Didn't like the way that the facilty has started to go down. Some cleaning outside and a lot of refurbishment needs to start taking place here. I have been here on multiple occasions over the last ten years and when I first started it was immaculate and you would notice a lot of high end vehicles travelers were driving in. Not anymore though. The place had a smell on the floor I was staying and I saw beer bottles on the furniture in the hallways discarded by people and also food on the hallway floors. They need to clean up their act quick in the location they're at, lots of much nicer competition.

Carpets need to be updated. They appear old and dirty. Resort sits on Disney property but shuttle transportation is cut off very early each day. All trips had to be taken via Uber.

It was such a wonderful place for a quick escape, and the staff were fantastic! My daughter left her blanket behind on our way home, and they worked so hard to get it back to her. I’m so grateful!

I liked the proximity to stores and entertainment. I also appreciated the responsiveness of the staff to our concerns. The outdoor facilities are amazing and there is a lot to do.

I didn’t like the pushiness of the bellhop upon arrival. When we went up to our original room, there was some type of pink substance smeared on the bedskirt. They were able to quickly places in another room, but it did not have a mirror outside of the bathroom, which made getting ready quite difficult for a party greater than one. The inside of the parking garage could use a little pressure washing and upkeep.

Close to everything we wanted to do

Other guests using hot tubs like they were their property and hanging around them over 40 minutes at a time and lost property that was left in parking garage wasn’t turned in by anyone

Spacious rooms, very close to Disneyland, nice pools

Not a lot of options for eating if you stay for more than a couple of days, the hotel has a main restaurant with few dishes and 2 tavernas (fast-food), had to take a taxi to find restaurants around where we could eat. Room cleaning was done always very late (usually around 4PM)

The hotel was comfortable. Owen the barrister was a great host and made coffees in the morning

Great food and even better service! Francisco and Azel took care of us and they did not disappoint. Highlt recommended!

I stopped by the Resort Starbucks where Ayla and Nash provided excellent service with a smile.

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Some workers at the front desk are not as helpful as others. The main resort really only has one exclusive pool for their guests, which is kind of a downside for us traveling with kids, and all other pools are being shared with other towers, which were overly crowded during our visit. We had prepaid for our stay and were not explained during our check in process that there is an additional "resort fee". So were surprised by the additional charge of almost $500 (including parking). We also think parking is overly priced for their guests. After we left this resort, unfortunately, our flight got canceled, and we got to experience a different resort, a Universal Studios resort, where their fees were much lower with much better customer care and service, plus you get to early entry to their parks. Then after 4 more days our 2nd flight got canceled and we got to experience a different resort, and still the same, much better service with much lower fees and not an additional "resort fee". We will highly consider staying at a different location for any future trips to Orlando.

Our room was not clean. There were a number of carpet stains as well as lampshade stains. We found nail clippings on the carpet, suggesting it was not vaccumed which is mind-blowing and unsettling. It lended to an extremely uncomfortable stay.

Owen is a brilliant and smart guy that is real professional and had handles business!! I see a bright future for this young individual

Room size

We had issues with hot water as it took almost 5 minutes every day for water to get o=hot in shower and sink. And even then it was just warm enough for shower. WIFI is very bad in rooms and couldnt connect laptop at all.

Debra, Sandy, and Mika took great care of us! All three of them worked hard to make our visit special. Thank you, Debra, Sandy, and Mika! We had a fantastic breakfast with the family on a Saturday morning before a day at the pools. If you’re looking for something yummy, be sure to check out Tesoro Cove!

We had plans to eat outside of the resort and changed our minds last minute and we were glad we did. We had Rebekah as our waitress and she did a great job explaining the menu to us, making sure everything was good throughout the night. Carlos assisted her and also made sure we were good with our drinks and our food. We had lovely conversations with both of them and they made the dining experience great. The food was amazing. We had the French onion soup, shrimp scampi, yuca with garlic aioli sauce and steak and potatoes. We highly recommend the restaurant. Awesome food and staff!

Hotel was tired and unclean. The rooms again were tired and unkempt. Compared to previous visits the hotel was devoid of character and atmosphere. All round poor experience. Stay elsewhere.

This was a great family vacation. Carmelo at the Back Boy bar and grill was amazing. Christ-Love and Laura at the front desk was great. They all made our family vacation wonderful. We will be returning next year and we hope to see them. Oh let me not forget Jose the maintenance guy who swap out the broken chair all made this experience great!

I loved how close everything was.

I don’t like how they charge you for a full day for a resort fee when you can’t check in until 4 pm. I feel they should have to use a different system for that depending on check in times. I shouldn’t be charged $42 if I only was able to use it for a few hours, same with parking. I didn’t park a full day but was charged for a full day. I’ve stayed at other resorts in the same area that do offer different rates.

Wyndham Grand Tesoro Cove was a pleasant experience. Greeted by Sandy, who was very kind and helpful and served by Debra who was very attentive and courteous. Sonia prepared a great omelet and the other staff, Heather, Ray, and Claudia completed the experience with professionalism keeping everything clean and prepared. Great job to all!

Carmelo at the poolside bar was an amazing waiter and made our lunch very nice!

My family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek. We live in Florida and plan a yearly getaway at an Orlando resort. A huge pool and a lazy river are a must. We were not disappointed. There were several pools with plenty of lounge chairs and 2 lazy rivers. Upon arrival, our bags were loaded and taken to our room. We chose to valet park. Aidan was prompt and friendly as he parked and retrieved our car on many occasions. Joey checked us in at the desk and was very helpful and eager to help us in anyway he could. We started each morning with breakfast at Tesoro Cove. The buffet was wonderful with plenty of items to choose from. Omelettes and waffles were made to order. The service was excellent. Sandy was there to greet us each morning with a smile and seated us promptly. Debra, Luz, Heather, Claudia and Francisco all worked together to take great care of us by refilling our drinks and keeping our table clear of plates. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. We stayed in a parlor suite which was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, cold a/c, with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Overall, I'll give our stay a 10 out of 10. We'll be back.

We only stay at the Wyndham Grand when we visit Orlando once or twice a year. We love the pools, dining options, and amenities! It feels like our own condo down there!

The hostess, Angie was sweet and made us feel welcomed from the moment we stood at the door. The food was excellent. My husband had the surf and turf which melted in your mouth. I had the saffron risotto which was absolutely delicious. The chef, Frank Rivera outdid himself. Would absolutely eat here again as long as Frank was the chef. 5 star meal and experience.

Canwelo was absolutely the best server! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and took outstanding care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We’ll be here for 13 days, and I could honestly come back every day because of the excellent food and the exceptional service. If you visit, ask for Canwelo—you won’t be disappointed!

Réservation pour4 personnes et impossible d’avoir 4 serviettes de douche . Restaurants de l’hôtel fermés pour la plupart , on a du se rabattre sur un snack devant la piscine dans lequel la gérante n’était pas commerçante du tout . Parking payant alors que les chambres sont déjà chères .

Enjoyed Starbucks coffee and a pastry each morning at The Barista. The coffee and breakfast were always hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and professional.

The most delicious buffet at Wyndham Grand in Bonnet Creek Resort. Our servers and chef ,Debra,Sandy,Luiz and Francisco were amazing..We have a gluten allergy and they were so accommodating. The food was freshly made to order and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Morning breakfast was made so much more pleasant with Sandy, Claudia, Debra, and Heather. They were so welcoming and made sure you had everything you needed.

Reception in and out first classPool area a disaster, unkept landscaping either dying or neglected, dead palm fonds on every tree ready to plummet down, disinterested pool attendant, staring at an ice filled water fountain, without water in it, when reminded he continued fidgeting with his iPhone without responding to request, disorganized towel dispensing spot. Entering the building from garage P# a pile of obviously disposed of construction trash, aging along. Over-priced breakfast buffet, with cheap choices.

Our 19th wedding anniversary deserved a special dinner, and Deep Blu exceeded every expectation! We started with the Heirloom Tomato & Burrata salad, and it was the perfect combination of fresh, flavorful ingredients. For my entrée, I had the Pan-Roasted Salmon, and it was seared and cooked to absolute perfection. My husband ordered the Steak Frites, and between the perfectly cooked NY strip and the smashed fried potatoes... wow! Those potatoes were truly out of this world. A huge compliment to Chef Rivera for creating such an unforgettable dining experience. Every bite was incredible, and the service made our celebration even more special. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for an upscale dinner cooked to perfection, make a reservation at Deep Blu. Trust me..you'll leave with a full heart, a happy stomach, and memories you'll be talking about long after the last bite!

Rooms were a little dated. Our room was missing the sheer curtains and walls were paper thin.

My sister and I had breakfast for the first time here and it was delicious! All the staff was super attentive and very kind!
