Everything
Easy to get to and close to lots of places.
Getting back from one park was tricky and we had to walk a bit more than expected. The restaurant service wad slow at Il Milano. They gave my husband the bill but never gave drinks. We left.
La ubicación que tenia y la Belleza de las instalaciones.
En verdad todo me gustó.
Tolle Lage, Bus und Wassertaxi zu Disney funktioniert super
Es ist alles extrem klimatisiert. Man muss innen eigentlich Pullover oder Jacke anziehen. Kondensat läuft überall von den Wänden.
The position of AC is not good, the wind blow directly to guest head when lay down on the bed
Esta muy bonito y dentro de disney

Great location. Not too many young families.
Overall it was ok. I appreciate it’s not an official Walt Disney hotel, being a Marriott, and you can certainly tell. However, it is still kind of on Disney property and markets itself as a Disney hotel. You expect a level of pizzazz I guess, which just isn’t there. The rooms are lovely. Clean, spacious, modern, bright, and comfortable. I loved our room. The staff are miserable as sin. Front desk check-in staff were pleasant, but the bellboys were awful. So miserable, grunting and pointing rather than talking. They were simply borderline rude. Same goes for the coffee shop staff. Rude and abrupt. Don’t get me started on the Friendship boats. There’s zero schedule available for the boats, they come “kind of every 20 minutes” but no clue when that 20 minutes starts or anything. You’re just stood in the blazing heat hoping one comes soon. The boat staff… wow. So rude and passive aggressive. I believe they are Disneyworld employees rather than the hotel employees, however. I would just save yourself the hassle and walk to the parks and Boardwalk (it’s literally a 10 minutes walk if you walk at a good pace). Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. The location is unmatched, so close to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Disneys Boardwalk. But overall, it was a let down.
As above.
Location and easy walk to Epcot
Nothing
Not a single thing.
Hard to rate hotel when I couldn’t stay at the hotel I reserved and paid for because they did not have the room I reserved with booking.com. They didn’t even have the right days. They transfer me to Dolphin to get the ADA room I reserved because they had none. Spent 2 hours with front desk and waiting for a room and finally asked to speak to a manager. If you want a stress free vacation, look elsewhere for your bookings. I used Expedia to book rest of hotels for this trip and no problems.
Hotel próximo da Disney, indo a pé no Boardwalk .
Estacionamento caríssimo, e pouco entretenimento para os hóspedes.
We stayed at the Swan hotel as a family of 4 for 10nights in May 2026, and couldn't fault our stay at all. The hotel location is amazing, and having access to some of the deluxe resort perks such as early entry were a big pull and bonus. Epcot is within a 12 minute walk, Hollywood studios is within walking distance and the boat and bus links to all the parks are fantastic. The family rooms gave us ample space, with good sized bathrooms. The cafe on site was perfect to grab a breakfast, and the breakfast served in the restaurant was of excellent quality. Great bar on site as well as access to all the facilities at the Dolphin hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to any family or friends, and we hope to return soon.
We had a fabulous stay, stayed for 12 nights. Perfect view, beds comfy, location can’t be beaten. What more could you ask for. Free parking would be welcome but still beats most places. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and peaceful in a great location
Only 1 laundry room in a different hotel
Amazing value for money given it includes the early park admission perks and the awesome location of the property. Overall the hotel facilities and rooms were showing their age but we were aware of that before booking and did not mind in the slightest, as we just wanted a clean room to sleep in after long days in the parks. We stayed in Disney hotels before and overall would now always prefer the Swan - or Dolphin, or Swan Reserve. We looked around all three and liked them all. We loved being able to walk to two of the parks,, busses to other parks were running frequently and it was great to be able to walk to the boardwalk area for dinner. Really, really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return.
Nothing not to like. It's the best value property in an awesome location.
Staffe L’emplacement
Le petit déjeuner Un brouille insupportable à chaque fois une chambre dans tt l’étage ouvre la douche
The location to Disney.
We asked for 2 queen bed room with a mini fridge. The mini fridge was broken and the beds were 2 full beds. The room was not clean and there was stuff from the previous people still in the room. Half the hotel was closed and the room keys hardly worked. The pool was "out of order" most of our stay and housekeeping didn't come on the day they were supposed to and when they did come they moved our belongings all over the room.
solide Zimmerausstattung und angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel, guter Shuttleservice zu Magic Kingdom

Title: Avoid at All Costs – Severe Maintenance Issues, Indifferent Service, and Terrible Dining Rating: 1/5 Stars I am currently staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. For a property charging premium rates, the level of service, maintenance, and overall management is completely unacceptable. Room & Facility Failures Despite staying in a "refurbished" room, the maintenance standards are shockingly poor: * Inoperable Fixtures: The patio doors are virtually impossible to open, and turning the shower controls requires extreme physical effort. * Missing Essentials: Upon arrival, the wall-mounted shower dispensers were completely empty. * Broken Amenities: The ice machine on our floor was out of order, and the room telephone does not work at all. * Unresponsive Service: I made multiple attempts to contact front desk and guest services to get these basic issues resolved, but every single request went unheeded. Ambivalent Staff & Absent Leadership The staff here appears poorly trained, completely ambivalent, and utterly disinterested in hospitality. There is zero effort made to accommodate basic guest requests. Worse yet, hotel leadership shows absolutely no interest in guest recovery or resolving legitimate complaints. When management ignores failing infrastructure and frustrated guests, it speaks volumes about the culture of the property. Dining Disaster at The Fountain (Dolphin Hotel) The decline in quality extends directly to the dining options. We ate at The Fountain restaurant at the neighboring Dolphin Hotel, and it has taken a massive turn downhill: * Exorbitant Prices, Subpar Food: The prices are extremely high for what amounts to poorly prepared, cold food served in tiny portions. * Inedible Quality: I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which was ridiculously "woody," tough, and completely inedible. Final Verdict Between the broken room features, indifferent personnel, completely absent service recovery, and terrible food value, staying here has been an exercise in constant frustration. Save your money and peace of mind—I highly recommend avoiding these properties at all costs.
The proximity to the parks was excellent
Nothing - I liked everything
The convenience to epcot and Hollywood studios. The resorts are nice. Restaurants and bars. The resorts stores are nice
We we're sad about Bourbon steak being closed but the other restaurants were good too
We had our second stay at the Swan in late July. In March, we stayed at the Dolphin. Both great. I love the smaller feel of the Swan, and their rooms are so nice. The lobby smells amazing. The bath and body products are a delight. (The Dolphin’s have a manly scent.) Wonderful service and housekeeping everyday. My 10 year old loves the Grotto pool. We haven’t ordered poolside service but have enjoyed the restaurant over by the Grotto pool a few times. We were traveling with friends. We had separate reservations and check in days and the hotel honored my request for our rooms to be placed near each other. 3 doors down. Got upgraded to a balcony with a view of the boat path to HS. Our room overlooked a little courtyard with fairy lights in the trees - So peaceful and beautiful. We were on 5th floor and could see a lot of the Epcot fireworks. Location can’t be beat for going over and dining at the Beach Club. We love to take the boat to HS and resort hop using the busses there. So fun to walk along the Boardwalk and ride the skyliner to enjoy the dining at the Riviera. Something I consider staying at other Disney resorts, but the price point of the Swan, the location, the atmosphere, and service can’t be beat. The only downside is their quick service dining is not great- limited options and pricey. However, there’s a new quick service location opening on the Boardwalk soon so hopefully it has good variety and kid’s meals.
The room, lobby and public areas.

The in-room telephone was not working properly. The AI concierge was useless. We lost an item and called for help, but the woman who answered only told us to use the online service and was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The bed cover had a small spot of mold on it. The bathroom door didn’t close completely unless locked. The balcony door was warped or something so it was very difficult to open and close.
Staff was wonderful Alot of options to eat Good areas for working on laptop Good flow of traffic in and out
Buses ran around the parking lot. But was not in service. No buses to parks or from parks. Had to hire a mini van for some parks which cost extra money. House keeping didn't come until after 4pm. For me working I would get back to hotel at 4pm and then want to rest during the week not worry about housekeeping. Saturday we didn't even get any housekeeping Most of the facilities to eat was shut down way to early at the hotel. 4th floor has a bad odor in hallway. For the price I would just expect the buses to be running to the parks and food options to be open later.
Amenities, location
Employees were not helpful and not very nice. The room service was terrible
Konum,hizmet
İhtiyaç paketleri minimaldi makyaj silme pamuğu vs gibi yoktu 4 kişilik odaya 2 kucuk su koydular sadece
We had breakfast on the boardwalk.
Pretzels purchased in Java were stale.
Front desk staff was excellent , very clean lobby pictures don't do it justice the ambiance is a lot darker and more moody which is what i prefer , great location and ease of access to come and go , will definitely stay again
Parking is a little pricey for the distance you have to walk to you vehicle every time.
Location, rooms and transport options
Nothing I can think of
The bell boys took too long to handle the luggage. And Valet service the same.
Everything the swan delivered
Proximity to Disney
A lot of the pictures and activities were from the dolphin not the swan. It’s very misleading
The location
It is looking old and needs a renovation
I will never stay anywhere else! I love everything about this resort! Location, staff and amenities.
The pools (there are 3). The restaurants are very good . The gym which is fully equipped. The quiet room and the location.
None
We had an early check in which made our stay wonderful and we could use the pools .
Nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Location within walking distance to Epcot. Easy boat access to Epcot or MGM. Buses to other parks with easy access from the hotel. Nice food options but rather expensive. I like that you can use the amenities at both the Swan and the Dolphin. The grotto pool at the Dolphin is really nice. We had a really great experience and would most certainly stay again!

This hotel actually refused to give me a receipt for my booking made on Booking.com, claiming that because I booked through Booking.com, the receipt they print would show an amount of $0. They said they have no idea how much we actually paid on Booking.com. I've never heard of such a thing — it's absolutely ridiculous. I stayed at another hotel that was also booked through Booking.com, and they printed me a receipt with the total amount I paid on Booking.com without any issues
We stayed at Disneys Swan hotel for 2 nights. We booked due to its proximity to Epcot and the Boardwalk. We paid in full when booking. When we arrived they asked for a credit card for resort fees. Normally when you pay upfront in full all fees are paid for at the time of booking. We were charged $50 per night plus taxes on both of those nights. We have stayed at many Disney hotel and love the free parking aspect. This hotel (as well as the Dolphin next door) charges for parking. I told the front next representative Disney properties offer complimentary parking as it states on the app. He informed me this hotel is owned by the Marriot not Disney so they charge $40 per night plus tax. This doesn’t make sense since this Disney hotel offers free shuttle busses and early entry so I’m not sure why the free parking wouldn’t apply. They never sent me an invoice at checkout so I had to email them to see why I was charged an additional $100 on top of the $197 ($50 x 2 nights $40 x 2 nights and $17 taxes and additional fees). I disputed the additional $100 with my credit card seeing there was no explanation on the invoice. $200 extra fees that were not disclosed when we had already spent over $500 is crazy. We wouldn’t not have booked here had we known it was going to cost us an additional $200 on top of what we prepaid. We will not be staying here again seeing Disney offers many cheaper hotels without hidden fees. I will say the hotel was very clean and smelled nice. It offers a variety of food options. However we have stayed at value Disney hotels which we feel offer the same atmosphere.
The resort is very clean the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly
You cannot bring your luggage to the room but you have to wait for a bell hop. They are quick for valet parking but not so quick if you want to self park. We opted to not wait on one when we were checking out. My husband carried our 2 bags down himself
Taking the ferry was super cool
The fan in the bathroom was not working
The hotel and surrounding areas like the boardwalk were phenomenal. Beautiful and very peaceful. The shuttle busses were also a huge plus.
Clean
Fabulous location!
Do not eat breakfast. Location was good for visiting Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs (different shuttle buses) and wonderful for Epcot - walked there and boat back. Both fun! Facilities were fine - what you’d expect in a “good” hotel - but what made my stay so memorable was the staff. Debra(?) checked me in and out and took the time to chat and answer my questions. She recognised me when I checked out 48 hours after I arrived. Impressive when you consider how many guests she’d spoken to in the meantime! Kevin cheerfully fetched my luggage, called a quality cab and let me know when it arrived, all with a moon boot and a smile.
Casual grill was closed and Japanese restaurant was hosting a karaoke night. I ate elsewhere as I’d not long come from Europe and didn’t fancy Italian. One day I had to wait till after 4pm for the room to be serviced. I was tired after taking advantage of early entry to Epcot and wanted a nap. Both of these are trivial first-world
Location was excellent
Currently staying in room 744. Hotel is definitely Old and showing its age. Furniture is very well used and has not been replaced in quite some time. Bathroom has no fan and outdated light switches. Low ceilings in this hotel as well. When it rains middle pane of windows steam up leaving us unable to see out the window. Full TV Menu does not work…cannot access room folio or Disney channel. This hotel does offer transportation to parks, however from MK and Animal Kingdom we had to go to regular parking to get the bus and not where the other Disney buses were accessible. Leaving us with a much further walk when exiting the park. The one positive in our stay was the great housekeeping service. Overall very disappointed in this hotel. #disneyswan
The location was excellent, walked to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Nothing, all good.
Beautiful
Expensive, some medium food options would be nice

Andres at the front desk made our trip so perfect. He mingled and joked with our family at check in —- but the #1 best thing he did was ask “what most important to you during your stay.” My daughter said the pool. Andres moved our room to a room on the bottom floor right next to the pool, like a 1 min walk to the pool with a patio. He could have just plopped us up in a room on level 20 like 15 min walk to the pool. This one decision by Andres made our trip perfect. Thank you Andres!!!
As WDW annual passholders, my husband and I have stayed at nearly every Disney resort on property, but somehow we had never ventured over to the Swan/Dolphin. After deciding on a whim to take a quick overnight park-date trip, our usual go-to hotels were either fully booked or overpriced, so we decided to give the Swan a try. My only regret is that it took us so many years to do so. Everything about our stay was fantastic, and that is coming from two people who are admittedly pretty hard to please. The food and drinks, while a bit overpriced as expected, truly blew us away in both quality and flavor. Between the atmosphere, dining options, comfortable rooms and incredibly convenient location, the entire stay still felt full of Disney magic. And that’s before even mentioning the fantastic pool, which might just be the best pool of all the Disney-area properties. Yacht Club still has a slight edge for me because I’m a sucker for a lazy river, but the Swan/Dolphin pool area is seriously impressive. The only negatives we encountered were the high cost of overnight parking and our experience at Bourbon Steak. I understand the parking fees are in line with other Orlando-area hotels, but they are certainly not in line with Disney resort parking, which is free for hotel guests. As for Bourbon Steak, the service was so disappointing that we left before ordering. Our server in the bar seemed disinterested at best and told us that none of the cocktails on the bar menu were available because a new menu was rolling out the next day — and that we should just come back then. We left immediately, did not return, and do not plan to. That said, our overall stay at the Swan was wonderful. If the room rate is good enough to justify the added parking cost, we will absolutely be back.
Clean
Did not clean our room until 4-5:00 pm each day. No maps of the property nor Disney were available. Laundry facilities were in another building not specified in their advertising.
Location and access to Disney Park benefits.
More food options.
Everything was amazing

Stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The newly updated rooms are wonderful and checked all my boxes. You get access to Crescent Lake, Epcot and Hollywood Studios for a fraction of the cost of the nearby deluxe resorts. Will stay again for sure!
Location was great’
Nothing that I can think of
The location is perfect, essentially on the boardwalk with a pleasent 20min stroll to either Hollywood Studios or EPCOT which you can also catch the " friendship" boats to and from. The Swan is far more intimate than the Dolphin giving an overall "nicer" feel. Complex wise the outside facilities are excellent with the fitness center being well equipped, the beach is nice and the pools varied and uncrowded. The rooms are large bright and airy with comfortable beds, they are spotlessly clean. Due to the location there is a massive choice of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. All in all its a great place to have a more adult Disney break.
The whole thing
Ligging
Te druk, kamer was niet klaar om 16 uur. Moesten een uur langer wachten
The staff were amazing. Very kind and hard-working. The location was nice, with plenty of transport and amenities. The shower water pressure was quite nice.
The beds were horrific. Pillows were basically unusable, with some being hard as bricks and others being completely flat. The food options were pretty unimpressive and overpriced for the quality. The shower was nice but the curtain was a mess and water would get all over the floor.
Great location
Pool small
After a recent 4-night stay at the Walt Disney World Swan, I can confidently say this resort is no longer what it once was. Having stayed at the Swan & Dolphin many times over the years, I was excited to return after a two-year break, especially for my daughter’s birthday trip. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. There were a few positives. The front desk associate at check-in was welcoming and efficient, our room was very clean upon arrival, and there were a few standout moments such as the pastries in the coffee shop and Carmelo’s service at Il Mulino. Sadly, those positives were overshadowed by consistently poor customer service throughout the remainder of our stay. Service at Il Mulino was disorganized from the start. The hostess seemed reluctant to seat our party, and basic service details were overlooked. After our children’s drinks were delivered without straws, we were told someone would return with them, but no one did, forcing me to search for them myself. Dining at Todd English's bluezoo was another disappointment. The food quality has noticeably declined. What was once an excellent dining experience lacked flavor, and the fish tasted unpleasantly fishy, especially disappointing considering the high prices. The most frustrating issue, however, was housekeeping. On our final day, I politely requested at 8:30 a.m. that our room be serviced before 1 p.m. so our children could nap comfortably in the afternoon. When we returned after 1 p.m., the room had not been touched. Despite multiple calls and in-person conversations with the front desk throughout the afternoon, no one came. After waiting hours, I ended up emptying our own trash, replacing towels myself, and attempting to manage the situation while caring for tired children. Housekeeping promised twice to return and never did. Even after the front desk offered to send fresh towels later that evening, no towels arrived. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of urgency or concern from staff and management. No one appeared interested in resolving the issue or acknowledging how unacceptable the situation was for a resort charging premium prices. To conclude our stay, we never received a statement at checkout showing our final charges. I had to call and request that a statement be emailed to me. The representative I spoke with made my request seem unusual, as though I shouldn’t have been asking for something so basic and expected. Between the room rate, daily resort fees, and overnight parking charges, our stay exceeded expectations financially while falling far short in service and overall experience. At these price points, guests should expect exceptional hospitality, not indifference. In hindsight, I would have much rather stayed at Disney's BoardWalk Inn or Disney's Yacht Club Resort, where the Disney atmosphere and guest service are far superior. The Swan & Dolphin now feels heavily geared toward convention and business travelers, and much of the Disney magic has been lost. I would no longer recommend the Swan & Dolphin for families looking for a quality Disney resort experience.
