В бассейн мы не ходили, не могу сказать про него, расположение шикарное, в центре и в тишине от дороги. С высокой вероятностью я бы вернулся в отель еще раз.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr schöner Pool und geräumige Zimmer. Frühstück war gut.

Die Klimaanlage hat teilweise unangenehm gerochen und war sehr laut. Im Badezimmer war die Toilette undicht, sodass immer etwas Wasser im Bad war. Tut aber dem sehr schönen Aufenthalt nichts zur Sache :)

Breakfast was very so so; staff were grouchy Room needs better maintenance; main bedroom bed very hard vs other room was much better

Overall a value for money place; we took 2 2-bedder suites, 2 normal rooms amongst us a big group of family and friends and had an overall comfortable stay. Our 2-bedder suites were very spacious; only downside was only the 2nd bedroom mattress and air conditioner were upgraded but not main bedroom, that mattress was hard. More maintenance could make place better; shower head in common bathroom bit wonky, tap position was crooked and very odd. Best thing about room were the pillows; better than 5 star hotels! Staff generally polite and friendly, Harry was a standout always ready to serve at pool bar, restaurant, O'rileys! Good value for money, you pay for what you get.

Расположение хорошее, выход к морю сразу напротив отеля. Рядом есть вся инфраструктура.

Старые застиранные полотенца и постельное. Плохой клининг - полотенца не меняют, полы не моют, они очень грязные. Мебель старая и вся заляпана, ее не чистят. Если бы знали про такие особенности, не стали бы бронировать точно.

Nice staff great vibes. Roof top pool was great breakfast a bit lacking healthy options. Rooms are good and beds are comfy. The beach is across a highway which is not so comfortable

Hotel in great location. Pool area good. Pity it's overlooked by another hotel. Pool towels should be changed daily. Loved the pool and beach bag. Room size and balcony good.

Die Mitarbeiter waren so unglaublich freundlich, der Strand lag direkt vor der Tür und auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war perfekt!

Probably the best staff in Karon! Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Room was fantastic, I had a pool access room which I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, particularly when we had trouble with our safe. The housekeeping team were excellent our room was always clean. The breakfast team were fantastic bringing our gluten free breads and crackers each morning after remembering our allergies from the first day. The standout staff member was Harry in the pool bar, who made delicious cocktails, lovely conversations and never stopped smiling. Over all a wonderful experience. My only feedback would be to improve the wifi, as it cut out constantly and need to be reset.

Cleanliness, Facilities, breakfast spread and friendly staff.

There was deposit required but only cash was allowed. This wasn't been informed much earlier. I only carried small amount of cash for the trip and had to use it for the deposit. They should allow card usage just as other hotels or notify the customers upfront.

The room is big and clean. The location is opposite to the beach front (No sea view though). The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is so-so, not so tasty and no pork menu. The hotel is 100% refurbished but you still can tell it use to be an old hotel.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Karon Beach. It has a large swimming pool & the beach is just across the road. Very friendly staff & good buffet breakfast.

The area is beautiful and the overall service is excellent. We had a wonderful time here, largely thanks to the great atmosphere and the incredible staff. A special shout-out and best greetings to ERIK from the pool bar! His positive energy, friendly attitude, and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommended!

Good location, decent infrastructure. the owners have spent quite sometime thinking about the details. service is also good. Breakfast could be better for vegetarians. One downside was the bunch of too many Do's and Dont's - too many regulations and fine prospects - but i guess there have been guests who have misbehaved in the past and have led the management to impose these rules.

Layout & atmosphere was really good, a little back from the road so a bit sheltered. Neat & tidy gardens, pool was great.

Some minor maintenance required, in the shower it was starting to flood due to a blockage we could not remove.

Loved the swim up pool and room. Loads of space. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was a nice selection of food. Near to massage, beach, shops and restaurants. The local bus 🚌 was just across the road. We went into Phuket old town on it. An experience

There is a decent gym, which is great to have. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. The location is nice.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec la plage juste en face et de nombreux commerces à proximité. La chambre est propre, mais pas très grande comparée à d’autres hôtels. La piscine est jolie et agréable.

La piscine est jolie, mais il n’y a pas d’ombre en journée, ce qui peut être compliqué avec des enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité médiocre. Il est interdit de ramener de la nourriture ou des boissons de l’extérieur dans les espaces communs (accueil, piscine), ce qui oblige à consommer sur place — c’est dommage, car on peut parfois avoir envie d’autre chose. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement reste très bien pour un court séjour ou simplement pour dormir moins bien pour des familles.

Skvělý hotel, velmi prostorný pokoj, velká koupelna se sprchou a vanou. Čisté. Každý den úklid. Klidné místo zastrčené v uličce u hlavní silnice. Na pláž pouze přes ulici. Ideální lokalita. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Moc jsme si to užili.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Poor air con and bad smell in room. No air con in restaurant for breakfast. Poor choice for breakfast and poor facilities in general. Dirty bed linen and was told there was no bacon available even though there was a sign saying ask for bacon. Plenty of chicken ham and sausages though 😂

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. The best location, hospitable atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, especially Dio👍, clean rooms, comfortable bed.

Wir konnten nach 3 Nächten einen Upgrade machen und bezogen ein Poolzimmer, unbedingt machen, wenn es im Rahmen eurer Möglichkeiten liegt. Das Zimmer war für uns (2 Personen) mehr aus ausreichend, was den Platz anbelangt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und sehr gut unterhalten. Unsere Anliegen wurden sofort aufgenommen und umgehend gelöst. Das Morgenessen war gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Alle Angestellten, von der Reception, über Bedienung beim Morgenessen, Facility Management waren allesamt nett und zuvorkommend. Dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

The room was spacious and clean, the pool was lovely and breakfast was good!

Majority of the staff were lovely however my partner arrived before me and I was paying the deposit, which I told the hotel in advance however they were a little rude to him and wouldn’t let him in the room.

Location is great, staff at reception is nice, staff that clean rooms is great. In general it’s likeable but a little bit overpriced for what you get

It’s not an issue but I think the hotel could benefit from keeping the pool bar open a little bit longer or at least has the staff really working till the end of operating hours

Velká spokojenost, velmi pěkný, příjemný hotel. Ideální poloha - naproti pláži, pár kroků do centra. Hotel je zastrčený v uličce, takže vás z ulice nic neruší, žádný hluk. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Skvělé jídlo. Každý den úklid pokoje, výměna ručníků, atd. Pokoje prostorné, velká koupelna, vana,... Bazén velký, čistý. Velká spokojenost.

The location was ideal. I liked being close to the beach, the market, and it was quiet and comfortable.

The AC could have been colder. I think it is the positioning relative to the bed.

Great location. Our room was great as it was attached to the pool.

The tiles on our room floor were very smooth with made them extremely slippery when wet. Being a room attached to the pool, it was wet constantly as we had limited towels and they wouldn’t dry due to the humidity. My 8 year old and myself slipped and fell numerous times.

Everything is perfect. The bar staff and jane from reception so kind. But all the staff are great.

We are staying here a lot of nights and the hotel is really great value, just would rather add some options for breakfast and no sweetener for coffee But you understand if these are the bad things everything here is great.

Понравилось абсолютно все, при том что цена очень низкая по сравнению с другими отелями и еще очень близко расположена к пляжу, буквально 5 минут ходьбы. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Везде чисто, хотя думала скорее всего за такую цену будет иначе, но понравилось все. Район очень оживленный, все рядом. Теперь рекомендую всем своим знакомым

The location was convenient - the beach is a couple of steps + all shops, restaurants, bars around. What I did not expect was how good the sidewalks now are there - also perfect with a baby stroller. Loud bars are 15min walking, so it was great with family and pieceful in the evening. Breakfast was also nice - good selection and actually most importantly - not crowded at any time due to the size of the hotel I guess. An extra nice touch was the small coctail party for selected guests - got to interact with different people and enjoy the hospitality of the hotel/owner.

Electricity sockets in the room were not all working. Every single light had a different switch - I guess you can get used to it, but was a bit inconvenient.

Nothing to dislike

This hotel has everything we looking for when choosing our accommodation. The hotel has a great location close to the beach and the Karon centre that offers lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel has very spacious rooms, nice pool area and a fantastic staff that always greets you with a smile and are ready to assist whenever needed. For us this is the first choice of hotel wherever we visit Phuket.
