The staff were very good. Breakfast had a great selection. The pool is nice & protected from the weather. Airport shuttle bus service.

The property is tired. Particularly compared to other M Hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos suggested, particularly the Rooftop Ocean View Suite. The gym needs a bike.

Hotel was clean , modern , spacious and the service was excellent . Breakfast was an absolutely bonus aswell ( delicious). Our room would probably fit a whole family in it , almost executive size . Walking distance to d night market and food. Everything was conveniently at the doorstep . Thank you for a memorable stay .

We had a wonderful stay at M hotel. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and everything was well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing stay! Our ocean-view room had the most beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and the endless ocean. Everything was perfect—the pool, breakfast, location, and service. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. As we were travelling with our young child, they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. We loved every moment and honestly didn't want to leave. If we get the chance, we would love to stay in the same room again. Highly recommended!

The name on the booking must match the name on your passport; otherwise, the front desk will issue a new order. Even though you've already paid by card, you're being asked to pay again on-site, and then wait for the hotel to refund you. This is extremely unreasonable and foolish. Only two bottles of water were provided for a three-day stay, and breakfast was extremely basic.

The stay was really comfortable and rooms were fabulous. They do have many good option for vegetarian food as well.

The views were incredible and the pool area was lovely. The staff at reception were also very helpful . The location is great and just a short walk from the night market

The room was quite worn and in my opinion not up to the level of cleanliness for the price paid. It was quite dusty, the Aircon in our room didn’t work and took over an hour to be moved but originally told we couldn’t move as the hotel was booked out (our room was over 28degrees). The bath had grit in it (not cleaned) and both rooms were the same level of cleanliness. Took over an hour for fish and chips and a pizza and I received 5 cold chips… The pictures unfortunately give higher expectations than what’s delivered - the hotel could do with some money being spent on it to bring it back to life and the quality that would set it apart. Also no wardrobe or drawers, just one rail which in our room was coming off the wall

Having stayed in M hotel in da nang we knew the M brand would be a good choice, room at the front yes was noisy being on the road but it didn’t stop us from sleeping and just wear ear plugs it was ok, room was kept tidy ans clean, we missed breakfast as it’s only on until 10am but there are great bakeries next door and opposite, reception is helpful we stayed by the pool for 2 hrs as we were busy but the beach should at least be cleaned and rubbish picked up each day, it’s one of my pet hates working with the neighbours there is no excuse for the rubbish washed up not to be cleared unfortunately every beach is like this no one cares. Location is great and would stay again if coming to Phu Quoc.

I had a wonderful stay here. Thanh and Tien were very friendly and very helpful, and they really made my stay very lovely. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very well. I also loved the pool downstairs — it is very beautiful with very chilled and relaxing vibes. The private beach is also very clean and nice to walk and relax. The breakfast was to die for, absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Sehr modern, sehr bequemes Bett, tolle Aussicht. Frühstück mit vielen Säften & verschiede Speisen sehr lecker. Der Nightmarket ist 5 min zu Fuß weg soweit coole Restaurant und Massage Center alles zu Fuß

Kein Strand direkt, sonst war’s super. Dusche in der Toilette vllt ungewohnt aber total ok gewesen.

We stayed 4 nights as a couple and really enjoyed our stay. The Ocean Eyes room had an absolutely incredible sea view — the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very kind and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pool was beautiful and calm with plenty of sunbeds available facing the ocean. The location was also convenient, with grab access to explore the island.

L'emplacement a 2 pas du night market, commerces et restaurants. Le cadre idyllique, la piscine avec vue mer. La chambre (7771) il n'y a que 2 chambres au dernier étage avec terrasse et vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel aux petits soins, disponible et très sympathique.

Le petit déjeuner bien que assez varié est un peu "fade" certains points de l'établissement pourraient recevoir un petit rafraîchissement

Everything was just perfect. Rooms are very clean, staff friendly and very helpful, also food was delicious and they have very nice restaurant at top floor.

晚餐🥺我們住的方案有含晚餐但可惜不好吃（明明早餐這麼好吃）因為晚餐都是沙拉 炒飯是冷的 似乎是早餐剩下來的 然後肉只有一小塊 還全是骨頭救命😵 還好附近有夜市我們後來去夜市很開心🥳

thanh and trang were wonderful in assisting us with checking out!! family had a great time at the big pool and enjoyed the wide buffet options.

I really liked this place because of its very central location and the direct access to the beach. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax and unwind. And the hotel in general seems very new and clean. Special thanks to Thanh and Thao!

If your on the lower level the rooms were tiny I had to book the lower level because everything was booked out.

Had a great time at thr M Hotel Phu Quoc. First time here, expectations exceeded. Room was spacious, great view, awesome service from Thao, Thanh and driver Thinh. They were friendly, checked on us frequently and were quick with service, even running to get us supplies (I was so embarrassed but grateful they did that).

Thank you hotel crew, especially Thao and Thanh. This couple do the best job ever seen. Kindness, willingness and helpfull that's them. I promised that we will come back hotel one day. And we will.. Big big thanx and happy new year.

Nhân viên lễ Tân ( Thanh & Trang ) rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Nếu có dịch quay lại Phú Quốc thì M hotel chắc chắn sẽ là một lựa chọn của mình .

Phòng siêu đẹp. Ban công có trồng cây xung quanh nên mình rất thích. Vi trí thuận lợi, cách chợ đêm tầm 300m 1 bạn lễ tân nam rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Tiếc là hôm về bé hơi quấy nên chưa kịp xin thông tin của bạn Có dịch vụ đưa đón sân bat rất tiện Gần trạm xe bus (250m)

Buffet sáng khá nghèo nàn, ko xứng giá tiền của 4 sao. Phòng ăn cũng khá nhỏ dù view biển, cảm giác giống trong nhà kho Hồ bơi hơi lạnh do không nhận được ánh nắng nhiều.

We had a great experience at The M Hotel Phu Quoc. I don’t recall our check in staff, but they were very welcoming with a drink and held our luggage until our check in time arrived! The property was beautiful and the view for breakfast was breathtaking. For check out, Mỹ Tiên was very quick and helpful to get us out!

Views and room lay out

Loved everything. Only comment would be that the bed sheets and covers were stained. They were clean though and the washed so didn't bother us that much!

Well located hotel in centre of Duong Dong. We booked the Ocean Eyes Suite which had great sea views. Pool was good, overlooking the sea. Breakfast also good, with dishes changing daily- some interesting, some a bit weird for breakfast (Coq au Vin!). Staff helpful. I’d mark it down a bit on value for money: by far, the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our stay in Vietnam, and good, but not the best.

The staff were so fantastic and helpful. We were served by Thao, who were accommodating, helped us book our squid fishing tour and gave us helpful advice on what to do in the area. The team were so friendly and professional, I felt comfortable asking for help if I needed anything. The buffet breakfast was also beyond my expectations, with rotating main Vietnamese dishes like Pho everyday. There were also options for vegetarians upon request.

We enjoyed our stay at M hotel, thank you for arranging for our fuss free airport pick up. The location is great and near to night market. The pool view is also amazing, would recommend :)

I had a great experience for 3 days 2 nights The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the variety at breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing time staying with M Hotel! Our room was very clean and had the most amazing view of the beach / ocean. The breakfast was very yummy and the view from the restaurant / bar was beautiful. There is plenty to do in the area with the night market in walking distance and plenty of nice beach bars and restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a birthday cake as it was my birthday during the stay. The pool and gym area was very clean.

Had an amazing time staying at M Hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was very nice and yummy. Pool and gym area were very clean. The room was clean and very nice to stay in and it had an amazing view! Lots of things to do in the area, walking distance to the night market and nice restaurants such as Sunset Beach Bar. The total bar and breakfast also have an amazing view of the ocean.

Construction all day every day . No use of the pool . They never said anything about the Construction or pool until you have paid .

We stayed for three nights in two rooms, as a group of five (three adults and two children), and we were absolutely delighted with the entire experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable – perfect for families! Everything was clean and inviting, and the hotel’s location is also excellent. The service was outstanding. We especially want to highlight Thanh and Anh, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were always welcoming, helpful, and kind – a big thank you to both for the excellent service! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

特に問題無く、スタッフの方も丁寧でした。シャワー水圧も問題ありません。若干部屋の中で風の音が結構したと思います。場所はナイトマーケットからも歩けるので非常に便利な場所でした。

호텔마다 여건은 다르겠지만, 주변 카페에서도 제공해주는 얼음을 이 호탤은 유료였습니다. 청소해주시는 직원분들은 너무 친절했으나 얼음 문의시 비웃는듯한 표정을 했던 직원, 해충 박멸 스프레이를 너므 뿌린 날도있었고, 관리안된 뒷쪽 해변. 지저분해서 가기 싫었음

We loved the Ocean Eyes Suite. The view was breathtaking! The location to the night markets is spot on and the surrounding facilities are great! The morning buffet has a great selection!

It was a little confusing when the kitchen was or wasn't open. The pool closes pretty early at 1900, we like swimming at night especially when it was hot. The food at the restaurant wasn't the greatest, this could have been better.
