Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Unser Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse, war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wirklich professionell. Wir konnten uns sogar auf englisch verständigen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig.
Unser Zimmer hatte, nachdem wir die Klima-Anlage ausgeschaltet hatten, einen sehr starken Nikotin-Geruch, obwohl wir ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer gebucht hatten. Wir konnten das Zimmer tags darauf wechseln, allerdings hat es auch hier ein bisschen gerochen. Im Frühstücksbereich war uns die Musik etwas zu laut. Die Gebühr für unser geparktes Auto war recht hoch.

We have to use Chinese in order to communicate with their staffs basically. I guess English is not a common language at this area.

The breakfast restaurant and the room service was the worst part of my stay. The restaurant has a bad smell and poor variety of international options. The coffee was very bad and the cleanness of the restaurant was below expected level. Also the staff of the hotel doesn't have good English level and that made the communication difficult

Номера чистые и просторные, понравилось, что есть увлажнители воздуха — это для меня прям огромный плюс был 👍🏻 В день выезда попросила, чтобы я выселилась попозже, так как мой рейс был поздний — сотрудники без проблем согласились, за что им огромное спасибо! Обязательно еще вернусь сюда🫶🏻

We agreed on a €100 cash deposit. We had no trouble staying with our two children, ages 5 and 2; I thought we’d be asked to pay extra, but that didn’t happen. Everything was just great.
There was no bidet in the bathroom.

Unser spezieller Dank geht an die Restaurantchefin Grace Wang. Sie ist so unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell, dass es sich allein wegen ihr lohnt, zurückzukommen.

Es hatte sogar einen Massagesessel. - Das Schwimmbad war super Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Ich bedanke mich beim Personal, welches äussesrt professionell ist und meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich machte.

The sauna was small and only in the locking room. Expected to have several varities of SAUNAS from turkish Hamams to Infrared salt saunas like in other Hilton hotel chains.
