Location is fairly good, walking distance to Airport Exoress, and all that Central has to offer. Fairly cheap rates. Staff are helpful and friendly

Small, damp rooms. A little run down and noisy. Not much to like about it.

Beds were hard, lack of comfortable chair in room and generally not up to the standard expected, neighbourhood was very poor and much of it seemed to be under reconstruction.

The location is perfect for exploring the city by foot, near some of the great areas like LKF and Soho to relax after a long day, with great transport links close by. Room standard is just perfect.

Idéalement situé à Central. A 5 min à pied du métro et tram; des restaurants et commerces. Confortable, propre et bon rapport qualité prix.

All staff were great. Lobby coffee was good. View was good. Location to sights was great and relatively convenient to MTR. Room had everything expected for the size/price. Portable dehumidifier in room.

Excellent location, walk to metro, walk to restaurants and coffee shops and walk to peak tram. Very friendly and helpful staff - they even gave us an excellent recommendation for a local dimsum place. Our flight was delayed but there was no problem that we checked in after midnight. Bed was comfortable, nice hot shower. Additional toiletries and coffee machine at reception.

Quick check-in, lifts did not take long to appear when called, location is great being so close to travel elevator and eateries, and I would definitely come back here.

Nothing to say here as I was happy with what I booked.

I found the room to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. The furniture and décor were a bit dated rather than modern, but everything was well maintained and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean. While there were a few signs of wear that showed the hotel is not brand new, everything was functional and in good condition. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, provided guests with maps and umbrellas. I loved the idea of water dispenser. It was centrally located, accessible to restaurants and eateries and all means of transportation.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and other amenities nearby. The room offers good value for the price.

I'd suggest offering complimentary bottled water, especially given Hong Kong's climate.

The location of the hotel is amazing, we walked everywhere, there are lots of restaurants, shops, sightseeing. We would stay here again when we go back to HK.

Maybe the sliding bathroom doors in one of the rooms but it didn't bother our stay

Right in the heart of everything. Location was perfect. Room was SO quiet and wonderful very old feel Hong Kong yet clean and modern. Staff were fabulous and kind and so organised and warm.

The hotel was damp and smelly. So was my room. This place needs urgent renovation. I did not feel comfortable and it was not clean.

Hotelpreise, bzw. Preis/Leistung Verhältnisse in HK sind leider ernüchternd. Ansonsten, war es für eine Nacht eher ok.

Insg. ist die Umgebung wohl für die Kenner und nicht fürs HK-Kennenlernen. Die Strassen scheinen eng mit viel Lärm und Müll zu sein. Mein Zimmer sah etwas müde aus, wie vieles in der Umgebung. Das Personal macht aber einen sehr guten Job und ist freundlich. Sauberkeit war sehr gut.

Hotel overall satisfactory. Location was excellent, right in the middle of Central and with access to a diverse range of bars, restaurants and shopping. Immediate access to the Central-mid-levels escalators and the pier also only a short walk away.

Hotel appeared a bit tired and the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the greatest.

Location is excellent. Touristy, but also cultural, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Good choice of restaurants, shops and street markets.

Rooms were freezing cold and air conditioners are asked not to be switched off. Linen did not smell fresh and it took an hour for a hot water kettle to be delivered to our room.

Porta do banheiro é de vidro, o que prejudicava na hora de outra pessoa ir no banheiro a noite.

Simple, clean room to crash in during my stop over with great walkability to plenty of sites and fantastic eating in the neighbourhood. I found it helpful to be able to store my bags after checkout too. Walkable to Hong Kong station.

Room on the smaller sized and quite pricey but that might just be Hong Kong. There was some construction outside overnight that I would have preferred a heads up about but it wasn't too disruptive.

Convenient location for exploring HK, incl Peak Tram, shopping, street markets and food.

It's very busy in this part of town, lots of tourists and hilly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - right in the centre of town and walkable everywhere in Central and Sheung Wan. The room is comfortable and good quality mattresses with spotlessly clean linen

Location was great, very convenient, except there was construction all around. Didn't impact us at night through. Clean. Nice bed. They seem to take sustainability seriously. Free mobile wi-fi units

The bathroom was a bit smelly. I like the fact that you fill a jog full of water in the lobby rather than having bottled water, but... a small jug, being on the 17th floor and a very slow lift means getting water was a bit of a pain – bigger jugs? The mobile wi-fi units ran out after half a day.
