Great location for 5 hotel and good value for money. Nothing extraordinary though. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly going beyond providing normal service ensuring taking extra good care of their guests.

The hotel and its facilities are a bit outdated however it served the purpose.

We loved both the suite rooms we booked, they were really spacious with big walk in closet and huge bathroom. Absolutely fantastic ! Location was also very good , 10 mins from major malls on not so busy street.

Breakfast was average with limited options for vegetarian food but overall pleasant. We ordered veg spring rolls which were also below expectations. I think if they improve their food quality and breakfast options then they can be the best for that location.

This is the second time I've stayed here and came back for a reason. Excellent location next to central embassy. Close to Phloen Chit BTS station. Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms have a modern feel, spacious. Bathroom is extra spacious. When price is discounted and staying with friends, this is a value of money 5-star choice. Love the free refreshments at reception. Would come back here again. Nice pool. Didn't check out the gym again so can't comment!

If I had to pick something negative, it would be that the lifts do not have aircon and was quite warm.

Location is bad the rood is bad and old. No toiletry at all only have shower, gel, shower cap Shampoo with the price that you pay you can get better another hotel. There’s no other restaurant only one is very inconvenient. The location is my first time staying and will be my last time as I say before with the price that I pay I can get better Hotell with better service. They have wonderful bath truck but it’s old. And is cracking.

Everything was amazing! The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and the facilities for families and children. We really enjoyed our stay.

Personalet. Først og fremmest PERSONALET. Hver og en sørgede for at vi fik et super fantastisk ophold. Ingen nævnt ingen glemt. De gjorde de alle så godt, tak for det. Hotellet generelt, skønt hotel. Ligger max 5 minutters gang fra Central Embassy. Morgenmaden er fantastisk noget for enhver smag. Hotellets pool er helt i top, bruser så man lige kan vaske sig inde man hopper i poolen. (Det er der så godt nok mange der glemmer).. Vores værelse var også helt i top, masser af plads, rent og pænt..

At folk ikke lige smutter under bruseren inden de går i poolen. Men det har ikke så meget gøre med selve hotellet.

酒店供應嘅早餐款式太少太普通，一啲都唔似五星級酒店，應該提供嘅食物款式，餐廳員工服務一般

المكان مريح جدا بالقرب من المولات . ومرافق الفندق نظيفة للغاية . جميع الموظفين العاملين اسلوبهم راقي في التعامل. أشكرهم كثيرا لحسن تعاملهم.

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzame mensen werken er in dit hotel. Locatie is top, veel op loopafstand. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze. Schone kamers.

الإفطار لا يناسب خمس نجوم..وبغيت اطلبه الى الفرفه وطلبوا مبلغ 1000بات حق خدمة توصيل الافطار!!

Excellent location. Good facilities. A mention of Prissy who is simply a star. She was very helpful. She managed to help us with faster and cheaper rides. She would give us great advice on the places that we were going and arrange for our reservations and transportation. She’s excellent and efficient at her job. The staff overall are lovely.

Uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Door fout van booking op foute kamer uitgekomen die niet terugbetaalbaar was en dit werd pas duidelijk na betaling. Uiteindelijk nog deel moeten bij opleggen.

The staff was amazing, the room was big, comfy and cleaning is high level.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel from the moment we arrived and were greeted at the door. Concierge staff were more than helpful every time making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel we found to be in a good location with transport nearby and a walk to markets (cheap and high end) The room was excellent with city views and all the mod cons. We had the feeling the staff were there to help always which is the hallmark of a hotel that is guest focussed.

We didn't have time to use the spa bath as we were too busy exploring. The pool closed too early for us but that seems to be the standard everywhere.

ستاير الغرف والحمام ما تعزل نور الشمس بشكل كامل ف تحتاج غطاء العين يوجد اعمال بناء بالقرب في صوت ماهو عالي وصوت الشارع العام شوي عالي لكن بشكل عام ماوجهت مشكله بسبب اني بالدور 25

I like the suite rooms, ideal for families. I like the room layout and the room size. The hotel is "peaceful", you do not get to see a lot of the other guests. In the ground lobby, the concierge and bellboy assistance are excellent. No waiting, they are ready to serve your every need. I feel like the service is more personal vs other big hotels. A few days before check-in, the hotel manager reached out asking for special requests and assistance that we may need. And she also personally went to our room to welcome us on the day we arrived.

Service and room were great! We love the location as well, a distance from CentralWorld but still walkable.
