Everything! The breakfast was delicious with an amazing view. Staff are so friendly and welcoming thank you! The pool area is so lovely to chill out in after a days walking and pool is well heated. They clean your room daily as well. Loved this hotel, Made our trip very enjoyable.

Staff that have no education or training on the issue argued with me that this was “just paint.” I’ve death with mold. I’ve studied this. They were not telling the truth and tried to keep us in an unsafe room. The issue had obviously been painted over and sprayed with bleach, instead of properly fixed. The room also smelled of strong chemicals. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

The view from the restaurant and room it was small and intimate, vico equense is lovely

No tea coffee in room no water in room the mattress and pillows a little hard . You had to pay to use the shuttle to the beach club , you also had to pay to use spa area !

Os funcionários do restaurante e do bar foram extremamente atenciosos, educados, gentis e profissionais. Great location in Vico equense. The transfer to the beach club very convenient and the town and station all within easy walk. The beach club is especially nice for swimming and the views are fantastic. All the staff members were especially great with special mention to benji and Vicenzo.

A little tired inside the room, and the walls are paper thin. We heard a lot of noise from next door rooms and suitcases in the hallway in the morning. The pool wasn’t that great and full of loud kids and too much chlorine. I would say if you want somewhere for your kids to swim safely all day this isn’t really big enough for it and so the effect is that it’s hard to get good access to the pool if you are just a regular adult wanting a dip.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional—from the attentive front desk staff to the restaurant team. The swimming pool area and the beach club were very comfortable and lovely. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality options. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again!

Our room was small, although beautifully decorated. Please note that it is required to take the shuttle to go to the beach club (it is not a walking distance), and it has a cost.

Struttura in generale bella e ben tenuta, lo staff molto gentile e anche la colazione molto buona. Peccato per il prezzo pagato non soddisfi comunque le aspettative, inoltre da tenere a mente che nonostante booking calcoli già il prezzo compreso di tassa di soggiorno la struttura deciderà di farti pagare al di fuori della piattaforma booking e ti addebiterà le spese nuovamente.

Il prezzo non soddisfa le aspettative del posto. Inoltre la spiaggia privata nonostante sia ben tenuta è un molo sul porto

This place is fantastic. It was my first time having a sun holiday and I was not disappointed. Good sized pool, beach club, breath-taking views, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. The spa is small but very nice (and we were the only ones using it at the time, so it felt like it was our own personal spa). We also ate dinner one evening at the restaurant and the service was impeccable: we got a complimentary drink and some free amuse bouche throughout. My only regret is not staying here long enough because I would have loved to have spent more time at the beach club (we were unlucky with our timing as a storm began only 40 mins after we arrived). Spotlessly clean, amazing location...just all round a great place. I definitely want to go back!

My only criticism is that there could have been tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, I feel like this is something pretty basic that a four star hotel should almost certainly have. Other than that, no complaints at all.

La calidad humana y el servicio del equipo, los trabajadores del hotel, excepcional, las habitaciones, son tal cual las fotos.

El desayuno tiene mucho por mejorar en calidad, cantidad y opciones y por sobre todo el horario, no es posible que de lunes a domingo sea hasta las 10:00 horas cuando estas de vacaciones.

Era tutto bellissimo e accogliente. La stanza bella, pulita e luminosa. L’albergo bello, nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile di base, soprattutto il signor Vincenzo che accoglie in un modo unico che rimane nel cuore.

Un unico neo: al nostro rientro dal mare il primo giorno la doccia era rotta e abbiamo perso quasi un’ora tra contattare l’assistenza (che si è mostrata alquanto scocciata) e l’arrivo del ragazzo che ci ha sistemato il problema (lui è stato molto gentile invece). Ci saremmo aspettate che ci facessero un piccolo sconto per il disturbo, considerando che avevamo prenotato un ristorante e abbiamo dovuto rimandare.

Malheureusement nous avons eu la pire des chambres vue rue devant l ascenseur, nous avons préféré perdre nos deux nuits et partir ailleurs . L hôtel a quand même remboursé une nuits, il n était pas obligé

לצערי הרב נסענו לטיול משפחתי 6 מבוגרים יומיים שלמים מתוך ארבעה ימים לא היו מים חמים בברזים זרם מקלחת עלוב ולא מכבד לצערי אחרי יום ים מאוד מהנה לא הצלחנו להתקלח ולכן נאלצנו לבטל ארוחות ערב מוזמנות כי לא היו מים חמים והמים בזרם הזויי קפואים כך שלא התקלחנו ולא יצאנו לארוחות ערב התאכזבנו וזה מעבר להפסד כספי המלון אמר שזאת תקלה ואין להם הסבר מניח את הדעת וזה תוקן רק לאחר יומיים שלמים

לא אהבנו את החדרים אבל לבטח את המקלחות שלא היה בהם מים חמים ולא קיים זרם מים לחלוטין קיים זרם מים מבייש ולא מכבד 6 מבוגרים במקלחת במלון

Wir waren als 10-köpfige Gruppe im Hotel, haben 2 Übernachtungen gehabt. Die Mitarbeiter haben unsere Bustransfers sehr gut abgewickelt, alle Zeiten wurden eingehalten. Man braucht einen mobilen Unterstützung, wobei die Bahnverbindung nach Sorrent völlig ok ist. Der Beachclub des Hotels ist gut gemacht, das Essen wird vom Hotel runtergebracht, was ein bisschen Zeit braucht, jedoch das Esen war sehr gut. Man kann hinhauen, würde jedoch eher den hoteleigenen Shuttel nutzen. Für das Abendessen wurde ein sehr schöner Tisch für uns angerichtet, das Essen war sehr gut, trotz 10 Personen konnten wir a-la-carte bestellen. Wir hatten Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Kategorien, war jedes für sich in Ordnung, wobei die Einzelzimmer wohl doch recht klein sind, laut Mitreisenden. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

A vista é linda!!! Atendimento da equipe recepção e restaurante e incrivel! Tudo novinho. Café da manhã é excepcional.

Apesar de novo o hotel, as fotos no site e outros como booking não condiz com a realidade. É um hotel bacana mas longe de ser luxuoso como nas fotos.

대체적으로 부족함없이 좋았어요. 특히 호텔 저녁 레스토랑이 아주 인상적이였습니다. 좋은 서비스와 좋읔 경치를 보며 저녁 식사를 잘 먹었습니다. 수영장도 크고 관리가 잘 되어있슴니다.

Vista deslumbrante !!!

Staff at this hotel are magnificent. They were very helpful and assisted us with juggling rooms when part of our groups plane was delayed by 24 hours. The Maitre D, the bartenders, the pool staff, all were super friendly and helpful.

El hotel nos gustó por muchas razones: bien ubicado, con vistas al mar, piscina con horario amplio, club de playa y estacionamiento gratuito. A pesar de que el hotel se encontraba completo siempre había tumbonas libres en la piscina y mesas disponibles en el restaurante, y nunca te sentías abrumado por la cantidad de gente. El personal era muy atento, profesional y amable, y en especial Giusy, Alessia y Roberto de recepción. El club de playa esta provisto de tumbonas, sombrillas, bebidas y comida y acceso directo al mar. Por un coste de 2 euros por persona el hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte hasta el club. Nuestra estancia en el hotel contribuyó de manera significativa a hacer de nuestro viaje algo digno de repetir.

Lo único que echamos en falta fue que el hotel no tuviera un gimnasio.

Stanza spaziosa, pulita e con balcone vista mare. Aria condizionata regolabile. Infinity pool e il beach club compresi nel costo della camera. Possibilità di prendere la navetta per andare al mare. La colazione come la cena vengono servite sulla terrazza panoramica. Una vista stupenda. Colazione di qualità come anche la cena. Il personale della colazione e cena è eccezionale, ti fanno sentire speciale. Per il pranzo al mare ho optato per il light lunch, hamburger con patatine che vengono portati dall’hotel con la navetta in orari prestabiliti. Parcheggio macchina compreso nel prezzo della camera. Basta lasciare le chiavi e chiederla dieci minuti prima di quando serve. Sia in piscina che al mare c’è il bar, anche la terrazza colazione/cena funge da bar. C’è anche un cocktail bar Consiglio a tutti questo meraviglioso hotel

We had a nice view, sea and hill with beautifull houses. Breakfast was one of the best I ever had in other hotels. Wifi was very good too. Swimming pool was a blast with amazing view and clean pool, they also have a bar in pool area which serves all type of drinks, Benjamin was a fantastic barman, lively, friendly and expert in making cocktails.

The stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The food, staff and amenities were executional. We are already planning our return stay.

Our family really enjoyed Hotel Mary. Vincenzo the Manager is absolutely wonderful. We loved the included buffet breakfast with the incredible view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk into Vico Equense to a variety of great restaurants and the train station for a 14 minute ride into Sorrento. The pool is fantastic and the Sea Club was great too. We walked down the stairs to the Club, no need to take the shuttle. The family room was great.

Our only minor complaint would be that our matress in the family room wasn't great and there are no blackout shades for the windows so the sun comes shining in way too early. Not great if you want to sleep in. The other side of the hotel facing the pool wouldn't have this issue.

la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, tramonti davvero spettacolari. la colazione è molto assortita e con prodotti di buonissima qualità. Non ho usufruito del servizio spiaggia ma solo della piscina che è un ottimo punto di forza dell'hotel, l'unica cosa è che non è molto grande e quando ci sono molte persone ho preferito non fare il bagno. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e la cena ha superato le nostre aspettative, servizio impeccabile e staff cordialissimo, educato e discreto. D>avvero un hotel consigliatissimo. Parcheggio gratuito e con servizio navetta impeccabile.

Purtroppo all'interno della struttura si avverte una stana ed abbondante umidità nelle stanze, negli ambienti comuni e presumo dipenda proprio dal materiale strutturale dell'edificio. I vestiti risultano essere umidi anche se non sono stati utilizzati e le asciugamani nel bagno sembrano non perfettamente asciutte. L'hotel però ha scelto dei profumatori che rendono piacevole il passaggio nei corridoi con un'essenza molto gradevole.

The property was spectacular. It has everything you would need. The staff were always available to answer questions, set up transportation and local points of interest. The pool was perfect. The beach club was wonderful.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, and the views from both the rooms and the pool area were stunning. Breakfast was good. Check in and checkout were smooth. The room was clean, but a bit small for four people and luggages. Some members of the staff were friendly, especially at breakfast and at the pool & beach club.

The reception staff were not particularly service-minded e.g. they rarely greeted us when we returned to the hotel. One morning we were leaving for an excursion before breakfast service started. The previous evening, at around 9 PM, we asked at reception whether it would be possible to arrange a grab-and-go breakfast. The receptionist informed us that the kitchen was already closed and that nothing could be done for the following morning. Surely it would have been possible to provide at least some fruit or a similar alternative if there had been a greater willingness to help. The soundproofing in the hotel was quite poor. Fortunately, there were no noisy partygoers staying next door. Overall, the hotel left us with the impression that guest service was not a priority, almost as if there are anyhow enough tourists and therefore the staff do not need to make their best effort. Considering that this is an expensive hotel, especially at this time of year, the value for money was disappointing.

The food at the hotel was the best food we had in Italy, and the staff was just superb. Everyone welcomed us warmly and made each of us feel special. The room was very comfortable, always clean, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The views were gorgeous, loved waking up to that view every morning, from the restaurant we got some amazing pictures, and the breakfast which is included was exquisite. The fruits all fresh, the bakery top notch, my favorite were the bread and the donuts.

We have been to the Amalfi coast numerous times but I have to say that this location was excellent you can go from Vico to Sorrento down south to Positano and Amalfi by staying at Hotel Mary you are away from all the craziness of the coast

Mooie ligging met uitzicht op zee, schone nette kamers. Vriendelijk personeel, helpen direct. Heeft een wellnes, Infinity pool en je kunt met de shuttle naar het privestrand gaan voor een paar euros per rit. Ontbijt ook op terras met het uitzicht. Het centrum is ong. op 25 min afstand maar de route er naartoe is echt mooi. De stad zelf is ook echt heel leuk, het centrum moet je ook bezoeken leuke winkelstraten en gezellig. Auto huren is wel verstandig om heen en weer te gaan, alleen wel opletten op de scooters. Het zijn er honderden namelijk.

Vrij weinig eigenlijk, voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding heeft men echt een goede service. We zaten met 4 op een kamer maar was op zich prima te doe n terwijl het perfect is voor 2 of 3.

Fantastisch strak gedesignde hotel met geweldig uitzicht op de baai van Vico Equenze. Het restaurant is fantastisch, zowel het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet als het diner 🍽️ 🍷in de avond. Restaurant onder leiding van gastheer Vincenzo is enorm gastvrij en heeft uitstekende keuken. En dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over de infinity pool met ligbedden met poolbar en de beachclub aan zee, waar je met een busje wordt gebracht en weer opgehaald. Ook mooie uitvalsbasis voor Pompeï, Herculaneum en eiland Capri.

Niets, alles was fantastisch!

The location, a short commute from Napoli, and brief walk into Vico Equense or train to Sorrento. The view from the balcony or from the infinity pool is quite something, be it morning, noon, or night. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve experienced. Front desk and support staff (Josie especially) and the serving staff were all professional, knowledgeable and accommodating (the last part especially for English-speaking guests like us). Thank you particularly to Josie and Alessia! Our personal itinerary limited our time at the Beach Club, but we enjoyed time and an ocean swim there very much. The hotel wifi works down there also which was a bonus.

We found a couple of equipment problems in each of the rooms we stayed (our own schedule had us in one room 2 nights, then another room for 1 night). Room 1, the exhaust fan was inoperative, and room 2, the sink faucet was a struggle to turn on/off. A side note/ suggestion - waive/rescind the beach club shuttle charge. With the room rates at the level they are, 2€ PP each way should be absorbed.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer war wunderschön. Der Pool war ebenfalls schön und es gab auch ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, ebenso am hoteleigenen Strand.

Im Zimmer waren leider keine Rollläden vorhanden und es existierte auch kein Schrank. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit im ansonsten ausreichend großen Bad wäre erfreulich gewesen.

Näkymät huoneesta olivat tosi kauniit. huone oli siisti, aamiainen monipuolinen, jopa Proseccoa oli saatavilla. Vico Equensen kaupunki mukavan pieni, hyviä ruokapaikkoja hotellin lähellä. Sea Club oli mukava paikka viettää aurinkopäiviä. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hotellin kautta järjestyi veneretki Caprille.

The view was very good. We could also have used the beach area, but we didn't because we were traveling around.

Upon arrival, the beds were not made and the minibar was empty. Later, we had to order slippers, which were also only one for 3 guests. At 6 in the morning, the service staff started making noise so that it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast was very poor.

La colpa non so se sia di booking o dell’hotel ma non e’ sicuramente un’hotel dove si puo’ portare un cane !!! Mi sono sentito a disagio perché l’unico posto dove poteva stare !! O in camera o Fuori dall’hotel nemneno al bar !!! Questo secondo me non va bene !!! Sconsiglio a chiunque di andare con un cane e consiglio di non scrivere che gli animali sono accettati !!

Where to begin - the location, balcony view, inifinity pool, large patio, the beach club was spectacular. The freshness and broad variety offered for the breakfast buffet was top notch. All of the staff were extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

That our time there was too short! LOL The 2€ each way fee for the Beach Club shuttle was a bit petty, but understandable I suppose.

Sehr gute Lage. Zu Fuß kann man in die Altstadt gehen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in ca 20min erreichbar.

Vincenzo and his team were exceptional, the service was impeccable, the best we have experienced in any hotel restaurant. He made the stay thoroughly enjoyable and was the reason we chose to eat in the restaurant a second evening. The facilities were all great although the bedroom was a little small. Restaurant, views & pool were exceptional.

Upon checkout we had some queries where items had been left off our bill and our booking agent took a payment under this reference when this was not passed on to the hotel. I feel the reception staff could have been more helpful and empathetic when checking the items within the restaurant. They got there in the end but it made the last few hours of the stay unpleasant and we left earlier than planned. We were also told that we would be charged extra for staying around the pool before our flight when the receptionist confirmed earlier that there would be no charge. At 305 euros per night I would expect a little leeway.
