Lo repetiría sin dudarlo! El apartamento muy bien y con todo lo que hace falta, las zonas comunes muy tranquilas y accesibles, y los servicios que ofrecen de 10. Toallas para playa, piscina y baño, pan todos los días en la puerta... Las mujeres que lo llevan un encanto!

Todo en general. Moderno, no le faltaba nada en cuanto a útiles de cocina. Te suministran diferentes juegos de toallas (3).Para el baño, la piscina y para la playa.

Las habitaciones están súper limpias y las camas comodísimas. La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El detalle del pan por las mañanas es increíble. Débora y Victoria un encanto y siempre dispuestas a resolver cualquier cosa. La piscina no es demasiado grande pero suficiente y a una temperatura súper agradable, hamacas y sombrillas suficientes. En resumen, REPETIREMOS SEGURO!!

La atención es inmejorable, Victoria y Debora son las mejores Host posibles. La tranquilidad de la zona y las comodidades del alojamiento son de 10. Sin duda repetiremos en el futuro.

El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu vacaciones, todo super limpio y en buen estado. Todos los trabajadores son super agradables. Si volviese a la isla repetiría sin dudarlo. Tienes todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Todos los días por la mañana dejan en tu puerta pan y en la recepción venden agua.

¡Una estancia excepcional! Se nos pasó la semana volando Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en este complejo; desde el lunes hasta el sábado, cada día fue fantástico. Nos alojamos en el adosado número 304, que resultó ser exactamente lo que estábamos buscando para nuestras vacaciones familiares. La comodidad absoluta de las instalaciones hizo que la semana se nos pasara volando. El punto fuerte del alojamiento es su ubicación estratégica: la terraza ofrece una vista directa y despejada a la piscina. Esto nos brindó una tranquilidad enorme, ya que podíamos controlar a las niñas en todo momento de forma visual. Además, tuvimos la gran suerte de disfrutar de la piscina prácticamente solos casi todos los días, un auténtico lujo. El complejo destaca por una limpieza impecable en todas las zonas comunes. El adosado estaba totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y sumamente confortable. Sin duda, una experiencia de diez. ¡Estamos deseando volver!

Por poner un pequeño detalle que habría hecho la estancia aún más perfecta, sugeriríamos la posibilidad de ambientar la zona de la piscina con un poco de música de fondo, estilo chill out. Creemos que sería un gran acierto ponerla dentro de un horario intermedio y totalmente respetuoso con el descanso (por ejemplo, de 10:00 a 18:00 h), sin que empiece demasiado temprano ni se extienda hasta tarde. Es solo una pequeña sugerencia de mejora, ya que el resto de la experiencia fue fantástica.

El confort del apartamento, lo cercano a la playa y céntrico.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. EL apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo. Está muy cerca de la playa y hay aparcamiento en la zona. Mucha tranquilidad dentro del establecimiento y el trato dado por las chicas de recepción fue excelente.

Lo único, pero que no depende del establecimiento, es que las baldosas de la calle estaban sueltas y como fueron días de mucho paso por la zona si molestaban haciendo algo de ruido.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad, calma y silencio que se respiraba. Nuestro objetivo era desconectar y descansar y lo cumplimos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar, camas y sofá muy cómodos, limpieza absoluta. El personal es magnífico, te hace sentir que estás en tu propia casa. La piscina la pudimos disfrutar a solas y cada mañana te dejan pan para el desayuno. Sin duda repetiremos

Alles super sauber, nette Gastgeberinnen, täglich frische Brötchen an der Tür. Zum entspannen super und familiär.

Das zweite Bett im kleinen Zimmer braucht dringend eine neue Matratze. Nur wenige Zimmer haben Ausblick, dies wussten wir aber vorher und war für uns absolut kein Problem.

El apartamento era acogedor, bien equipado y limpio. Pero sin duda lo que más destaca es la amabilidad del personal que trabaja alli. Un diez.

Todo perfecto, la atención personal maravillosa y muy cercana, todo son facilidades. Las instalaciones tanto exteriores como el propio apartamento perfectas, todo muy limpio. Muy tranquilo y cerquita de la playa y kms de avenida para pasear junto al mar. El detalle de los panes en la puerta por la mañana ya dice mucho. Ya queremos volver.

Чудове тихе місце, недалеко від пляжу. Дуже зручно та приємно отримувати ранковий, дуже смачний хліб. Я дуже дякую хостам за розуміння та приємну комунікацію. Обовязково повернусь.

Heel net appartement, de omgeving wordt iedere dag piek fijn gereinigd. Zwembad is perfect onderhouden. Binnen de week wordt appartement schoongemaakt en krijg je nieuwe handdoeken. Je krijgt handdoeken voor aan het strand en voor op de zetel aan het zwembad. Zeer goede lig zetels met kussen. Bovendien krijg je (gratis !) iedere morgen verse broodjes aan de deur.

Er staat vermeld dat er gratis parking is in de nabijheid en dit is ook zo maar niet op zaterdag en zondag want dan trekt iedereen naar het strand en is er in de buurt ne de middag zeker geen parkeerplaats.

La ubicación está muy bien entre la playa de san agustín y la de las burras, una zona muy tranquila. La cama era cómoda y el apartamento bastante grande para poder estar cómodo.

No me gusta que se oiga tanto a los huéspedes que tienes al lado, aunque hay normas de no hacer ruido a partir de cierta hora hay gente que no las respeta.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Küche und sehr schöner Terasse. Die Lage war auch super. Meer, Supermarkt und Restaurants waren fußläufig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Es wurden jeden Tag kostenlose Semmeln an die Tür geliefert.

Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Vi fikk ferskt brød (grovt + fint) på døra kvar morgon. Dette var veldig bra. Resepsjonen hadde salg av 5L kanner med vatn, som er særs lettvint, sjølv om det er kort avstand (ca. 400m) å gå til supermarkedet. Det er kort til taxi, buss, hovedvei, strand, shopping senter. Basseng og solstoler/solsenger er utmerket.

Det er ingen havutsikt eller spesiell utsikt fra leilighetene. Usikten mot øst og sør er sperret av to høye og store bygninger

The surprise baguettes on the first morning, so welcoming❤️. True representation of what you see on booking.com which is a great relief. Victoria and Deborah were both lovely and are available to help should you need it. The ladies that look after the little complex are always jolly, smiling and always acknowledge you. Thank you 😊

Super Ausstattung und tolle Lage! Sehr freundliches Personal

Es war alles gut. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Apartamentos nuevos, muy bonitos, buenas vistas, bien ubicados, silenciosos. Muy amables y simpáticas las personas de recepción. Nos dieron un buen apartamento, nos dejaron salir tarde con un suplemento, dejaban los panecillos en la puerta cada mañana. Buena climatización.

El único fallo que tienen los apartamentos para mi gusto es la lavandería: no es como la de los hoteles sin olores sino que las sábanas y toallas huelen a un jabón o suavizante que para mí personalmente es molesto. También la habitación principal olía como a pintura, pero el resto del piso no, entiendo que era quizá el papel pintado de la pared. Solucionando estos dos aspectos los apartamentos serían perfectos.

We are very happy that we chose these apartments for our stay in Gran Canaria. Communication with Victoria was smooth from the moment we booked. Check-in instructions were precise and clear. The apartments are spacious and bright. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We slept very well here :). The apartments are in a quiet area, close to the beach and supermarkets. We always found a place to park our car on the street. Every morning we found fresh bread on the door handle - a gift from the hosts. You can also pick up some salt, pepper or oil at the reception if you want to cook. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Het gaat niet om wat het meest beviel. Het totaalpakket was dik in orde. Prijs kwaliteit top, zwembad aan ons appartement, elke morgen verse broodjes, mogelijkheid tot aankoop van zeer goedkoop water, vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters, ... San Agustin is daar in dan nog een relaxte locatie op dit moment zeker niet te toeristisch.

Das ist ein tolles Apartment. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Die Anlage ist ruhig.

Location was good, easy to get around. The shopping centre and all the restaurants are within 5 min walking distance.

The check-in was horrible, we were sent instructions but when we followed them the was no key, Victoria wasn’t responding and we had no choice but ask or pre-booked taxi driver to find out how can we enter the property. Turned out the keys were in a completely different place. When booking an airport transfer I specifically requested if card payment can be used and was assured that the driver will have a card machine. He didn’t. The room we believed to be booking was too floor overlooking the pool, however upon arrival we realised that we got a ground floor room facing another building. Ground floor has 0 privacy and at some point we had someone else sunbathing ring in front of our living room. If we knew we wouldn’t have booked it at all. The complex has 17 flats with only 4 by the pool that are reserved for the regular long stay guests. Essentially the listing is inaccurate. They tried to explain about availability of the top floor apartments and blame the booming.com for not communicating our requests but I am an Airbnb host myself and I can see through the bs. When we asked about the situation we were offered a refund. But where would we go at the last minute in a peak season? Inside the apartment what they claim to be a double bed is in fact two very cheap single frames with single mattresses put together despite claiming to have a double bed in the listing. When you sleep they move and slide on a laminated floors with a loud sound. Our beds were doing it, and we could hear the upstairs bedroom making the same noise throughout the night. The best and only good thing about the place was a fresh bread delivery, however, at some point we had too much and asked them to stop it, which they didn’t. The return airport transfer was horrible, we felt like a cattle. And the driver was rude and shouted that he only takes cash. Again I requested the cashless payment and was assured it will be provided.

Sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen, kurze Wege zum Shoppingcenter und Strand. Jeden Morgen 2 grosse Brötchen an der Tür, ohne Extrakosten. An der Rezeption gibts Wasser, 5 Liter und 1 Liter mit und ohne Gas für kleines Geld, das erspart das schleppen. Wir hatten App302 mit seitlichem Meerblick

SUPER amables todas las personas que trabajaban ahí. Los apartamentos están genial y están muy atentas a cualquier cosa que necesites o incluso con los detalles que tienen todos los días, como dejarte dos bollos de pan para desayunar. Sin duda un muy buen sitio para desconectar de todo.

The accommodation is excellent. Victoria is such a wonderful lady. She has an excellent business. A warm and attentive welcome and lots of nice little touches during the stay. It’s peaceful and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only suggestions are to have the keys coloured as it took a few attempts to remember which keys are for which locks. Also a bleach/toilet gel for the toilet to keep it clean during the week when the maids don’t come in.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Location très calme, confortable, très bien située (proche de la plage, d'une superbe balade, proximité du centre commercial, pour visiter l'île, d'un parking). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Victoria qui nous a donné des conseils. Location très propre. Petit plus: achat de bouteilles d'eau à un prix très raisonnable et petits pains offerts tous les matins.

Die Anlage entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung komplett. Es ist sauber, ruhig und die beiden Inhaberinnen sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt jeden Tag kostenlosen Brotservice, man hat die Möglichkeit Wäsche abzugeben und Wasser braucht man auch nicht selbst vom Supermarkt zu tragen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Mooi appartement, op fijne locatie, dichtbij zee, winkels, restaurants en goede uitvalbasis om omgeving te ontdekken. Niet super druk.fijne hosts, met broodjes service, echt een waardevolle extra. Water ter beschikking voor zeer.lage prijs.

Vanwege het begin van het seizoen was t zwembad nog een beetje koud 😉

Przepiękny apartament w cichej spokojnej i bardzo bezpiecznej okolicy. Lokalizacja po prostu marzenie. Ok 300 metrów plaża i ok 300 metrów sklepy, apteka, restauracje- taki centrum handlowe. Przystanek autobusowy. Apartament nowoczesny, wszystko co niezbędne było dostępne. Cudowny personel i właścicielki. Codziennie rano na klamce wisiało świeże pieczywo- super pomysł :-) 💡 dziękujemy :-)

Leiligheten 101-102-103 veldig lite sol på den siden mot gate, svømmebasseng borte i et hjørne på baksiden. Lite plass for andre en de som bor rundt bassenget. Bildene lyver litt der.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Lage war gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Brötchen- und Trinkwasserservice.

Schlechte Matratzen, statt Lattenrost Brett. Extrem hellhörig, leider hatten wir Nachbarn die auch in der Ruhezeit mit Möbelrücken für schlaflose Nächte gesorgt hatten. In Kombination mit Betten eher Horror. Pool war eiskalt, der Atlantik war wärmer. Keine richtige Decke bei 12C

Nydelig anlegg. Delikat, ren leilighet med god tilgjengelighet til resten av San Augustin. God service på vasking av privat-tøy.

Veldig harde madrasser.

A recepção foi muito calorosa. Super amáveis, Deixaram-nos fazer o check-in mais cedo. O alojamento fica muito perto da praia, com shopping mesmo perto também. O facto de nos lavarem a roupa durante a estadia, é ótimo! Deixaram-nos uma surpresa de ano novo, são de facto muito amorosas.

A piscina é muito fria, bate muito pouco sol. Os colchões não são espetaculares.

Siisti huoneisto. Kiva kun tuoreet leivät tuotiin ovelle aamuisin. Juomavettä ei tarvinnut kantaa marketista vaan sai ostaa respasta.

Keittiössä ei ollut leikkuuveistä millä olisi aamuisin sämpylää leikannut. Pyytäessä ne tuotiin samana päivänä. Vuoteeseen oli pedattu muovinen suoja runkopatjaa suojaamaan, voi vaan kuvitella mitä on kuumassa makuuhuoneessa nukkua muovin päällä.. ei hyvä!

Struttura molto carina e tranquilla, appartamenti puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort, lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile

I cuscini sono solo 2 nel letto e sono molto stretti, avrei preferito trovare due tipi di cuscini in modo da poter decidere, però il letto era molto comodo

It was my first time in Gran Canaria, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. B Slow Apartments is an intimate complex of just a few apartments , very well-maintained, with the surroundings cleaned daily and a spotless pool. It’s the perfect place to relax… peaceful and quiet. Time here flows slowly and carefree. The staff are so friendly and helpful that you get the feeling nothing is impossible for them. My apartment was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly need - both in the kitchen and beyond,in bedroom including extra pillows and blankets. There were also plenty of towels. The location is perfect too , about a 3-minute walk to the sea and around 5 minutes to the shopping center. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. If you’re looking for relaxation, peace, and comfort , this is the perfect spot ❤️

B’SLOW er et fantastisk sted at opholde sig. God beliggenhed, rent og pænt over hele linjen. Rigtig stærkt wifi. Indehaverne er søde og meget serviceminded. Kan afbetale til alle som ønsker fred og ro!
