De airco van het hotel kon de warmte niet goed aan terwijl dat de voornaamste reden was om te kiezen voor dit hotel.

The rooms are perfect ... in the beds you sleep soooo good. And the breakfast is sooo delicious and so much. Really loved the staff. Also the spa and the swimmingpool are perfect.

The carpet was old and stained The TV was outmoded. Payment system was not transparent The reception didn’t communicate well. Some of stuffs listed were not in the rooms

Heerlijk ontbijt, alles was er en meer. Goede kwaliteit van producten. De spa met zwembad, sauna, voldoende ligbedjes en ruimte op het dak waren goed verzorgd en maakten ons verblijf compleet.

De verschillende lampen in de kamer waren niet altijd eenvoudig te bedienen.

We zochten een plek in de buurt van Schiphol

De kamer was veel te warm. Airco deed het niet goed Vloer in badkamer was bloedheet. Heel slecht geslapen omdat het te warm was.

Mss iets kleins. Lampje van het leeslampje op het nachtkastje was kapot. Naar de receptie gegaan. Ze zouden kijken of iemand het kon komen maken . Niets meer gehoord.

The staff went out of their way to provide a delightful take-away breakfast when I had an early departure (4am). Especially appreciated due to being vegan.

Some of the facilities in the sauna and wet room were broken (shower fixing, tiling around an access panel) - hopefully a refresh will be scheduled in the autumn. Sadly, the hotel doesn't have easy direct transport into the city: some bicycles or links with hiring options would be appreciated

C'è uno shuttle gratuito che dall'aeroporto viaggia ogni trenta minuti verso l'hotel e vice versa. Una volta usciti dall'aeroporto, seguire le indicazioni "Hotle Shuttle" e controllare gli orari alla pensilina. L'hotel dista circa 10 minuti di bus dall'aeroporto. distanza e tragitto non percorribili a piedi

Concierge, reception and bar staff were excellent and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was easy, reliable and a fantastic way to get to schipol to explore Amsterdam more widely and the spa facilities were amazing.

The room cleaning service was hit and miss and let the property down.

The spa--saunas specifically--were not functioning on the Monday morning of my visit. Very disappointing. The front desk staff member who checked me in was quite unprofessional with a limited working knowledge of English, at least that's the impression she gave as she failed to understand some of my most basic questions. Also, the deposit policy is severely flawed and makes no sense whatsoever. It took three days to get my deposit back and mere seconds to charge it off of my back account upon check in.

Das Personal Rezeption, Cleaning, Frühstück immer super freundlich, super nett, lieb und hilfsbereit ! Das Frühstück Buffet ist ein Traum, für jeden was dabei ! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder, mein Hund liebt eure Leckerlis ! Bloesempark mit/ohne Hund sehr zu empfehlen, ein wunderschöner riesiger Park direkt hinter dem Hotel zu Fuß in 40 Min erreichbar!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione del Dekmantel Festival e la posizione si è rivelata davvero comodissima perché la location del festival è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa e pulita anche se gli arredi risultano un po’ datati e consumati, soprattutto la moquette. Molto buona anche la colazione a buffet, abbondante e varia. Direi quasi indispensabile visto che nei dintorni non c’è praticamente nulla, soprattutto nel fine settimana, e quindi rappresenta l’opzione più comoda.

Non essendo disponibile il late check-out nei giorni del festival, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di utilizzare la spa dopo aver lasciato la camera ma ci è stata negata. Sarebbe stato un servizio molto apprezzato, soprattutto considerando che abbiamo passato tutta la giornata nei divanetti della hall. Un altro aspetto migliorabile riguarda la possibilità di mangiare qualcosa in tarda serata: non ci sono opzioni nei dintorni e il distributore automatico di snack era praticamente sempre vuoto. Inoltre, viste le dimensioni, non sembrava adeguato al numero elevato di ospiti presenti durante il festival.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. First time was about 14 years ago, we had such fond memories from that visit that we decided to stay here again. We arrived way before the check-in time but the staff kindly let us check into our room immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and since we got a corner room we had windows looking at 2 different directions as well. Couldn’t ask for a more perfect room for relaxing holiday! Though the building was next to a busy road, the noise did not come into our room or disturb us. The shuttle bus was very handy for us to get to/from the airport, so we went from there to the city center. It was rainy almost everyday during our stay, so glad that the room provided an umbrella for us to use! Check-out was also super easy and done in just under 5 minutes.

We understand that the refrigerator was not meant to store perishable food/drinks (the temperature was set too low for this). Instead of having the minibar included in our room price, it would have been nicer and more useful for people who stay for longer time—and maybe those with specific diets—to be able to store perishable food/drinks inside the room. However, this is just a minor thing; all in all the room was fantastic!

Nella camera sono presenti tutti i comfort, ben arredata. L'area gaming, la postazione PC con stampante, gli spazi comuni ben strutturati. Il personale e' gentile. Presenza dello shuttle per i trasferimenti verso aeroporto A/R

Non mi e' piaciuto il tappeto in camera, non mi da un senso di pulizia in un hotel dove passano molte persone. La cucina del Mediabar andrebbe migliorata per la tipologia di hotel. I prezzi poi li trovo al di sopra di quello che viene offerto. Ho ordinato un piatto di Tortilla Crisps che conteneva praticamente solo tortilla. La temperatura dell'acqua della piscina era fredda. Alla reception la mattina della partenza, per il checkout, ho trovato una giovane ragazza bionda che era scocciata, il lavoro con il pubblico non e' il suo forte.

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain très pratique, place pour poser ses affaires, calme, petit déjeuner extraordinaire.

Moquette chambre qui mérite d'être changer. Personnel pas souriant du tout, manque d'amabilité, si il y a bien un métier où il faut être aimable, souriant, c'est bien celui ci. Le personnel est très froid!!

The sauna and spa facilities being included for all guests, especially the quality of those facilities were a real stand-out! Also the fully free shuttle to AMS.

La propreté dans l’ensemble, la machine à glaçons mise à disposition à l’étage est un très bon plus.

L’emplacement mais heureusement qu’il y a la navette gratuite toutes les demi-heures pour nous ramener à l’aéroport et puis de là il faut prendre un train pour aller à Amsterdam central

Das passt alles nicht ! Am Wochenende gibt es kein Room Service (Geld sparen)… Hallo das ist ein Steigenberger. Dann noch ne Kleinigkeit essen in der Sports Bar, Hamburger 30€ . Das habe ich wirklich noch nie gesehen.

It’s not possible to pay with cash.. That was never disclosed on their Website nor on Booking.com. I travel with cash only - luckily i figured it out but it would be great to tell your costumers that paying cash is not possible.

Notte trascorsa in questo hotel vicino all’aeroporto. Nella camera, pulizia ottima materasso e cuscini top per noi che li amiamo entrambi piuttosto rigidi.

Het zwembad was fijn en je kon er lekker buiten liggen. Wel waren er maar 9 ligbedden, waardoor er niet altijd plek was. De shuttleservice van en naar Schiphol was daarentegen goed geregeld.

Bij aankomst moest ik €10 extra betalen omdat ik een uur eerder wilde inchecken. De reguliere inchecktijd was 15.00 uur, maar mijn kamer was om 14.00 uur al klaar. Ik vind het niet erg gastvrij dat je voor ieder uur dat je eerder aankomt extra moet betalen, zeker omdat het een airport hotel is. Wat ik daarnaast ook vreemd vond, is dat er €50 borg gevraagd werd. Dit heb ik eigenlijk nog nooit meegemaakt bij een hotel. Ook werd aangegeven dat er airconditioning op de kamer aanwezig was, maar dit bleek niet het geval te zijn. Dat vond ik erg jammer, zeker omdat het tijdens mijn verblijf warm was.

Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Bed was two mattresses with gap between them. Stayed two weeks earlier and hotel discarded $30 medical Ice pack I had left in freezer by accident without telling me.

Love the location as close to Amsterdamse Bos where our festival was. Room and bed were comfortable and of course the pool and sauna area. Spent the last day sitting in the sun reading a book.

There was only one staff member at the restaurant whose attitude left us with a poor taste in our mouths.

Ottima posizione per l’aeroporto raggiungibile in 10 minuti con il servizio navetta fornito dall’hotel. Perfetto per andare al dkmntl che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi.

They didn’t clean the rooms by default despite us asking at check in to have cleaning done. They claim this was due to a particularly busy weekend. Hire more staff maybe?? Black out curtains don’t work.
