La ubicación, inmejorable. La recepcionista fue muy amable, incluso nos dio sugerencias de cafeterías para el desayuno y restaurantes en la zona. Habitación espaciosa, igual que en las fotos. Cama cómoda, baño correcto con productos de higiene abundantes, y zona de cocina completa, con mesa amplia para comer. Agua, café, te y algunos snacks disponibles gratuitamente.

Emplacement idéal, vraiment au centre ville où se trouvent de très bons restaurants et de beaux magasins. La chambre est vraiment superbe. Le lit très confortable et la salle de bain très grande. La personne de la réception est très gentille et très serviable.

Le wifi est vraiment de très très moyenne qualité et les chaînes de télévision ne fonctionnent pas toutes correctement.

Super emplacement au coeur de la ville. Une bonne isolation pour garantir le silence. La chambre est très très spacieuse et décorée avec gout.

Attention, le parking n'est pas compris !!! Il s'agit d'un stationnement privé à proximité .... c'est pas évident à comprendre dans l'annonce. C'est environ 70€ par jour en sus.

Très bel emplacement avec une vue magnifique en plein centre de Turin - Si nous devons revenir sur Turin, il a y de fortes chances que nous reprendrons une réservation

Problème de climatisation qui soufflait fort et en continu que l'on nous avait demandé de ne pas toucher sinon elle risquait de ne pas démarrer !

Emplacement privilégié, une chambre spacieuse et très confortable ,aucun bruit la nuit malgré beaucoup d'activités sur la plazza, un service au petit soin de l'eau tout les jours, du café ,idéalement placé pour visiter le Turin historique et c'est musées. Très bonne adresse nous y retrouverons pour nôtre prochaine visite à Turin. Et pour info parking à 2km de l'hôtel 14 euros la journée et 10 euros de taxi pour arriver à l'hôtel.

Hervorragende Lage. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Parkhaus in der Nähe - allerdings teuer (40 Euro pro Tag). Man muss unbedingt darauf achten, in der Nähe des Ausgangs Piazza Castello zu parken. Das Parhaus ist riesig.

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr dunkel. Auf der Terrasse ist es laut (Ladezone).

La camera è gradevole, però un paio di note dolenti, evidenti, ci sono : come il muro inciso dove batte la tavoletta della tazza o come il rattoppo sul pavimento difronte alla doccia , un vero peccato. Nota: l’acqua della doccia esce oltre il piatto doccia, il vetro che separa la doccia dal resto del bagno é troppo corto rispetto al soffione della doccia , acqua calda e fredda sono invertite rispetto al solito, ma devi scoprirlo da solo

Property was in a fantastic location. It was clean and a great size room the member of staff at reception was so kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful, she went above and beyond offering information, recommendations and answered any questions.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter. Le personnel est très agréable. Bouteilles d’eau à disposition dans la chambre. C’est parfait. Il faut effectivement appeler l’hôtel lors de votre première arrivée. Toutefois, une fois que vous avez pu obtenir votre clé de chambre, vous serez totalement autonome (badge pour l’ascenseur et clé pour la porte du bas). Cela n’est donc absolument pas dérangeant.

La posizione eccellente è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello: scendere direttamente di fronte Palazzo Madama e a due passi da Palazzo Reale ti fa praticamente vivere l'esperienza di rivire a corte. I servizi accessori forniti (macchinetta per caffè espresso con selezione di cialde e bollitore con selezioni di the e infusi) sono un surplus notevole.

Non posso dire che ci sia qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto; forse l'unica cosa un minimo negativa è il fatto di avere il bagno (comunque privato e riservato alla stanza) fuori dalla camera, ma tutto sommato è comunque accettabile.

The aparthotel did exactly what we needed. It's location overlooking one of the main squares in Turin and being very close to some main attractions was perfect. The staff were very helpful and the room itself was a spacious and attractive room with all the little bit you need.

Innanzitutto, la disponibilità a posticipare il soggiorno per sopraggiunti problemi familiari e solo per questo ringrazio e meritereste un 10. Posizione eccellente, in Piazza Castello, davanti alla fermata dei taxi e a due passi da tutte le vie centrali della città. Velocità del check in, pulizia ottima. camera spaziosa con ampio bagno. kit caffè e piccoli snack a disposizione gratuitamente. Deposito bagagli utilissimo

Non posso tollerare che nonostante una segnalazione avvenuta due ore dopo il nostro ingresso in camera, circa il mal funzionamento del condizionatore, nessun tecnico, così come riferitoci dalla receptionista sia sia presentato per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Per strada c'erano 35° gradi ed in camera quasi. Due notti passate tra lenzuola e cuscini bagnati di sudore INACETTABILE. Capisco che di mezzo c'era la festa del santo patrono, ma neanche un tentativo di risolvere il problema, non è corretto e professionale. Al netto di questo, ammetto che l'organizzazione della struttura per gli ospiti non è proprio il massimo. mi spiego: durante il ns soggiorno ci sono state numerose interruzioni di energia elettrica, e di conseguenza non volevo prendere l'ascensore ma le scale possono essere usate autonomamente solo per scendere ( porta uscita di emergenza), al contrario per usare le scale per salire da piano terra al secondo piano bisogna ogni volta chiamare ad un numero di telefono che da remoto apre la suddetta porta di emergenza. questo condizionamento ogniqualvolta si deve entrare e uscire ( per chi non vuole usare l'ascensore) crea un certo senso di privazione che non mi è piaciuto.

L'emplacement bien que l'immeuble soit bruyant (bruit de talon au plafond et espace commun voisin à la chambre).

Contrairement à ce que l'établissement mentionne (et confirme), il n'est pas accessible. Penser l'accessibilité par la seule présence d'un ascenseur, c'est insultant! ❌ Un ascenseur n'est pas synonyme d'accessibilité PMR (qui plus est quand une marche empêche son accès et que l'ascenseur est trop petit pour accueillir un fauteuil standard). 💡 Une personne en fauteuil peut parfois se mettre debout, sans crier au miracle! Non sans se mettre en danger et l'y contraindre par votre manquement, engage votre responsabilité. 📸 Prendre des photos identifiables d'un client (sans son accord) pour le qualifier de menteur parce qu'il se lève et n'est pas si handicapé... En plus d'être une pratique écoeurante, pas sûr que cela soit légal ! 💔 Enfin, considérer ce sujet dans votre politique client comme moins important qu'une télé en panne c'est juste révélateur d'une absence totale de valeurs...

Great location, breathtaking views. It's nice to wake up and drink coffee and look at the Royal Palace. There are many bars, restaurants and attractions around. Inside we found everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary appliances. Comfortable bed, cozy bathroom. The balcony created a romantic atmosphere. Very nice and caring staff. They provided useful information on where we can find a hearty breakfast and a good atmosphere for dinner. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous location. Right on the piazza. Room was large with large bathroom. Little kitchenette. Simple but stylish in a pared down way-surprise remains of original Rococo ceiling decoration.

If your phone does not work it is very difficult to check in. Very frustrating and the staff was not very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic location right on the Piazza Castello. You’re at the center of Torino. Many museum are less than 5-10 minute walk and you’re right at the end of Via Garibaldi. Watching the night lite on the Piazza day and night is was also enjoyable

I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk because of the hour i arrived. The entrance is on the second floor and you need to be buzzed in and get the elevator enabled. After that, everything was wonderful. The receptionist was fantasticly helpful during my two day stay.

Avevo prenotato una stanza con bagno dislocato, la posizione è ottima ma si affaccia sulla piazza che è rumorosa anche se le finestre erano a doppi vetri.

Location is wonderful, and staff was very friendly.

The room was very different from the photos on the Booking.com site, and very dark and claustrophobic. The water in the shower couldn't drain properly, so it flooded the entire bath room. The furniture was very uncomfortable.
