The shuttle bus was late in the evening. Keycard did not work on checkin, replaced twice was let into my room by the staff.

Tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Shuttle service was convenient.

Er zijn vroege shuttles, ik heb een ontbijt geboekt, maar dit is pas vanaf 06.00 uur beschikbaar. De tijd dat ik moest vertrekken. Dit betekent dat jullie niet duidelijk ontbijt tijden hebben vermeld, als dit mij duidelijk was, had ik geen ontbijt bij geboekt natuurlijk.

Conveniently situated just moments from the airport, the hotel proved to be a delightful stay. The accommodation was impeccably clean and remarkably spacious, complemented by attentive, welcoming staff throughout. Breakfast was an absolute highlight: exceptionally fresh and flavourful, whilst the bar offered a wonderful selection of drinks and bites.

Aunque esta cerca del aeropuerto, toma tiempo la espera del bus y un recorrido de hasta media hora por las tres sedes de Ibis, esto para tener en cuenta a la hora de tomar el vuelo.

Comfortable bed, good shower, spare pillows. Welcoming receptionist. Great shuttle bus service to airport with driver (Ishmael) who went out of his way to look after customers, outstanding.

The location. Its actually 20 minutes travel time jn bus from airport. There are free airport shuttles but if you miss it you have to wait nearly 45min to an hour to get to your hotel as that is the only option.

Queríamos um hotel mais perto do aeroporto, então pra nós foi ótimo. Chegamos e a atendente foi chamar uma outra pessoa que falava português. Quartos limpos e excelente banheiro. O translado disponível do aeroporto/hotel e hotel/aeroporto gratuito é um plus a mais.

Shuttle bus was chaotic and travelling to hotel was carnage. No room for luggage. No kettle in room. Restaurant very expensive as were drinks to buy. When I’ve stayed in ibis styles before we always had free tea/coffee. No internet connection!

La atención del personal, sobre todo el chico de recepción y la chica que llevaba los desayunos. Tuvimos un problema relacionado con la limpiadora de la habitación y el mencionado chico intentó solventarlo con mucho interés y preocupación , intentando darnos soluciones a su alcance. Las instalaciones están muy bien y el sitio tranquilo, aunque alejado de cualquier lugar por lo que se depende del shuttle.

La limpieza de la habitación y cambio de toallas no se hizo todos los días a pesar que dejamos el cartel para que se hiciera . Se echaba en falta una pequeña nevera, kettle y algún sitio más para colocar la ropa.

We kregen een upgrade van de kamer. Badkamer niet echt groot maar wel een ruime douchecabine. Er is een bar en restaurant aanwezig maar uitsluitend van de bar gebruik gemaakt. Shuttlebus naar Schiphol is ideaal, vertrekt om de 40 minuten.

We sliepen aan de achterkant en er was eerst een feest in de straat en daarna allemaal jeugd in het amsterdamse bos die de hele nacht met muziek lawaai maakte tot de politie kwam

A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e competente. As instalações são muito boas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito variado e muito bom! O transfer do aeroporto até o hotel, e vice-versa, facilita muito o deslocamento.

Tudo estava muito bom, mas havia um pouco de pó em alguns pontos do quarto.

shuttle service offered by hotel was unusually bad. They have 3 properties close to the airport and had a very long stop (with no explanation) at the first property, Ibis was last for the shuttle.

Travelling with kids and staying in hotels is usually hard as parent with young kids who requires warm milk before they sleep and a refrigerator to store it …. Fortunately for us Ibis Styles Schipol was kind enough to store most of the perishable foods in their fridge and with microwave on site it made the entire experience different and felt like home away from home. Lastly I love the fact that there was onsite gym which helped with my workout plan whiles away

The location hasn’t got no off street parking and the onsite parking was €19 a day calculate it for 7nights and it adds up to unexpected expenses

Een fijn hotel waar we heel vaak overnachten wanneer we vroeg van Schiphol vertrekken. En gratis de auto laden is ook fijn.

Location to the airport and room decor.

Evening meal overpriced, staff seem stressed and not enough people which meant mistakes were made. Hotel management knew they had the world rowing teams staying at the hotel so more staff should have been brought in.

We used a wheelchair accessible room, the staff were great and we had a good night of sleep. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the airport.

The accessible room was “hard to access” at some spots. To be fair we noticed these issues in other hotels. For example, the door is really heavy, and was even a bit hard for the healthy one to hold it open so that the wheelchair can get through. The shower had two large glass screens that opened wide, but that were really difficult to hold open to get in. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang the hand towel. I really think that accessible rooms, while I’m sure they obey code, have to be designed by someone in a wheelchair to appreciate and notice these details. We sure didn’t until we needed them.

Personnel peu accueillant, surtout au petit déjeuner. L'attitude du personnel semble varier selon les personnes, on se demande bien quel critère explique cette différence de traitement. C'est un peu la galère avec les horaires de la navette (qui déssert les 3 ibis). L'ibis style est le plus loin de l'aéroport des 3 ibis, je ne vois pas de raison de payer plus cher plutôt que d'aller juste à l'ibis "classique".

De kunde varit en kyl i rummet och när de städar få man kolla noggrant under gardinerna.

Hygiëne vieze stink kamers veel stof overal bedden goed met haren aangetroffen. Ik kreeg wel een nieuwe kamer de kamer stonk zo erg naar oud zweet en muf en overal lag stof. Receptie kwam kijken en die gaf dit ook aan vervolgens nieuwe kamer gekregen, en dit was net zo als de eerste kamer op de stank naar. Personeel super.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ottima colazione fornita con un ricco buffet ed è comodo il servizio di ristorazione. La camera era bella e comoda.

Era bella, pulita, mi è piaciuto molto, anche perché il prezzo era buono e ho dormito bene i letti erano molto comodi

La posizione era un po’ difficile, ma perché arriva dall’aeroporto è molto comodo, ma noi siamo andati in auto, quindi era un po’ lontano dal centro. Quindi state attenti a non prendere l’abbonamento del tram, perché fino a lì non arriva.. quindi state attento per il resto era veramente bello.

Hele aardige en spontane ontvangst door een jonge man. Erg behulpzaam. Dicht bij Schiphol. Ruime kamer met stapelbed en groot tweepersoonsbed dat is super en dat voor een hele goede prijs. Hotel was netjes.

De kamer was niet echt goed schoon. Dikke laag stof op het hoofdbord van het bed. Er lag een testje opgedroogde macaroni op een stoel en het behang hing los. Zwarte haren op de molton onder het hoeslaken die doorschijnend is dus je zit tegen de haren van anderen aan te kijken als je in bed stapt. Badkamer was wel schoon.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and the complimentary airport shuttle service was very useful. The rooms were clean and well soundproofed, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the smooth and hassle-free check-in process, even though we arrived at 3:00 a.m.

We have stayed in many Ibis hotels in different countries, and this was the first time we found no complimentary bottle of water in the room. Moreover, the price of a 0.5L bottle of water from the vending machine was higher than the price of a bottle of water at the airport after passing through security, which felt excessive. The pillows were exceptionally firm and not very comfortable. We were also disappointed that there was no way to control the room temperature, which made it difficult to adjust the climate to our preference.
