Les soirées avec la musique trop forte impossible pour nous on a préféré les sorties en ville au bord de la mer dommage

Het was netjes. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Echt elke dag doen ze je kamers schoonmaken.(Luxe) Het eten was zeker gevarieerd voor ieder wat wils. De kamers waren modern en Smart-Tv We konden inloggen om Netflix en Spotify en YouTube te kunnen kijken en luisteren.(aangezien er maar 1 Nederlandse zender was)

Er zijn regels omtrent het zwembad daar word niet aangehouden. Geen speeltjes en luchtbedden Geen handdoeken neerleggen om je bed te reserveren. Dat betekende dat we een bal op ons hoofd kregen (en meerdere mensen) en daar werd niet ingegrepen door de zwembadwacht die het allemaal maar aankeek,waardoor je het zelf maar op ging lossen! De bedden werden met handdoeken gerust de hele ochtend en middag gereserveerd zonder aanwezig te zijn. Niet roken 🚭 maar dat werd gewoon gedaan en niets van gezegd. Soms waren er zoveel bezoekers en dat merkte je met eten dan stond je gewoon in de rij. Dit kan makkelijk opgelost worden door een extra opschepruimte te creëren zodat je op 2 plekken kan opscheppen.

The food was only Luke warm, there was a hugh variety but would like my food hot.

Limpio, cómodo, buenas instalaciones, el gym decente.

Muchísima gente en las piscinas, gente que guarda la tumbona todo el día, casi todas las tumbonas libres pero con toallas puestas, lo que deja poco libre. También mucha gente en el buffet y a veces se formaba bastante cola.

Overall the hotel was absolutely excellent. The room was superb- so much so I think if we were to stay again it would be disappointing to be appointed a different room- we loved it! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Just perfect and what we needed to relax in. The terrace was a god send as some days we struggled to find sunbeds in the sun. Also saw some fabulous sunrises and sunsets from the terrace. Staff were all very helpful, happy and friendly. All inclusive food was excellent- always a really good varied choice on offer with something different everyday. The choice of drinks was also very good (lots of branded options). We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment but everyone seemed to enjoy this. Our son is too old for mini disco so we didn’t stick around the entertainment area for too long in the evening. We saw there was always something going on with daytime activities too- lots of people going in and having fun. 10-15mins walk to the beach which was lovely. The hotel was the best part of our stay in Salou itself!

Not the hotels fault, but unfortunately on our first day by the pool another guest took my sons new sliders from the side of the pool- he was only in there 20mins. This really upset him as he’d saved for them to buy himself. Clearly it wasn’t a mistake in taking them as they were never returned or handed in. Also the location was a little off putting unfortunately. We weren’t keen on the immediate surrounding area of the hotel- little scruffy (smelt bad in local area.. presume from drains as recent storm) not a great deal on offer and the bars that were weren’t great. We took the opportunity to walk and take the bus into cambrils and Tarragona where we much preferred. Local transport was inexpensive and the hotel was very good at organising taxis if needed.

De ligging. Het middagmaal en avondmaal heel uitgebreid. Warm eten ook. Hotel is heel hygiënisch. Vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontbijt alle dagen hetzelfde. Altijd zelfde koffiekoeken altijd zelfde brood. Animatie was er maar je moest zelf gaan kijken kwamen de mensen maar weinig aansporen. Jammer dat bij de all inn nog niet alles is inbegrepen. We kregen 4 gratis kaartjes voor de Welness maar is adults only moeilijk met dochter van 12. Moesten bepaalde dagen zijn waar kinderen ook waren toegelaten. Vond ik wel minpunt

The property has a lot of different areas and a decent facility overall. Location was also good, not too far from the beach. The room was spacious for our family size (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was cleaned daily. They also had a variety of foods to choose from which was nice, we got the half-board package. The Staff were also nice.

It was a very busy with a lot of people, I guess this is to be expected for this time of the year but it really reminded me of a busy cruise ship. The double bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable. A great location within walking distance distance from the centre of salou. We got a free upgrade on our room and it was lovely. The air con was unbelievable and a game changer. The balcony was also a great size and we had a great view. The breakfast was top quality, loads to choose from and very good for those with allergies. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool areas were excellent too and not too difficult to get a sunbed.

The lifts were a tiny but tedious and the top floor got extremely warm at times, although these are only small.

Problemas em arranjar lugar junto das piscinas. A animação não era boa. O spa (a pagar) era só para adultos e numa das vezes estavam lá 5 crianças. O som que servia para os cantores/artistas no bar exterior era péssimo deveria estar avariado. A limpeza do quarto de manhã tinha dias que demorava muito tempo a estar pronta. O valor para o tudo incluído é demasiado para os serviços e produtos que nos fornecem. Não vale a pena gastar no tudo incluído.no bar junto da recepção alguns funcionários estavam mal humorados. Parecia que não nos queriam servir.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Todo estaba muy limpio y la comida era buena. Quiero agradecer especialmente al personal por el bonito detalle de cantarme «Cumpleaños feliz» el día de mi cumpleaños. Fue un momento muy especial y lo recordaré con mucho cariño. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por vuestra amabilidad y por hacer que mi estancia fuera tan agradable. ¡Espero volver pronto!

Malheureusement les touristes posent tous leur serviette le matin sur tous les transats alors qu’ils ne sont pas présent dans la piscine.

Lugar fantástico para disfrutar en familia con muchas actividades y todo a mano, la habitación y terraza estupendas.

Se permitía el uso de colchonetas y juegos de pelota en la pisicina más grande con lo que era algo incómodo. Además mucha gente reservaba las hamacas de la pisicina dejando la toalla a primera hora siendo dificultoso encontrar sitio

La verdad . Es que todo me gusto , el personal . La habitacion , la comida , el espectaculo, el ambiente .

Las instalaciones del edificio están nuevas: habitaciones, hall, comedor, bar, etc. Las piscinas (que tiene varias) no, esas no las han renovado mucho. El personal muy amable y servicial. La comida buenísima.

La limpieza de la piscina y alrededores. Y la no disponibilidad de las hamacas en la piscina porque siempre estaban todas “ocupadas”, desde bien pronto por la mañana. Una de las piscinas llena de gente con flotadores de todos los tamaños y formas que no permitían estar en el agua. Y la gente jugando a pelota todo el rato dando golpes al resto, y los socorristas sin inmutarse. Y hace falta decir que en las normas de la piscina ponía que no se podía jugar a pelota o usar flotadores. Está lejos de la playa y no hay aparcamiento disponible en la zona (el párquing siempre lleno).

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. A great selection for breakfast. Always sunbeds available we were down to the pool between 8.30-9 and always beds available in good location.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit, veruit het beste waar ik in Spanje ben verbleven. Super vriendelijk personeel, heel erg lekker en gevarieerd eten. Hele mooie kamers met fijne bedden.

Everything ! This hotel will not disappoint you. Every member of staff is so friendly. The food is excellent. Good quality and so much choice.( we had half board ) and the rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. As is the rest of hotel and the pools. The hotel has free water stations with freezing cold water. Much needed on hot days and enough sunbeds that you don’t need to get up at the crack of dawn. ( some do still but if you just want a bed then don’t bother ) a big shout out to the entertainment staff especially Magda and Giselle. Overall everyone that we spoke to said the same The hotel is wonderful. Please continue to do the same Management 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

El horario de comidas no está adaptado para turismo local. El Buffet escaso, he echado en falta más opciones, tanto en desayuno, comida como cena.

Le cadre est idyllique avec de nombreuses piscines et de quoi se restaurer.

Ils disent parking à disposition mais complet à chaque fois malheureusement, 3h à trouver une place pour se garer.

L'équipe est incroyable que ce soit à la réception au restaurant au bar et l'équipe de ménage puis l'équipe d'animation qui est 10/10 mention spécial à Andrea Celia et un blond grand Estonien qui été top top ! Cadre incroyable et très complet à coter du centre ville et de la mer ! Rien à dire tout est parfait

La propreté de l’hôtel, des chambres… l’accès à la piscine, avoir une place de parking (payante), le buffet super bon et varié. Le personnel était super agréable. Les chambres confort !

Les transats réservés à la piscine tôt le matin, à 8h du matin déjà plus de transat disponible !

The buffet was amazing. The staff were super friendly and we loved our stay. It was also ideal as a base for heading to Portaventura World too :-)

It's not the hotel's fault but the other guests were really noisy having conversations near our room at midnight, 4:30am, 5am etc - which was really annoying and not just an isolated instance. It happened several times

Je n’est pas aimez car nous somme venue sans réservation et on nous a dit que l’hôtel était complet alors je les fait sur mon téléphone la réservation et il y avait au moin 5-6 chambre libre.

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y la verdad que nos ha encantado. Sus instalaciones y el trato del personal ha sido maravilloso. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Solamente añadir que me pusieron una cuna para mí bebé un poco antigua y con un colchón muy bajo para la bebé. Al final lo solucionamos con otra cama al lado y listo.

La poca simpatia i la escasa informació de la persona de recepció, i del senyor del menjador. El matalàs de la habitació molt incòmode.

En términos generales muy muy bien. El buffet tenía días mejores y otros peores, pero la verdad que bastante mejor que otros. El personal del comedor, camareros, animadores, recepcionistas todos encantadores y predispuestos.

La cama de 135 para ser la habitación que era se queda corta... pero cierto es que las barreras arquitectónicas de la habitación limitan bastante las posibilidades. La piscina de la azotea se veía bastante sucia.

The check-in lady was excellent - best we have met in a long time. From then on, we found all the staff to be on their game.

+ Хороший завтрак. + Бассейны и нам подарили пригласительный в спа зону ( очень уютно внутри) + Чистая комната с кондиционером и хороший балкон, есть холодильник и сейф, чайник

- В один из дней нам забыли положить полотенца в номере после уборки, пришлось спускаться два раза на респшен и просить принести. - так же вечером появились муравьи на балконе, ребята с ресепшена быстро решили эту проблему. - Полотенце можно брать в аренду за 10 евро, но чтобы поменять их на новые после пляжа надо доплачивать по 1 евро. В других отелях смена полотенец бесплатная.

Goede ligging. Ruim en goed ontbijt. Kamer was netjes en groot genoeg.

Vrij druk hotel, maar voldoende ruimte. Behalve bij de zwembaden .Niet voldoende ligplaatsen en zeker niet als zoveel mensen hun handdoeken reeds vroeg gaan leggen.

Ens agradad tot desde el personal super bé les instal·lacions el bufet fantàstic per recomanar aquest hotel moltes felicitats i tornarem .

Las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas, y con la ola de calor el aire acondicionado ha sido un plus. El buffet del restaurante muy bueno incluso para celiacos y el trato del personal excelente, fueron amables y atentos en todo momento. Seguro que volveremos.

Chambre très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangement Salle de bain très bien. Bouilloire et café à disposition très bien Piscine ombragée très bien personnel d étage pour le ménage très simpatique. Frigidaire très bien. Soirée Septacle Super. Et au repas très variés et personnel très à l écoute.

Le manque d'isolement phonique des chambres, on entend trop les voisins qui so r bruyants jusqu'à 2h du mat et plus. Ça nuit au séjour car difficile de se lever tôt pour profiter avant la chaleur de fin de matinée

I absolutely loved how modern this hotel is I loved how staff are so nice to everyone I loved the spa and the massages are so worth the money

la chambre au 6eme etage qui donne sur la piscine était trés bien (la 1ere fois, la chambre donnait sur la rue, pas exceptionnel); Le fait qu'il y a plusieurs piscines Les repas avec un large choix

Le midi, la salle de restaurant qui donne sur la piscine était fermée, c'est dommage, justement car la vue est plus sympathique, et elle est plus à la lumière du jour;

The rooms are clean and nice size. The bed thou was really short. The swimming pools area was nice. The location of the hotel is good. Overall i rate it really good.

Location was brilliant, nice short walking distance to the strip. The buffet was superb for breakfast and dinner!

Towels being left for hours on sun lounges not being used but I know that can happen anywhere.

I adore this property. This was my 3rd stay, my second stay I got engaged whilst staying at this hotel so it was only fitting I went back a 3rd time to celebrate my hen party with a few ladies. Love the food, location, entertainment, staff from receptions to housekeeping etc. facilities are exceptional and just the overall atmosphere is incredible

I have not got a single poor comment in relation to this property.

Very clean with lovely facilities. There were loads of activities on for anyone that wanted them. Good breakfast each morning.

Can be a bit busy around the pool

La zona aquesta de Salou no té res i una mica més avall hi ha una agrupació de bars estil turista anglès que em van semblar surrealista.

Excellent rooms and breakfast. We were B&B so couldn't comment on other meals. However, food at pool bar is v good for snacky foods. Had lots of lovely meals in Salou itself. Good location 3min walk to the strip

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat sehr viele möglichkeiten sich den ganzen Tag mit aktivitätet zu beschäftigen.auch hat es abendunterhaltung für kinder und erwachsene.

Das es sehr auf den Britischen Turismus ausgelegt ist. Man hat das Gefühl man ist in England statt in Spanien. Auch hat mir das Typische Spanische Frühstück gefehlt. Rohschinken,Tomaten,Olivenöl.

Me gustó todo el concepto, primera vez que tomo vacaciones de este estilo para descansar y la verdad que lo tiene todo, para los niños y para los padres.
