We paid a very good money to get into this hotel. And the hotel really seemed good but they don't even breakfast complimentary. All the 4-5 star hotels I stayed provided this without any question. I was so shocked to see it's not included. I didn't even see a breakfast option while booking so assume it's there.

All staffs are very helpfull and specially i wanted to mention Mr Khotro joy riang who has been made our room clean and always available to help us(indeed our demand lists were not less), he made sure that room was clean and hygienic everyday. Also made-to- order selections at no additional cost. Staff was attentive and efficient. Noise level- lower due to building being set back from the road. Room clean and restocked by Malem - excellent job. Safe- due to presence of staff at the front door and entrance to parking lot.
