Very comfortable bed! Beautiful Swimming pool area. Excellent location, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and marina. Great bar across the road Number 1.
Continuous music around the pool area, probably could have coped with some Easy listening but constant drum and bass was a complete no, no for us. We generally enjoy using a pool area but opted for the beach this holiday. Rooms could have been cleaner, I don't think ours was swept during the duration of our stay, although spotless linen regularly changed.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, dalla nostra camera lateralmente si poteva vedere l’oceano. La stanza era pulita e presentava i comfort necessari per alloggiare al meglio, kit di benvenuto e lenzuola pulite. C’è piaciuto molto la piscina, anche se bisognava fare la gara a prendere i lettini. Lo staff era molto gentile e incluse le donne delle pulizie e soprattutto i ragazzi che servivano le colazioni.
La colazione era discreta, sicuramente può migliorarne l’offerta soprattutto per quanto riguarda la parte dei dolci, includendo delle salse come la cioccolata burro d’arachidi o lo sciroppo d’acero, o , visto che ci troviamo in Marocco, amlo!!! lo avremmo davvero gradito soprattutto per mangiarlo con il pane, visto che c’era una vasta offerta. Per il resto tutto ok.

The staff was a bit rude and biased. They also booked us with a taxi driver to take us to the Blue City but the driver didn't speak English, which we requested specifically. Thankfully my travel-mate spoke Spanish and could translate. I speak French so the driver could only speak to one of us at a time.

And a fabulous choice at breakfast. The pool area is clean and the bar staff make a wonderful pint colada. I would definitely recommend this fantastic hotel.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Every thing is fantastic. Its my second time choosing this hotel.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment top : à proximité de nombreux commerces, restaurants et du souk. La plage et le port sont également accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de quasiment tout faire sans prendre la voiture. La chambre était toujours impeccable grâce à Saïda, la femme qui s’occupait de notre chambre. Un grand merci à elle pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et sa disponibilité. Elle était toujours très agréable et serviable. ❤️
Le gros bémol de cet hôtel reste le bruit. Il est très difficile de dormir le soir, notamment à cause du bruit dans la rue : voitures, klaxons, cris, disputes… L’hôtel possède également une boîte de nuit et les chambres sont malheureusement très mal isolées, ce qui n’arrange pas les choses.

La piscine ferme à 17h30 ce qui était un point tres négatif pour nous car nous avions choisi cet hotel pour profiter de la piscine ( qui en plus est assez grande) apres la traversée de la Méditérrannée. En plein mois d'aout difficile de comprendre pourquoi cela ferme si tôt ...

Booked a triple room with three single beds, but it was a one double bed when we checked in to room 606,after spoke to receptionist (twice) managed to get it done after so many hours, but it’s ok, Also room 207 Bidet shower hanging hook was broken and it wasn’t fixed either for 6days,didn’t bother to inform, but housekeeping should have been noticed though,

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Good location, the pool is great but they close it early at 5:30. Breakfast is good but they don’t have condiments. Like I couldn’t even get salt or pepper. They do have good orange juice though.
Issues with the staff. I asked for fresh towels because they didn’t change them one day, and the main woman in change of the maid staff argued with me, she told me they did change the towels and I couldn’t have fresh ones. I walked down (escalator is extremely small and people were waiting on it, which is an issue every single afternoon so don’t plan on having access to it, and I was on the 6th floor) to the front desk for fresh ones, they said they’d send someone to my room. I went back upstairs and who comes to the door but the same staff member. She proceeds to tell me again the towels are clean and I can’t have new ones. When I showed her that they weren’t clean she took them and walked away and I went to follow her, she yelled “ok ok ok” and waved me off, while she went and had a nasty interaction with one of the other maids, sounded like she was yelling at her. Several minutes later, i am still standing there with my door open waiting, I see this same staff member walking down the hallway, but she goes to go down the stairs without acknowledging me or brining new towels. I said excuse me and the woman raised her voice at me again and waved her hands and shouted at me in Arabic. I got my card and got ready to go down to the concierge again (language barrier- I speak French, English, and German but there was still a lot of issues-so calling them on the phone didn’t work) and when I was walking out the other maid who the first one was apparently yelling at brought me towels. Then there was the issue with laundry. Do not do laundry here. I did a small load of laundry, they changed me 450 dirham- thats $50 American and lost one of my bras. When I asked them about it the next day I went to the concierge and asked them about it to see if there was a lost and found. The concierge said yes and I thought they were looking for it.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Ubicación (a unos 15-20 mins andando del centro) y la amabilidad del personal. Habitaciones muy grandes, camas cómodas y limpio.
Muchísimo ruido a la noche. Hay musica hasta la madrugada y las habitaciones no estan bien insonorizadas, se escucha el ruido continuo del trafico en la calle. Instalaciones muy antiguas. Necesita una reforma Piscina con horario muy reducido (cerraba a las 17:30h)

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Ótima localização para aceder ao centro da cidade. Boa vista sobre o porto e praia, Quarto confortável e renovado embora o edifício seja já datado.
O elevador era antigo e muitas vezes não funcionava. A piscina encerra às 17h, muito cedo para o calor que se faz sentir no verão. Podia ter mais variedade no pequeno almoço.

El niño se puso malo vomito y no tenían sábanas de recambio y al día siguiente solo sábanas el edredón tampoco tenían. Y luego en la descripción dice que la habitación triple son 2 camas individuales y otras dos incividuakes o cama de matrimonio. En realidad eran camas doble y un plegatin.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, chaleureux et disponible, l'emplacement est en plein centre ville et proche de tout. Le bar et le restaurant sont très confortables et qualitatifs et l'hôtel est très beau en général. Notre chambre était confortable et climatisée ce qui est un vrai plus et le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.
L'hôtel est très bruyant le soir, des soirées sont organisées et la musique est très forte jusqu'à 3h, 4h du matin. Il manque des équipements de base dans la chambre comme des savons et shampoing, bouilloire et verres et surtout le courant ne fonctionne pas très bien la salle de bain ne s'allumait pas.

- We preferred the restaurants, outside the hotel, in the city over the ones in the hotel - The night club is very loud in the night, you can hear in the rooms too - Book taxi via dedicated apps and not via hotel staff or the taxi outside waiting for tourists, you will save a lot of money

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Tout le personnel, de la réception aux employés chargés du petit-déjeuner et du ménage, est sympathique et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, mais les boissons chaudes sont préparées par une machine.
J'ai changé de chambre 3 fois car on entend le bruit des voitures, des motos, des bus et des klaxons TOUTE LA NUIT. De plus, il y a une BOÎTE DE NUIT dans l'hôtel qui fonctionne tous les jours de la semaine et il n'y a AUCUNE ISOLATION ACOUSTIQUE, donc on entend la musique très fort dans toutes les chambres, quel que soit l'étage. C'est dommage, il avait tout pour être un très bon hôtel. Le matin, il y avait de l'eau chaude dans la douche, mais vers 17 h, l'eau ne chauffait plus.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026I liked the hotel was clean in all its various areas. The pool area has a lot of seats and sunbeds and during the night it shifts to a pleaseant bar with live music. The bar also serves alchool and delicious food. The staff is lovely and helpful.
The shower clogged and the bathroom floor would be flooded everytime we’d shower. The digital locker on our bedroom broke but they were quick to fix it. The infraestructures are a bit dated and since we were facing the street and the windows were old we heard loud noises all through the night. But overall it was a great place to be.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026El hotel es precioso con su toque antiguo pero con todas las comodidades necesarias. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El desayuno excelente y muy variado. Realmente me gustó mucho. Además el personal es amable y muy atento.
Por ponerle un pero el WiFi es inestable y bastante débil.

Horário da piscina tardio e encerramento muito cedo para uso do espaço do bar do hotel que nos impossibilitou de no fim da tarde após os passeios poder usufruir mais vezes. Escadas de piscina partidas. Elevador antigo e pequeno. Quarto ótimo, situado no 4 andar, contudo algo ruidoso devido ao bar da piscina aberto ate tarde e algum cheiro a comida.
