Jinling Hotel

The room we chose was FANTASTIC. Large / comfortable bed, large comfortable room. The hotel staff were there to help. Lobby was fantastic, left luggage easy and convenient.

I was not able to order room service (food basically) because it could only be done online and whilst the staff tried to assist it was not possible in the end .... so I slept hungry. Basically it is a good idea to have a printed menu in english with reference numbers so we can simply call reception or room service and just order it nice and simple. Forget all these electronic stuff and print the menu in every room !!!!!!!

Rien

Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful and will go the extra mile for service. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Especially love the robot entertainment in the lobby! :)

Room was a bit hot and we couldnt adjust the airconditioning down. This made sleeping in the height of summer heat a little uncomfortable.

The location is excellent! The staffs are very friendly.

The toilet makes so noisy sound whenever we flush it. It is inconvenient at night to interrupt others who sleep at the same suite.

Super value experience

Very big hotel! Spacious rooms and amazing views from top floors. Comfortable beds and very quiet!

Security deposit from card for 3 room more than 700€ !!! Really too much!

Thank you very much to the whole team for making me feel at home. I will be happy to recommend this venue to all my friends who come to visit Nanjing

This is the most famous and historic hotel in Nanjing since 1980s (I grew up there). I finally got the chance to stay and everything exceeded my already high expectations. All staff went out of their way to help us, were super friendly and efficient. The location is the most central in Nanjing, with high quality shopping, food, and kids playground nearby. Room was well maintained and has great view of the city. And you've got to visit the top floor lounge/restaurant in both towers if you can for the panoramic view of the city. The hotel's breakfast and dinner restaurants all have excellent food and service (much better than typical restaurants outside and brings me back childhood memories). All this for a fraction of the price you'd pay for similar quality hotels and restaurants in big cities worldwide.

Room spectacular and the Italian restaurant was delicious!

Cocktail bar didn't seem to be really functioning. Staff had little knowledge on the 1st floor.

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were really nice with a comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety.

Very hard to find where the restaurant was located - no signage in English. Once we found the restaurant on the second night it was great - serving excellent food and good service.

Magnifique vue depuis la chambre. Fitness, sauna, piscine

Pas grand chose ! Tout était parfait ! Attention à apporter un bonnet de bain.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and a huge amazing room!

Ubicación, instalaciones, desayuno y relación calidad-precio

Close to metro and big shopping town

The property is a little old design.

GREAT IN EVERY ASPECT

NOTHING UNSATISFACTORY

I booked Jinling Hotel for my parents as Mother's Day present. They had a great time and unforgettable memories there. Thank you for all your effort and support. The front desk service was excellent and truly thoughtful. Knowing that my parents are seniors, they upgraded our room to one with easier shower access. We were very impressed by their care and attention to detail. The room is spacious, clean and quiet with great view! My parents also enjoyed the breakfast very much!

Everything is great!

Un adevărat hotel de 5 stele! Felicitări!

This place is perfection. I loved everything about it!

The food and service were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the Housekeeping department (HT), who kindly helped return some items I had accidentally left behind in my room.

TV controller doesn't work well. breakfast buffet could be better.

Breakfast was very good. The spread was very wide. Location of the hotel was very strategic.

Shower area light could be brighter - too dim! Aircon temperature was not cold enough.

Great location!!

Perhaps the room a little old but other than that, all are good!

Great location. Convenient to travel to most attractions. Clean and quiet room. Comfy bed.

Wifi is disconnects all the time. Quite useless. Hotel requires a 1000yuan deposit but seems negotiable. Aircon not really cold.

Best stuff best location best food Super supportive stuff!!

All services, except internet:))))))))

Room size was great. Toilet was separate to the shower/tub. The convenience of the nearby malls and MRT is great.

The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Nanjing and plenty of parking lots. Hotel Staff is capable in English which more easier for us to communicate.

One part of the shower wall is a little broken and needed to be fixed so that the water will not leak into the dry area of the bathrroom. But just the minor problem.

Excellent location , best malls around , hotel restaurant is good .

Air conditioning was at warm temperature and centrally controlled , a bit feeling too warm .

High standard room, environment, service and consistently high quality of authentic Huaiyang cuisine provides very enjoyable stay

Location and view.

Everything.

Great location and convenient to train station and malls nearby. Have a new and old wing

Everything is QR and can’t get access to some of the information for a foreigner
