Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile per tutto. Molto grande il resort, diviso in 2 parti, zona beach e zona Palm. Noi eravamo in zona Palm e ci hanno dato una camera veramente spaziosa e grande come un appartamento con la Jacuzzi sul terrazzo. Piaciuto anche il cibo, che per essere in Egitto è di alta qualità, buffet grande e vasto che sicuramente trovi qualcosa che ti piace. Spiaggia con sabbia molto bella e ben attrezzata. Insomma ci siamo trovati talmente bene che ritorneremo sicuramente. Davvero una bella vacanza di puro relax.

Sono stato al Novotel Beach dal 6 al 14 settembre 2026 e posso dire con grande piacere che è stata una vacanza davvero fantastica! Ho trovato la camera molto spaziosa, pulita e sempre ben curata. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, vicinissima al mare, comoda per raggiungere tutti i servizi. La spiaggia è molto bella e pulita e il mare è semplicemente spettacolare, con una barriera corallina meravigliosa. Anche la ristorazione mi ha soddisfatto pienamente: buffet molto ricco, variegato e abbondante, con tanta scelta e piatti diversi ogni giorno. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il soggiorno è soprattutto il personale. Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare voglio dedicarlo a Ibrahim, il barman, una persona davvero speciale: un bravissimo ragazzo, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento. Inoltre parla italiano, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo, e questo ha reso ancora più piacevoli i momenti trascorsi al bar. Grazie Ibrahim per la tua simpatia e per la tua gentilezza! In conclusione, sono rimasto veramente entusiasta del Novotel Beach. È stata una bellissima esperienza e mi sono sentito accolto e coccolato per tutta la vacanza. Un grande grazie a tutto lo staff e in particolare a Ibrahim. Spero di tornare presto! ❤️🇪🇬

Più che una critica, vorrei dare solo due piccoli suggerimenti per rendere il soggiorno ancora più perfetto: una pulizia con lavaggio più frequente delle sdraio in spiaggia, soprattutto per la presenza dei corvi, e anticipare lo spuntino in spiaggia alle 11:00 invece delle 12:00. Piccoli dettagli su un’esperienza nel complesso davvero fantastica! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is perfect and has shallow waters for small children. The coral is nearby and the fish swim close to the shore and you can almost touch them. It was amazing. Take Note: There are 2 sides of the hotel, which we didnt know upon booking. The Palm wing is opposite the main road and the other side has beach access. The entertainment during the day and night is much better at the beach wing than at the Palm wing. Daily snacks/food on the All Inclusive package is served at the beach wing and not the Palm wing. Overall stay was great and we will return.

The breakfast could have been better. Every morning it was the same food and the only meat served were sausages and cold meats. Lunch and dinner buffet were much better, as well as the food served at the beach.

Cleaning ness of the place, location, staff all really amazing. Laundry service was amazing our clothes were immaculate when they came back!

Ho soggiornato al Novotel con la mia famiglia per la seconda volta. La prima esperienza, circa due anni fa, era stata molto positiva e proprio per questo abbiamo deciso di tornare. Purtroppo, rispetto al soggiorno precedente, abbiamo riscontrato un netto calo nella qualità complessiva, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le camere, il servizio e la ristorazione. La struttura resta molto bella e la posizione è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza, essendo molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Tuttavia, la suite familiare che ci è stata assegnata presentava numerose criticità. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato che il WC era montato storto e risultava inclinato e instabile. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema, ma sono stati necessari diversi interventi, inizialmente da parte di personale evidentemente non in grado di risolverlo, prima che venisse finalmente sistemato. cosa decisamente poco accettabile per una struttura di questo livello. Il bagno, inoltre, era privo di finestre e la ventola di aspirazione non ha mai funzionato. Anche questo problema è stato segnalato più volte, ma senza alcun risultato. La criticità più importante ha però riguardato l'aria condizionata. Nella stanza era presente un termostato, ma di fatto permetteva solamente di accendere o spegnere l'impianto: non era possibile regolare correttamente né la temperatura né l'intensità dell'aria. In una località dove le temperature possono facilmente raggiungere o superare i 40°C, questo ha rappresentato un problema serio. In particolare, in corrispondenza del letto di nostro figlio l'aria non ha praticamente mai funzionato, costringendolo a sopportare un caldo molto forte per l'intero soggiorno. Abbiamo segnalato il guasto fin dal primo giorno e, nonostante numerosi solleciti e diversi interventi tecnici, il problema non è mai stato realmente risolto.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! A special thank you to Ghadeer, Symbol, and Ali, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the day, starting from check-in and continuing throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and they even kindly gave us a complimentary late check-out extension, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel was amazing. The amenities were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you can stay on the beach side. It made the experience even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Sharm El‑Sheikh. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the staff are warm and attentive, and the location right on the beach is perfect for relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the pools and facilities were excellent. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience — highly recommended.

All the facilities were really good. Food was nice and the staff were really good. Many pools. If you choose Novotel Palm you would have to walk a 5 min walk to the beach which is on the other side.

The premises and facilities were excellent. Good pools, good bars, good restaurants, and excellent rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Yemek çeşitliliği ve temizlik daha iyi olabilir. Barın kapanış saati çok erken. Akşam aktivitesi neredeyse yok. Palm kanadında kalanlar beach tarafındaki restorantlardan yararlanamıyor.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very spacious. There were many swimming pools to utilise your time. The hotel is accross 2 complex across the road from each other. There was buggies that can take you to and from your room or the other complex.

La joie de vivre, cet hôtel est pour le moins qu on puisse dire lumineux !!! Contient deux parties, une vue sur mer et l’autre verdoyant, buffet ultra riche ! Bon et convivial . Les gens s’habituent vite à vous et connaissent vos rituels assez rapidement 🙏 Je recommande les yeux fermés J ai séjourné au Palm les chambres sont merveilleuses Merci à toute l’équipe du Novotel Merci à Mr Achour le chef cuisinier Et un immense merci à MR AMR le directeur général qui se déploie des ailes afin de dépasser les attentes des clients, ceci est juste merveilleux Sharm ! Todas las noches ponen música fuerte en la piscina y puede ser molesto. El internet es muy lento, será problemático si tienes que trabajar.

Rezervasyondan önce yemek yorumlarında yöresel ve tatların her kesime uygun olmadığına dair yorum gördük ama daha yemeklerde ne olabilir ki HER ŞEY vardı. Yemeklere laf edilmesin lezzetliydi.

All inclusive aldık ve Türk kahvesininde ücretsiz olmasını beklerdim bunun haricinde gayet konforluydu. Palm view aldık denize uzak olmasını beklemiyorduk ama bu da bizden kaynaklıydı.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cet hôtel, en famille avec mon mari et nos deux enfants de 2 et 6 ans. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la qualité des services et l’accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe. L’hôtel est incroyable, avec quatre piscines avec Bar (merci Abdelsalem), dont une située côté mer, et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, juste à côté de Jolie Ville et directement sur la promenade de Naama Bay. Tout est à proximité, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable avec des enfants. Le service de chambre était impeccable (merci Alaa) et l’ensemble du personnel s’est montré extrêmement attentionné, souriant et disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Nous adressons une mention toute particulière au manager ainsi qu’au directeur de l’hôtel, qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Ils ont su être à notre écoute et répondre à toutes nos attentes afin de rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation, notamment pour les familles. ❤️
