Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la famiglia. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo offriva una buona scelta tra dolce e salato, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, la posizione è ottima. Panorama fantastico. Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili sulla città. Vacanza indimenticabile.

The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Staff aren’t super friendly or helpful. Room service took an hour to arrive with no compensation. Pool still being cleaned when it should be open.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer: Schimmel im Bad, Flecken an den Wänden, unsaubere Böden, Ameisen überall (wurden dann zwar entfernt, kamen aber immer wieder aus den Wänden), WC Sitz fleckig und vergilbt, Brausekopf verkalkt. Schwimmbad Öffnungszeiten 10-18, Liegen dürfen nicht verschoben werden (Schattensuchende haben Pech), Dreck im Pool (tägliche Reinigung vor Öffnung Fehlanzeige) Poolboy sehr unfreundlich. Wlan ging kein einziges Mal in den 7 Tagen, Handyempfang tlw. mieser als mies. Gänge kahl und weiss, keine Bilder usw., erinnert eher an ein altes Sanatorium. Aufzüge riechen extrem modrig und ekelhaft! Lautstärke im Zimmer im 7. Stock furchtbar ständiges Möbelschieben über uns im Barbereich/Terrassenbereich (8.OG), private Partys über uns mit DJ bis weit nach Mitternacht, dass sie Wände wackeln - und danach wieder stundenlanges Möbelschieben. Klimaanlage ging nur extrem stark oder extrem schwach. Lage toll wegen Aussicht aber schwierig zum Gehen- gleich an einer gefährlichen Küstenstrasse, wo man ohne Gehweg laufen muss und Autos/Motorräder rasen an einem vorbei. Frühstück: keine Käseauswahl, maximal 2 Sorten, tlw. nur eine Sorte, keine Dessertgabeln (4 Sterne Hotel??), Pancakes etc. kosten extra. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unterirdisch! wer Luxus erwartet - aufgrund der Fotos im Internet - wird eine bittere Enttäuschung erleben.

la location è molto bella in una posizione ottimale a 2 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Maiori. Sicuramente ci è piaciuto molto la jacuzzi sul terrazzo della nostra junior suite, la colazione all'ultimo piano veramente ricca e con vista mozzafiato e la presenza in struttura anche di un ristorante e di un Bistrot dove abbiamo cenato.

This hotel was very nice, and the room was amazing. The view was amazing as well, and the pool was calm and beautiful. The restaurant food was great, and the manager there was very nice — I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but he stood out for his service. Ahead of our stay, I messaged them to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they offered to arrange a surprise for us. I chose champagne and flowers and paid for it in advance — up to this point, everything was great.

When we arrived, the staff was very friendly, and I have no complaints about them personally. However, the way one employee handled our room upgrade left a bad impression. Since it was our honeymoon, she made it seem like we could choose between two different suites they had available at the time, at no extra cost beyond what I’d already paid when booking. We chose one of the suites, only to be told afterward that it would come with an additional charge amounting to roughly a third of the total price. This felt misleading, since it was presented as a honeymoon perk rather than a costly upgrade, and it didn’t match what I had seen when originally booking the room. The other issue was with a phone problem in our room. I had to go down to the front desk three times about it, going up and down the elevator each time. Every time, the staff was pleasant and told me they were handling it, and asked me to go back up to the room so they could call to confirm it was fixed. But the call either never came, or came and the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I’d end up waiting with no follow-up, forcing me to go back downstairs again. In the end the problem was resolved. For a hotel this nice, with staff this friendly, and at this price point, that level of follow-through was disappointing.

The pictures of this property are a deception do not book this property , the air conditioners in rooms does not work , the terrace outside rooms is not and have mosquitoes , our son got heatstroke as we were given a small fan when continuous complaints were made about air conditioning , we had to cut short our stay paid extra for flights and the hotel did not refund our extra days room charges despite the issues at there end

The accommodation has a very good location, and the view is absolutely amazing. The property was also cleaned regularly, which was a big plus and made our stay more comfortable.

there is a significant difference between the photos shown on the booking website and the reality. The bathrooms in particular are quite disappointing. The basin is very old, the fixtures look outdated and not properly maintained, and the shower is extremely small. Unfortunately, there was also visible mold in the shower, which was not pleasant. Overall, the location, cleanliness and amazing view are strong positives, but the condition of the bathroom and the difference between the advertised photos and the actual accommodation were disappointing.

Very nice hotel. Nice pool area on the roof. Very relaxed vibe. Good views and away from the hustle and bustle but easy access to it.

The bar area on 8th floor overlooking the algarve sea front is beautiful and minutes walk from Maiori. To catch the bus to head towards amalfi or Salerno is straight forward. Hotel staff were helpful when needed and helped arrange taxi’s or address any issues. Pool area is lovely with sunbeds and good availability of drinks. Room was large and nice balcony overlooking the sea front. Lunch food was delicious and good choice. I had the best fish burger. Must try!

Room was quite basic and dated. The hotel is refurbing rooms but the family room for the price paid for two nights didn’t match expectation of room. Shower is tiny in size and we got lots of noice during the night with banging doors or from other floors near us. We asked rodeo the safe to be reset to secure our items but this wasn’t addressed. Putting this down to staff forgetting but no big deal. Breakfast was included and was nice but only issue was food isn’t covered so flies to get attracted in open area.

The views are breathtaking from the balconies. You can walk into town and visit the local shops. A shuttle runs to and from town as well. The beaches were wonderful.

We had a beautiful, bright, and spotlessly clean room that had been recently renovated, with a terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea and the town of Maiori. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived by car and had no trouble parking. The hotel offers valet parking, so the staff take care of parking and retrieving your car from a secure parking area. A delicious and varied breakfast was served on the eighth floor, where the views were incredible. We also had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it.

What an amazing place. Fab location, stunning views from the 8th floor every morning at breakfast and the generosity and friendliness of all the people working here was appreciated. The receptionists were exceptional and accommodating and the breakfast staff and chefs were thoughtful (even arranging separate pastries every morning during to a nut allergy). We would recommend Hotel Due Torri.

What can I say! An absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing panoramic views. We stayed here for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, even providing a birthday cake on the day of my husband’s birthday. Breakfast is lovely and caters for every kind of appetite. All of the staff are amazing and so friendly. The hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned every single day and clean towels every day also. The room was lovely and we had our own little garden with sunbeds. All the staff work very hard and the cleanliness of the hotel just proves that. We didn’t want to come home, we will definitely be back, hopefully next year. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

SAVE YOURSELF $$$ and DO NOT STAY HERE. THE WORST SERVICE - the staff could care less and will do the bare minimum. Ants and lizards in the room. For the amount we paid, it was a miserable stay and the food was bland and tasteless.

Ausblick auf das Meer war super Die Zimmer sind sauber aber mit wenig Scharm. Wenn mann im Gang zu den Zimmer geht, erinnert das an eine Klinik weiss in weiss. Wir finden, dass die Preise in Italien sehr hoch sind und gegenüber den Mitbewerbern zu hoch. An der Amalfi Küste gibt es fast keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Somit sind die Orte in der Hochsaison nicht anzuschauen. Ein Mietwagen mach da fast kein Sinn. Die Ortschaften wären malerisch, schade.

This part of our vacation was my "White Lotus" local, and it lived up to it in every way. I literally cried. It fulfilled a dream of mine of luxury, quality, and the Amalfi Coast. The views are absolutely breathtaking from our rooms, to the pool, to the entire 8th floor. The staff was attentive, gracious, warm, and overly accommodating. We could walk to everything we wanted, but were still removed enough to be quieter and feel more luxurious. We had two rooms. One for our adult children and one for ourselves. The rooms were equally beautiful and next door to each other, at our request. They also arranged the rooms as we wanted, with two singles and one double bed. Help with our vehicle and our luggage was great. The breakfast included was the best I've ever had. The lunchtime menu and resturaunt were also excellent. We never ate dinner there, so I can't speak to that.

The only thing I would say is that the pool should not close at 6 pm. The day we spent at the pool, the staff was not attentive. They dropped off drink menus but never returned for our order, and when we asked if we could have food, they said no, but then we were able to get some happy hour snacks that were brought by someone else. I did let them know about the service at the pool, and I believe it changed after that. I don't think it's a true reflection on the hotel.

Struttura magica e unica in Costiera. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per la mia proposta di matrimonio e lo staff ha reso ogni istante impeccabile. La posizione a picco sul mare è da togliere il fiato, una vera location senza tempo. L'esperienza dello Chef's Table riservato all'Oltremare è stata superba, così come la colazione eccelsa ogni mattina. Se cercate la perfezione per un momento speciale, questo è il posto ideale. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

We were originally booked in a family room but were unsatisfied with the quality of the room, especially the bathroom. They were able to move us to two of the newly renovated rooms and it has drastically improved our opinion on the hotel. Wonderful staff. Amazing views.

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of May. The reception staff were very helpful upon arrival, and they connect with you via WhatsApp so that you can ask any further questions, there is also someone at the main reception at all times, and you can dial 9 on the phone in the room for assistance. We were made the feel welcome! The room was not as shown in the photos on the website, it appears they have renovated some of the rooms, our’s was an old style room, but still perfectly pleasant and just what we needed. The room was clean, had a choice of pillows, extra blankets, aircon worked well, shower was hot with good power, had a mini fridge for putting in bottled water. A couple of chairs and a table on the balcony to sit and admire the amazing views!! The room was cleaned each day by very friendly staff! The breakfast had a good selection, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, cold meats and cheeses, the bacon is very well done streaky bacon, and there are lots of cakes and pastries to choose from! Fresh coffee made to order. The staff in the breakfast restaurant are also very friendly and helpful. The pool area is well maintained, lots of seating area. It was quiet when we went so some days it was like having our own private pool area. You can change your pool towels each day and there is a staff member who takes orders and bring drinks to you from the bar (there is a fee for this, which we weren’t aware of at the time - but also don’t begrudge paying). There are two hot tubs on the rooftop, which were perfect on the days the sun didn’t shine, the weather was warm enough to be outside, but too cold for the pool. The pool isn’t a pool for doing laps, but it’s perfect for cooling down after sunbathing. The staff at reception were very helpful in helping us organise some day trips, they helped us book tickets for the ferry to Capri (if you go, expect it to be busy and expensive, but definitely try the limoncello slushies), and also found us different options for cooking classes in the local area (strong recommend for the Golden Dream Lemon Farm / Restaurant, we had a wonderful cooking class with them and tasted many of their wonderful lemon produce!). The cooking experience cost €130pp, but was well worth it - I plan to write them a separate review. My husband was a little hesitant but it ended up being his favourite activity. The main square of Maiori is a 10 minute walk, where there are multiple good restaurants to choose from, gelato stores, souvenir shops etc. The local tavern (the Stay) does wonderful spritz and the staff are very welcoming. The walk does include walking down the road which doesn’t have a path, but as long as you walk close to the railings you’ll be fine. There are a few steps involved also, but nothing most people wouldn’t be okay with. The Donna Maria Pizza place which is just up a side street off the main square does the best pizza! We walked the Lemon Path to Minori, which also has some lovely restaurants and bars. The path is steep in places, but with lots of spots to relax and enjoys the views of the sea and also the many lemon trees growing in the hillside. Took approx 1hr from the hotel to get into Minori (via the lemon path), wear sensible shoes! You do not need to walk the Lemon Path to get to Minori, you can again walk the main road, hugging the railing and it’ll take approx 30 mins. The hotel offer a shuttle to Maiori, the Harbour and Minori, for a feed but all three very walkable distances for those without any physical concerns. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants or use the private (have to pay a fee) beach as we wanted to go out and use the local amenities, but these are available. We got to witness a firework display from our balcony that was put on by someone else on the main beach area. It was approx 2330, and was a lovely ending to the day. This only happened once when we were there. The noise from the hotel isn’t anything to note, you can hear the odd person moving around but nothing that disturbed us. Also the doors to the balcony have shutters that work amazingly, everyday I woke up I had no idea of the time! If you prefer the natural light to wake up to, then you can adjust the shutters to your liking! If I was returning to Maiori, I would definitely stay in this hotel again, the views, the friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the whole hotel is what would bring me back!

Honestly, I think the cheaper rooms are actually better than the more expensive ones. I’d definitely recommend the standard double room—it has a bigger balcony and a better view.

The drive to get there was crazy. The roads are dangerous and scary.

For the entire stay, I had the feeling that I was taken care of. On top of that, the view from the front rooms is amazing. Directly on the sea.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a superb view the breakfast is good location is convenient.

Tha place is very noisy due to a party venue in front of the hotel that kept us awake till 1 am in the morning every single night. The hotel closed the main terrace with pool for the hotel guests at 3 pm. I don’t think it is fair that paying guests cant use the hotel facilities they payed for without even been informed about the inconvenience in advance. But at least they agreed to postpone our check out time till 1 pm due to this matter.

Kahvaltı büfesi çok zengin, kaliteli ve lezzetli idi. Otelin manzarası çok güzeldi. Oda geniş, rahat ve temizdi. Otelin konumu da oldukça iyiydi. Maiori hem güzel plajları hem de sakin ve rahat ortamı ile aileler için ideal bir lokasyon.

Frokosten var bra, mye italiensk søt bakst. Lite annet og lite grønnsaker og frukt. Beliggenhet var optimal. Enkelt å komme seg ned til sentrumsgaten i Maiori og stranden. Nydelig privat badebukt 150 meter fra hotellet. Rent og pent hotell med fine oppholdsområder.

Hotellet tok imot bryllup og stengte restauranten på dagen for gjestene uten å gi beskjed i forkant. Vi var der i fire netter og på tre av kveldene ble det arrangert bryllup med mye festing enten på hotellet, eller rett ved hotellet. Dårlig lydisolerte rom som trekker ned opplevelsen for vår del. Solsenger var kostbart og ikke inkludert på hotellets private strender. Sengene var ikke gode.

We had the most wonderful 10 days on the Amalfi Coast. We couldn’t have loved this location any more. We had perfect access to all the ferries to the major sightseeing attractions whilst coming “home” to the relative calm of Maiori, the restaurants are wonderful and the quality of the food cannot be. Exceptional service.

The room service was a bit inconsistent. Some of the days we could get food from the restaurant sent to the rooms, other times we were told there was a separate menu.

La vue depuis les chambres et le rooftop! C’est splendide! Le personnel était adorable. La literie était confortable et la nuit reposante! La musique jazzy du rooftop est bien agréable.

Manque de décoration dans la chambre bien que refaite à neuf. Les produits d’accueil pourraient être remplacés par des distributeurs type L’Occitane en Provence avec sa gamme Verveine agrumes qui irait si bien avec les citronniers et pamplemoussiers proches d me l’établissement. Cela serait idéal en terme d’écologie surtout (réduction plastique).

The view from the room was wonderful! The breakfast had many options & was very good! It was very close to town & the ferries…perfect location to base ourselves to visit other costal towns.

The shower was very small & very hard to maneuver with the doors closed! That was the biggest disappointment of the room!

The top deck where we had breakfast had the most spectacular views. Really easy walk to town and ferry.

Zimmer minimalistisch eingerichtet: kein Schrank, nur 1 Stuhl. Direkt vor Hotel Event Location, daher oft sehr laut. Pool nur zum Abkühlen, sonst zu klein.

The position was great and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was quite basic. The bar wasn’t really a bar - there wasn’t really a communal social space to hang out.

We booked a 7-day stay directly with the hotel for approximately €500 per night. Upon arrival, we received an upgrade to our room: a room with a small private garden... The garden consisted of earth, some blades of grass, two worn-out garden chairs, a broken flowerpot, skewed patio lights, and, to top it all off, a meowing cat that wouldn't leave. After protesting, we requested a different room, but it was of the same standard: 1960s style, bare, and uninviting. Anything better wasn't possible because they were fully booked. The hotel has four renovated (beautiful!) rooms, which they advertise extensively on their website, which is highly misleading. What you see is NOT what you get. Ultimately, 80% of their rooms are outdated and haven't been renovated in years. The bathrooms are dirty (black mold in the corners), uncomfortable, and the ventilation makes a terrible racket. The air conditioning in the room is also very noisy. When we complained to reception, we immediately received a one-time voucher (in a thick envelope) for a 10% discount at their restaurant; apparently, they're used to this. Upon check-in, you receive a 3x3 cm piece of paper with a QR code and you have to scan this to discover the hotel's facilities. The plastic window frames let in all the noise (night parties, music, chatter, etc.), and at 6:30 a.m. the cleaning crew starts in the hallways. Meanwhile, you can also hear all the noise from the breakfast room, where tables and chairs are being moved around en masse every day. But no worries: we'll just relax at the (beautiful, by the way) pool. The pool is open until 6 p.m., but from 5:30 p.m. they start "cleaning up," turning off the sprinklers and removing everything. Moreover, you shouldn't expect to enjoy the tranquility of the sea: from 1:30 PM onwards, the hotel lives up to its "Club" name, and the pool area becomes a far-too-loud "Clubby" music bar. If you ask to turn the music down a bit, you're summoned to the manager, who grins and lowers the volume briefly, then gradually turns it up again. Complaints from other pool guests were also dismissed with a laugh. The breakfast looks generous, but it consists largely of "cakes," and an omelette costs an extra €10. The staff tries their best, but the atmosphere is lacking. You don't feel like a "guest" at all. The hotel is clearly run by owners who ignore all criticism (see other reviews) and who only see tourists as someone they can "squeeze" out of you. Everyone wants to come to the Amalfi Coast, so let them pay for it... The hotel has a beautiful view, a lovely pool, and SOME nice rooms. That's all there is to it. For everything else, you're better off choosing a different hotel; you can definitely find them at these prices, even on the Amalfi Coast. I hope this review will help other tourists avoid this misleading website, which—just like ours—has significantly ruined our trip to the Amalfi Coast.

La vista de la habitación 503 es increíble!!! es como estar en un crucero. Aunque el moviliario de las habitaciones es bastante ochentero (muebles de mimbre pintados calipso claro....) la habiatación es muy amplia y en la terraza hay dos reposeras y dos sillas reclinables. La atención del personal es muy buena y amable. Te puedes ir caminando a Maiori sin problemas y dejar el auto estacionado en el hotel. Tiene un rico restaurant (algo caro, pero todo en la Costa Amalfitana es bastante caro al decir verdad), en el mismo lugar donde donde sirven el desayuno. El desayuno es muy rico y abundante, especialmente en lo dulce.

Faltan percheros para colgar las toallas del ducha y, al ser el suelo de todo el hotel de cerámica, se escucha cuando corren las sillas, las mesas, las maletas, etc.

The property was clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast there was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.

Son emplacement avec chambre vue sur la mer, la qualités des équipements ainsi que la propreté de l’hôtel, le bar-restaurant en Rooftop avec piscine extérieure, le confort de la chambre et du lit en particulier, le petit-déjeuner et la proximité du village d’à côté avec de nombreux restaurants.

Le prix du parking à 20 euros par jour et l’éclairage automatique du hall d’entrée de la chambre, ce qui est très gênant la nuit pour celui ou celle qui dort lorsqu’on va à la salle de bain.

Las vistas , la atención. En el restorant destacó a Samanta, Lucas y Emanuel. En recepción Kiara y Nataha. Nos complacieron en todo. Nos prepararon una vianda para el viaje ya nuestro check out fue muy temprano.
