘old Hong Kong’ (its steep market laneways) with but it’s right on the edge of Central so it’s close to transport (Trams, MTR, Buses, Ferry) - we absolutely loved the place.. the whole experience!!!

Just perhaps some superficial refurb / rejuvenation in room & corridors, albeit minor - but absolutely spic & span & staff were exceptional .. great service culture

夜中の1:00過ぎにトイレの水がいきなり溢れ出して止まらなくなった（水が溢れる音で目覚め、気づいた時には洗面所が水浸しだった） フロントスタッフ、エンジニア、マネージャーの方々が誠意ある対応をしてくれた 駅からの道は坂が急で、大きな荷物を持っての移動が大変だが、歩道橋に上がると、雨に濡れず駅まで移動ができる

Location was good .

Room was a bit old fashioned and very small. However that was compensated by having a fair size balcony with a magnificent harbor view.

Perfect business hotel with super location with lot of food /restaurants, local shopping, old world charm / classic vibe and best part everything is at a walking distance … for work it’s perfect choice .

A full service restaurant / coffee shop would be a great add on .

距離はあるがMTR上環、香港、セントラル駅から徒歩圏内。街を歩きながらまたはトラムに乗って眺めるのもいい。 今回の31階のお部屋からはビル越しにビクトリアハーバーが見えた。 高層階だったが、シャワーの水圧に問題なし。 また　コーヒーのサービスがあるのはありがたい。

坂の途中にホテルがあるので、ホテルに戻る際(登り坂)は　シニアには少しつらい。

Good location and friendly staff

I booked a room with sea view (25sqm) and initially I was given one which was barely 12sqm with broken curtains and dust all over. It was clear that the room hadnt been cleaned for ages. So I asked to be moved the next day. They finally have me the room I paid for but they forgot to upgrade the system therefore no cleaning was done. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for clean spaces. The overall value for money is low in my view.
