Bel hôtel avec belle décoration et piscine.

Chambre pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, a besoin d’être rénovée ( matelas à changer, murs plein de traces, peinture écaillée, bac à douche fendue…)

Le personnel. La piscine. Le petit déjeuner. Nous avons aimé l' ensemble des prestations. Une soirée Jazz lors d'un dîner.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'hôtel, le GPS ne nous a pas conduit au bon endroit.

Struttura non recente ma ben tenuta. La piscina è un angolo carino, abbiamo fatto aperitivo e cena lì.

The location is reasonably central to the main attraction as links to the motorway and networks are close

The rooms are not worthy of a 4 star hotel. They have minimal amenities in the rooms. Nothing is topped up for example teas/coffee. The air conditioning is not sufficient for the rooms. Nothing extra to make it a 4 star worthy. The breakfast was horrible. The same every day. The quality was questionable and the staff didn’t care. No attention to detail. If they ran out then no alternative was offered or if you had a dietary preference then tough.The pool area was chargeable for staying guests on weekends and the outdoor restaurants only served food on particular days. The spa only had services on particular days and didn’t offer the full range as advertised. It was just a mess

Jól felszerelt (kávéfőző, vízforraló), tágas szoba. Tisztaság.

A vacsorát (félpanzió) 35 fokban kint, a medence mellett kellett elfogyasztani, ahol rengeteg szúnyog volt.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La piscine grande et dans un cadre très agréable.

On pourrait nous prêter des serviettes au niveau de la piscine. Ce serait plus pratique.

Bel établissement avec de beaux espaces extérieurs, une piscine agréable, une salle de sport bien équipée et un parking à disposition. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec un large choix. Emplacement pratique à quelques kilomètres de Vicenza. Très bon séjour.

Der Poolbereich und die Poolbar waren sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Die Preise an der Bar vernünftig, Aperolspritz, Prosecco sowie Bier jeweils 5 €.

An einigen Tagen sind die Liegen am Pool Kostenpflichtig, 15 € / Person. Wir hatten eine Suite, da gehe ich eigentlich davon aus, dass dafür keine weiteren Kosten entstehen, aber dies schein in Italien wohl so üblich zu sein. Das Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack etwas lieblos.

Déco de l'hôtel incroyable: des motos et éléments de course moto en exposition. Personnel agréable, hotel très propre et avec une ambiance chill.

La salle de bain méritait un peu de maintenance.

Bardzo czysty i zadbany obiekt. Pokoje wygodne. Na basenie bardzo kameralnie, miła obsługa, pokoje codziennie sprzątane, warto wykupić również śniadania, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obiekt umiejscowiony na uboczu Vicenzy, ale w okolicy sklep i pizzeria.

Struttura molto bella, moderna e funzionale, ottima la piscina, spaziosa la camera e il bagno. Letti comodi.

Migliorerei qualcosa a colazione. Molto ricca ma per esempio la frutta bisogna sbucciarla, altrimenti si trova solo ananas e anguria. Il pane non è eccezionale.

Struttura moderna con staff gentile e disponibile. Stanza ampia e ben pulita. Ottima la piscina esterna e abbondante la colazione.

Unico piccolo neo lo scarico della doccia emanava un po' di cattivo odore

Una struttura a 4 stelle secondo me dovrebbe fare più attenzione ai clienti che alloggiano . Intendo ok fare entrare anche gli esterni alla piscina . Ma ci vorrebbe più equilibrio . E forse meno lettini ammassati intorno alla piscina .

Structura comoda, bella e pulita Siamo stati due giorni di cui uno in piscina (a pagamento a parte) e ci siamo trovati bene. Dai servizi al personale tutto al superlativo. Stanza confortevole con tutto il kit necessario, bagno ampio, parcheggio interno, la colazione favolosa e varia

Dovrebbero essere più trasparenti o informare meglio il cliente. Abbiamo chiesto dei asciugamani per la piscina e ci hanno detto di prenderli dalla spa al momento del bisogno e così abbiamo fatto nessuno né della reception, né dalla spa ci hanno detto che questo fossero a pagamento, loro ti diranno forse che devi controllare te o leggere il listino (forse colpa nostra non averlo fatto e andare su fiducia, alla fine 4 stelle) , i prezzi del minibar altissimi e nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua omaggio. Alla fine si perdono per così poco… A noi ha dato molto ma molto fastidio il fatto di aver buttato 50 euro in più per un giorno dei servizi peraltro inclusi del hotel (asciugamano, piscina, acqua). Conto presentato alla partenza Hanno una politica del tutto sbagliata sul pagamento della piscina dei ospiti. Loro ti avvisano DOPO che prenoti. Ma scusa , io prenoto quel albergo ad agosto per quello prevalentemente.

Praticamente tutto . Doveva essere una tappa per spezzare un viaggio e si è rivelato come un soggiorno bellissimo. Pomeriggio in piscina, massaggio aperitivo cena bordo piscina. Camera confortevolissima. Colazione di buon livello

Te weinig keuze aan menu, teveel mensen waar je eet rookt en vape. Aparte ruimte om te dineren zou prettiger zijn.

Un hôtel moderne ðecoré avec goût et des équipements confortables. Nous y avons passé qu'une seule nuit car c'était notre halte pour continuer surr Rome. Le personnel est discret et à l'écoute. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente.

A személyzet segítőkész és mosolygósak voltak. A hotel tiszta, a reggeli szuper volt. Az hogy volt medence nagyszeru volt!

A hűtő a szobában alig hűtött. Így 40fokban jobban esett volna este egy jó hideg pohár víz.

Buen lugar para para unos días y poder refrescarte en una piscina mientras sigues visitando Italia. Todo moderno, habitaciones, gimnasio y parking gratis. Interiores perfectamente climatizados.

La política de uso de la piscina hace que muchas tumbonas queden oficialmente reservadas pero sin uso. Lo que provoca situaciones absurdas como llegar a media tarde y te digan con tumbonas sin uso ni toallas, que tienes que ir a la hierba porque todo está ocupado. Para colmo el fin de semana, incluso los huéspedes deben pagar 15 euros por usarlas. Aunque haya libres.

Dette er 2 gangen vi bor her når vi kjører fra Norge til Kroatia. Det koster det samme som et slitent motell i Østerrike men er luksushotell i forhold! Freshe rom og bassengområde med bassengbar. Treningsrom og spa. Digg frokost! Vi kommer tilbake 😃

Colazione e servizio al bistrot (ho rischiato di sentirmi male, nonostante avessi segnalato di mangiare senza glutine)

The hotel is nice and clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and had everything we needed. It also featured a large walk-in closet and a small refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, so there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's location is not close to any major attractions, so you'll need a car to get around if you want to explore the city or visit nearby places.

I’ve stated the property five times this will be my last. There’s obviously a problem with the management. The staff tries to accommodate, but they have nothing to say because of the way the place is managed. It is just their job to administrate the property.

For a five star hotel there is no excuse for a spa and sauna facilities to be closed any time during the year. You don’t find out that the spa facility is closed until they send you confirmation email with extra information. It is not listed upfront on Booking.com that the spa is closed during the summer months. I literally only chose this hotel because of the indoor spa facilities. Shame on me for not checking the confirmation email. But also without these facilities, the price is not worth it. Also, on the weekend the outdoor pool is not included with the room is an extra charge. Breakfast also is a bit disappointing, only scrambled eggs that are cold by the time they refresh them on the buffet line. This was each day of our stay it was the same thing. There was no option for ordering eggs from the kitchen. Again, you would expect this of a five star hotel. The restaurant was also closed.

Piscina nei weekend estivi a pagamento, posti limitati e lettini su prenotazione. Spa chiusa nel periodo estivo e ingresso a pagamento. Tutto giusto ma non viene specificato prima della prenotazione ma solo dopo con un messaggio.

Perfect spot for relaxation..a little bit far from the center but you reach the hotel easily by bus.The Receptionist was very helpful thank you very much! The breakfast was good with variety of choices.Thank you Very Much we had a pleasant stay!

Les chambres sont génial et propres ,la piscine est super ,le service est cordiale et les prix a l'intérieur sont abordable, le petit déjeuner est génial et très complet et le restaurant très bon standing ,vraiment rien à dire j'ai tout aimé ,la salle de bon.

Hotel pour motard de jolie moto exposer un peu de partout on l a visiter comme un musée..j y reviendrais pour profiter des équipements

Le seul bémol pour nous arriver a 21 h 30 et le restaurant fermé a 22 h bon a savoir mais le bar a côté de la piscine ouvert jusqu'à 00h .
