I stayed in the Seaview bungalow and it was absolutely divine. The ocean was steps from my balcony and absolute value for money. The buffet breakfast was excellent. A range of restaurants on the main road to choose from. A good location on the Island to get transport to other places to see and explore.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia, las cortinas tenían manchas de comida y se veía anticuada. El aire acondicionado se apagaba cada hora. El desayuno consistía en ensaladas, platos calientes (tipo fideos, sopas….)un poco de fruta y un pequeño córner de pan.

Sprzątają codziennie wszystko jest ręczniki szczoteczki pasta klapki szlafroki parasol itd Basen czyściutki leżaki drewniane ok Piękna zieleń i trawniczek Plaża jest leżaczki są .jeśli za wąska idziesz 500 metrów i masz szerszą Stołówka jest w miarę ok Jedzenie świeże ale codziennie to samo . Nie jest to wybór jak w hotelu tej klasy w Tajlandii. Miasto 10 metrów od hotelu który jest przy głównej ulicy. 4 może 3 dni to max w tym mieście które jest brudne i rozkopane..zakupy i koniec .jeśli nie lubisz zgiełku miasta to wybierz hotel w innym miejscu na północy- spokuj lub południe super miasto i wiele atrakcji . Ogólnie hotel Sajgon miejsce dla mało wymagających

Sajnos a tenger. Koszos, algás, habár a part a szálloda előtt minden reggel takarítva van.

Super location on the beach, nicest and closest to the city . Not economic , but you get a lot, super clean and comfortable - don't miss the street food -seafood across the street. Perfekt breakfast - all wishes fullfilled.

Prices at the beach bar far beyond normal . Pity - nice location would be much more frequented , when BIA would be not tripple price as usual ...

personnel peu aimable et indifferent. le dépot de garantie à l'arrivée 1.000.000 de dong prévu sur bookin mais 1.000.000 de dong reclamé par jour de présence. a voulu nous facturer un verre soit disant n'etant pas celui d'origine dans la chambre mais du restaurant. Obligé de se mettre en colère. beaucoup 'autres hotels autour celui-ci je n'y retournerai pas c'est sur.

Beachside villas overlooking beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean and comfortable villa. Great view of sunset every evening. Good breakfast with wide range of choices. Close to wide range of restaurants.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Zugang zum Strand von der durchdachten Anlage ist klasse. Unser Bungalow mit Gartenblick hatte sogar Meerblick. Der Nachtmarkt sowie Restaurants, Läden und Rollervermietung waren fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Klimaanlage war recht laut und änderte häufig ihre Geräuschintensität.

Konumu çok merkesiydi. Bu kadar merkezi bir konumda kendi sahilinin olması çok iyiydi. Bahçesi güzeldi, oda genişti ve deniz manzaralı oda verdiler. Kahvaltı Asya standartlarına göre fena sayılmazdı.

Temiz ama eski ve döküntü bir oteli, kapsamlı bir tadilat lazım.

Too many steep, some quite steep ( specially it would be good to install 1) hand rails on descending to the beach?, 2) sturdy ones to pool? ) the restaurant provides limited dishes and I think ( given the view, it could be way more successful with more selections). I feel it’s not fully exploited to its maximum potential with the idyllic setting there( dinners by the lawn in front of sea ❤️).

Cet hôtel se dégrade chaque année faute des rénovations nécessaires dans l'infrastructure. Le service aussi n'est plus à la hauteur . Le personnel a changé, il semble qu 'il n'y a plus de management.Je viens dans cet hôtel depuis des années. Il ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.

Einiges: wer weit hinten wohnt, hat reichlich Straßenlärm und laute Musik von der Bar gegenüber. Die Liegestühle auf der Terasse sind unbrauchbar. Wir hatten immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit der Schlüsselkarte: kein Strom oder die Tür ging nicht auf. Strand und Meer sind nicht schön. Wie immer zu wenig Liegen. Service an den Liegen ist nicht vorgesehen, obwohl genug untätiges Personal vorhanden ist. Nur sehr energisches Nachfragen hat Erfolg. 90% der Gäste sind Russen, der Rest Chinesen, Koreaner und wenige Europäer. Fitnessstudio: was als solches bezeichnet wird, sind 3 Laufbänder neben Billardtisch und Tischfußball. In diesem Hotel ist nichts liebevoll oder schnuckelig. Es gibt auch keine netten Strandlokale in der Nähe. Das abendliche Leben findet auf der Hauptstraße statt

Отель в целом хороший, номера чистые, кровати и подушки удобные. Завтраки на мой взгляд, для 4* скудные,хотя отель полный. Балконы отличные.

Бассейн, точнее его расположение, не огорожен от проезжей части ничем. Пляж, точнее его отсутствие. Чтобы искупаться, нужно спустится по крутой лестнице, нет пляжной линии как на фото, лежаки стоят на возвышенности. И очень слышно шум с улицы, особенно к крайнем корпусе. Вернуться еще раз желания нет.

Loistava, monipuolinen ja jonkin verran myös vaihtelua sisältävä aamiainen. Majoituimme bungalowissa puutarhanäkymällä, mutta saimme samalla suoran merimaisemankin. Hotelli oli siisti ja kaikki palvelutkin suht’ lähellä. Ranta rauhallinen, niin kuin hotellin ilmapiiri muutenkin.

Vietnamin melko erikoinen liikennekulttuuri hirvitti välillä!

This Hotel is located in the Town of Duong Dong central to all the local amenities. The beach is small but clean.

This a very very tired hotel . The rooms are adequate and big enough but like the hotel need refreshing. This is never a 8.5 hotel. There are numerous hotels for the same money much better. The whole Hotel needs a good jetwash and paint. Breakfast was 5/10. Swimming area delapidated. Pathways poor condition and hazadous

We stayed at Saigon Phu Quoc Resort for 9 nights over the Christmas and New Year period 2025, and based on the high rating, we had significant expectations which, unfortunately, were not met. The resort is visibly tired and does not live up to its 8.6 score on Booking.com. The most immediate let down was the pool area, as tiles were broken and discoloured, weeds were growing through the paving, and the pool water itself had an unclean, milky appearance. The beach bar was never properly stocked, requiring a walk to the main bar for even a simple drink. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, the best part of our stay. Breakfast was well laid out but the hot food was consistently lukewarm or cold. We must commend the staff, who were always polite and helpful despite the resort's clear operational shortcomings. A major contrast and lifesaver for us was discovering the Salinda Resort for a day visit. It was exceptional and highlighted just how much Saigon Phu Quoc needs a serious overhaul to compete. Advice for Phu Quoc Visitors: If you want a lovely stay, we highly recommend staying at the Salinda Resort. For great evenings, visit the Sunset Beach Bar and Versailles Beach Bar. Khem Beach is stunning with lovely restaurants. At night, visit Grand World in the north (after 7pm) to see the amazing Venice-style lit-up buildings with plenty of dining options. A final tip: do not bring old-series $100 USD notes, as exchanges will only accept new ones. Bottom Line: This resort is resting on past laurels. For a true premium experience on Phu Quoc, you will need to look elsewhere.

Läget var bra och skönt med både pool och strand!

Vi bokade ett rum för fyra personer men fick bara två sängar och fick därför betala för fler. Restaurangen kunde ha varit mer prisvärd. Beachbaren var helt öde, varken personal eller gäster var där. Inte så välkomnande.

Third time at this resort. It is getting a bit old but still deliver amazing days and nights. Staff is very friendly and service minded.

This resort is fantastic. It is very nice, clean, spacious, with nice restaurant, good breakfast, nice swimming pool. Personal is also great. It has perfect location, with only small walk from night market and around are lot of great and cheap restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Photos of beach are little bit tricky, Beach is nice, but very tiny/narrow. It was not a big problem, but those who expect to lay down on big spacious beach may be dissapointed.

Был в этом резоте неделю с 12 ноября 25г. Выбирал, по близости к центру города ( ниже к северу в центре Логн-бич был в прошлый раз) плюс близость к морю - 1я линия (понимая, что чем ближе к центру, тем море будет хуже, т.к в него втекает река и она не очень чистая. Видно на карте). Итак, по местоположению, все отлично - до центра , набережной и ночного рынка пешком 10 минут. Рядом много ресторанов, кафе и т.д на любой бюджет, по дороге к центру есть Кинг конг маркет, т.е все как и хотел. Ближе к центру ничего достойного больше нет. Резот немного "уставший", но не критичного, все компенсирует большая, очень ухоженная и зеленая территория. Бассейн большой, хороший. Завтраки - шведский стол, всего достаточно. Есть ресторан, вечером можно поужинать с видом на море. Номера чистые - уборка ежедневная, кондей охлаждает, тут все в порядке. Море чистое, мусора особо не заметил. Лежаков достаточно, свободные всегда были, можно и под пальмой в тени и на солнце. Фото номеров и территории соответствует действительности. Фотография пляжа старая, лет 10 назад он был таким, в настоящее время, осталась узкая полоска метра 3, песок просто вымыло волнами, сотрудники видно пытались его восстановить, но бросили это дело. В принципе это особо не мешает, заход в воду нормальный, но тем кто хочет полежать на песке - не получится. Слева прилегает хороший, широкий пляж, на который можно легко перейти (пляж относится к резоту L'Azure Resort and Spa, если в него будет вариант, берите его). В общем понравилось, данное место для хорошего отдыха совершенно пригодно)).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Bungalow mit Meerblick. Die Aussicht war grandios und wir erlebten fantastische Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was man brauchte. Kurze Wege zum Nachtmarkt bzw. zu vielen Restaurants, Ständen und Supermärkten außerhalb des Hotels.

Jetzt kommt leider das grosse Aber. Es gibt viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme in der Anlage!! Unsere Bungalows hatten zwar die Liegen auf der Terrasse aber leider keinen Sonnenschutz. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein kostenpflichtiger Sonnenschirm gestellt. Der Zweite war nicht zu bekommen, weil nicht genug da waren. Ein Schirm für 4 Personen war ein bisschen wenig. Natürlich hätten wir auch um sechs Uhr aufstehen können, um ein paar Liegen mit Handtüchern zu besetzen, aber das ist leider nicht unser Stil. Da wir 15 Nächte dort waren, ist uns ebenfalls aufgefallen, dass dort mind. einmal die Woche irgendwelche private Feiern ablaufen. Wir wurden aber schriftlich darauf hingewiesen. Gewünscht hätten wir uns auch aufmerksameres Personal. Das Frühstück war super, es gab alles was man brauchte, aber Achtung, wer sein Kaffee am Morgen braucht, bringt ihn euch unbedingt mit, der im Hotel ist ungenießbar. ( ist natürlich Geschmackssache ). Ansonsten müsste das Hotel von Grund auf neu renoviert werden. Zum Schluss muss ich noch etwas los werden, was für uns gar nicht ging. Mein Mann ist ein Glas im Zimmer umgefallen und natürlich kaputt gegangen. Wir wunderten uns schon, dass dieses nicht ersetzt wurde, bis wir auschecken wollten und die Dame uns sagte, wir sollten für das kaputte Glas zahlen. Das ist ein absolutes No Go. Es wurde uns dann zwar erlassen, weil wir uns wehrten, aber es legte ein ganz komisches Geschmäckle auf unsere Zunge!

Everything was great - nice rooms, good staff, good food, good location for getting around.

The beach isn’t great - it’s fine once you get in the water but the beach gets considerably nicer one hotel over. For our short stay it was fine but my family would have preferred a nicer part of the beach. More lounge chairs near the water would be nice too as the ones they have are often reserved staring before breakfast (often by people who didn’t show up for hours)

Ok, I don’t normally write negatively unless I feel it’s fair. The photos are out of date. The beach has been modified in some way with sand bags and reclamation. It is about 8’ deep not 30’ + like in the photos. It doesn’t sweep endlessly in to the distance. It’s covered in rubbish. The service was ok and I cannot actually complain but it is NOT 4 star. It is 3 Star. I have travelled all across the world and if that is 4 star then the 5 star hotels next door must be 6 star!!! It’s the lack of accuracy with the photos that does it though. This place is tired and under invested.

Les villas sont superbes. Beaucoup de bois et ont la vue sur la mer. On a 20 à 30m pour aller se baigner. Superbe piscine immense. Restaurant ouvert tard le soir. Billard. Proche du marché nocturne On y serai rester avec plaisir plus longtemps

Le personnel est un peu « coincé « . Quand nous sommes allés au restaurant tout avait bien commencé puis il y a eu une soirée privative avec une musique très forte. On peut comprendre qu’ils organisent ce genre de soirée mais autant nous prévenir Mais si je pouvais y revenir j’y reviendrais

Kein Luxus aber alles sehr zweckmäßig, sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Ich hatte einen Bungalow mit ca. 20 m bis zum Meer, sehr schöne Aussicht und der Strand im Vergleich zur Nachbarschaft wesentlich sauberer. Es gibt viele Lokale im Umfeld, aber ehrlich - das eigene Restaurant war am besten (auch preislich). Ein guter Standort um die Insel zu erkunden, Preis/Leistung passt

Der Kaffee ist kaum genießbar. Und das was als Gym bezeichnet wird sind 3 Laufbänder + ein paar Gewichte hinter der Rezeption im Freien aber überdacht

We got upgraded free of charge to a beachfront bungalow, which was great, good breakfast. The pool was good and big.

Outside the bungalow veranda could do with touching up and a couple of minor repairs, but wouldn't put me off staying there again. Could do with cushions on the sub loungers on the balcony.

We didn't know until we got there, but bad weather on the west coast in the low season and good weather on the east coast. The weather reverses in the high season. So it was not possible to use the beach on this trip. But that didn't detract from the high points of the stay

Great place to stay right on the ocean front and budget friendly. Great pool area for kids and easy walking distance to the night markets.

This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to night market. You can pick up a tuktuk outside for £1. The beach villas are lovely and clean. Staff cleaned the beach every morning. Lovely restaurant with plenty of choice. We loved this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay. 👌🇻🇳💓

Closeness to beach. Loved hearing the sound of the ocean and watching stunning sunsets from our bungalow.

Beds were pushed together that therefore created a lump in the middle. Bed was also very hard. Need to put a mattress topper or underlay on for comfort. Also checked in to be told that the pool will be closed for renovations the whole time we were there. Prior notice would have been appreciated as we prefer pool swimming over beach swimming. No discount or even a free drink for the inconvenience. Was very disappointed 😞
