A great location a bit off the crowds of Sorrento with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Naples. The Hotel is peaceful and quietly elegant. Should you arrive via Sorrento plan ahead how to arrive to Sajano.

The only thing that we did not appreciate was the bathtubs. We hope that they will soon be replaced with more comfortable showers.

We would have liked the bed mattress to be softer, it was very firm,. Also, a few things about the bathroom could’ve been improved.

Everything was comfortable neat & clean. Staff were nice & helpful.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer goede bediening en zeer mooie kamers en netheid. Ontbijt was top en Giovanni is met uitstek het uithangbord van het hotel.

Te weinig ligstoelen maar dat komt omdat het een beperkt zwembad is. Wel aan de prijselijke kant om in het hotel te drinken.

L’accueil exceptionnel,L’emplacement, la vue sur le golf, le confort des chambres. Le personnel remarquable d’attention et de discrétion. Le PDJ pour son buffet, la terrasse et le personnel très professionnel. Restauration simple mais de bonne qualité au Sapori. La aussi très agréable.

great hotel with excellent view of vezouvios. our room had the same breathtaking view. Staff was so polite and helpful, they made our trip exceptional. Food at hotel restaurant was amazing. lemon risotto was the best.

we would prefer a normal shower in the room, this tab jacuzzi bath was totally uncomfortable for an every day shower and difficult to use.

Just Wow!! A super amazing hotel in a fantastic location with views that are 'picture perfect'. The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you, from check in and throughout the stay to leaving they were all great. The breakfast was delicious with so much choice. The rooms and facilities were great, not to mention the infinity pool looking over the Bay of Naples. All the hotel restaurants are great and the bar was a firm favourite with everyone. Overall a fantastic hotel with a touch of luxury and would return back for another stay. Highly recommended.

Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer von den Zimmern und Terrasse aus. Sehr erholsam. Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Man benötigt ein Auto dort, da es etwas abgelegen ist. Das ist aber auch ein Vorteil.

Vacker utsikt och fantastisk personal , bra frukost och en resturang med fantastisk mat! Goda drinkar i baren! All personal både i receptionen, restaurangen, frukosten och baren är så trevliga och service inriktade man känner sig så uppvaktad! Välstädade rum.

We couldn’t have loved this hotel more. The location for us was perfect with the breathtaking views of mount Vesuvius and the gulf of Naples. It’s perfectly situated very close to a train station meaning you can get anywhere easily. The restaurant and bar are exceptional. I had some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in their beautiful bar. The fine-dining restaurant is incredible. The pool area is so relaxed and well maintained. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome, but a special thank you to Angela, David, Giovanni, Luciano and Raffy. Thank you, we loved meeting you and we will be returning.

Neue, renovierte Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Super freundliches Personal. Der Blick auf den Golf von Neapel ist großartig. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Achtung: Viele Zimmer haben nur eine Badewanne ohne Glas und ohne Vorhang. Hinweis: Es dauert je nach Verkehr 45 bis 60 Minuten bis Sorrento und 60 bis 90 Minuten nach Positano. Ohne PKW (z.B. Leihwagen) ist ein Aufenthalt im Hotel aufgrund der Lage nicht empfehlenswert. Fazit: Der Preis ist definitiv zu hoch für die Lage.

The hotel holds a special place in our hearts. We returned after 15 years and it made just as great an impression on us. The standard of service, the rooms, the atmosphere, the view, and the staff were top-notch! From the very beginning, we felt at home. Like good friends returning to spend their special moments. The staff made sure these moments were special. The rooms were comfortable and convenient. Everything was stylish and luxurious. The bathroom was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities. The reception staff (especially Angela) was incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was top-notch. The restaurant service was of the highest standard and was polite. I felt like a princess at the hotel. Plus, there was a convenient garage and an absolutely beautiful pool and terrace overlooking Vesuvius. This hotel is a place to return to! LOVE <3

What a fantastic hotel!!! Heaven on Earth! The common spaces, rooms, service, the pool, the bar, the restaurant is highest level. The atmosphere and the view was amazing! The staff made our stay special. Everything was luxurious and top-notch. Top standard! Hope we will come back soon! <3

Friendly and hospitable staff.

Facilities need refurbishment and they need to provide better amenities and options for guests. Only 3 English TV channels (news only) which did not work most of the time.

I had a family of 4 stay at this resort. To say the least, this hotel might have one of the worst customer service policies in place. The family had to leave early, paid for their rooms, but still was charged $800Euro fee for leaving early. Would not recommend staying here for the customer service issues.

Absolutely everything. We LOVED this hotel. The wonderful staff, the service, the beautiful building, the bar, the restaurant terrace with the FABULOUS, jaw-dropping view, the restaurant food (exceptional), Matteo gets a special mention for looking after us so well but every single member of staff was superb. The service in the restaurant was impeccable.

We have no criticism at all except that the plugs in our room didn't suit any of our standard adaptors!! Again the hotel went out of their way to find adaptors for us but most of them were the same as ours so we did struggle a little, until one of the girls on reception found an extension lead that fitted, relief!! Phones and chargers all saved!

We had a fantastic time. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful particularly David in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. A great location away from the business of Sorrento with easy access to all the sights.

First of all its an Italian 'Grand' hotel which means its going to be old style, classy and great but will be a little old fashioned around the edges. As long as you accept that its a fine and great value alternative to the super priced 5 star places in Sorrento. The food was exceptional though we didnt do the michelin starred option because my wife eats like a fricking sparrow!! The classic dining room was very good and the 'lemon dream' was so good my wife ate half of mine despite watching every aspect of her waistline. The rooms are lovely but trad, the balconies are wonderful and the views sensational. Will definitely return.

Very disappointing experience with this hotel. During our stay, the hotel staff drove our rental car into a wall. What makes this even worse is that the incident was completely hidden from us. We only discovered what had happened after encountering issues with the rental company and had to investigate this ourselves. The lack of transparency and responsibility is unacceptable. Absolutely not professional or reliable service. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Es ist alles perfekt! Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht abseits. Es gibt fußläufig einen Bahnhof, hier fahren Züge nach Sorrent oder Neapel. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind groß und hell und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool bietet ebenfalls eine fantastische Aussicht. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls haben wir im Restaurant köstlich gegessen. Die Mitarbeiter * innen sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Es hat rundum Freude bereitet! Vielen Dank für wunderschöne 4 Tage!!

Views were gorgeous, room was so clean, staff is incredible! Loved our breakfast (included) and dinner was top-notch (and that was the more casual dining place - amazing food and sommelier). Staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfecto!

We stayed whilst this was still part of the Hilton scheme. We checked in and were shown to our room which had a lovely side view with a balcony. The rooms weren’t modern but it was comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was amazing. The view on the terrace whilst eating breakfast was stunning and the quality of the food was high with some bubbles to add elegance. The pool area was good but limited so you had to get down there at a decent time to get a space, but there were loungers on the roof if you missed out and there was a jacuzzi on the roof as well. Overall I had a really great time until it came to the last night. I have an allergy to shellfish and sadly on our last night out at a restaurant in Sorrento (not the hotel) they cross contaminated the food. Whilst it’s not an anaphylactic reaction I am violently sick until my stomach is empty and even then I’m left nauseous for many hours after. I was up and down most of the last night and at got to check out and I was still wrenching and struggling to stand up. My husband called down to the check-in desk to explain but they didn’t care and we had to leave the room with nothing else offered so I laid on the couch by the bar and was up and down. It was miserable and I thought the service was so poor to do that to someone. This is why I couldn’t give it 5* as the ending and lack of care really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Beautiful property, amazing staff and stunning views.

Very little around, no atmosphere and nothing for kids. Breakfast described as ‘exceptional’ but only being allowed 1 egg each morning we did not find acceptable. Breakfast would be graded as standard/poor. We didn’t have an evening meal so cannot comment but the bar menu was standard and over priced.

Wij hadden kamers 602 en 603 met aangrenzende badkamers en konden elkaar makkelijk verstaan! De badkamer werd boven afgewerkt met een plank. Badkamermeubel was verouderd en klein douchecabine nog.

Beautiful property, fabulous views, very comfortable. All the staff were really great from reception to restaurant and the cleaner. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only “issues” we had with the room were: -there was no real shower in our room. We had only a bathtub with a handheld shower which was rather awkward, but we made it work. -The hairdryer was great, but you had to hold the button down the entire time you were using it. This was an annoyance. Obviously, both of these are first world problems, but at least worth mentioning.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation on this hotel one week this summer. This hotel have almost everything. Great food, service and atmosphere! Amazing. The service was always fantastic -everyone, the bar staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and the reception staff was amazing. They cleaned to times every day, I love that. If we need to say something, after stay at many 5 stars hotel earlier we reacted on that the room was so small and the bed was a little hard. The location was a little more far away from everything than we expected. But on the other hand It’s nice and quiet. But if you want to go to Sorrento it’s a little expensive with taxi, and it’s a little bit far to walk to the local town Seiano -but i recommend to go there! After all we love the stay and will definitely recommend this hotel. Very romantic place, you should definitely go. The view is absolutely amazing!
