Great location with a bus stop 2 minutes away. The views were stunning. The pool was clean and acquagym was a lot of fun.

There were cockroaches around the hotel and in our room. The 'hot' food was lukewarm at best. The booking was all inclusive, but it seemed like the answer was always 'no'; we could not move a chair to make a table for three people, we could not have sangria at the restaurant, we could not get an ironing board in our room etc. Ice creams and gin cocktails were not included. Spa access was not included. No face cloths or dressing gowns in the bathroom. The restaurant they are partnered with had bad service (the waiter was standing near us playing videos on his phone) and when we informed them we were guests at the hotel, they swapped our menus with a much more limited menu. Guests were reserving sunbeds. This was more like a three star hotel than a four star hotel.

No nos gustó mucho cuando iban a la habitación, tocaban a la puerta y no esperaban a que abrieras, abrían directamente y te podían pillar de cualquier manera. Esta sería nuestra una pega. No nos había pasado en ocasiones anteriores. Para nosotros algo subsanable. El personal, refiriéndome al de planta o habitaciones, ejemplares. Creo que atienden a normas del hotel. Para ellas siempre un por encima de 15.

Tienen que revisar las máquinas de correr del gimnasio porque no funcionan bien y la empleada que se encarga de los zumos en el desayuno no debería ser tan seria para trabajar en hostelería.

Como en otras ocasiones ..el personal , la calidad en los buffets, la habitación y la localización a pie de playa fantastica

Fue todo fortuito pero se dieron las circunstancias juntas, como que el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien a pesar de los intentos de mantenimiento por solucionarlo, no encontramos parking ni en el Hotel ni en inmediaciones cerca, faltaron las toallas de piscina probablemente por un error con lavandería y entendiendolo también por la fecha ( mediados de Agosto) conseguir una hamaca en la piscina era difícil hasta entrada la tarde ..pero como les digo , todo circunstancial!!!

La ubicación es excepcional, a pie de playa y bien comunicado. El personal es muy agradable y el hotel esta muy limpio. El servicio es muy bueno y la comida del buffet es muy variada. Tiene servicio gratuito de tumbonas y toallas que funciona muy bien y tienes opcion de llevártelas a la playa, lo que es un plus. Las piscinas del hotel son magníficas; muy limpias y cuidadas.

Aunque nuestra experiencia fue muy buena hubo un par de cosas que no nos gustaron. Por un lado, la cama hacía bastante ruido y molestaba durante la noche. Otra cosa fue la reposición de comida en el buffet. Algunos platos se agotaban rápido y tardaban en reponerlos, sobre todo si ya era última hora de comidas. El aparcamiento en la zona cercana al hotel es muy escaso y el hotel no ofrece suficientes plazas para los huéspedes.

Que no tuviésemos parking disponible porque la zona para aparcar es muy complicada. Y de la habitación el único inconveniente fue que se nos estropeó el aire la última de las noches, pero como ya nos íbamos no fue tan grave

The room was clean and cool. The location was excellent, very close to the beach, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. The view was perfect, with a beautiful ocean view overlooking the hotel’s pool and sun loungers.

The staff could have been a little warmer and friendlier. The female staff were very pleasant, but male staff were less welcoming. We also had an unpleasant experience when a staff member removed our towels from the sun loungers in a rather unfriendly manner, even though the hotel’s policy allows towels to remain for up to one hour. On the other hand, Mr. Osvaldo was exceptionally kind and friendly.

Mala climatizacion (nulo A/a)en habitacion y zonas comunes ,en un hotel de esta categoria deben subsanar y mejorar dicha cuestion y el personal de recepcion no puede decir que hace calor ,el problema era el aire acondicionado.

Oltre 1.000 euro per quattro notti per una camera al piano -2, in un sottoscala, con muffa, umidità evidente e tre lucertole dentro la stanza. L’abbiamo segnalato alla reception pochi minuti dopo il check-in, chiedendo semplicemente di cambiare stanza. Risposta: nessuna soluzione. Nessuna alternativa, nessuna disponibilità, nessun tentativo. La proposta di un’altra camera, comunque sempre nel sottoscala è arrivata la mattina dopo, cioè quando avevamo già le valigie pronte e avevamo deciso di andarcene. Troppo tardi, e comunque nello stesso identico piano da cui volevamo uscire. Le aree comuni non erano meglio, pareti deteriorate, umidità a vista, pezzi di soffitto dei corridoi coperti con teli, degrado lasciato lì, davanti ai clienti. Abbiamo prenotato quattro notti e ne abbiamo dormita una preferendo perdere il resto del soggiorno già pagato piuttosto che restare. Chi gestisce una struttura di questo livello di prezzo dovrebbe chiedersi come mai un cliente scelga di buttare via tre notti pur di non dormire lì. Sconsigliatissimo.

We really enjoyed the hotel, especially its modern style and location. The sea is literally just a few metres away from the hotel. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view, and the beach is only about a one-minute walk away. The beach itself is small but very convenient. There were almost never any problems finding sun loungers and umbrellas there were usually plenty available. There was a convenient beach bag in the room, and beach towels were provided free of charge. We also had complimentary welcome drinks waiting for us in the fridge. After that, additional drinks could be ordered for an extra charge, while bottled water was provided free of charge throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Rituals toiletries shower gel and body lotion. Another big plus was that the towels in the room were changed twice a day, including in the evening. We really enjoyed the food. There was a great variety, with different dishes and dinner themes such as Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, and others. There was a different type of fish almost every day, and prawns and small octopus were also served quite often. For those who prefer meat, there were always several options, including chicken, turkey, pork, and beef. There was also a good selection of salads, cheeses, and ham. At breakfast, we especially enjoyed the variety of fresh juices. Champagne was also available in the mornings, which was a lovely touch, especially for couples. Coffee was brought directly to the table by the waiters during breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel left us with a very positive impression.

Overall, we had a very good impression of the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved. The shower often leaked water onto the bathroom floor, which was a little inconvenient. We also had an issue with the beach towels. At first, we were simply told that there were no towels available, and reception asked us to wait. After 10–15 minutes, they were still not available, and only after asking again were we told that we would need to wait another 15 minutes. It would be helpful to give guests an approximate waiting time from the beginning. We were also not informed about the dinner dress code at check-in, so on the first evening our son had to return to the room to change. There were also a few isolated situations with staff. One waiter was rather reluctant when we asked to move to another table, although the issue was resolved immediately after speaking to the manager. We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the chefs at the buffet. We pointed to a specific piece of fish or meat that we wanted, but he served us a different one. The first time, we assumed that he had simply misunderstood us. However, when it happened again, we clearly pointed out the piece we wanted once more, and his reaction was rather unfriendly. This made us feel that it was more than just a misunderstanding. It was quite unpleasant, especially considering that it was a buffet and we were simply asking for the particular piece we preferred. However, most of the staff were very friendly and professional, so these isolated incidents did not affect our overall positive impression of the hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. La posizione è veramente impagabile, proprio sul mare e tutte le camere con vista mare. Già questo vale la pena. Camere molto spaziose e moderne. Cibo ottimo e buona scelta sia a colazione che a cena.

Le sdraio nelle 2 piscine erano spesso tutte occupate. Ma si poteva sempre prendere un ombrellone con sdraio al mare, dove costava davvero poco.

En plena OLA DE CALOR, EL SISTEMA DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO CUBRÍA LAS NECESIDADES DEL COMPLEJO, tanto en las habitaciones como en zonas comunes, incluida preocupanteme, la zona de comedor con alimentos en riesgo de conservación. Solicitamos reparación del aire acondicionado de la habitación a las dos de la tarde, y eran las diez de la noche y el problema persistía. Accedieron a un cambio de habitación, solicitado por nosotras insistentemente, que mejoró algo el problema, aunque no lo solucionó. En ningún momento recibimos una sola palabra de disculpa ni reconocimiento del problema, tan solo se limitaron a dejar un bono canjeable por un almuerzo. Con todo esto, creemos que el precio que pagamos por cada noche, no se correspondía con los servicios que se ofrecían. Somos de la zona y hemos vivido otras olas de calor similares, residiendo en hoteles cercanos y nunca nos hemos encontrado con este problema del aire acondicionado.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Cucina non male, ci sono talmente tante cose che di certo non si resta a digiuno. Struttura sulla spiaggia.

Da Italiani, ci è mancato un buon caffè espresso a colazione (quello della macchina automatica non era buono) ma questa è una cosa che all'esterno bisogna mettere già in conto prima di partire. E comunque sotto l'hotel c'è un locale che fa un buon espresso. Poi, la struttura è un po' distante dalle zona della movida (a circa 2 km a piedi), però se si cercala tranquillità è perfetta. Non facilissimo trovare parcheggio libero in zona, specie il sabato e la domenica.

La ubicacion y la profesionalaidad y amabilidad del personal.

La habitacion amplia y con un diseño de baño absurdo. Ubicada en la novena planta bajo los respiraderos de la cocina, cada vez que esta funcionaba -mañana, mediodía y tarde, los olores, el humo y el ruido de los extractores inuindaban la habitacion. Pese a ser una "premium" posiblemente era de las peores del hotel.

Don Gregory By Dunas in San Augustin. Firstly the negatives…. None that I could find. Positives, amazing bedrooms with the finest sea views . Bedrooms were clean and maids came every day. Cleaners started very early, cleaning the pool area, waiting areas and then moving to the bedrooms. Its apparent this hotel takes hygiene importantly. The food was varied and wide ranging with a themed night, Mexican, Italian etc. The waiters quick to serve and helpful . Particular praise to the chefs at the live cooking station who where eager to please, the chef at the egg cooking station in the mornings and the ones cooking the meats in the evening. If hiring a car, it is advisable to book a car parking space at the hotel which is roughly 10/12 euros a day. Parking around the area is hard to find and I believe the shopping centre opposite charges in the region of 20 euros a day . We were catching a late fight and the hotel were unable to accommodate our request for a late checkout. However they offered a room with a shower for one hour which was free and very helpful. The location is perfect, direct access to the beach with a long promenade whereby you can walk to Maspolomas if you wanted. We walked to Playa Ingles each night which took about 1 hour(there and back). The beach is immaculate. Recommendations for the hotel.. petty but when the waiters serve coffee in the mornings, they give a large coffee flask with another the same size with milk. We only used 20% and each day kept leaving 80% of milk unused/wasted. Would be better to serve milk in much smaller jugs to prevent wastage. Would we stay here again….absolutley yes!!

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und uns beim Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock und dem ständigen Geräusch der Wellen in den Ohren sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Flasche Sekt als Willkommensgeschenk war eine nette Überraschung. Das Zimmer selbst war groß (genug Stauraum), hell und sauber (es hat mehrmals täglich jemand nach dem Rechten gesehen). Wir hatten Halbpension – das Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet und wir hatten immer einen Tisch auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Liegen in der ersten Reihe waren leider kaum zu bekommen, da diese trotz Hinweisen seitens des Hotels immer schon sehr früh besetzt waren. Aber es hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, da wir ohnehin lieber auf dem direkt vor dem Hotel gelegenen Stand waren (gehört jedoch nicht zum Hotel aber zwei Liegen + Schirm für EUR 9 waren es uns wert 😊). Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

Poca varietà di spettacoli serali, il pagamento dell'acqua e delle sdraio in spiaggia.

L’emplacement avec accès direct à la plage. La piscine superbe et très propre. Les transats avec vue sur l’océan. Les repas excellents avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel du restaurant très sympathique et agréable. La chambre de très belle taille avec un balcon vue sur l’océan.

Notre arrivée avec aucune personne de l’accueil qui parlait français et une personne pas très sympathique qui ne nous a donné aucune information sur l’hôtel. (Nous ne savons toujours pas si les transats de la plage appartiennent à l’hôtel et si c’est payant!!) Nous sommes arrivés en fin de matinée et avons pu avoir notre chambre que vers 14h20 ( elle n’était pas encore prête à 14h) Heureusement la suite de notre séjour s’est bien déroulé ! Les chambres sont vieillissantes et le sol est dégradé ( certainement un problème de fuite sous le bac de la douche)

Premium Zimmer mit Terrasse lohnt sich nicht

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer (hatten 6 DZ, jeweils zur Einzelnutzung) sehr geräumig, mit Meerblick, Balkon, große Dusche. Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendbüffet sehr reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Mit 6 Freunden ( alle über 60 Jahre alt😉) haben wir kein Mittagsbüffet eingenommen, sondern uns die sehr leckeren Snacks (besonders empfehlenswert Gambas und Lachs) gegönnt. Lage zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar (täglich bis 10 km zu Fuß zurückgelegt.

Buchung - selbst fast 1 Jahr im Voraus - nicht kundenfreundlich - und musste via 3 Buchungen abgeschlossen werden! Nach über 10 Jahren nach letzter Grundsanierung mehr Schäden sichtbar. Nach2 Aufenthalten in Folge und massiver Preiserhöhungen für 2027, haben wir noch keine endgültige Entscheidung für einen weiteren Urlaub dort in 2027 getroffen.

The room is large and comfortable. The position is great with direct access to the beach. The staff is kind and helpful. Everything is great.

It is a little expensive but it is the best place in the area.

Die Lage am Meer war optimal. Check-in/Check Out ging schnell und unkompliziert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und auch für die Spätaufsteher reichlich gedeckt.

Chambre très fonctionnelle avec vue sur mer. La variété des mets du restaurant est exceptionnelle. Toutes les fonctions de transport et de commerce sont disponibles à proximité.

Although a kettle was provided in the room, we were advised that no refills were provided after arrival for coffee/tea etc. We thought this was a bit stingy in the context of what was otherwise a very comfortable and welcoming hotel.

Spectacular view of the sea and the beach all the way across to Maspalomas dunes. Great location, directly connected by bus to the airport, Las Palmas, and Maspalomas. Comfortable room and nice balcony. Some great food in the buffet. Direct access to Playa de las Burras and a nice coastal promenade.

The pool is small and right next to the breakfast area, so feels very cramped. Parts of the hotel feel dated.

Staðsetningin er frábært stutt í verslunarmiðstöð og hótelið er á ströndinni. Hægt að ganga á þægilegum stígum á Ensku ströndina tekur um það bil 30 mínútur. Þjónustan var mjög góð. Maki minn er blindur og fengum við mjög góða þjónustu frá þjónum sem vísa til borðs í matsalnum. Matsalurinn er frekar lítill og maturinn prýðilegur og við ekki orðin leið á honum eftir 2ja vikna dvöl.

Í raun var ekkert sem mér líkaði ekki.

Très bel emplacement, proche de tout via le bus face à l’hôtel. Accès direct à la plage et sentier le long de la mer depuis l’hôtel jusqu’aux dunes de Maspalomas (comptez environ 1h30 de marche). Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Buffet varié et de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons !

Frühstücksbuffet war genial Zimmer mit Aussicht bestens Zimmer gross genug und gut ausgestattet - allerdings für Freunde, die zusammen reisen, nicht ideal (Glastüre zur Dusche, und WC, kein separater Raum) Man kann gut am Meer entlang laufen Richtung Maspalomas und es gibt unterwegs einige Restaurants direkt am Meer Personal war sehr freundlich

Der Strand wird morgens schon um 7 h 00 mit einem relativ lauten Traktor 'gereinigt', was störend ist, wenn man ein wenig länger schlafen möchte.

Great variety of choices during breakfast and dinner. The pool areas were really nice and quiet with a direct access to the beach.

There were not enough sunbeds for all guests, and the bed in the room was noisy because one of its legs was broken.

Teilweise zu viele Leute beim Dinner, man sollte zwei Zeiten einführen. Außerdem sollte man darauf achten, dass manche Gäste die Verpflegung für den ganzen Tag vom Frühstücksbuffet mitnehmen, da sie nur Halbpension haben.

Elke kamer had een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Het personeel was over het algemeen erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Onze suite / maisonnette was ruim opgezet met twee etages, woonkamer beneden en slaapkamer boven. Er waren twee badkamers, een kleine op de bovenverdieping en een een ruimere op de benedenverdieping. De bedden waren comfortabel.

Voor zo een (té) dure hotelkamer, suite / maisonnette, was de kamer erg kaal en niet erg comfortabel. Het meubilair was erg beperkt, en niet echt comfortabel. De wanden waren kaal, geen enkele poster of artwork aan de wand. De badkamer, voor wat betreft de douchecabine op de bovenverdieping was erg krap, en niet geschikt voor iemand die langer is dan 1.85 cm. Das Essen an der Poolbar konnte und im Gegensatz zum Frühstück nicht überzeugen. Und die Parkplatzsuche, da das Hotel keine Parkplätze anbietet.

Tolle Lage. Ob vom Pool, Poolbar, Balkon oder Restaurant, überall toller Blick auf Strand und Meer) Noch nie so freundliches und flinkes Personal (bis auf einen arroganten Herrn an der Rezeption) in einem Hotel auf den Kanaren gehabt. Wirklich herzlich und nicht gespielte Freundlichkeit. Essen war zu jeder Tageszeit lecker, auch an der Poolbar. Getränkeauswahl im all inkl. absolut ausreichend.

Im Zimmer (407) wurden Fliesen mit Pflaster an der Wand befestigt. Das ginge auch etwas eleganter. Kaum Wasserdruck in der Toilette. In der Dusche wechselt die Temperatur des Wassers ohne den Regler zu verändern ständig von eiskalt bis kochend heiss. Der Fitnessraum ist nicht sehr ansprechend (Kellerraum) 5 Geräte, Gewichte maximal 10Kg. Keine Fenster.

Me ha gustado mucho y de hecho volveré . Por poner algo a mejorar las cenas de buffet, como siempre con ese sistema las cosas se quedan un poco frías . Pero vamos, suficientemente bien y el desayuno magnífico
