The staff never fail to provide a good service. Particularly 'Si' in the Lounge.

The hotel is under renovation in several areas which meant that breakfast was in a different location. There are still no changing rooms or bathroom facilities adjacent to the pool and gym. Workout equipment could be upgraded.

My scores are a little extreme on account of the fact I was unexpectedly upgraded at check-in from the twin room that I had booked to a massive two bedroom suite with dining area, kitchenette and large lounge area. Maybe they had heard that my friend can't stand my snoring so put a very large space between us. That aside, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The booking did have lounge access which afforded me free food and drink all day from the Lounge buffet (including breakfast). The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. All the usual room toiletries etc were supplied. It is fairly well connected with a couple of Sky train stations within a short walk and a boat taxi station also.

No USB ports on the sockets. The hotel is quite old but it could benefit from some basic modernisation. Not strictly speaking part of the hotel I don't think, but £30 (minimum) cocktails at the SkyBar is really taking the XXXX. The Hangover 3 was over 13 years ago and they are still trying to milk if with a hangover 'named' cocktail at about £200.

Palazzo con vista panoramica stupenda, rooftop bar molto bello ed elegante anche se per i prezzi della Thailandia molto costoso. Camera spaziosa con cucinino. Poiché non potevano offrirci la camera richiesta ci hanno offerto un drink sul rooftop. Molto gentili!

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte al Tower Club. E’ mancata l’acqua nella stanza sino alle 16:00 e successivamente l’acqua usciva marrone dai rubinetti che lasciva dei detriti marroni (vedi foto Putroppo non permette di caricare video). Di fatto non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno spiegato che c’era stata una manuntezione idraulica (della quale non eravamo a conoscenza) Una situazione inconcepibile che ci ha reso il soggiorno insopportabile e pericoloso per la salute. Da evitare

Die gute, zentrale Lage am Chao Phraya und der offene Balkon in der 58. Etage war ein echtes Erlebnis! Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight! Das Personal war enorm aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der z.T. offene Bereich Frühstücksbereich am Pool was wunderbar!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste von Grund auf renoviert werden.

The accommodations are wonderful. Sithu was so helpful and gave us so many good recommendations. Our room was ready promptly with our luggage waiting once we walked in. We will be back!

Le camere sono dal 51 esimo piano in poi e sono molto spaziose. La vista all’ultimo piano è incredibile. Molte opzioni di ristoranti e un’ottima colazione.

В ресторанах произошла неприятная ситуация со столиками. Забронировали заранее на открытой террасе, пошел дождь, нас пересадили в помещении, около огромного контейнера, где прям сдувало и было очень холодно. Меню не приносили, напитки без еды отказались принести. Спустились в другой ресторан, стали отказывать в посадке. Было очень не приятно, но спасибо потом извинились и принесли еду и напитки.

Valitsimme hotellin kattonarin perusteella. Jo kirjautuessamme meille ryhdyttiin myymään erikseen kattobaarin palveluja. Mennessämme kattobaariin 3 hengen porukalla tajusimme, että minimiveloitus oli n. 3000 THB/kerta eli hotellivieraat eivät pääse baariin ilman TODELLA KALLIIDEN juomien ostamista. Edullisin juoma oli alkoholiton 900 THB + palvelumaksu, ja juoma oli hintaansa nähden surkea. Tämä pitäisi ilmoittaa selkeästi etukäteen eikä markkinoida huoneita kattobaarin kuvilla. En suosittele, rahastusta turistien kustannuksella ja lisäksi turistien kyttääminen baarissa oli ihan älytöntä.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at lebua at State Tower, in their newly renovated Two-Bedroom Suite on the 55th floor, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The suite itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully renovated, incredibly comfortable, and with breathtaking panoramic views over Bangkok. Staying this high above the city made the experience feel truly special. A very special thank you to our butler, Daniel, who made our stay even more memorable. His attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care were exceptional. He anticipated everything we needed and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The level of service he provided is exactly what you hope for from a luxury hotel, and he truly deserves recognition. We also had an unforgettable fine-dining experience at Sirocco. The food was spectacular from beginning to end, the service was impeccable, and the views over Bangkok at night were simply breathtaking. Dining high above the city with the Bangkok skyline surrounding us was one of the highlights of our stay. From the newly renovated suite to the outstanding service and incredible dining experience, everything was exceptional. A truly memorable stay in Bangkok, and somewhere we would happily return to. We had a wonderful stay at Tower Club at Lebua. The hotel is beautiful, with impressive facilities, stunning views and excellent service. At check-in, I had an issue with my reaervation(via partner), but the manager and Grammy were extremely helpful and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Beautiful accommodation, great service and a team that really takes care of its guests. Must Do: Sirocco restaurant & Sky bar. Highly recommended!

Uns hat man bei einer Ankunft am frühen Morgen, da unser reguläres Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, ein Upgrade angeboten im Lebua Tower. Es war eine Suite für einen fairen Aufpreis. Im Preis war auch noch die „Vollpension inklusive Getränke“ zumindest von 7-18 Uhr inbegriffen. Das war für uns ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Angebot.

L’hôtel propose des bars et restaurants dont le Lebbua (très connu) qui sont exceptionnels. Le service est très bien. La chambre au 56e étage avec une vue incroyable.

Les chambres mériteraient d’être rénovées. Elles sont vieillissantes.

Stunning views, good location, good room service. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Buffet breakfast was very tasty and had everything you could wish for food-wise. All staff were very friendly. Only 5-10min walk down to pier with tourist boats. Would definitely book again if we visited Bangkok.

The main restaurant was a bit expensive I think. The buffet breakfast was quite busy and noisy but understand it’s hard to control, and on the other hand - food wise it was 10/10! The room was maybe a little bit dated but the size and the view weighed up without doubt!

A Truly Wonderful Stay at lebua Bangkok Our stay at lebua Bangkok was absolutely wonderful. We were visiting Bangkok with my son, and this was our second stay at the hotel — the first was many years ago, when he was still much younger. Coming back after all these years was such a special experience, and I was delighted to see that the hotel is still in such beautiful shape. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of Bangkok. It truly felt like a home away from home, only with a little more luxury! One of the details that touched me most was the evening turndown service. Every night, a member of the floor team would come by with chocolates and a little note with the weather forecast for the following day. Such a simple gesture, but incredibly thoughtful and personal. It made us feel cared for and looked after in a way that you don't always experience in hotels. Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, and the complimentary soft drinks in the fridge were replenished every day — another lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. We also really enjoyed breakfast. There was a wonderful variety, and I appreciated that there was something different to discover each day rather than the experience feeling repetitive. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm, elegant, and sophisticated without ever feeling cold or impersonal. Most of all, I loved the feeling of being there. There is something very special about returning to a place years later with your child, seeing how much they have grown, and creating new memories together in the same beautiful setting. I truly loved every single minute of our stay. lebua gave us not just a beautiful room and spectacular views, but an experience filled with warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality.

Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit für die Gäste da – ganz gleich, ob an der Rezeption, am Fahrstuhl, in der Lounge, beim Frühstück oder beim Zimmerservice. Wir hatten den Tower Club gebucht und konnten dadurch die exklusive Lounge kostenfrei nutzen. Dort wurden wir mit Getränken, Snacks und einem aufmerksamen Service verwöhnt – ein zusätzlicher Luxus, den wir sehr genossen haben. Besonders schön war auch der abendliche Zimmerservice: Wir bekamen Pralinen, und sogar der Kühlschrank wurde kostenlos wieder aufgefüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein wahres Erlebnis.Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt. Unser Zimmer lag im 58. Stock und verfügte über einen Balkon. Die Aussicht über Bangkok und den Fluss war einfach atemberaubend und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Alles war im Überfluss vorhanden, und das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, charmant und hilfsbereit. Trotz dieses erstklassigen Angebots empfanden wir den Preis als absolut fair. Ein Top-Hotel mit einem derart herausragenden Service, wie man ihn in Deutschland nicht findet. Für uns war der Aufenthalt ein wahr gewordener Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service, Stunning Views & a Great Club Lounge Experience I had a very enjoyable stay at Tower Club at lebua. The standout for me was definitely the customer service. From arrival through to departure, the staff were consistently warm, attentive and professional. The level of service genuinely felt five-star, and the team made the whole stay feel welcoming and effortless. The Tower Club Lounge was another highlight. It was a great space to relax during the day, with attentive service, refreshments and a comfortable atmosphere away from the busier areas of the hotel. Having lounge access definitely added to the overall experience and was one of the reasons I enjoyed staying at the Tower Club rather than just the regular hotel. And then there are the views.... absolutely stunning. Being on the higher floors gives you incredible panoramic views across Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River, particularly in the evening when the city lights up. The spacious suite and balcony really allow you to appreciate the location. The only area where I feel the hotel falls slightly short is the age of the rooms and interiors. While everything was comfortable and well maintained, some of the furnishings and overall design do feel a little dated compared with newer five-star hotels in Bangkok. A thoughtful refurbishment would really elevate the property, especially considering the spectacular building, location and level of service. That said, this did not take away significantly from my stay. Tower Club at lebua delivers where it matters most: outstanding hospitality, spacious accommodation, a very good club lounge and some of the best views in Bangkok. Overall, a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. With some updating to the rooms and interiors, it could easily feel like a true five-star experience across the board. Overall rating: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con gli scarichi del bagno… hanno provato a sistemarli senza risultato per due giorni dopo di che ci hanno cambiato camera ma anche lì il problema è continuato. Ci hanno detto che era dovuto al piano appena ristrutturato ma in una struttura di questo livello non dovrebbe accadere

Service,Service,Service that’s all that I can say about the Lebua Tour Club Hotel stay I have not received this 5 Star experience in Asia before I have been travelling since I was 21 and now turning 70 this month and I will be returning again next year to this special place. I cannot fault anything or anyone it is the attention to detail that has blown me away. Special mention to the following people. Reception no question too small to answer even when they were under pressure. Breakfast the food selection was fantastic best omelette ever from MAY next when you arrive at breakfast meet with a beautiful smile from WA who made my coffee each morning. To top it off was the power-full Tower Club Experience shout out to PIM,JAEW,SAI I will let you experience it then confirm I am correct. Happy Travels Michael

Amazing hotel. Not one thing negative to say about it. Breakfast was amazing. The room and the river view was phenomenal. Each room had a balcony which gives it the extra touch. We had our room included with lounge access which is worth paying the extra. Everyone gave amazing customer service. My birthday was celebrated there and as a gesture they organised a lovely chocolate cake. I would like to mention Ekkapot who handled my reservation extremely well and met my needs. He ensured everything was to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond. I will definitely have Lebua as my future preference.

Abgewohnte Zimmer, klapprige Balkontüren, verstopfte Abflüsse, lange Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl und diverses mehr. Preise für Extras wie ein Kaffee oder Cocktail schlicht unverschämt. Reine Touristenfalle, die wegen der Bekanntheitses Hotels über den Tisch gezogen werden. Nie wieder….aber vermutlicher genau das Konzept. Es gibt bessere Alternativen in Laufnähe….

The staff at lebua can't do enough for you. Everyone was so wonderful and made sure you had the best experience. The food selection at breakfast was brilliant and the club lounge access is well worth the extra cost, with lunch starting as soon as breakfast is finished, followed by afternoon tea with a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury snacks to choose from, and free beer, spirits and wine!

The rooftop bar is a complete rip off. We knew it would be expensive so we're prepared for the inflated price for two tiny cocktails and figured we may as well try it since we were there. But on arrival we were given a menu and put into the smoking area where we were served our drinks. We assumed there would be somewhere to sit on the rooftop, but there were only seating or tables for people who had reserved the restaurant. So after standing with our overpriced cocktails for approximately 15 minutes, £70 down, we left disappointed and will not go back. Everything else about the hotel itself was perfect, but there are much nicer and cheaper rooftop bars in the city. I echo a lot of reviewers and tell you not to bother.

Viel zu viele Externe Gäste die auf der Rooftop Bar rumlungern. Eher ein Ausflugsziel als ein Hotel zum entspannen?? Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmerschlüssel funktionieren schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter an der Lounge in weiss tragen alle geflickte Kleider,wie Seeleute😂sieh echt schlimm aus für ein 5 Sterne Haus🤷‍♂️

This hotel is nice but some of their entrances doesn’t feel luxurious. The beds are too hard and so are the pillows. Not ideal for a 5 star. Breakfast was nice and lovely.

Staff were very friendly. The room was huge with a wonderful view over the river and the city. It was very comfortable. A personal preference would be that the seating area was by the window so we could enjoy the view. Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful choice of international dishes.

Although the room was very comfortable it was a little dated. We enjoyed the lounge access but it was disappointing that it closed at 6pm.

This is a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a huge suite with wonderful views over the river and the city. The room was very comfortable if perhaps slightly dated. Personally I would have like the seating area to be near the window and balcony so we could enjoy the amazing views from the comfort of couch. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of freshly prepared international dishes. The staff were all extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the access to the Club Lounge although it was a shame that it closed so early at 6pm.

Dated rooms in need of an upgrade, executive lounges need refurbishing and closes at 6 pm. Extortionate food and beverage prices when dining at the restaurant or visiting one of the bars. $200 NZD for a glass of sparking wine, whiskey and coke and mocktail. Hotel focuses more on the several restaurants from non-guest than the in-house guest experience.
