Pretty outdated, especially the bathroom, but I didn't spend much time in the room.

Clean ,accessible ,everything worked well, fridge was cold, rooms were quiet , bedding and decor was clean appealing and pillows were comfortable. Although didn’t advertise breakfast …there was fresh perked coffee ,fresh fruit and granola bars. Walkable to the quaint town of Elora. Lots of parking available. Most affordable accommodations around.

Would have a loved a screen door on the sliding door as the day was cool and sunny.

The location worked for us.

The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom door passage set was loose enough to fall off and the A/C unit seems have never had the filter cleaned or changed. Nothing in the way of soaps or shampoo's and the refrigerator had been unplugged with the door closed before we got there...interesting smell. We changed beds in the night because the first mattress was very uncomfortable, The second one was fine.

It was close to the Main Street but also close to the main road.

Our bathroom smelled of sewage.

We reached there 1am, still the staff served us with care . very helpful. Friendly staff. Downtown and other views were at very close drive. food options, chinese , subway, pizza, right at the door step, mcdonalds and Timhortons gas statiion at 2 mins drive. Great location!

Check in/out was a breeze. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and comfy. Wifi worked well. Microwave and bar fridge in room. No coffee maker but free coffee in the small front lobby. Location was great. Could walk to downtown Elora.

Found the TV turned on but then nothing. Didn't take time to investigate because the wifi was working well. Lighting in room could have been brighter.

Really convenient location, very close to the downtown area and the room was taken care of. Clean, with everything you need. Very good value for money.

This is the perfect place to stay when attending events at the Gambrel Barn; it’s 5 minutes or less to walk there, with no worries about parking.

The next time I book I will ask for a room at the rear of the property, as it is located on a busy road and traffic noise continues into the night.

I wished I had known I could’ve brought my little doggo…I didn’t but I saw other guests with their dogs 🐶

Location was good, carpets need replacing, mould smell, AC quit during the night though set on low. Workers early morning below our room with radio blaring while drilling.

Nothing much to like. The room smelled, carpet is filthy and needs replacing. The AC was loud and quit blowing cold air during the night. Fortunately we could open a window but there were workers with radio blaring at 730 am under our window.

Very stinky room, shower wasn't easy to turn on.

This Inn was walking distance to the town and concert venue. It was clean and comfortable. The rooms are not fancy but good value for your dollar. Parking is free.

Most everything was very good. Staff was helpful when asked etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part.

We had difficulty with the toilet flushing... we requested to have it seen to and they did come. They looked and said it would be was ok now to use. It was not. We'd have to fill tank with water from our icebucket with every flushing until we vacated the next day. It was a inconvenience for sure.

Proximity to the mill area

The bed was hard barely slept. The shower head needs replacing. Took an hour to rinse the soap out of my hair. The cream for the coffee in the morning was curdled. No staff at front desk. Only saw them at check in.

There was supposed to be free coffee and there wasn't enough, and then the cream was curdled. Beds r hard.

Very limited breakfast but property near Subway and McDonalds and is under 10 minutes easy stroll to downtown Elora shops and restaurants.

Everything was clean, and well kept. The bed was comfortable. I liked the use of the fridge and microwave. The price was good and it was an easy walk to town and restaurants.

The only thing I would suggest is a bathmat in the bathtub for use of the shower. It was a little slippery, and we were nervous about slipping.

The Inn is located within walking distance from Elora downtown. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. They provide free coffee and fruits and snacks in the morning at the front desk. I stayed in this hotel many times because it was affordable and close to everything.

A/C didn’t work

The price and location was great.

The place needs some repairs. The circuit panel in the hallway is held closed with aluminum tape, the thermostat dial on the heater/AC unit was broke, screen door on the patio door didn't work, dirt, food or something was smeared on the lampshade beside the bed , the toilet didn't stop running/dripping all night and there were no plugs for the bathroom sink or tub. And there was an ironing board but no iron. I used to enjoy staying here, but I think this will be my last time

The toilet wasn't working properly, we had to take off the lid each time we have to use it and press something inside so it will stop the water flow. Also, the blankets were too thin and rough in the skin.

The total cost was 146$ included taxes of one night stay but they took an authorised payment of 200$ and in which remaining balance was expected to credit back in the account after checkout because of security purpose but didn’t receive the remaining amount yet

Stay was so friendly and accommodating.Saved my bacon more than once ,proving an iron and a,sewing kit when I needed them.

The washroom could use some more attention to detail . The wall going up the tub , the bath tub itself has pink bacteria around the jets , and beside the toilet needed more focus . The bath tub wasn't as clean as it should be , there were small black specks coming out of the jets ( I decided to shower instead ) the plug did not go all the way down and the Button for the jets stuck. I was expecting a bigger tub to be honest .. it's an average size jacuzzi tub . The heater vents are also full of dust . I also thought it was odd after giving a refundable $100 deposit the next day at the front desk we had to remind them to return our funds ...and had to wait for clearance through a phone call for our funds to be returned . The room was almost as pricey as a holiday in express ! $180 .

This is a reasonably-priced accomodation near to the centre of Elora. It's clean and simple with no problems with discomfort or noise.

This isn't a place to stay if you're looking for luxury or any extras.

No coffee maker in room BUT it was available at front desk. Thought the was a restaurant in the hotel according to a blog in 2023... I should have looked into this, BUT there was a Chinese restaurant attached that we could order takeout from so it all worked out. Will definitely stay here again

My room was clean and quiet, with an HVAC system that provided even heat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The value for money was impressive.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the Elora Mill where we were attending a wedding.

The bathtub was outdated and dingy looking. It was however clean. The shower could have used a handle bar for older clientele.

There was no breakfast...was there supposed to be? The desk reception, was very difficult to understand and he charged $250 hold on my card, when the room was 157 and then he was not there at 8 am to check me out, so I dropped my room cards , into the box, like the other guest and I have no idea, if he charged me properly....but I am going to check my credit card.

location was good, facilities were adequate, easy check in but really on your own after that. Parking was ok, close to race track and town centre.

Heating system should be controlled by a thermostat so it would come on automatically, room was suitable for men who are working in the area and really only need a place to sleep, not a place we would recommend. No breakfast included just coffee, juice, enough to get started but not adequate.

Very clean. Front desk moved us to the lower level on request. The pillows in the room were excellent. This motel is close to Fergus where we were visiting which lacked reasonable priced rooms.

In room 105, the shower head needs cleaning and there was a long crack on the back wall of the shower. Also small cracks around the faucet. You felt the springs a bit on the bed. Could use a 3 inch foam topper for comfort.

The room was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Exposed electrical outlet where the heater was plugged in which is a code violation, top of heater was covered in dust and hair, inside the microwave was discusting with brown substance in the corners, walls were banged up and patched with polyfill, sheets were scratchy and well worn, shoe mat was covered in dried up salt, bathroom door had an unidentified substance on it, door jamb in bathroom was filthy, a bathroom light was burnt out, top of wall in bathroom was cracking, bathroom taps were covered in scale and corroding, toilet tank cover had a large sharp chip in it, toilet seat at the bowl was covered in pink bacteria growth, bathtub was stained yellow, shower head was clogged with scale so spray was all over the place and the towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall when i grabbed a towel. Our toilet became blocked so i asked for a plunger and it was handed to me with dried toilet paper all over it. We travelled 2 hours to enjoy a night out with friends and this was the most unpleasant end to what could have been a perfect night. I wish I read the reviews before booking as it sounds like this is an ongoing problem.
