- Nie podobało mi się zbieranie danych osobowych przez hotel - szczególnie skanowanie dowodów osobistych wszystkich gości. W żadnym innym hotelu w Europie się z tym nie spotkałam. Podłączenie się do Wi-Fi też wymagało podania maila i telefonu, ale to przynajmniej dało się obejść. - Drzwi od łazienki bardzo ciężko się przesuwały, a od środka nie było od nich uchwytu. - Brak warzyw na śniadanie; były wyłącznie całe pomidory i tyle. - Brak połączenia z internetem w telewizorze - w obecnych czasach to niedopuszczalne. - Brudna łazienka w pokoju - chodzi o taki brud powstały przez lata, teraz się go codziennym sprzątaniem nie doczyści. - Drogi hotel w porównaniu do tego co oferuje - nie sądzę, by był wart swojej ceny.

The hotel has a great location, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast – the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, there were many positive aspects to our stay despite the small issues mentioned above.

We stayed as a group of three in a double room with an extra bed. Unfortunately, from the moment we checked in, it felt as though the room had only been prepared for two guests. Some basic items were missing for the third person, including bedding, a cup in the bathroom, and some of the complimentary toiletries. The drinking water situation was particularly disappointing. Only one bottle of water was provided for three guests for the entire four-night stay, and it was never replenished. For a 4-star hotel, this was quite surprising. Breakfast was tasty and the food quality was good, but the selection felt somewhat limited, especially when it came to side dishes. There were also several small but noticeable details in the room. There was a bathtub, but no bath plug, making it impossible to actually use it as a bath. There was no toilet brush, and no slippers were provided either. While each of these things may seem minor individually, together they significantly affected our impression of the hotel. Overall, the stay was not terrible, and the food was good, but the level of service and attention to detail did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel in this price category. Considering the price we paid, we expected much better preparation of the room and more attention to basic guest comfort. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing.

La chambre qu’on m’a attribuée avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le sas/réception et non sur l’extérieur. J’ai donc trouvé le prix vraiment excessif pour une chambre qui n’avait pas de véritable fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur.

The evening receptionist was so nice, and he upgraded my room which was a really lovely gesture. Didn’t catch his name, but thank you again! The bed and pillows were wonderful - best sleep I’ve had in months. The breakfast was also really nice, and the waiters who was clearing the resturant was also really nice.

We booked two rooms. Our friends were travelling with a small dog — a Yorkshire Terrier weighing only 2 kg. There was no information on the Booking website concerning the cost of staying with a pet. Upon arrival, we found out that the standard fee for a dog, regardless of its weight, was €25 per night. My opinion, this is a very high charge. The furniture in the hotel is very worn and needs to be replaced or renovated. Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. On the positive side, the location is good. The area feels safe for evening walks, and Plaça de Catalunya is about a 15-minute walk away. There is also an excellent bakery with delicious pastries, as well as a pharmacy and a supermarket, directly opposite the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a great disappointment.

Really nice hotel in the middle of Barcelona, 20 minutes walk away from Sagrada Familia. Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and the breakfast was good and varied. Parking was extra charge, but having a parking spot here was very covenient. As a plus, they are truly pet friendly (not only small-dog pet friendly) and we had no problem staying here with our 26kg dog.

Η περιοχή γύρω από το κατάλυμα δεν μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα και δεν ένιωθα πολύ ασφαλής να βγω έξω το βράδυ. Επίσης χρειαζόταν να περπατήσεις αρκετά για να φτάσεις στην κοντινότερη στάση του μετρό.

Bellissimo hotel, personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, pulizia impeccabile.

La nostra camera aveva una finestra che dava su una zona interna all’hotel, per cui non abbiamo mai visto il sole o avuto aria fresca. Nessun problema per noi, però andrebbe segnalato al momento della prenotazione.

Хороше розташування, близько до автобусної станції, до станції метро та до деяких архітектурних пам'яток. Поруч є багато магазинів та пекарень. Смачні сніданки в готелі. Нас було троє, але номер не розрахований на 3-х дорослих, по суті це номер для 2-х осіб з додатковим ліжком, тому було трохи затісно.

Затісно для 3-х осіб. Було тільки дві чашки, довелось пити чай по черзі.

Camera spaziosa con affaccio sulla strada. In camera era presente sia la doccia che la vasca (anche se non aveva il tappo). Pulizia buona, ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Staff molto gentile e sorridente. Vi vengono proposte delle attivitá con degli sconti. Colazione deliziosa, ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Nella hall era presente anche un dispenser con acqua agrumata. Presente anche una palestra con tutto il necessario, peccato non avessimo l'abbigliamento giusto.

L'hotel di per sé é moderno, andrebbe fatta la manutenzione del bagno. Nella nostra camera i rubinetti non erano messi bene. Il letto era grande, ma nei movimenti rumoroso. Forse per il coprimaterasso. Per il resto davvero tutto ok.

Bathroom door was a sliding one and it was little stiff. Nothing major though.

We had a really great stay. The staff was super helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Our room was clean, quiet, and even had an iron. The location is perfect. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the metro and about 20 minutes walking to Plaça de Catalunya. Overall, I really recommend this hotel!

The only small minus was the breakfast. The food was tasty, but there were not many options to choose from.

Hotel czysty (pokoje codziennie sprzątane), pyszne śniadania, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania oraz transferu z i na lotnisko (dworzec z busem na lotnisko Girona dosłownie 450m od hotelu), w okolicy cisza i spokój, bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko podwojne i przestronny pokój, działająca klimatyzacja, przy zamknietym oknie w ogóle nie słychać gwaru ulicy który w tym miejscu i tak nie jest zbyt duży. Wokół obiektu mnóstwo marketów, kawiarnie, sklepy z owocami, itd. Na niektórych rzeczach widać że czas i zużycie zostawiły ślady, można by nad tym popracować, ale dla nas to był tylko mały minus. Dziekujemy całej obsłudze i zdecydowanie polecamy.

El desayuno estaba bien. Fui solo una vez. La habitación era muy buena. Las amenidades estaban bien. El gimnasio estaba habilitado y era de fácil acceso. El servicio en recepción fue muy bueno.

Lamentablemente en la habitación de al lado conversaban fuerte hasta tarde. La televisión había que revisarla. Creo que tenía que navegar mucho para llegar a los canales de series/películas. No la usé mucho ni pregunté, por lo que podría no ser tan complicado realmente.

酒店地处市中心，到各个游玩景点步行都很近，地铁站就在附近，出行去往各处十分便利。酒店对面就有本地小超市，逛逛当地超市也是旅行一大乐趣。前往机场时，我不清楚T2航站楼A/B/C分区该往哪走，工作人员十分热心，细致给我讲解机场情况，体验感很好。

A stylish hotel in a pleasant, non-touristy district, 2 blocks from a metro station, 2 blocks from the main bus station. Well equipped room and bathroom, good aircon, bath and separate shower, large bath towels. Bonus from my top floor room: view of the top of the Sagrada Familia. Above average buffet breakfast, plenty of choice including good quality fry-up. A very impressive set-up.

They give us an internal small room without window or balcony outside probably was the staff room. We pay 200 euro's for the small staff room. It's very important before pay this hotel to be sure that you will pay what you want. Remember to ask for a room with balcony because you maybe take the staff room. Take a look the bathroom without tiles on the wall. Probably booking members take this cheaper room.

Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Saat 10.00 da bile her şey yenileniyordu. Konum çok merkezi, otobüs önünden geçiyor, çevrede birçok kafe ve market var. Metro istasyonu 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, odalar resimlerde gösterildiği gibi...

Check in daha hızlı olabilirdi. 14.40 civarında vardık, odamız temizleniyordu. 15.10 civarında giriş yapabildik. Nasıl bir oda istediğimizi başta söylemiştik. 1 saatlik Late check out için 10 € ek ücret talep edildi.

Die Lage ist super zentral! Frühstück war sehr üppig und mehr als ausreichend! Am besten war die Orangenpresse ! So frisch und lecker 🤤. Sehr höflich ça es Personal und mehr als hilfsbereit!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat etwas gelitten. Am ehesten war dies im Bad zu spüren! Schimmel hinter den Duschgelspendern, völlig verkalkter Wasserhahn 🚰 den hat noch nie jemand geputzt gehabt ! Da ich nur zum schlafen da war hat es mich nicht sehr interessiert. Aber es wäre schön wenn man auf sowas auch achtet!!

I confirmed with the hotel if the rooms were Air conditioned before traveling but upon arrival i got to know the AC was broken and they gave my noisy pedestal fan to keep myself cool and the AC worked 2 days only and got broken on 3rd day.

The location of the hotel was a good one. It has a bus station just in front and close to other lines. Good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. A lot of coffee shops around and supermarkets if you need to buy different things

There was a huge gap between the price and the quality of the room. Meaning bathroom on both rooms needs serious reconditioning, however the rest of the room it was clean. The price per night it was way higher vs the quality. The pictures are clearly outdated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering to assist us with arranging various activities around the city. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our room well before the official check-in time. The room was spacious, the breakfast was tasty with attentive and welcoming staff, and the location is excellent for exploring Barcelona on foot or by bicycle.

The bathroom uses a sliding door instead of a conventional one, and it is both noisy and prone to sticking, which disturbed our sleep. While the walls and windows provide good sound insulation, the room doors have very strong self-closing mechanisms and tend to slam loudly, occasionally also waking us during the night. Finally, the air conditioning was impressively powerful, which was much appreciated during Barcelona's heat wave, but the thermostat did not seem to regulate the temperature properly, leaving the room much colder than desired with no practical way to make it warmer.
