Fantastisk frokost

lukter røking på gangen

Overall, my spouse and I were very satisfied with all the services at this hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive.

Tutto

Niente

Quarto limpo e organizado. Tudo certo no nosso período de estadia. Café da manhã muito bom.

This is one of the best hotels in Nanjing. It is close to the central Xinjiekou station. The rooms are spatious and clean. The staff is great.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Bon petit déjeuner, bonne literie, bon environnement

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen.

Breakfast is wonderful. Location is central. price is good too.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, pessoal muito prestativo.

Posizione centrale è molto pulita

Location was great, close to all the malls and easy location for history fans.

Pool and fitness facilities still closed after one year. Not mentioned in english while booking.

The size of the rooms are fantastic, very clean and tidy

The room has a smell of cigarette.

Location is very good, just opposite Deji Mall

A bit old

Hotel w samym centrum. Bardzo ładne wnętrze. Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadanie. Uprzejmy personel. Blisko metra

Wszystko było o.key

Very good room

Limited food options during the day. Shortage of tables for one or two at breakfast. Part of the hotel closed for renovation limiting eating or drinks options. Photos show areas renovated but not in use

Friendly staff, clean rooms and many shops and restaurants around.

The breakfast has a wide variety of different foods, but it could be even better, if the warm food is really hot and not cold.

Centrally located. The staff were courteous.

The carpet on the corridors were not properly cleaned. Otherwise all were okay.

Everyone was very nice and helpful especially the house keepers.

Location was great - about a 7 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Most of Nanjing’s scenic spots are accessible by metro so it’s super convenient being close to a station. It’s also right beside Deji shopping plaza, which has a lot of good restaurants.

The furnishings are slightly older than other hotels I’ve stayed at that are of similar rating, but it didn’t impact the stay so not a big deal.

Excellent location , helpful staff . I had a room with a small kitchen , which was very handy.

Breakfast was very chaotic . The usual coffee shop is being renovated , so guests were squeezed into small rooms elsewhere . The staff are trying their best in the circumstances but it’s quite stressful for them too .

Het hotel ligt mooi in het centrum. Het ontbijt was ook prima.

De niet rokers kamer stonk naar rook. Sowieso stonk de hele gang naar rook.

Posizione centrale molto molto bella. Colazione buona ed abbondante.

Camere datate, non sporche però neanche splendenti, struttura in ristrutturazione importante..

The Reception staff and Manager/duty Manager were excellent, I had an issue with my visa departure date and they were more than helpful Room was a good size, large comfortable bed and a bath as well as a shower

Nothing

The location is pretty good

The room is relatively small, and the mattress is too hard to sleep on. Not very comfortable.

Very grateful for the staff upgraded our room. The hotel is at great location, close to DeJi Plaza and the subway station. The staffs are super friendly.

The facility was a bit old if you prefer very modern hotels. The car park at the front is bit crowded.

Çok iyi idi

Location

It´s a high class hotel with great service. The staff is absolutely helpful and they helped me a lot to find some places in the city. The breakfast ist just perfect!!! I highly recommand this place.

.

I first stayed here in 2011 and return every time I visit Nanjing. The location is excellent and the room is always comfortable and value for money (relatively speaking). Staff English levels have improved over the years.

The WiFi wasn't great when connected to my phone. It was fine on my laptop.

The rooms are quite large but it took some time to get used to the endless mirrors in the entrance area. I probably had the best night sleep since my childhood, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rest of the hotel feels a bit like a business hotel, with conferences and meetings.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and very caring!

Excellent service and location

Staff should improve English skills

The location was excellent - in the city centre and within 5 mins walk to the metro. The room was big and great!

It would be good if the hotel has some self-service laundry facilities.

Location

Location - Just a few minutes walk to Metro station and just opposite of famous shopping mall. Very convenient.

Nothing much

The staff was super helpful in recommending places to go to. One for them helped me with sending a package to a friend. Room service was quick. Location is really good on the intersection of line 1 and 2. Many places are easy to reach from the location.

Wifi was a bit strange on my phones. On laptop it worked well for most of the time.

Location

Hotel davvero bello e colazione super.

very comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with various shopping malls, restaurants.

The hotel's entrance is somewhat hidden.🥹

Great location, comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff

Near the Subway

No

Staff were friendly and helpful. They initially gave us two rooms which were super stuffy and upon our feedback, immediately assigned us another two rooms with windows. Very prompt service recovery. Location was excellent with shopping mall's and food nearby.

Hotel didn't have Aircon during winter season according to them. Hence if the rooms don't come with windows u can open, the ventilation is zero and you are practically staying in sauna. So be sure to check on the rooms they assigned. Hotel is a little old in general. Also, the bath area is at the front door with no segregation so when bathing, no one else can go in and out of the room which is a little inconvenient.

Friendly staff

Weak aircon. Probably centrally heated due to late autumn. Front desk helped to offer us a table fan.

Flexibility with check in and check out times. They graciously allowed us to check in early due to the early flight arrival.

No fbreakfast

This is fantastic place to stay. What impressed us most is the service. All the servicing staff from the counter to the housekeeping and restaurant are so helpful and friendly. All of them make effort to make you feel at home and would go the extra miles to make sure you needs are met. They are not bound by division of their role and always serve with a smile. Never had we encountered such service culture elsewhere. They should be rewarded for their great service!!

Everything was very good, Location, breakfast, rooms, beds!!

Superbe emplacement Calme

Super close to De Ji mall and being accessible at the heart of the CBD. Most importantly was the service from the staff. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, always reachable for anything. We got local recommendations from the team when we arrived, and the team had taken care of us through the whole stay.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig.

Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr laut.

Fantastic hotel. They even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was great, it had so much food and lots of sweet options. It was perfect to have a late checkout and the gifts when we left were a lovely touch. Position is amazing as well. Will definitely come back if I'm in Nanjing again.

Been here just one night so didn't explore it much, but everything looked amazing so I can't find one single negative aspect.
