Liked everything about it. From the welcome to the day to day service, the room and the location..the star was breakfast. A very nice gym as well which always adequately equipped for 2 to 3 persons to train at the same time. Room was great and the bed so comfortable..

Liked everythjng but could suggest a few things. It was raining a lot these days so guests stayed inside. Would be good for the hotel to provide some incentives during these days such as free sandwich or indoor activities such as pool or play room would have been nice. The pool could be open till later really with the bar as well... that would be nice when guests from back from day trips.

The location was exceptional! In the heart of Patong beach front area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, beach activities and more. There was 3 pools, and the main pool had Timmy's Bar which every wednesday and saturday from 1pm to 5pm there will be a foam bubble party and bbq. The 3rd pool at the villa area was great for families. Room service was great, food was good! Breakfast has one of the best spreads as well, so many choices. Everyday you get to try new dishes. Staff was very helpfull as well and super friendly.

The pillows i think are too soft. Should have 1 hard pillow and 1 soft pillow to balance it out at least.

Amazing hotel very close to the main part of Patong. Highly recommended! We also got upgraded to be in front of the pool, amazing experience.

There was work during our stay, but we weren't impacted by the noise.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everything made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again!

החדרים היו מעולים. חדרים מרווחים. מזרונים וכריות מאד מאד נוחות. מתגים חשמל ותקשורת חדשים

המתקנים של המלון לא טובים. המלון היה תחת שיפוץ. היה המון רעש בשהייה בבריכה או במקומות הציבוריים של המלון וגם בישיבה במרפסת של החדר לא היה נעים בגלל הרעש של השיפוצים. בנוסף, בגלל התכנון הלקוי של המלון יש מרחקי הליכה מאד גדולים שפוגעים בחוויה. כל פעם שרוצים להיכנס או לצאת מהמלון הולכים הרבה מאד ברגל. לא כיף

The hotel was really good and would have been rated as excellent had there not been building work going on and one of the pools being closed. However, other than one really bad day it did not disrupt our stay

Location, staff, facilities all fantastic! The staff were amazing, caring and helpful. The location is prime, just fast enough away from Bangla but central to all activities.

Ongoing upgrade works being carried out. Which will be great once complete. Just not ideal at the time of stay.

The proximity to areas of interest and all the hustle bustle. You can walk down to the beach from your room within 5 mins. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was good.

This hotel has a very good location in the heart of Patong, easy access to the shops, Patong Beach and walking distance to Junkceylon Mall and Central World Phuket. The hotel it has tree different wings/buildings each one it has swimming pool which very nice and each has building has four floors. One wing is currently under renovation so best to request rooms away from the noise and dust. The lobby area is an open style atrium with high ceiling and has a coffee bar on the middle, very stylish and welcoming. My experience as a Diamond member was not pleasant but with the help of duty manager Khun Pim everything was solved quickly and professionally unlike her front desk colleague. I have stayed a few time in this hotel, highly recommended in spite of the arrival incident. Had a good swim in the nearby beach just 5 mins ago walk away across the main beach street. and used the swimming pool. Recommend to go For a swim or walk on the beach during sunset you will find lots activities people playing football, beach volleyball, paragliding, etc, a very nice atmosphere for couples, families or friends hanging out together. At night take a stroll along Bangla Walking Street full of live band, bars and adult entertainment. The next day we had the breakfast buffet, it was very nice full of Muslim friendly (halal food stations) , good variety which caters to Middle East, Chinese, Indian and Western guests . Phuket is a great holiday destination easy shopping the only need one hour or more to reach to the hotel from the airport ( depending on traffic and time of the day).

فطرنا يوم واحد فقط وتفاجأت انهم حاسبين لي 3 او 4 ايام افطار وحاطين لي ورقة في الغرفة اني لازم ادفع نزلت والفروض اني حليت الموضوع مع مدير الاستقبال بنفسه ويوم تسجيل الخروج حصلت انه ولا سوى شي ورجعت اتناقش معاهم من اول وجديد وتأخرت كثير. التكييف مب ذيك البروده

We had a girls’ trip to celebrate our birthday month and stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our first impression was excellent, thanks to the warm welcome from K. Kate at the front desk. She was very friendly and welcoming, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. They even recognized my birthday and surprised me with a lovely room decoration without me making any special request. It was such a thoughtful gesture. On our second night, we visited the beer bar and had a great time. K. Mimi and K. Alex provided friendly and attentive service. To my surprise, the staff brought me a birthday cake and sang “Happy Birthday.” It was another unforgettable moment that made my celebration even more special. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, where K. Tony at the pool bar took great care of us with excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and everything we tried was tasty. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making me feel not just like a guest, but like I was at home. You truly made my 33rd birthday celebration so memorable and meaningful. Keep up the excellent work! We will definitely be back again.

Tommy at the pool bar and the entire breakfast room staff in our opinion is what makes for a wonderful and relaxing stay, the facilities just enhance the stay.

Some comments below. Breakfast: - minimum meat selection, steam dim sum is not hot Room: - no pen & note paper , knife & plate in room - housekeeping should be completed earlier ( e.g before 2:00pm) Bar: - the bottle white wine in not cool enough The overall service is good .

The hotel is pretty rundown. Some of the rooms are upgraded so make sure you get an upgraded room. While we were staying there, they put us in part of the hotel that has construction. We had to complain and they moved us. On the other side, the location is fantastic centrally located and near everything

Staff are very friendly and professional and the hotel is very clean with great location nearby everything we needed

the staff and breakfast are above excellent. this was my second stay here and i would definately come back, i am looking to return in november.

everything was fine but there was renovations that we weren't told about and it was very noisy and half the hotel was closed. there was also alot of noise at night from people runnig down the hallways even at 1am in the morning.

l'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de visiter le centre de Patong à pied. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. l'animation autour de la piscine est festive et agréable. le personnel très serviable, à l'écoute souriant. on se sent chez soi. Un grand merci à Mme Kate j'ai eu une intoxication et le personnel de la réception m'a fait venir un médecin à la chambre. Le personnel du resto m'envoyait des boxes spéciales pour malades.

la chambre est petite avec très peu de rangements l'isolation des chambres est très réduite, on entend les bruits de couloirs et des autres chambres. Malheureusement, il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel donc on est réveillé dès le démarrage du chantier. l'hôtel n'a pas de transats sur la plage L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel est un peu crade mais ce n'est pas la faute à l'hôtel

Location great. Pool so relaxing and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. But best of all were the staff - always happy, smiling and wonderfully helpful. We will be back to Double Tree Hilton for sure.

The construction noise was a bit annoying at times.

كانت هناك إصلاحات و تجديد في الفندق فكان هناك إزعاج طوال اليوم مما جعل وقت السباحه مزعج.

We stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to Thailand lovely hotel and being diamond members we got an upgraded pool access room and some free drinks vouchers. The room was spotless and well equipped and had a door leading out to the pool which came in handy .breakfast was great lots of selections and always got a little diamond members treat daily .we ate a couple of times at the port restaurant food was very food and decent portions and also had our drinks there as well while watching the world go by . The gym was small and a bit dated but served us well for a few days . Pool area was great but a little bit noisy because off ongoing renovations at the hotel .The staff at this hotel in every department are amazing all friendly and very knowledgeable people who are a credit to thishotel all in this was a great stay and would not hesitate to come back in the future .

Absolutely loved all the services on arrival they took our bags and we were greeted with cold mint scented flannels to help with the heat aswell as delicious warm cookies, They upgraded us and everything was easily accommodated for with a press of the button zero from your room phone and poolside telephone, bar tender was lovely. I would like to thank Gift which you truly are a Gift, she accommodated our bookings for tours and my partners happy birthday song was also put in the booking and sung by staff at the Elephant sanctuary , also thank you to the staff at Double Tree Hilton for setting the room up and greeting us with cake as soon as we arrived back. Thank you and Ngā mihi Maioha from New Zealand.

The location was great, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, not far from Bangla Rd, but far enough that you don’t hear any noise from it. Breakfast had a big variety to choose from. The pool was very nice and refreshing and always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I also loved the mirrors in the bathroom, great for putting on makeup.

These a lot of renovations going on at the moment and can be a bit noisy. The mosquitos, we were on the ground level and couldn’t sit outside at night as they are really bad and they get into the room, I got a lot of bites.

Odamı ekstra bir ücret ödeyerek balkonlu olarak satın aldım fakat balkonumun hemen karşısındaki inşaat çalışmaları yüzünden ne balkonu kullanabildim ne sesten dolayı rahat istirahat edebildim ne de otelin havuzunu kullanabildim. En azından bu durumun tarafıma bildirilmesini isterdim.

We loved the location, having travelled to Patong many many times we love a hotel on the main beach road. The staff were exceptional and were very glowing of working for Hilton you obviously look after them or I hope you do!

The property is lovely except a long walk to get to rooms, we upgraded to a pool access room which although near the serenity pool was in the corner near the outdoor shower, we asked to be moved to a more accessible pool room as I was struggling with a bad knee but were told by reception that the hotel was full. Around the pool also is four layers of different flooring, tiles on balconies, rubber matting, outdoor tiles and then loose laid matting that kept curling and was a trip hazard. Accordingly to other staff the hotel was at 40% capacity. So not sure why we could not move. We had trouble with electricity which was eventually fixed and also kids running up and down the hallway pressing the doorbells it was very annoying. We also found many people smoked on their balconies a blatant disregard for the signage and the staff trying hard to stop them. We also found the hotel lacks atmosphere. The grand entrance is amazing but we didn’t see one person sit at the bar in the middle, it was very uninviting, the Port (part of the hotel) used to be such a great place to eat and hang out for a drink and listen to a band, years ago they had a revolving stage and would alternate between reggae and pop music classics. This area is now cold, lacks style and is not inviting, the poor staff trying to entice customers into an area crowded with tables, chairs, no room to move, hot in the sun and no shelter in the rain is a real issue, a positive is the food and staff. There is a room adjoining the outdoor dining area that looked like a smoking area but it was an air conditioned part of the restaurant and the windows were fogged all the time, I didn’t see one guest use this area. The Port outdoor area needs a real overhaul pull down all the pokie bits and pieces make one outside area, lay some artificial grass, put some plants in pots, have a decent band playing nighty and it would again be my favourite place and a lot of other people as well.

Extremely friendly staff

This was a beautiful hotel in a great location right next to Patong Beach and Kim’s spa for the best spa experience in Phuket. The breakfast was incredible with fresh squeezed juice and food from all over, including Mediterranean cuisine. The pool was perfect for kids. The room was clean and well maintained. Air Kate, Jonah and Noon were very helpful and kind during our stay.

Location, we like to walk out and everything is close by. Swimming pool, not too small and has a pool bar. Good WiFi.

Told us there are constructions going on when we check in, if we have known this we would’ve stay somewhere else. Banging noise, one swimming pool is out of order the whole time. No streaming services, we like to watch a movie before bed on holiday, not one movie channel. Breakfast area seems like you need to walk to another hotel, tired menu.
