Reviewed Jun 3, 2026First of all. Main reason for reservation was garagei which was in the offer of the place and we ask for it. When we come they said that they even don’t have any garage and they can not provide any wallet parking because nearest park is 5 km and they don’t have anybody becouse it is Sunday. The car was full with luggage on our trip to Spain. Surrounding was leaving pictures of quite unsecured. Anyway bad experience. The wifi signal was weak and unstable and breakfast quite poor. Anyway quite disappointed

The doors to the rooms are very loud and I was awaken each morning with the sound of the doors being pulled shut from other rooms. The glass bathroom doors (stayed in two different rooms) also are difficult to open/close. Lack of power plugs in the rooms.

Di aver scoperto soltanto al momento dell’arrivo che la mia camera era si una matrimoniale ma non con un letto size King come da foto e per persone disabili. Doccia scomodissima, bagno senza bidet.

nelle camere abbiamo trovato una scarsa insonorizzazione,(oppure era colpa di alcune persone maleducate) la stanza da bagno non è di nostro gradimento, entrare nella vasca per fare la doccia con tutto quel vetro lo troviamo pericoloso e scomodo, anche la porta di vetro trasparente non dà privacy

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Very attentive staff at the reception (Greetings to Francesco!) Breakfast was very nicely served - especially liked the little jars with pineapple and yogurt. Supermarket is very close if you have a car and right next to the hotel there is a restaurant called Villa delle Rose.
As this hotel is on a main road and in an industrial area, it is not possible to walk anywhere. The old town of Vicenza is far away (although this is not a problem if you have a car). There was a lot of dust in the room (probably coming in through the windows).

Sve je bilo ok. Jedino što je u sobi bilo sve pripremljeno za jednu osobu a mi smo bili dvoje, npr bademantil, četkica, itd.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025Belle chambre, beaux équipements, lit confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel très poli et très dynamique. J'ai eu un petit problème technique dans la salle de bain qui a été arrangé en très peu d'heures.
Le bruit du frigo la nuit qui se répercute dans le mur. Certianes personnes dorment même sous le bruit du canon et certaines comme moi sont réveillées par un bruit de moteur de frigo.
