Pas très pratique à l’image de la piscine qui n est pas autorisée au moins de 21 ans… bizarre cette interdiction. Cela est bien précisé dans le descriptif (que je n’avais pas vu) L hôtel vous permet de réserver des chambres avec des enfants et ne vous permet pas d’accéder avec eux à la piscine…bizarre comme politique sachant que les hôtels casino à l’as Vegas autorisent les enfants ou si cela n’est pas possible vous ne pouvez tout simplement pas réserver de chambre…bref

Nice facility overall. I especially liked the size of the room, a very comfortable bed and an excellent parking ramp.

The hotel building was good and clean

The staff at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending. They asked me questions like - "is it your first time". The room doesn't even have a microwave nor do they help out to even heat up your beverage. I like my coffee a particular way and I just needed a place to heat it up and they didn't do it for me. I would never go back to this place ever.

Beautiful Lobby. Multiple gaming areas over 3 floors. Some newer and a few older slots as well. Front desk staff are willing to help.

Very nice Lobby. Some of the stairwells and other areas could use some updating. Upon checking our room was switched to one that was not “overbooked”. Our new room was fairly nice. We noticed some of the chair cushions were turned to sideways in their chairs. Thought it was a little weird but ok. I looked in closet and saw someone else’s shoes in there. We had not unpacked and I know we don’t own any that look like that. Never had anything like this happen before in any hotel I’ve been. Then we noticed smudges on head board . We told the front desk staff and they apologized profusely and offered to re clean the room. I told them that I didn’t want that. I just wanted them to be aware. I put the shoes in the hallway and cleaned the smudges. But just so you know if you come to this hotel, there can be some questionable cleaning practices. Just my .02.

Large room, clean and convenient. We were there for a concert and the concert was great.

The smell of smoke. We did not want a smoking room, but they said that was all that was available.

The facilities were beautiful and immaculate. Our room was HUGE, and the bed was very comfortable. The soaking bathtub was as large and deep as a baptismal pool. There were also several dining options inside the hotel. I did not get to visit the actual casino downstairs since I had my child with me.

Getting from the parking garage back to the lobby was a little confusing at first, as there were no directions.

Very nice pool, great restaurants

Wasn’t able to be moved from the smoking floor. All of my clothes smell like smoke now. The air conditioning didn’t fully cool the room, so I wasn’t able to sleep well.

The rooms are clean and, in the rare event we’ve had an issue, they handled the situation quickly. I especially love the large soak tubs after a full day of walking and playing! Bring in the same building to stay and play is so convenient. One of is able to rest & recharge in the room, when the other still wants to play!! And we enjoy the 8 oz Burger Bar’s menu choices & listening to the live bands that play! We haven’t tried the pool, but have heard great things about it. And the hotel has a dedicated dog friendly floor for those traveling with their fur-baby.

Pretty nice rooms, a bit dated but nice

The casino was very smokey and drinks were hard to come by.

It’s a lot better than Sams Town. The staff is courtier help you more and get things done.

We arrived about an hour before the 4pm check-in time. Asked if we could check in early. They accommodated us, but without telling us added an early check-in fee to our bill. When we arrived home and checked the bill, we gave them a call to dispute it and were told since we didn’t dispute it at the check out time, we have de facto agreed to the fee! In addition, we did not receive any room cleaning service during our multiple day stay. The resort fee of $20/day was just an extra fee. This place is not really any more of a resort than any other hotel/casino. Furthermore, all staff we had interactions with were quite rude, from the check-in clerk to hallway cleaning staff from whom we requested extra towels, who grudgingly complied. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was great

Easy to access from the highway. Booking price included total charges received at the end of the stay. Excellent staff at check-in. Large room with clean carpet and bedding. The room insulation was good - it was quiet all night long.

Booking.com asks if you have any requests to forward to the property. None of them were received. I did not get a room away from the elevator. I did not get a room on a high floor. I did not get a room with a view of the river. Room was second one away from the elevator on the 3rd floor with a view of the entryway roof. We requested a non-smoking room. It smelled like the last guest had been smoking pot in the room. A bad skunky smell. We were too tired to go down an complain. A notation on the phone said there would be a surcharge if you tried to use it.

Very smokey in casino

The hotel was not good at all, neither was the casino. Let me start with our non smoking room smelled like it had just been smoked in. Our faucet ran all night dripping heavily. Our shower would not drain even after maintenance worked on it. Food delivery took an hour. We ate at jacks steakhouse it was not good for the 250 dollars we spent, the guy sitting next to up was chewing tobacco and spitting in a cup wearing shorts and a T-shirt. The casino was terrible no pay outs, and when we went to the roulet table we were having a good time until they went from a 10 minimum bet to a 15 and the to 25 all within an hour and a half. My advice is try Live we drove over and it was a lot less ghetto. I will never go back the pit boss was the rudest individual I ever encountered.

Went for our 40th anniversary everything was great

Fantastic!!! One of the many words I could use!! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Treated myself and my sweet dog Ruby like royalty!! We will definitely be back!!!

The entire staff are so friendly and welcoming from valet to maintain I have had excellent help. My request was for a handicap room due to a broken knee need a little extra help getting up and down. The bed is a tiny bit low for me but with the bedside table I am able to manage it . I recommend this hotel and casino to any one in the area. It isn’t the newest one but the friendly staff makes a big difference as well as the newly renovated rooms. Everything from the lobby to room was very clean and pretty. The tilt in my room didn’t flush correctly. Maintenance came right away and corrected the issue. Around the hotel I really can’t say either way. When I arrive go in and do not exit the building until I am leaving for safety reasons. The only complaint on noise is in the casino their PA system sucks. But I have the best Host in the world for sure.

It smelt awful. The pool was overcrowded with outside guests that were rude and dancing inappropriately in front of me and my elder aunt.

The rooms were very good, clean and comfortable, slept very well. The desk clerk when we checked in barely even looked at me let alone smile. But again, the room was very nice. However, the casino was terrible, the minute you walked in it had a rundown feel. The top floor of the casino was so smoky you could not stay in it, and I use to be a smoker. The middle floor was also smoky but not as much. The bottom floor was the only one you could stay in. The casino had some of the old one-line machines which were fun but if I wanted to play the new machines I can go to Winstar in Ok... where they have over 10,000 machines. We go to Winstar all the time, but it has been a long time since we were in Bossier City and thought we would try something different. The other casinos in Bossier City were not much better, it was disappointing, and it wasn't because we won or lost, just the old rundown feel, so guess we will go back to Winstar.

We were just at Horseshoe July 26-29. The main room had all new carpet, beds, mattresses, curtains, furniture desk/wood chair, dresser, 2 cloth chairs, tv, small refrigerator, etc. The room looked a little bare and could have used a little more furniture. Same old a/c control that you had to dial between C or H, and it did rotate between hot and cold throughout the night. They had the same old bathroom too. Still the same high tub to get in and out, same countertop with 1 sink, a stool, and a short toilet in a tight corner. The room was clean when we checked in. I went to use the toilet before going to sleep around 12;15 am, and the wooden seat slid off the toilet. Called down to maintenance and told them the problem. Maintenance Man came up because he was told our toilet was blocked. Something was mixed up in the translation. He had to go back down to get bolts, nuts, and tools to fix it. They don't get in a hurry. We asked him why didn't the Maid tell someone when she cleaned the room? It would have been an easy fix then. Finally got to bed around 1:15 am. With the storm in the Gulf, we canceled our 4th night and headed home. We won't be returning to Bossier City again. Having to show your I.D. every time you go into the Casino, and the Sports Bar was a pain. No matter the age - I am 77. It scans your Driver's License and takes a picture for their future reference. Didn't have to go through that at Horseshoe in Lake Charles back in April of this year.

Parking was easy.

I made reservations for 2 rooms and check in was supposed to be at 4pm. We were told house keeping was short staffed and we would have to wait 30 minutes after arriving around 6pm. We didn’t get into the 2nd room until 9pm. My rate on Booking.com was supposed to be $308.50 for both rooms instead I was charged $202 per room so a total of $404.

Love the atmosphere rooms are spacious. Great customer service.

We always enjoy eating at the restaurant there. We had pizza for supper that night and the next morning we ate breakfast there! Had really good service from both waiter and waitress (Jayzi) that we had each time.

There was a private pool party going on (same thing happened last year at this time) and they were a pretty rowdy crowd. They didn't turn off the music until 10:30pm and then some of the guests were very loud out in the hallway. When we entered our room I could tell that it hadn't really been cleaned because there was a single earring right in front of the bed and some paper on the floor, and a dirty bandaid. It looked like they just came in and put fresh linen on the beds and in the bathroom and emptied the garbage. That was about it.

We like the casino and the bathroom was a patio us with a large tub.

The fighting and arguments at the Rozay Dre pool party. they were throwing objects and hitting people that wasn’t even in the fight or at the pool party, Bossier police had no control they were not in the right place at the right time smh but over all I had a great time at the bar the best bar in Shreveport/Bossier

Casino was ok but the tellers were rude.

When we arrived the first night it was loud outside and it went on until after midnight music blaring We had people running through our hallway yelling. The pool was closed the next day until 2:30 due to a pool party the night before. They said they cleaved the pool but there was pieces of hair, cups and small fans at the bottom of the pool and the water was very cloudy. So they didn’t clean it. They told us the cabanas would be free since the pool opened so late but then 2 hours later they said we ha. to move or pay. very disappointed for our first time here. And a Valet worker extremely rude on several occasions. No one from management called us after we reported it.

I like the pool lady. It was very friendly.

My door didn’t latch correctly low water pressure limited to no hot water asked housekeeper a question and was annoyed.Gym was very small and was not cleaned.
