Tudo maravilhoso
We stayed 10 nights here. You honestly can’t beat it. Incredible place.
Loved it all.
Everything!!!
Clean, beautiful and wonderful!!
Très propre, personnel sympathique, beaucoup de piscines et très tranquille. Très proche de Disney et des attractions. Dommage que la navette ne passe pas sur le site

We enjoyed our stay so much . Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek has everything a family could want.
It was good
Good
I like how the water surrounded the hotel. .we liked the lazy river and the staff was very accommodating taking you from tower tower.
However, you can tell the hotel is outdated. Housekeeping is not that good. Our sheets was nasty we had to re-wash them
Clean
Easy
Muchas atracciones, limpio
Nada
Our stay was great other than Club Wyndham always trying to get you to buy timeshare. We were mislead in attending a meeting to provide feedback but was actually a 90 minute presentation" which we all know turns into 2-3 hours.
Spacious , many pools and installations, activities
Outdated rooms, no Netflix, Prime Video or other streaming services, chanels included are bad
The bathrooms are a little outdated.
Das vielfältige Angebot, von Unterhaltung, Restaurants und Sport
Das es keinen Zimmerreinigungsservice gab und keinen Shuttle zu den Disney Parks.
We booked a stay at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek through Priceline, driving 7 hours to get there with our family. Upon arrival, the front desk manager informed us that July is a "timeshare owners only" period and outright refused to honor our confirmed reservation, stating they would not let us stay. Being turned away after a long drive with a confirmed booking is completely unacceptable. After hours of stress, multiple calls, and forcing the Priceline agent to speak directly with the hotel staff, an "owner" was finally tracked down to check us in. Passing the buck on third-party bookings and treating paying guests like trespassers due to internal resort policies or system oversights is atrocious hospitality. Management showed zero professionalism or empathy. Would never book here again.
Charging $21 a day for parking is criminal. We had to travel in 2 vehicles. This is adding over $300 to our trip.
Keep your eyes on your personal belongings. The staff is not trust worthy. What start as a relaxing vacation ended as a lost of hundreds of dollars in items I have to replace.
Lila helped me so much! She was able to get me a great deal for a resort stay, cruise and sea world tickets!! Highly recommend her. So friendly and nice. This location is so beautiful
Watch out for sleazy Bellman at this Resort, and make sure that they do not overcharge you for parking while you stay there!!!! I complained to Guest Service Manager Chris about a charge that had shown up on my account from parking and he couldn't have cared any less!
Great location, updated rooms, great amenities. Only downside is that they charge for parking.
The room and the entire facility are very nice. The only negative thing i can think of is there were cockroaches in our cooler when we got home. The only place the cooler was stored was inside the room, from there it went straight into the car.
Another family vacation in the books. Check in was great, no pressure to attend a presentation, they asked I declined, she wrote down her number, I didn't call and they didnt call me either. I am on the do not call list which she knew because she told me about it to confirm. We were on the 2nd floor, view of parking lot again. This hall was very noisy, kids running down the hall, babies crying etc. We were in Tower 3, so you have to walk to a pool, the nearest is the kiddie pool. Room was very clean but the master bathroom was not. There was lots of long hair in shower, this makes me want to vomit. I cant stand that, it was stuck on screws on the shower door, in the crevices, etc just grossing me out. I always clean completely before we use anything but this was terrible. Other than that everything was good. People were smoking outside when we sat on the balcony that we had to go inside, both cigarettes and Marijuana. Parking was never an issue and we came back late a few nights. I would love to see the units get upgraded to stainless steel appliances and just a complete makeover.
After a 6+ hour drive, we pulled into the resort and checked in, planning to get gas before heading to Walmart. My mom's car indicated we still had 46 miles to empty, but when we tried to leave, it wouldn't start because it had actually run out of gas. I approached Tim for help, expecting he might simply direct me to the nearest gas station or suggest I call an Uber. Instead, he immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to help. Tim arranged for me to be driven to the Team Center, where Jeffrey stepped in. He coordinated with the team, drove me back to my mom's car and stayed with us until additional help arrived. Shortly afterward, Barbara and Francisco arrived with a gas can and gave us enough fuel to get back to the Team Center, where they generously provided even more gas. What could have been a stressful and frustrating start to our vacation turned into one of the best examples of genuine hospitality I've experienced. Every person we encountered treated us with kindness, patience and a sincere desire to help. At no point did we feel like we were inconveniencing anyone. Instead, they made us feel like valued guests. Your team went far beyond what I would have expected, and their willingness to help a complete stranger speaks volumes about the culture at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Their compassion and exceptional service turned a potentially awful situation into a positive memory. I truly can't say enough good things about this team. They are a tremendous asset to the resort, and because of them, our vacation got off to a wonderful start. This is our first time back to one of our favorite resorts since 2017, and the warmth, kindness and genuine care shown by Tim, Jeffrey, Barbara and Francisco reminded us exactly why this resort has always held such a special place in our hearts. Their exceptional service turned an unexpected setback into a wonderful first day of vacation, and we are so grateful for each of them. A million thanks!
The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and professional, with plenty of on-site amenities that make it a very pleasant staycation-style destination. We attended an initial sales presentation prior to our stay in order to receive what was presented to us as a “free gift” of an up to 7-day, 6-night stay along with an additional 3-day, 2-night stay, and at the time we were told that attending a single presentation was the requirement to receive this “free gift.” After booking and during our stay a few days ago, we were contacted by phone by a sales representative and invited to attend a second presentation; when my husband initially declined, he was offered additional incentives including another 7-day, 6-night stay, an additional 3-day, 2-night stay, and a $125 American Express gift card, and we were told this second presentation would last approximately one hour. In both cases, the actual time commitment was significantly longer than stated, with the first presentation lasting approximately 4.5 hours instead of two, and the second lasting around three hours instead of one, despite repeated requests to leave due to prior commitments and checkout timing. During both presentations, there was frequent emphasis on the cost of the “free gift” with repeated reminders that they were spending $500 per night just to have you staying there, and that guests at some point people should stop attending the presentations "just for the gifts" as they aren't in the business of losing money, which created a high-pressure environment that did not match the expectation of a no-obligation, no pressure, time-limited session. Keep in mind, this was our FIRST time staying in this place. There were also communication issues between departments; both sales staff and front desk personnel confirmed that our checkout had been extended and that our belongings would remain untouched while we attended the presentation, however upon returning to our room we found that housekeeping had entered and discarded refrigerated food we had specifically confirmed would remain in the room, and we were later provided a $50 American Express gift card as compensation, and while the resort itself is excellent, the miscommunication and inconsistency between their staff must improve. I hope Wyndham will review these practices, improve communication between departments, and ensure that future guests receive accurate information and a professional, respectful experience that reflects positively on your company.
This is a time share place. They pressure you to sign up and tour for a weeks vacation and take up 1 hour of your arrival time trying to convince you to explore time shares. The resort is fantastic for activities. Pools and plenty to do we did not need a car as we wanted to stay and relax for the week. The walk around the lake every day was nice. The Restaurants on site are tasty but pricey.
Silver VIP been with Wyndham for over 20 years. Booked a 2-bedroom deluxe suite and got a suite with a view, a view of the parking garage rooftop. This resort has gone downhill to the point that we will never go back. Beware.
Very nice place. Eighth floor building three watched fireworks every night from the balcony. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Avoid the sales.they won’t let you go until you buy.
Kudos to Francisco , Sandy, Luz, and Leah for being so kindhearted and so positive in and attentive with us at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creeks. They made us feel so welcomed and made the experience even better! We are definitely coming back . Went with family to celebrate my birthday and the whole experience was unforgettable! Amazing food at Escudos, amazing birria, live música, lazy river, jacuzzi. Best pasta I have ever had and bread with butter and sushi. So much to do, and such beautiful views everywhere you look and very clean areas to walk to and from the amenities. I felt so relaxed everywhere I went, and in my room which was perfectly equipped . Thanks for everything! We feel young and new
Couldn’t justify the price we paid. Room was nice. Checkin staff was friendly. But pools were so small. Lazy river smelled like urine. We ate at the pool restaurant and had horrible service — there were only 3 other tables eating? Did not feel like a resort with time shares mixed right in.
We didn’t have breakfast or eat on property, but we loved the location of our room and the overall resort experience. The wildlife was a nice bonus. I especially love that our room happened to be available me earlier than expected. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and friendly.
I have not received my receipt yet.
The location was great.
The lack of good options.
While this place is very beautiful with lots to do, we were tricked into going to a timeshare presentation during check in. We were exhausted from the drive and didn’t went to argue so agreed. Was told we had to pay a deposit that would be refunded back to us once we attended the presentation. We showed for the presentation then was denied bc they said we didn’t make enough income. Whatever we didn’t care as we really didn’t want to be at the presentation anyway. But then a couple days later the supposed charge that would be refunded fully went through on my cc. I went to guest services and was given the money back but how many ppl don’t check and get scammed? This is suppose to be my vacation and they are trying to scam me out of $ for a time share presentation. Also, when I purchased my week here parking was included. Then shortly before coming I got notified I would have to pay for parking $21 a day to an outside company. These two things made me not want to come back here again!!! Rest of experience here was good. But they have to do better with the other things.
A huge resort with 5 pools featuring water slides and lazy rivers, mini golf, and splash pads for the little ones. Well-maintained grounds and friendly, helpful associates. The room was clean and comfortable (decor was slightly dated). We were able to watch Disney fireworks every night from the balcony! Date of stay: May 2026
I have been going to Club Wyndham almost every year. We always book a Presdential Suite because our family is rather large. We always got free parking for 2 vehicles. This year was entirely different. Several family members have jobs so they could not come the whole week. Three of the kids had to drive at different times. Between myself and my daughter and three others our parking fees came to $360. This is ridiculous. We will be looking for another resort in the future.
Restaurants in the resort are convenient. Resort outside is beautiful!
Bathroom in Suite is very dirty.
rented cabana #12 at tower 6 for two days ....tv didnt work the first day...someone came out day 2 and got it to work...missed a day of tv for the little ones.
The location to Disney and parks is awesome. The property itself I found to be very nice, peaceful and there were plenty of activities for my one year old. The front desk staff was so nice to us and helped us out with everything we asked for. With that being said... I couldn't believe how incredibly pushy and rude the management of the timeshare presentation associates were. We know the deal with timeshare presentations as we've been a member of another company, so we thought we would endure Wyndhams due to the incentives and see if it had better deals than what we already have. The initial sales person was pleasant. When it got time to talking to the manager, she was so rude and off-putting. Even making snarky financial remarks like "Well I have two timeshares", when I said I couldn't afford two timeshares. I left feeling so upset and dirty after speaking to her that I had to pretend it didn't just ruin and waste a full half of a day of our family vacation. Unless you are prepared to spend an annual 10K a year on a timeshare, waste a half of a day of your vacation and feel really crappy about yourself just don't sign up for their "presentation". ******ALSO - the "incentive" was not an incentive; it was a free five-day vacation.... at a resort in a place, you wouldn't want to go at a time you wouldn't want to go, but just in case you did want to go it wouldn't be available anyways. Other than that... I'd absolutely go back.
We liked the 2 bedroom room layout. Large master bedroom and bath.
Smelled a little musty.
The rooms where huge great for families , staff where great as great in all the bars
It is just getting old and dated now needs a make over especially the price you pay per night
Lovely hotel with beautiful clean and fully equipped kitchen. Think we stayed in 6421. Room looked like it had just been refurbished, new chairs and table ? Everything you could want in a kitchen was there(?except us British like a kettle to make a tea) Pool was nice too. Maybe too many kids but what do you expect being so close to Disney.
I cannot say enough about this resort! It far exceeded my expectations. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dining room and living room unit with a balcony. It was so clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pools, hot tubs and bars were all great!
Plenty of things to do, access to everything.
Better maps of the property.
Close to parks
Timeshare pressure. Under construction
Location
Doesn't really offer flexibility on checking in or out times.
The friendly staff, all the activities and how welcome everyone.was. This is an amazing property!
I liked everything about. Nothing bad to say at all
Everything
I like everything. The best time for my family.
Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort is within the gates of Walt Disney World and located close to both EPCoT and Disney Springs. Staff and facilities are, in the main, great and the apartments are comfortable and spacious, Most have excellent balcony views regardless of which way they are facing (pool, Disney, golf course, or general area). There are restaurants, fast food outlets, pools, two lazy rivers, a children’s pool, crazy golf, games rooms, and a gym. It’s a great place to base yourself for your trip to Lake Buena Vista and separates itself from the hustle and bustle of Disney when you might like to take a break. I can’t comment on price other than to mention that this resort is not to be confused with the Wyndham Grand Hotel on the same site, as it is mainly timeshare ownership and guests will receive an inevitable ‘invite’ to attend a ‘sales’ meeting. Overall, we love this place and are happy to recommend.
if i could give this 0 stars I would. My husband and I sat through the 3 hour - not 120 minute presentation. We were promised a 3 day / 2 night stay. When we went to book they denied our reservation due to my husband being deployed. We asked SEVERAL times if he is deployed if I could use the vacation with our kids. VERY disappointed in how they treated us during our presentation and the customer service and staff there after. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SAY NO
Very nice
Thumbs up
I booked 5 nights at this resort for a family holiday in October coming. I then needed to change plans and reduce our stay to 4 nights, which I thought would be easy as per the free cancellation policy. Unfortunately not. Firstly I tried to amend the booking online, but this then seemed to increase the price of the 4 nights I needed. I then sent 2 e-mails to the Customer Care team, but was told that I had to telephone to modify the booking. After telephoning the number provided (2 different numbers from each e-mail), I was passed around 4 different teams, each telling me that they were definitely transferring me to the correct team who would modify the booking. Unfortunately none of these teams would help. Based on the lack of professionalism and lack of caring of these "Account Specialists", I decided to cancel the entire booking.
Great location . Lovely room . Nice balcony and pools / lazy river was good
It was nice.
One of the night children were running and screaming outside my room. And very loud remodeling.
We bought in dec 2025 and when we returned, we were told that what we bought was not what we were told it was. The wrong type of points that cann't do what they said we needed. It has a different kind of deed. They said we still needed to buy the other type of points. WE WILL NEVER BUY WYNDHAM POINTS AGAIN!!!! Had no problem with construction it could get dusty every now and then. Just stay away from office and so-called information meetings!!
it pains me t write this review as I used to love Bonnet Creek. Sadly, they are doing so much construction and have a brand new pushy sales staff that they just do not care. Rooms were missing soap in dispensers, dirty sheets, etc. Very unsafe conditions. I spoke with the manager numerous times, and nothing occurred. The construction workers are inside and outside of the hotels, wandering around at all hours. We did not feel safe. Management said they were not supposed to be inside the guest areas, but with no monitoring, they were there. They were not only using guest bathrooms but were roaming the guest floors. There is no safety on the work outside of the building either. I missed getting hit in the head by inches from falling debris. 2 days later, debris was still lying on the ground from where it landed. They have some netting up, but not enough. The fiberglass and insulation is flying throught the air, making it unsafe to breathe. To top it off, they keep calling me to buy a timeshare.
Wonderful resort, centrally located. Restaurants on site have excellent food. Lots of activities for the family on the resort. Close to Disney, universal studios and Disney springs. Highly recommend!
My fiancé had a modern-day horror story at Bonnet Creek this past Saturday. She was pressured into attending a 'points update' sales pitch and dragged herself out of bed early on her day off to be there. Instead of a professional presentation, she was met by a salesperson who looked at her and told her she 'didn't make enough money' to even listen to the pitch. It is beyond insulting to lure people into these meetings only to belittle them and treat them like second-class citizens. If the sales staff here thinks that insulting potential or current owners is a valid strategy, they are dead wrong. Avoid these pitches at all costs—unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by people whose only job is to sell you a dream they can’t even pitch politely." EDE was the sales manager name and never even reached out to her to apologize.
I attended a Wyndham vacation presentation in Orlando after being approached at SeaWorld and offered a 6-night vacation incentive for $75. I was told it would involve a short tour, but the experience turned into a nearly 3-hour high-pressure sales presentation. The sales process involved multiple layers of pressure. First, a salesperson presented a package around $100,000. When I declined, a manager suddenly appeared and offered a “special discount” down to roughly $55,000. After declining again, another representative approached me under the pretense of collecting feedback but quickly attempted to sell a smaller package. The entire experience felt extremely scripted and designed to pressure guests into making a large financial decision on the spot. Pricing changed dramatically within minutes, which raised serious concerns about transparency. Potential buyers should understand that even if you fully pay off the purchase price (for example the $55,000 package they offered), the ownership still comes with ongoing annual maintenance and assessment fees. These fees can reach around $10,000 per year depending on the point level, and they continue indefinitely. Another important issue to consider is reservation availability. Even if you own a large amount of points, booking the exact dates or resorts you want may not always be easy because other owners may have already reserved those weeks. This can make it frustrating to use the points the way they are presented during the sales pitch. What disappointed me most was the professionalism at the end of the presentation. Once it became clear I was not going to purchase, the staff abruptly disengaged and did not treat me with basic courtesy while directing me to collect the incentive that was promised. As someone who works in sales myself, I believe long-term business is built on trust and transparency. This experience felt more like psychological pressure than a genuine hospitality offering. I strongly recommend that visitors research timeshare presentations carefully before accepting the 6-night $75 incentive and be prepared for a lengthy and aggressive sales process.
We took 7 of our kids here, and everyone enjoyed it. The putt-putt was fun, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river provided hours of enjoyment. The local food was good as well.
Location and amenities
Great location, great pools, and the units are nicely appointed and laid out, BUT if you need to utilize the living room as a sleeping space, think twice! The pullout couch is awful, and the AC unit is so loud that it woke me up every time it turned on (and I'm not a light sleeper). The dishwasher was also loud, so we didn't run it at night like we would have preferred. This was our fourth time staying at this property, and we really love the proximity to the Disney parks (it's actually on Disney property, though not a Disney hotel), but we usually get a two bedroom unit so we haven't experienced the issues with using the living room as a sleeping area before. I would love to challenge anyone that works for Club Wyndham to sleep on the pullout sofa and experience how uncomfortable it is for themselves! The other issue I have with this resort is the lack of drawer storage space for clothing. The bedroom has one dresser with 4 drawers, and the drawers were super shallow. I could barely close it with two tee shirts stacked. Each nightstand in the bedroom had a single drawer and then open space underneath. There was one end table in the living room with a drawer that did not open at all. There were two closets (one in the bedroom, one in the LR), but not a lot of hangers were provided (perhaps you can request more). Anyway, there were 2 adults and 1 child staying in the unit for a week and the lack of drawer space was a problem for us. I appreciate the attention to detail in choosing furniture that looks good in the unit, but the choices really weren't practical. It seems that this property no longer even has housekeeping clean your room once a week, which is a bummer considering the high cleaning fee.
Nice setting. has some activities which we use like mini golf. We appreciated that the elevators operate quickly even tho some buildings have 15 floors. nicely decorates rooms with quality.
The check in process is bias. If you give Wyndham $50,000 for timeshare points you get in right away. If you are a guest of an owner or a owner who purchased resell points you are treated poorly and have to wait untill 4 pm or later to check in. This resort pushes timeshare tours every time you check in. The front office check in people flat out lie to you about room availability.
Very nice resort going through a remodel/update but was clean, quiet, and the guests were very nice and friendly
Buildings under construction with a lot of noise. Approved for a 30 min extension on checkout time do I could take an impt unexpected business call and housekeeper was banging on the door at 9:50am which was even before regular checkout at 10 am. Then a second person banged on the door not once but twice forcing me to disconnect my call. Completely unacceptable and the resorts answer was “we cannot figure out what happened”
So many fun things to do here. 2 lazy rivers, many pools, a playground, mini golf and a couple of splash pads for the little ones. Unit was great and beds were comfortable. I'll be back if possible.
Beautiful resort with tons of activities; 3 places to eat and drink and fun pool. There is mini golf, bean bags, shuffle board and so much more. Daily activities like trivia and bingo. The staff is very helpful and so very nice. Great for families, couples or friends
This is a heads-up for fellow travelers. While visiting SeaWorld Orlando, we were invited to a Wyndham Club timeshare presentation and told it would last 120 minutes with no pressure to buy, since it would take place at Bonnet Creek on Disney property. The presentation lasted about 3 hours and 30 minutes and involved very aggressive sales tactics. We had to decline offers from four different salespeople before we were finally allowed to leave. We stayed polite, but it was exhausting. We eventually received the incentive, which required a $75 payment upfront. After researching later, we realized the deal didn’t make sense for us. If you’re considering attending, go in fully informed — the real price is your time and patience.
Clean. Spacious.
Great location. So close to Disneyworld. Club Wyndham was a great place for kids and we could have entertained ourselves just by staying onsite and skipping Disney
The Starbucks food was mediocre at best. Would have liked a few more restaurant options
Perfect location. Near to disney
We had an amazing time with the family! Enjoyed all amenities and activities and massage at spa!
Nothing
Its proximity to Disney parks
The Christmas decorations were cheaply done
This review makes it appear like I stayed at Bennet Creek. I did not, but I advise people to avoid joining Club Wyndham. Getting through to customer service is extremely difficult. By all means do not sign up for additional points. It is especially difficult to rescind any contract even when all rules are followed.
I love this resort: spacious rooms; lots of amenities; friendly and helpful staff; lots of pools and activities.
Absolutely one of our favorite hotel resorts in FL! The property is beautifully maintained with so much to experience—5 swimming pools, 8 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, mini golf, & more. We were on the 12th floor with our balcony overlooking the picturesque lake with twin fountains. The perfect setting to refresh, restore, & renew one’s soul. The leadership team is exceptional—from Ken & Nanishka to John to Palmer. Thank you all! We’ll be baaaack!
Huge rooms! Clean, close to Disney, very nice grounds and a lot of amenities
Difficult parking, didn’t like being pushed to join a timeshare presentation but was expecting that knowingly going in
Everything is Outstanding !! Resort will be unforgettable….. Laura at front desk checkIN and Mr. Poalo F. were both awesome !!!
Outstanding! Great layout and location !
Loved the place !
Location
Not a true Disney property
It was close to the Disney Parks
Staff not friendly, super bad looking bed sheets ( they look grey instead of white), all wrinkled and small for the mattress. Old toilets that run a lot of water, outdated shower, sink, countertops, smelly room.
The complete stay was a great experience
After you register they send you to another desk for no reason only to try to convince you with a so call 5 day free stay and try to sell you a time share
Everything was great!
